Jaunuolių su fizine negalia profesijos pasirinkimo sunkumai / Difficulties encountered by youths with physical disability while choosing the occupation

Visi žmonės turi teisę dalyvauti visuomenės gyvenime. Neįgaliųjų socialinė plėtotė reiškia, kad reikia šalinti atsiradusias kliūtis ir sudaryti lygias galimybes visiems dalyvauti socialiniame gyvenime. Lietuvoje tik prieš kelerius metus susirūpinta sudėtinga jaunuolių turinčių fizinę negalią, situacija. Vis dėlto po truputį keičiasi, požiūris į žmogų su fizine negalia, jų norą ir poreikį rinktis profesiją. Lietuvoje valdžios institucijos, aukštosios mokyklos, įvairios nevyriausybinės organizacijos siekia visapusiškai prieinamo aukštojo mokslo. Pastaruoju metu Lietuvoje daugėja mokymosi bei profesijos pasirinkimo galimybių. Kokios profesinės pasirinkimo galimybės sudarytos fizinę negalią turintiems jaunuoliams? Kas sukelia profesines pasirinkimo problemas jaunuoliams turintiems fizinę negalią? Šie probleminiai klausimai nurodo darbo nagrinėjamą problematiką. Problema – jaunuoliai su fizine negalia susiduria su sunkumais pasirenkant profesiją. Tyrimo objektas – jaunuolių (nuo 17 iki 21 metų amžiaus), su fizinę negalią, profesijos pasirinkimas. Social development of disabled people means that there is a need to eliminate all emerging obstacles in order to provide equal opportunities for everyone to participate in social life. The concern in regard to the difficult situation of the youths with physical disability in Lithuania is very recent. Nevertheless the attitude towards the disabled people is changing, acknowledging their wish and need to choose the occupation. In Lithuania public enterprises, high schools, various non governmental organisations are trying to make high school studies available to everyone. Today there are greater possibilities and choice of studies and occupations. What occupational opportunities are created for youths with physical disability? What causes vocational difficulties for disabled youths? These problematic questions indicate the problem researched in this thesis. Mokinio statuso įtaka profesijos pasirinkimui Analizuojant individų tarpusavio santykių pobūdį ir ypatumus, vartojama statuso sąvoka. Statusas - pasirinkimų pagal tam tikrus kriterijus įvairioms veiklos sritims skaičius, tenkantis vienam klasės mokiniui. Statusas atskleidžia grupės nario padėtį grupės santykių sistemoje kitų grupės narių požiūriu. Magistro darbe bus nagrinėjamas moksleivių socialinis statusas kaip veiksnys; sąlygojantis raišką bendruomenėje bei veiksniai, lemiantys mokinio statusą, apžvelgiama statuso svarba asmenybės ugdymui(si), savęs vertinimui ir profesijos pasirinkimui. Šiame darbe bus tiriamas profesijos pasirinkimas vadybiniu aspektu, nagrinėjama profesijos pasirinkimo problematika bei pateikiama mokinio statuso ryšio su profesijos pasirinkimu įžvalga. Mokinių rengimas profesinei veiklai - svarbi užduotis, tenkanti bendrojo lavinimo mokykloms. Tinkamai ir efektyviai teikiamos profesinio informavimo ir konsultavimo paslaugos gali padėti moksleiviams lengviau apsispręsti dėl būsimos profesijos pasirinkimo. Todėl svarbu išsiaiškinti mokinių požiūrį į bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose teikiamas profesinio informavimo ir konsultavimo paslaugas, kaip į svarbius veiksnius, turinčius įtakos renkantis profesiją. Tyrimo objektas: Profesinio informavimo ir konsultavimo veiksniai bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje. Lietuvos sveikatos priežiūros įstaigose operacinių slaugytojų pasitenkinimas darbu - mažai nagrinėta sritis. Slaugos specialistų trūkumas beveik visose Europos šalyse (toliau ES) virsta visuotine problema ir tai tapo aktualu, mūsų valstybei įstojus į Europos Sąjungą, kai slaugytojams atsivėrė daug platesnės rinkos perspektyvos. Darbo tikslas. Įvertinti slaugytojų, dirbančių operacinėse, pasitenkinimą darbu. Uždaviniai. Ištirti slaugytojų, dirbančių operacinėse, pasitenkinimą darbu, nustatyti jį lemiančius veiksnius ir pateikti rekomendacijas pasitenkinimui darbu didinti. Tyrimo metodai. Vienmomentinė anoniminė operacinės slaugytojų anketinė apklausa. Statistinė tyrimo duomenų analizė atlikta SPSS 17.0 programa, grafiniam tyrimo rezultatų vaizdavimui naudota MS Excel 2007 programa. Rezultatai. Didžioji dalis operacinėse dirbančių slaugytojų yra patenkinti savo darbu (82,9 proc.) ir daugiau nei du trečdaliai (70,7 proc.) respondentų iš naujo pasirinktų slaugytojo profesiją. Nursing shortage becomes a global problem in almost all European countries including Lithuania. Much broader market perspectives have opened for nurses as Lithuania joined the European Union. Objective: To evaluate operating room nurses’ job satisfaction. Specific aims: To investigate operating room nurses’ job satisfaction, to determine factors that cause job satisfaction and to make recommendations to increase job satisfaction. Methods: Single-step anonymous questionnaire survey for operating room nurses. The statistical analysis performed using SPSS 17.0 program. MS Excel 2007 was used for graphical depiction of the test results. Results: Most of the operating room nurses are satisfied with their job (82.9%) and more than two-thirds (70.7%) of respondents would choose nursing career again. The majority (78.9%) of operating room nurses are satisfied with the work schedule. Two-thirds satisfied with the quality of operating room management (69.9%), salary (69.2%), workload (66.7%), opportunity of training and qualification improvement (66.7%). Tyrimo problema siejama su tuo, kad visuomenėje formuojasi nuomonė, jog daugiavaikės šeimos nesugeba pasirūpinti vaikų išsilavinimu, vaikai orientuojami į žemos kvalifikacijos reikalaujančias profesijas, daugiavaikių šeimų kūrimosi motyvacinėje sistemoje dominuoja ekonominiai veiksniai (socialinių pašalpų gavimo galimybės). Tyrimo tikslas – ištirti daugiavaikių šeimų vaikų profesinio kryptingumo ugdymo ypatumus ir jų rengimą karjerai. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. <p>Cilj istraţivanja je da pokaţem: 1. na koji naĉin formalno i neformalno obrazovanje utiĉe na formiranje rodnog identiteta koji je u suodnosu sa profesionalnim identitetom; 2. na koji naĉin je proces feminizacije novinarske profesije u kontekstu dru&scaron;tva, porodice, obrazovanja i medija.<br />H-1: Formalno akademsko obrazovanje ima znaĉajan uticaj na kvalitetan profesionalni rad novinarki ali nedovoljan za rodno osetljiv pristup.<br />H-2: Neformalno obrazovanje u smislu celoživotnog usavr&scaron;avanja doprinosi profesionalnijem radu novinarki naroĉito u istraživaĉkom novinarstvu, kao i rodno osetljivom medijskom izve&scaron;tavanju.<br />H-3. Veći broj žena na pozicijama moći ne dovodi nužno do rodno osetljivog pristupa u medijima, te na taj naĉin ne doprinosi promeni sistema vrednosti koji bi vodio ka ravnopravnijem položaju žena u dru&scaron;tvu.<br />H-4: žene u novinarskoj profesiji potiskuju rodni identitet u odnosu na profesionalni.<br />Osnovni teorijski okvir se oslanja na teoriju &bdquo;drugosti‟.<br />Osnovni istraživaĉki metod su životne priĉe, kao jedan od dominantnih metoda u rodnim studijama, na osnovu kojeg interpretiramo iskustva žena kao svedoĉenja o dru&scaron;tvenim, politiĉkim i profesionalnim okolnostima u određenom vremenskom periodu u kontekstu multietniĉke i multikulturalne Vojvodine.<br />Korpus ĉini 16 novinarki koje rade ili su radile u medijima na jezicima razliĉitih nacionalnih zajednica i na jeziku većinskog naroda.<br />Rasvetljavanjem rodne dimenzije razvoja jedne profesije, rezultati istraživanja daju doprinos dekonstrukciji patrijarhalnog dru&scaron;tvenog okvira, te putem feministiĉke perspektive utiĉu na bolje razumevanje individualnog i dru&scaron;tvenog života u drugoj polovini 20. i poĉetkom 21. veka u Vojvodini.<br />Rezultati istraţivanja pokazuju da ţene u novinarsku profesiju danas ulaze kao &bdquo;druge‟ bez obzira na broj žena u medijima, upravljaĉke strukture i dalje pripadaju mu&scaron;karcima - oni imaju profesionalnu i politiĉku moć. Novinarke iz manjinskih nacionalnih zajednica su dvostruko &bdquo;druge‟ u odnosu na novinarke iz većinske zajednice i mu&scaron;ke kolege u sopstvenoj zajednici.<br />Rezultati pokazuju da je formalno visoko obrazovanje vaţno polazi&scaron;te za bavljenje novinarskom profesijom, ali za stepen razvoja profesionalnog identiteta je neophodno i konstatno (celoživotno) neformalno obrazovanje; edukacija o rodnoj ravnopravnosti znaĉajno utiĉe na nivo ostvarenosti rodne novinarske kulture; kod novinarki je izražen rodni identitet, ali je podređen profesionalnom, jer se u sluĉaju većine novinarki rodni identitet shvata kao statiĉki žensko-mu&scaron;ki polaritet a ne kao kategorija vi&scaron;estrukih identiteta.<br />Primena rezultata istraţivanja je dvojaka: 1. empirijski podaci o identitetu novinarski iz Vojvodine poslužiće u teorijskoj raspravi o korelaciji rodnog i profesionalnog identiteta ali i komponentama vi&scaron;estrukog identiteta žena u Vojvodini; 2. poslužiće da se pro&scaron;iri postojeća baza podataka životnih priĉa žena pripadnica većinske, ali i manjinskih nacionalnih zajednica i iskoristi za naredna komparativna istraţivanja.</p> / <p>The aim of the research is to show: 1. how formal and informal education affects the formation of gender identity in correlation with the professional identity; 2. The way of the process of feminization of the journalistic profession in the context of society, the family, education and the media.<br />H-1: Formal academic education has a significant impact on the quality professional work of female journalists, but it is insufficient for a gender-sensitive approach.<br />H-2: Non-formal education in terms of lifelong learning contributes to a more professional work of female journalists, especially the ones who are involved in investigative journalism, as well as gender-sensitive media coverage.<br />H-3. A larger number of women in positions of power does not necessarily lead to a gender-sensitive approach in the media, and thus does not contribute to a change in values that would lead to more equal position of women in the society.<br />H-4: Women in journalism suppress gender identity in relation to a professional one.<br />Basic and theoretical framework draws on the theory of &#39;otherness&#39;.<br />The basic research methods are life stories, as one of the predominant methods in gender studies. We interpret the experience of women through testimonies about social, political and professional circumstances in a particular period and in the context of a multi-ethnic and multicultural Vojvodina.<br />The corpus consists of 16 female journalists who work or have worked in the minority media of ethnic communities, as well as in the language of the majority. By hihlighting gender dimension of development of a profession, the research results should contribute to the deconstruction of patriarchal social framework and lead to better understanding of the impact of individual and social life the second half of the 20th and beginning of the 21st century in Vojvodina through a feminist perspective.<br />The research results show that women in journalism today are included as &#39;subordinates&#39;. Regardless of the prevalent number of women in the media, the management structure still belongs to men - they have the professional and political power. Journalists from minority communities are double &#39;subordinates&#39; in relation to the female journalists from the majority community and male colleagues in their own community.<br />The results show that formal higher education is an important starting point for the journalistic profession, but for the further development of professional identity constant (life-long) formal education is necessary; Education on gender equity has a significant impact on the level of achievement in gender-based journalistic culture; with the journalist expressing gender identity, or is subordinate to a professional, as in the case of most journalists gender identity is understood as a static female-male polarity and not as a category of multiple identities.<br />The application of the research results are twofold: 1. empirical data on the identity of the press from Vojvodina will serve as a basis for theoretical discussion on the correlation of gender and professional identity, as well as components of multiple identities of women in Vojvodina; 2. it will serve to expand the existing database of life stories of women who are members of the majority, and minority ethnic communities and should be used for subsequent comparative studies.</p>

<p>U disertacija se istražuje proces profesionalizacije nove profesije inženjer menadžment u savremenom srpskom dru&scaron;tvu. Cilj je da se ispita koji su konstitutivni elementi razvijeni, koji jo&scaron; nisu ili nisu u potpunosti, te ih treba razvijati kako bi se ubrzali procesi profesionalizacije.<br />Teorijski model primenjen u istraživanju sastoji se od elemenata strukturano-funkcionalističke teorije (dru&scaron;tvena za&scaron;tita profesije i etički kodeks) i realističko-istorijske teorije (formiranje &scaron;kola za profesionalno obrazovanje, profesionalno udruženje i izgradnja etičkog kodeksa profesije). Model je za potrebe ovog istraživanja pro&scaron;iren sa jo&scaron; dva relevantna elementa: resocijalizacija inženjera menadžmentau organizacijama i dru&scaron;tveno vrednovanje profesije.<br />Rezultati istraživanja dokazuju relevantnost izabranih nezavisnih promenljivih i potvrđuju njihov determinirajući uticaj na procese profesionalizacije profesije inženjer menadžmenta. Kao najrazvijeniji elemenat ove mlade profesije identifikovano je univerzitetsko obrazovanje. To pokazuje da je uvođenje studijskih programa inženjerskog menadžmenta na univerzitete u Srbiji prethodnica ekonomskog razvoja.</p> / <p>The thesis focuses on the research of the process of the professionalization of the engineering manager profession in the contemporary Serbina society. The main objective is to examine which of the constitutive elements of this profession are developed and which of those are yet to be developed.<br />The theoretical model applied in the research consists of the elements of the structural-functional theory (social protection of profession and ethical code) and realistic-historical theory (founding of the schools for professional education, professional associations, and establishment of the ethical code for the profession). This model was, for the needs of this research, broadened with two more relevant elements: re-socialization of the engineering managers in and social evaluation of the profession of the engineering manager.<br />The results of the research prove the relevance of the examined factors and confirm their determining influence on the process of the professionalization of the engineering manager profession. As the most developed element of this young profession, the university education was identified. This shows that introduction of the study programme of engineering management in Serbia by the universities was in fact preceding the economic development.</p>

<p>Danas je gotovo nepoznat podatak da na katedrama za gudačke instrumente na akademijama umetnosti u regionu od ukupnog broja diplomiranih kadrova većinu čine žene. Otuda je vredna istraživačke pažnje analiza procesa obrazovanja i profesionalnog delovanja u njihovim sredinama tog značajnog broja muzički visoko obrazovanih žena. Upoređivanjem podataka iz tri akademske sredine jugoslovenskog prostora dolazimo do značajnih zaključaka za istoriju ženskog muzičkog nasleđa u regionu na ovom prostoru i za metodiku rada sa budućim kadrovima.<br />Cilj istraživanja je prikupljanje, selekcija i interpretacija podataka o životu diplomiranih izvođačica na gudačkim instrumentima u Novom Sadu, Banjaluci i Zagrebu od osnivanja akademskih institucija do danas, kako bi se skrenula pažnja na pitanje konstruisanja identiteta izvođačica tokom i nakon visokog muzičkog obrazovanja.<br />Hipoteza 1 je da značajan broj diplomiranih izvođačica na gudačkim instrumentima doprinosi promeni svesti o važnosti rodnog identiteta u muzičkoj umetnosti u regionu.<br />Hipoteza 2 je da povećan broj diplomiranih izvođačica na gudačkim instrumentima ne doprinosi promeni svesti o važnosti rodnog identiteta u muzičkoj umetnosti u regionu.<br />Hipoteza 3 je da je profesionalni identitet diplomiranih izvođačica na gudačkim instrumentima nadređen svim drugim komponentama identiteta, uključujući i rodni.<br />Korpus obuhvata diplomirane muzičarke gudačkih instrumenata sa Akademije umetnosti u Novom Sadu (20), u Zagrebu (4)i u Banjaluci (8).<br />Analiza 13 komponenata identiteta (detinjstvo, &scaron;kolovanje, devedesete godine 20. veka, brak, deca, maternji jezik, zatim nacionalni, verski, profesionalni identiteti, zdravlje, članstvo u strukovnim udruženjima i političkim strankama, hobi).<br />Rezultati pokazuju da je prva hipoteza samo delimično tačna, te da je treća hipoteza tačna za ukupan uzorak: sve muzičarke prednost daju profesionalnom identitetu od ranog detinjstva. Empirijski podaci ne potvrđuju stereotip da profesija muzičarke i braka, porodice i dece ne idu zajedno.<br />Rezultati istraživanja su važni koliko za novo sačinjavanje istorije muzike i žena u toj oblasti toliko i za rodne studije, koje se staraju za afirmaciju žena u različitim profesijama u dana&scaron;njem vremenu. Posebno rezultati treba da obogate nastavnu i metodičku praksu u domenu muzike na svim nivoima obrazovanja kod nas. Podaci iz ovog rada bi mogli (zapravo, morali) da postanu deo udžbeničke literature. Na ovo se nadovezuju i podaci do kojih je do&scaron;lo ovo istraživanje, a koji svedoče o tome da je u svetu i u regionu jugoslovenskog prostora značajan broj žena doprinosio i jo&scaron; uvek, možda i vi&scaron;e nego ikada ranije, doprinosi razvoju muzike i muzičke kulture.</p> / <p>Today is almost unknown the fact that on the string department at the academies of arts in our region most of the graduated students are women. The analysis of this process is worth the research attention of education and professional activities of this, relatively significant number of graduated women string instrumentalists. By comparing data from three cultural backgrounds of ex-Yugoslav territory we come to significant conclusions for the history of women&#39;s musical heritage in the region in this area and the methodology of work with future personnel.<br />The aim of the research is the collection, selection and interpretation of data about the life of graduated women performers on stringed instruments in Novi Sad, Banja Luka and Zagreb since the establishment of these academic institutions to present day, in order to draw attention to the issue of constructing identity of women performers during and after the higher music education.<br />Hypothesis 1 is that a significant number of female music performance graduates on string instruments contributes to improving the awareness of the importance of gender identity in the music art in the region.<br />Hypothesis 2 is that the increased number of female music performance graduates on string instruments does not contribute to improving the awareness of the importance of gender identity in the music art in the region.<br />Hypothesis 3 that professional identity of the female music performance graduates on string instruments is superior to all other components of identity, including gender.<br />The corpus includes female music performance graduates on string instruments from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad (20), Zagreb (4) and Banja Luka (8).<br />Analysis of the 13 components of identity (childhood, education, nineties of the 20th century, marriage, children, mother tongue, then national, religious, professional identities, health, membership in professional associations and political parties, hobbies).<br />The results show that the first hypothesis is only partly true, and that the third hypothesis is true for the total sample: all the female musicians prefer the professional identity from early childhood. Empirical data do not confirm the stereotype that the profession of a female musician exclude marriage, family and children.<br />The research results are as important as the new drafting history of music and women in this area so much and for gender studies, which are undertaken for the advancement of women in various professions in modern times. In particular, the results would enrich teaching and methodical practice in the field of music education at all levels in our country. Data from this study could (indeed, must) become a part of textbooks. In addition the data that occurred in this research testify to the fact that in the world and in the region Yugoslav territory a significant number of women contributed, and still, perhaps more than ever, contributes to the development of music and musical culture.</p>

Magistro darbo objektas – sociologiniai visuomenės tyrimai. Darbo tikslas Apžvelgti Lietuvoje atliktus sociologinius tyrimus. Išanalizuoti visuomeninės Lietuvos televizijos (toliau LTV) autorinėse laidose rodomų visuomenės atstovų socialinius ryšius, remiantis stratifikacijos modeliais suskirstyti juos į klases. Atlikti socialinį ekrano žmonių pjūvį, atskleisti šiandieninės Lietuvos visuomenės portretą – vystymosi, kaitos, lūžio etapų aspektus, nustatyti prielaidas, lėmusias vienokią ar kitokią visuomenės stratifikaciją. Palyginti realybėje egzistuojantį visuomenės modelį su tuo, kuris atsispindi televizijos laidose. Darbo uždaviniai: Sužinoti kokie yra atlikti sociologiniai tyrimai, ką, remdamiesi jais, galime sužinoti apie Lietuvos visuomenę, jos struktūrą, modelius ir kitus segmentus. Ištirti bei apžvelgti atliktų sociologinių tyrimų medžiagą, statistinius duomenis, LTV laidų archyvinę medžiagą, susisteminti, suklasifikuoti laidų dalyvius, taip pat išnagrinėti kitą, socialinius aspektus nagrinėjančią, medžiagą, padėsiančią patvirtinti arba paneigti keliamą hipotezę. Išsiaiškinti, ar egzistuoja skirtumas tarp Lietuvos televizijos laidose formuojamos visuomenės modelio ir modelio, kuris pagrįstas atliktų sociologinių tyrimų duomenimis bei išvadomis. Naudojantis mokslinės literatūros analize, tiriant televizijos laidų dalyvius, buvo prieita išvados, kad Lietuvos visuomenės modelis neatitinka to modelio, kurį sukuria televizijos. Television has become an usual discussion object because it has positive aspects (information, discovery opportunities) and also for negative (irresponsible view into facts, law defiance, bad influence for youngest users groups, too big commerciality).Finding parallels by comparing television public model with model which was made by social public analysis will help to find and understand what we see in TV screen. It is important to study persons types who we see in TV like separate public model. My work aim is to overlook the social analysis which was made in Lithuania, also to research public representative from LTV who have them own copyrighted shows social links according stratification models and separate them into groups. Also to perform sociological shows heads cut, to reveal today’s Lithuanian public portrait-development, changing, fracture stage aspects, to set presumptions which has determined public stratification.
