A municipalização do ensino no município de Altamira/PA e suas implicações para a democratização educacionalGutierres, Dalva Valente Guimarães January 2010 (has links)
Este estudo analisa a municipalização do ensino no município de Altamira-Pa e suas implicações para a democratização educacional de 1996 a 2006. A concepção de democratização utilizada no trabalho baseou-se em Ellen Meiksins Wood para quem a democracia supõe a indissociabilidade entre o econômico e o político, sob pena de configurarse apenas como democracia formal. A democratização da educação foi analisada em sua materialidade antes e depois da municipalização do ensino em Altamira, a partir dos seguintes eixos: acesso à educação e à apropriação do conhecimento, financiamento da educação municipal, valorização dos trabalhadores em educação e gestão educacional. O estudo constou de análise documental e pesquisa de campo in loco onde foram desenvolvidas entrevistas semiestruturadas com gestores educacionais, professores, sindicato de professores e conselheiros educacionais. O estudo demonstrou que a municipalização do ensino em Altamira, ocorrido em 1998, afetou a democratização da educação provocando avanços e recuos à materialidade das ações educacionais. O acesso ao conhecimento foi ampliado, mas a distorção idade-série continua e, em 2006, representava 33,2% no ensino fundamental. Houve aumento das receitas educacionais de 95,5%, o que não repercutiu em aumento salarial para os professores, diminuído em -1,8% e tampouco impactou em um gasto-aluno compatível com o custo-aluno qualidade inicial-CAQI. Os professores ‘municipalizados’ foram excluídos da rede pública de ensino com o processo de ‘desmunicipalização’. A implementação de Plano de Carreira para o Magistério e de dois concursos públicos é muito relevante. A política de gestão educacional foi redimensionada pela parceria com o Instituto Ayrton Senna com base na pedagogia do sucesso, que substitui o Plano Municipal de Educação por planos de metas elaborados sem discussão ampliada, prescindindo do Conselho Municipal de Educação que, desde 2001, não vem funcionando. Em alguns aspectos, a democratização educacional em Altamira continua formal na qual a participação política é apenas aparente, preponderando o fosso da desigualdade social e econômica. A democratização conforme se entende neste trabalho é incompatível com os valores e as práticas presentes na sociedade capitalista, onde sempre encontrará limites para ser realizada. / This study analyses the municipalization of education in the city of Altamira - Pa (Brazil) and its implications to the democratization of education from 1996 to 2006. There was an increase in the education revenues of 95.5%, which did not result in a salary increase for the teachers – it decreased in -1.8% - and neither changed what is expended per student into a compatible cost per student/initial quality. The ‘municipalized’ teachers were excluded from the public service in the process of ‘demunicipalization’. The implementation of a Career Plan and two public examinations for teachers was irrelevant. The education administration policy was modified by the partnership with Ayrton Senna Institute, based on the Pedagogy of Success, which substituted the Municipal Educational Plan for target plans elaborated without a wide discussion, dispensing the Municipal Council of Education, which has not been functioning since 2001. In some aspects, the democratization of education in Altamira continues to be formal according to whom the political participation is only apparent, and what prevails is the gap of social and economic inequality. Democratization, as it is understood in this study, is incompatible with the values and practices present in the capitalist society, where it will always find limits to its accomplishment. / El presente estudio analisa la municipalización de la enseñanza en la municipalidad de Altamira (Pa) y sus implicaciones para la democratización educacional de 1996 hasta 2006. Marketplace Clinics Complementing Community-Based Diabetes Care for Urban Residing American IndiansRick, Robert Steven 01 January 2015 (has links)
The American Indians population in Minneapolis, Minnesota has experienced limited health care access and threefold diabetes health disparity. The purpose of this study was to measure the extent to which collaborating marketplace clinics and community-based support groups expanded diabetes care and provided self-management education for this largely urban Indian neighborhood. The marketplace clinics located in nearby CVS, Walmart, Target, and Supervalu stores committed financial support, certified educators, and pharmacy staff for the community-based support group. The study was conducted within the patient activation measure (PAM) analytical framework to assess the participants' acquired knowledge, skills, and confidence for diabetes self-management. A case-control study and 3 years retrospective analysis of secondary data were used to test whether the Minneapolis marketplace clinics and the Phillips community diabetes support group participants (n = 48) had improved diabetes health outcomes relative to the control group (n = 87). The intervention group employed motivational interviewing and PAM in coaching diabetes self-care and behavioral modification. The control group received only basic self-management education. T test and Cohen's d effect size measurements were used to quantify the size of the health outcome variables' difference between the study intervention and comparison groups. The positive effects of marketplace clinics and community-based complementation were shown through improved blood sugar control (A1C), weight loss (BMI), and healthful lifestyle changes. Social change progress could be realized by incorporating PAM with diabetes prevention programs for 33 Urban Indian Health Organizations that are located in large cities throughout the United States.

Type 2 diabetes peer support interventions as a complement to primary care settings in high-income nations : a scoping reviewLu, Sonia 11 1900 (has links)
Contexte : Les programmes d'éducation à l'autogestion du diabète (DSME) pour les patients atteints de diabète de type 2 (DT2) risquent de leur être insuffisants à long terme sans un soutien social adéquat. Il est nécessaire d'envisager des initiatives de soutien par les pairs pour compléter et soutenir la prestation actuelle de la DSME dans les établissements de soins primaires afin de fournir un soutien social continu aux personnes ayant des besoins complexes non satisfaits.
Objectifs : Étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de « modèle unique », l'objectif est d'explorer l'étendue des interventions de soutien par les pairs pour le DT2 dans les pays à revenu élevé en termes de modèles et d'impact, de perspectives des parties prenantes et d'informations contextuelles.
Méthodes : Une étude de portée a été effectuée sur la littérature publiée et grise issue de quatre bases de données bibliographiques électroniques entre janvier 2007 et janvier 2021. Les études ont été examinées indépendamment selon la méthodologie d'Arksey et O'Malley (2005) et Levac et al. (2010), puis vérifiées par deux examinateurs.
Résultats : Parmi les cinq modèles de soutien par les pairs (soutien en face à face, soutien par téléphone, coaching entre pairs, soutien virtuel et agents de santé communautaires) recensés dans les 70 documents retenus, avec une concentration d’études aux États-Unis et au Royaume-Uni, le soutien en face à face et le soutien par téléphone semblent les plus prometteurs, avec la plus grande couverture de preuves scientifiques sur les issues du DT2. Les données expérientielles venaient de patients DT2, de pairs aidants, de professionnels de la santé et de gestionnaires de programme. Onze facteurs contextuels clés (recrutement et sélection, définition du rôle, formation, reconnaissance, supervision, rétention, rémunération, lieu, portée, analyse des coûts et fidélité de l'intervention) ont été identifiés comme importants pour la mise en œuvre de ces dispositifs de soutien par les pairs.
Conclusions : L'intervention de soutien par les pairs pour le DT2 devrait être considérée comme un levier pour la gestion du DT2 en favorisant la participation communautaire et la collaboration intersectorielle. / Context: Diabetes self-management education (DSME) programs for type 2 diabetes (T2D) patients may not suffice for long-term management without adequate social support. There is a need to consider peer support initiatives to complement and sustain the current delivery of DSME in primary care settings in order to provide ongoing social support for those with unmet complex needs.
Objectives: Given the no “one size fits all’’, the aim is to explore the breadth of T2D peer support interventions in high-income nations in terms of their models and impact, stakeholders’ perspectives, and contextual information.
Methods: A scoping review was conducted on published and grey literature found in four electronic bibliographic databases between January 2007 to January 2021. Studies were independently reviewed as per Arksey and O’Malley’s (2005) methodology and Levac et al. (2010) enhancements, and later verified by two reviewers.
Results: 70 records were included with research designs concentrated in USA and UK. Among the five peer support models (face-to-face self-management programs, telephone-based peer support, peer coaching, online-based peer support, and community health workers), face-to-face self-management programs and telephone-based peer support seem the most promising with the largest coverage of scientific evidence on T2D outcomes. Experiential data on the endorsement of such intervention emerged from T2D patients, peer supporters, healthcare professionals and program managers. Eleven key contextual factors (recruitment and selection, role definition, training, recognition, supervision, retention, remuneration, venue, reach, costing analysis and intervention fidelity) were identified as important for implementation consideration.
Conclusions: T2D peer support intervention should be considered as a leverage for T2D management by fostering community participation and intersectoral collaboration.

A Constituição Federal (1988) prevê como missão do Sistema Único de Saúde ordenar a formação de recursos humanos na área da saúde . Com vistas à consolidação do SUS foi instituído o Pacto pela Saúde/2006, cujo Termo de Compromisso de Gestão Estadual prevê como responsabilidade da área da educação na saúde promover a integração de todos os processos de capacitação e desenvolvimento de recursos humanos à política de educação permanente no âmbito da gestão estadual do SUS. O cumprimento dessa responsabilidade sanitária ainda representa um desafio no Piauí. Diante dessa questão, o presente estudo faz uma abordagem qualitativa por meio da utilização das técnicas de Grupo Focal, Entrevistas e Oficina de Planejamento Estratégico Situacional (PES) envolvendo atores da gestão da Diretoria Unidade de Vigilância e Atenção à Saúde (DUVAS). No estudo foram levantados dados sobre a análise da gestão dos processos de capacitação e educação permanente em saúde, desenvolvidos no âmbito da SESAPI. Os resultados do GF revelam aspectos considerados importantes na prática da educação permanente em saúde, como: o reconhecimento das necessidades de saúde da população, qualificação dos trabalhadores e da gestão do SUS; a necessidade de monitoramento e avaliação desses processos, dentre outros. Os resultados das Entrevistas mostram o entendimento dos atores sobre os conceitos de integralidade da atenção à saúde e o reconhecimento da EPS com estratégia integradora dos processos educativos. Os resultados da Oficina de PES revelam problemas relacionados à implementação da EPS e destaca como problema central a baixa institucionalidade da gestão da educação permanente no âmbito do SUS no Estado e propôs Matriz de Objetivos para o seu Fortalecimento, com o detalhamento de ações e atividades para o enfrentamento das causas desse problema. / The challenge of developing adequate human resource policies related to healthcare is considered to be historic. The federal constitution (1988) assigns this mission to the Single Health System, saying: “There must be a Human Resource Department to oversee healthcare”. In order to consolidation of the SUS was
established the Pact by heath/2006, whose term of state management commitment provides as accountability of the education health area to promote the integration of all the processes of training and development of human resource to the policy of continuing education under the ambit of state management of SUS. The fulfillment of
this responsibility in public health still represents a challenge in Piauí. Before this
question, this study is a qualitative approach by using the techniques of Focus Group Interviews and Workshop of Planejamento Estratégico Situacional (PES) involving actors in the management of the Diretoria Unidade de Vigilância e Atenção à Saúde (DUVAS). In the study some information about the analysis of the management of training and continuing education in health was collected in and developed within the SESAPI. The results of the GF show important aspects regarding the practice of continuing education in health, such as: the recognition of the health necessity of the population, training of workers and the management of the SUS, the need for monitoring and evaluation of these processes, so forth. The results of the interviews revel an understanding of the agents on the concepts of whole health care and recognition of EPS with integrating strategy of educational processes. The results of the workshop PES reveal problems related to the implementation of the EPS. The main trouble is considered to be the low level of the management of permanent education in
the area of SUS. A proposal has been made by the Matriz de Objectives so as to help sort out the pending issue. The proposal is about detailing the activities developed in order to face off the causes of those problems.

Previous issue date: 2018-05-28 / This study aims to offer a diagnostic of the 'state-of-the-art' practices being reported throughout the Sharing Information Process (SIP) by the Champions Group, a group of schools that are signatories of the Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME, a United Nations Global Compact initiative), committed to spearheading transformational change toward more socially and environmentally responsible leadership. The study also suggests an analytical model - based on qualitative research and documentary analysis – to define the study sample, investigate data, identify patterns, organise and codify a large amount of information within all reports searched. The analytical model represents a framework in which the result is a collection of practices being reported, functioning as a useful guide and practical reference for higher educational institutions – signatory or otherwise – when promoting or advancing transformational change in their business model. The framework could also be valuable for Graduate Schools – or even Primary Schools to High Schools – considering the urgency of the 2030 Agenda, especially its 4.7 target, referred to as 'An education for sustainable development and global citizenship'. / Este estudo propõe um diagnóstico do que seria o estado da arte das práticas sendo reportadas através dos relatórios SIP (Sharing Information Process) pelo Champions Group, um grupo de escolas de negócios que são signatárias do Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME, uma iniciativa da Organização das Nações Unidas pelo Pacto Globa) e que se comprometeram a liderar mudanças transformacionais em direção a formação de lideranças mais responsáveis quanto a aspectos sociais e ambientais. O estudo também sugere um modelo analítico – baseado em pesquisa qualitativa a análise documental – para os processos de definição da amostra de pesquisa, de investigação de informações, identificação de padrões, organização e codificação de uma vasta quantidade de dados contidos no total de relatórios pesquisados. O modelo analítico representa um framework no qual o resultado corresponde a compilação das práticas reportadas, representando um guia útil e uma referência prática para instituições de ensino superior – signatárias ou não do PRME – quando estiverem promovendo ou avançando em mudanças transformacionais de seu modelo de negócio. O framework pode também ter valor para escolas de Graduação – ou mesmo para escolas de ensino fundamental e ensino médio – considerando a urgência destacada na Agenda 2030, especialmente na meta 4.7, que faz referência a 'uma educação para o desenvolvimento sustentável e para a cidadania global'.

The dissertation is focused in detail on the topic of Talent Management - talent management in the corporate practice. The aim of the dissertation is to verify that the general trends of the current talent management are applied in the business (corporate) practice. The core of the initial part is the analysis of available resources to the topic of current talent management (vocational studies, outcomes of professional conferences, newspaper articles, publications and statements of respondents). The authentication part is based on a research study in the region of the former district Klatovy. The conclusion is divided into several sub-outcomes - recommendations for the respondents, including proposed timetable for implementation, a summary of the best practices in talent management, a description of talent management specification observed according to the focus and the company size, and also the indication of the possible pitfalls of talent management.

Auf der Suche nach der Basis von Innovationen rücken zunehmend Lernprozesse in den Vordergrund. Dies führt zu einer Verknüpfung von technologischen Entwicklungen mit Konzepten der Personal-, Organisations- und Kompetenzentwicklung. Dabei wird Bildung gern als Nebenprodukt, Voraussetzung oder Konsequenz technischer, ökonomischer oder sozialer Innovationen behandelt. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit wird das Ineinandergreifen von Innovations- und Bildungsaktivitäten thematisiert und zur übergreifenden Fragestellung: Wie, wann und warum unterstützen organisationale Bildungsaktivitäten das Hervorbringen von Innovationen?
Zur Beantwortung der Forschungsfragen wird einer explorativen Forschungsstrategie sowie einer qualitativen Forschungsmethodologie gefolgt. Im Rahmen einer Fallstudie wurden sieben Organisationen untersucht. Durch die Analyse der empirischen Daten konnte das soziale Agieren aufgedeckt sowie eine Tiefenstruktur erarbeitet werden. Die Erkenntnisse führen zur Konstruktion einer Innovationsdidaktik, die eingehend beschrieben wird und mit Implikationen für den Innovationsalltag verknüpft ist. / In the search for the basis of innovation, learning processes increasingly emerge in the foreground. This leads to a linkage of technological developments with concepts of personnel, organisational and competence development. Education is often treated as a co-product, prerequisite or consequence of technical, economic or social innovations. Within the present work, the linkage of innovation and education practices is addressed and the general question is: How, when and why do organisational education activities support the production of innovations?
To answer the research questions, an explorative research strategy and a qualitative research methodology will be used. Within the framework of a case study, seven organisations were examined. Through the analysis of the empirical data, social action was uncovered and a depth structure was elaborated. The findings lead to the construction of an innovation didactic, which is described in detail and linked with implications for everyday innovation life.
