臺北市國民中學家長會運作現況之研究 / A study on operations of parents’ associations of junior high school in Taipei city石儀文 Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民中學家長會之運作現況,分析家長會參與學校事務、學校支援方面的認知與成效,再依據研究結果,提出建議,做為家長會運作之參考。
本研究方法為問卷調查法。研究對象為臺北市家長會成員。問卷回收後分別以描述統計,獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法分析。根據研究結果將結論分析歸納如下:
一、臺北市國民中學家長會在會務推動方面受家長肯定,惟家長普遍對家長會功能認知有偏低現象。
二、臺北市國民中學家長會運作在校務參與方面最重視班級經營。
三、臺北市國民中學家長會願意協助學校發展,其中人力或財力為協助學校最直接且有利的方式。
四、臺北市國民中學家長會運作正常,具備組織與成效,且對學校教育效能有所助益。
五、臺北市國民中學家長在家長會的參與及運作時不受其背景變項影響。
最後,依據研究結論,提出幾點建議提供家長會、學校、主管教育行政機關及後續相關研究做參考。 / This study aims to understand where PTA (parent teacher associations of Taipei city’s junior high schools) stands, assessment of current operation and function and involvement regarding to the parents. Based upon the full analysis, we made suggestions for PTA.
Questionnaires are given to respondents who were parents, splintered by groups for the sake of statistics of those samples. We have achieved the following conclusions:
1.Parents felt positive to PTA for pushing forward agenda, but had low comprehension as to PTA’s functions.
2.PTA in daily operation placed most importance was class operation.
3.Parents were willingly to support school, by means of most straight forward: either manpower or financial support.
4.PTA remained well operational, organized and efficient, which enhanced scholastic functions.
5.PTA were not affected by background of parents (income and social status, etc.)
According to the research result, we had achieved the conclusions and would like to propose to PTA, schools, and the scholastic administrative unit for better understanding and further improvement.

O estudo das faltas e licenças médicas pode tornar-se referencial privilegiado para observar-se a conjuntura na qual se edificam as diretrizes e os produtos que se constituirão nas ações educativas para jovens e crianças que dependem da Secretaria da Educação do Estado de São Paulo. Para medir o absenteísmo no trabalho relacionado a motivos de saúde optou-se em descrever a magnitude média das taxas de faltas e de licenças médicas do magistério e do pessoal de apoio, segundo as 91 diretorias de ensino de todo o Estado de São Paulo, entre maio de 2008 e julho de 2009 e comparar as proporções de faltas e de licenças entre as funções do magistério e de apoio, segundo coordenadorias de ensino. Trata-se de um estudo ecológico que utilizou em sua construção, dados secundários, coletados a partir de registros oficiais. Verificou-se que a região periférica da metrópole paulistana foi a que apresentou um número superior de ausências, em detrimento do interior e da capital, que tiveram registradas médias aproximadas. As licenças médicas, contudo, têm, principalmente no interior, significativa elevação. Este trabalho pôde registrar que aproximadamente 20 por cento da força de trabalho contratada esteve ausente durante o período letivo observado, sendo o tempo fator importante para a predição do afastamento das pessoas do trabalho. Identifica-se que, em janeiro, quase não há afastamentos por motivo de saúde e que ocorre aumento progressivo ao longo do semestre estudado. Em junho/julho, inverte-se essa tendência, que se modifica novamente em agosto, o que sugere um padrão de repetição (ciclo). Nítida é a elevação de ausências por motivo de saúde no período definido como letivo / The study of absences and sick leave can become privileged reference point for observing the situation in which the guidelines are built and the products that will serve on the educational activities for adolescents and children who depend on the Bureau of Education of the State of São Paulo. Measuring absenteeism in work related to medical reasons was decided to describe the magnitude of the average rates of absenteeism and medical leave from teaching and support staff, according to the 91 boards of education throughout the State of São Paulo between May 2008 and July 2009 and compare the proportion of absences and licenses among the functions of teaching and support, according to coordinators of education. This is one ecological study that used in its construction, the secondary data collected from official records. It was found that the peripheral region of the metropolis was the one with a higher number of absences at the expense of the interior and the capital, who had recorded approximate average. The interviewees were chosen through contact with the municipalities and the accessibility of the people.The analysis and the results showed that the municipalities give similar support to the teachers and the gifted are more and more accepted , but they are usually seen as one group regardless of whether the students are gifted in mathematics or in another area.

本研究旨在探討高中身心障礙學生知覺的家庭功能、學校支持、希望感與人際適應之相關研究。以台北縣、市領有視覺障礙、聽覺障礙與肢體障礙身心障礙殘障手冊的高中身心障礙學生,共186人為研究對象,採用家庭功能量表、學校支持調查表、希望感量表、人際適應量表為研究工具,再以台北縣、市立公私立高中普通班學生,做為參照,以了解身心障礙學生知覺的家庭功能、希望感與人際適應的關係,和一般學生是否不同。統計方法以因素分析、信度分析、描述統計、t考驗、皮爾森積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸分析等進行分析。結果發現:
一、高中身心障礙學生在知覺的家庭功能、學校支持、希望感與人際適應都有中上程度,其中,家庭功能與人際適應情形略低於高中一般學生,希望感則無明顯差異。
二、高中身心障礙學生知覺的家庭功能、學校支持、希望感與人際適應有三組顯著的典型相關存在。
三、高中身心障礙學生知覺的家庭功能、學校支持與希望感對人際適應有預測力,其中以學校支持的「同學支持的有助性」為最主要的預測向度。而高中身心障礙學生與一般學生知覺的家庭功能與希望感預測人際適應的情形有差異。 / This research is focused on the relationships between perceived family functioning, school support, hope and interpersonal adjustment about high school students with disabilities. Subjects are 186 high school students with visual disability, hearing impairment and physical disability coming from Taipei county and Taipei city in Taiwan. This study apply the Family Functioning Scale, School Support Investigation, Hope Scale and Interpersonal Adjustment Scale to obtain the necessary data. The collection of the data is interpreted with the use of factor analysis, cronbach alpha, t-test, pearson correlation, canonical correlation analysis and multiple regression. Findings are as such:
1. High school students with disabilities are all above average on percieved family functioning, school support, hope and intepersonal adjustment. However, they show less perceived family functioning and interpersonal adjustment than their general peer classmates; besides, there is no significant difference about hope whether the high school students have disabilities or not.
2. There are three significant canonical correlations between perceived family functioning, school support, hope and interpersonal adjustment about high school students with disability.
3. Interpersonal adjustment was able to be explained by percieved family functioning, school support and hope. Classmates’ support is the most important variabilities among high school students with disabilities.There are differences between high school students and their general peer classmates on predicting interpersonal adjustment.

(1997) which portrays the new Education Policy in South Africa. clearly states that one of the
crucial outcomes is that all possible barriers to learning must be eliminated so that all learners
are able to actualise their full potential.
Inclusive education, as embedded within the Education Policy, is regarded as an approach
which will allow learners to actualise their full potential.
This study is a critical reflection on whether inclusive education is practised in primary
schools in the Thohoyandou area. The research findings indicated that inclusive education is
not practised in the Thohoyandou area. A major factor or barrier in this regard is that teachers
and principals are not empowered in terms ofknowledge to practise inclusive education. Other
factors acting as barriers to the implementation of inclusive education are that the school
buildings do not cater for physically and visually impaired learners as well as the attitudes of
teachers, parents and peers are inclined to be negative towards learners experiencing barriers
to learning. The community should also be educated and empowered to assist and understand
these learners, who will become the future members of the community, more effectively,
As inclusive education is one of the means whereby all learners are given the opportunity to
actualise their full potential, these barriers must be addressed so that inclusive education can
be practised in all primary schools in the Thohoyandou area. A few strategies to implement

The purpose of this study was to investigate how well adjusted the support is for young people that have been diagnosed with ADHD, while attending the gymnasium. Analysis and result are based on a sociocultural perspective and have their take-off in literaturestudies and qualitative interviews with two students with the diagnosis and one special needs teacher. The interviews were based on themes that had their starting point in school policy documents and related literature. The interviews were semi-structured with the aim of letting the interviewees speak as freely as possible. One of the themes included the individual strategies developed by the interviewees, such as using mobile-apps to help structure and plan for everyday life. Results show that the available support is not well adapted and that how great impact the ADHD-diagnosis has on how well the person do in school is greatly affected by in what social context and what kind of support he or she has outside of school, for example by family. The study shows that there is great need for further research and development within the research area. / Syftet med den här studien var att undersöka hur väl anpassat stödet i gymnasieskolan är för elever med ADHD-diagnos. Analys och resultat är bearbetade utifrån ett sociokulturellt perspektiv och baseras på litteraturstudier och kvalitativa intervjuer med två gymnasieelever med ADHD-diagnos samt en specialpedagog/speciallärare. Intervjuerna berörde teman med utgångspunkt i styrdokumenten samt i relaterad litteratur och var halvstrukturerade, med syftet att låta intervjupersonerna tala så fritt som möjligt. Ett av temana berörde de egna strategier som intervjupersonerna utarbetat, så som att använda appar i mobilen för att skapa struktur och planera vardagen. Resultatet visar att stödet i gymnasieskolan inte är väl anpassat utan att hur väl en person med ADHD-diagnos klarar sig i skolan snarare beror på de omgivande förutsättningarna utanför skolan, exempelvis vilket stöd hen får från sin familj. Studien visar att det finns stor utvecklingspotential inom området och att det behövs ytterligare forskning på hur man kan omforma skolans sociokulturella struktur och se till att anpassningarna blir just anpassningar och inte ytterligare krav.
