Darbe atlikta teorinė adaptacijos samprata ir socialinių pedagogų adaptacijos profesinėje veikloje lemiančių veiksnių analizė.Iškelta hipotezė, jog sėkmingą socialinio pedagogo adaptaciją profesinėje veikloje lemia pradedančiojo sėkminga psichosocialinė, profesinė bei organizacinė adaptacija.Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo atlikti du tyrimai: kiekybinis ir kokybinis tyrimas. Atliekant kiekybinį tyrimą, siekta išsiaiškinti organizacinius, profesinius, psichosocialinius veiksnius lemiančius socialinių pedagogų adaptaciją profesinėje veikloje. Atliekant kokybinį tyrimą, siekta išsiaiškinti socialinio pedagogo veiklos sėkmes ir nesėkmes profesinės adaptacijos laikotarpiu. Kiekybiniu tyrimu atlikta statistinė (aprašomoji dažnių, vidurkių) duomenų analizė, o kokybiniame tyrime duomenys apdoroti, taikant turinio (content) analizės metodą. / The theoretical concept of the adaptation and the analysis of the determining factors of the social educators‘ adaptation in the professional activity are carried out in the work. The raised hypothesis that successful adaptation of a social educator in the professional activity leads the beginner‘s successful psychosocial, professional and organizational adaptation. Questionnaire survey method was used to carry out two tests: a qualitative and quantitative research. The quantitative research was used to find out the organizational, professional, psychosocial factors influencing social educators‘ adaptation in the professional activity. Performing the qualitative study it was used to find out the social pedagogues‘ successes and failures of the activity in the period of the professional adaptation. Using the quantitative research the statistical (descriptive frequencies, averages) data analysis is done and data are processed using the method of the content (content) analysis in the qualitative research.

Darbo tikslas: Įvertinti sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas Jurbarko rajono mokyklose mokytojų ir visuomenės sveikatos specialistų požiūriu. Uždaviniai.1.Įvertinti mokytojų požiūrį į moksleivių sveikatą ir teikiamas sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas mokykloje. 2. Įvertinti mokyklų visuomenės sveikatos specialistų nuomonę apie sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų organizavimo problemas. 3. Palyginti sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų organizavimą Jurbarko rajono miesto ir kaimo vietovių bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose. Metodika. Jurbarko rajono bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose atlikta anketinė mokytojų apklausa. Išdalinta 600 anketų. Anketas grąžino 360 respondentų (60,0 proc.). Buvo vertinamas mokytojų požiūris į sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų poreikį mokykloje ir visuomenės sveikatos priežiūros specialisto veiklą. Visuomenės sveikatos priežiūros specialistų nuomonės tyrimui panaudotas kokybinis tikslinių grupių apklausos metodas. Kiekybinio tyrimo duomenys apdoroti panaudojant specializuotą duomenų tvarkymo ir statistinės analizės paketą SPSS 16.0. Rezultatai. 70,2 proc. miesto ir 47,0 proc. kaimo mokytojų mokinių sveikatą vertino patenkinamai. Atitinkamai 78,1 ir 56,9 proc. mokytojų mano, kad mokinių sveikata blogėja. Objectives: 1. To evaluate the attitudes of teachers on provision of health care services in schools. 2. To evaluate the opinion of schools’ public health specialists about the problems of provision of health care services at schools. 3. To compare the health care services organization between the general education schools in urban and rural areas in the Jurbarkas district. Methods. Questionnaire survey of teachers was conducted in the general schools of Jurbarkas district. 600 questionnaires were distributed. 360 respondents filled in and returned questionnaires (response rate - 60.0%). Teachers’ opinions on health care needs in school and public functions of health care specialist of school was evaluated by conducting questionnaire survey. Also qualitative research method – focus group discussion - was applied in order to get deeper insight into the issues of provision of health cares services at school. Magistro darbe analizuojamas specialistų, dirbančių su neįgaliaisiais profesinės reabilitacijos procese, darbdavių ir neįgaliųjų požiūris į profesinės reabilitacijos specialisto veiklos kryptingumą bei reikalingumą. Suformuluota hipotezė, kurią sudaro dvi dalys: Tikėtina, kad specialistų, dirbančių su neįgaliaisiais profesinės reabilitacijos procese, darbdavių ir neįgaliųjų nuomonės leidžia įvertinti profesinės reabilitacijos specialisto veiklos kryptingumo prioritetus neįgaliųjų profesinės reabilitacijos procese. Tikėtina, kad specialistai, dirbantys su neįgaliaisiais profesinės reabilitacijos procese, darbdaviai ir patys neįgalieji yra linkę pripažinti profesinės reabilitacijos specialisto reikalingumą neįgaliųjų profesinės reabilitacijos procese. Hensikt: Kartlegge ulike samhandlingstiltak for pasienter med lett til moderat depresjon, og vurdere effekter av de identifiserte tiltakene for pasientene og helsetjenesten. Metode: Oppsummering (meta-oversikt) av systematiske oversikter. Litteratursøk: Medline, Cochrane Library, SWEMED, EMBASE and Cinahl database. Seleksjonskriterier: Systematiske oversikter publisert 1995-2006 om effekter av samhandling i allmennpraksis om voksne pasienter med lett til moderat depresjon. Kontrolltiltak var standard behandling gitt i allmennpraksis. Eksklusjonskriterier: Studier med overvekt av pasienter med alvorlig depresjon, rusmisbruk eller andre alvorlige psykiske lidelser ble ekskludert. Valg av studier: Alle relevante studier var systematisk og kritisk vurdert i forhold til definerte inklusjonskriterier og kvalitet. Primære utfallsmål var: depresjonssymptomer, psykososial funksjon, kvalitet av tjenester. Syntese av resultater: Narrativ syntese av resultater. Resultater: Åtte systematiske oversikter ble inkludert. Studiene var utført i andre helsesystemer enn de skandinaviske med overvekt av studier fra USA og England. Populasjonen inkluderte pasienter med lett til moderat depresjon og noen med alvorlig depresjon. Identifiserte modeller for samhandling: integrerte behandlingsprogrammer, opplæringstiltak, spesialister i allmennpraksis, rådgivning, case-management, samhandling om behandling. Overførbarhet av resultater fra studiene til skandinavisk setting er usikker. Det er behov for norske og skandinaviske studier. Kvalitativ forskning vil kunne belyse hvilke faktorer som fremmer eller hemmer samhandling i helsetjenesten. Konklusjon: • Samhandling i allmennpraksis mellom nivåene i helsetjenesten om voksne pasienter med depresjon synes å bedre kvaliteten av tjenester og behandlingsutfall for pasientene i større grad enn standard behandling. • Opplæringstiltak kombinert med psykiatrisk kompetanse i allmennpraksis og aktiv oppfølging synes mest effektive for pasienter med lett til moderat depresjon. • Evidensen er utilstrekkelig for en direkte sammenligning av klinisk effekt eller kostnadseffektivitet av de identifiserte modellene for samhandling. • Det er behov for mer forskning om hvilke pasienter som har mest nytte av samhandling og hvilke elementer av de sammensatte tiltak som har størst betydning for resultatet. / Objectives: To identify different models of collaborative care for mild to moderate depression in primary care settings and to evaluate their effectiveness. Method: Meta-review/ Overview of systematic reviews. Search: Medline, Cochrane Library, SWEMED, EMBASE and Cinahl database. Selection criteria: systematic reviews of controlled clinical trials of collaborative care in primary practice versus usual care for patients with mild to moderate depression. Exclusion criteria: Systematic reviews with majority of studies with patients with serious depression or other mental disorders or pure treatment studies. Data collection and analysis: All relevant studies published between 1995 and 2006 were systematically assessed for relevance and methodological quality. Primary outcomes were level of depression, psycho-social functioning and quality of care. The results are presented as a narrative synthesis. Results: Eight systematic reviews were included. Much of the evidence is based on studies performed in USA or UK. Patients with minor to moderate or even major depression were included. Interventions: educational tasks, counselling, disease management programmes, guidelines, managed care, case management, on-site specialist, shared care, active follow-up. It appears that complex interventions which include educative tasks towards guideline – based care combined with on-site specialist at primary care level improve both the quality of care and clinical outcomes compare to usual treatment. The evidence may not be directly applicable to a Nordic health care setting.There is a need for Nordic studies. Future studies would benefit from the addition of qualitative research about the conditions that facilitate or prevent collaboration in health care. Conclusion: • Collaborative service delivery in primary health care of patients with depression appears to be more effective intervention compare to usual care in terms of symptoms reduction, better adherence to treatment and psycho-social functioning and enhance quality of care. • Educative interventions combined with on-site specialist in primary care setting and active follow-up were the most frequent components of effective interventions. • The evidence is insufficient to provide a definitive answer to clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of individual models or to make a comparison between models. • It is unclear which patients gain most profit from collaborative service delivery or which elements of complex interventions are most effective. Managing construction interfaces within the building facade

Interfaces, joints and connections between different elements or sections cause more problems than most of the rest of the building. There are challenges during design, manufacture and construction as well as implications throughout the life of the building. These challenges are particularly relevant for the building envelope. Here the joints must perform at the same level as the main areas of wall or roof, but the pressures on them are invariably much greater. They must keep out the weather but, at the same time, accommodate tolerances. and inaccuracies and cater for movements both during construction and for as long as the building lasts. Managing construction interfaces is an important part of delivering a construction project without time delays or cost additions. However the lack of written publications on how to manage interfaces within construction is a problem discovered by the author very early in the research. Therefore the main aim of the research was; to improve the management of interfaces within the construction industry, with particular reference to interfaces within the building facade. The research was based on an EPSRC funded project entitled CladdISS "A standardised strategy for window and cladding interfaces". The methodology included industrial workshops, interviews, regular steering group meetings and a questionnaire. The strategy proposed to increase productivity, quality, reduce waste and reduce costs in design, manufacture, installation, and the building life cycle. The research highlighted a wide range of interrelated problems. However, the two main issues were: Poor communication between the design team and specialist contractors and poor interface detailing. The following situations typically exist: The interface responsibility is assigned too late if at all; the term 'by others' often leads to the interfaces being poorly managed; the design team does not have a good enough understanding of the construction and manufacturing tolerances of materials at the interfaces; often the design team does not have appropriate understanding of the cladding system they are designing; the specialist cladding contractors do not have enough input to the design of the cladding and interfaces early enough. Using the CladdISS strategy will enable the supply chain to be organised and provide a template for effective interface management.

Proximity and distance : challenges in person-centred care for diabetes specialist nurses in primary health care / Närhet och distans : utmaningar i personcentrerad vård för diabetessjuksköterskor inom primärvården

Background Type 2 diabetes demands self-management over time, to maintain health and reduce the risk for diabetes complications. However, despite efforts, many persons with type 2 diabetes are not reaching the treatment targets. In diabetes, person-centred care and group education are recommended. Diabetes specialist nurses (DSNs) working in primary healthcare have an important role in supporting patients with type 2 diabetes in their self-management to adapt to the demands of the disease in everyday life. Therefore, it is important to explore the DSNs’ professional role and their experiences of practising person-centred care. The overall aim of the thesis was to explore the professional role of DSNs in primary healthcare, and to describe their experiences of person-centred diabetes care. Methods The thesis includes three studies with qualitative, and one with a quantitative, approach. Data collection consisted of focus group interviews, individual interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Qualitative content analysis and statistics were used in the analysis. In studies I and II, 29 and 31 DSNs participated, respectively. In study III, 10 DSNs and 44 persons with type 2 diabetes participated. Lastly, in study IV, 10 DSNs participated. Results The results in the thesis showed that DSNs have a complex and multifaceted professional role that entails striving to be an expert, a fosterer, a leader, an executive, and a role model, which they found challenging. The DSNs perceived high job demands, such as decision-making and learning. The thesis also showed that the interaction between DSNs and persons with type 2 diabetes shifted from empowerment to authority struggles during group support sessions based on person-centred care. The experience of person-centred care was described as enriching, but DSNs also expressed ambivalence, related to an altered professional role. Conclusion There is a desire by DSNs to be close to persons with type 2 diabetes, although they have several challenges to fulfil, which makes it difficult to uphold a relation with proximity; thus, distance is also present. Even though person-centred care is recommended in healthcare, and despite DSNs’ efforts to practise PCC, the result of this thesis shows that it also implies an altered professional role for DSNs that has to be addressed. / Diabetes intervention in Västerbotten, DIVA 2

Thus, the main objective of this study is to analyze the concepts and teaching practices that characterize the performance of music teachers in early childhood education in private and municipal public schools in Natal, Brazil. To this end, we attempted to verify: which schools offer special music classes in early childhood education; content and strategies that characterize these classes; the concepts of music-teaching professionals working in this reality; the professional profile of teachers, bypassing training, expectations, planning and evaluating lessons; and general dimensions related to infrastructure, workload, integrating educational and other aspects related to the insertion of music classes at the kindergarten, school reality. Methodologically, it was assumed a qualitative approach complemented by the quantitative side of research. Thus, two stages were established for the study: first, a survey of 208 schools with the identification of 20 professionals and a questionnaire of open and closed questions, admitting analysis using statistical software; and the second, two case studies through classroom observations and interviews conducted by two music educators working in early childhood education in private and municipal public schools in Natal. In the first step, among several aspects, it was observed that there is demand for music education in early childhood education, and, in the practices, the presence, in accordance with the literature, of game, playing and movement activities and use a repertoire of children's culture and percussion instruments. Concerning the accomplishment of the practices, the following difficulties were identified: the views of parents, teachers and administrators about music education, the role of music teacher as well as lack of musical materials to the detriment of the materials of common usage. Still, they believe that overcoming these limitations can occur primarily through the teacher's attitudes, education and training and investment in infrastructure. In relation to the reasons for working specifically with children's education, they highlight specific aspects of this universe, as repertoire, space and interaction with children. With regard to case studies, it was noted that teachers' practices are contextualized with their formation history and the specificity of the contexts that insert their school and students, and the main elements of its practice are specific to the infant universe and diversify their practices according to the availability of infrastructure. These teachers have broad goals that ensure flexibility in the definition of content, activities and repertoire, highlighting a specifically musical and sound related approach and an extra sound one. They held register of their projects, and lesson plans and observations and believe that music as extra-curricular activity is undemocratic, emphasizing the importance of music in the regular schools, especially in early childhood education. Thus, it is clear that the diversity of ideas, practices, and profiles along with the search for record, research, and reflection on the performance and musical education reflects a dialogue between music education and early childhood education, at the time these teachers working at this level of education. / A educação musical abrange atualmente espaços diversos, destaca-se para este trabalho a realidade da educação infantil, especificamente do professor especialista em música nesse universo. Assim, o objetivo principal desse trabalho é analisar as concepções e práticas pedagógicas que caracterizam a atuação dos professores de música na educação infantil em escolas públicas municipais e privadas da cidade de Natal/RN. Para tal, buscou verificar: quais escolas oferecem aulas específicas de música na educação infantil; os conteúdos e estratégias que caracterizam essas aulas; as concepções pedagógico-musicais dos profissionais atuantes nessa realidade; o perfil profissional desses professores, perpassando por formação, expectativas, planejamento e avaliação das aulas; e dimensões gerais relacionadas à infraestrutura, carga horária, integração pedagógica e demais aspectos relacionados à inserção das aulas de música, na educação infantil, na realidade escolar. Metodologicamente, admitiuse uma abordagem qualitativa que dialoga com a vertente quantitativa de pesquisa. Para tal, foram estabelecidas duas etapas para o trabalho: a primeira, um levantamento com 208 escolas com identificação de 20 desses profissionais e aplicação de questionário de perguntas abertas e fechadas, admitindo-se análise através de software estatístico; e a segunda, dois estudos de caso através de observação de aulas e entrevista realizadas com dois educadores musicais atuantes na educação infantil da rede pública e privada da cidade de Natal. Na primeira etapa, dentre diversos aspectos, observou-se demanda para o ensino de música na educação infantil, e, em consonância com a literatura, a presença nas práticas de atividades com jogos, brincadeiras e movimento, utilização de repertório da cultura infantil e instrumentos percussivos. Foram apontados como dificuldades para realização das práticas, as concepções de pais, professores e gestores sobre a educação musical, a atuação do professor de música, bem como carência de materiais musicais em detrimento aos de uso comum. Ainda assim, acreditam que a superação dessas limitações pode ocorrer principalmente através das atitudes do professor, formação e capacitação e investimento em infraestrutura. Em relação aos motivos pelos quais atuam especificamente com a educação infantil, eles destacam aspectos específicos desse universo, como repertório, espaço e interação com as crianças. Tratando-se dos estudos de caso, percebeu-se que as práticas dos professores são contextualizadas com sua trajetória de formação e com a especificidade dos contextos em que se inserem sua escola e alunos, sendo que os principais elementos de sua prática são específicos do universo infantil e diversificam suas práticas de acordo com a disponibilidade de infraestrutura. Esses docentes possuem objetivos amplos que garantem flexibilidade na definição de conteúdos, atividades e repertório, ressaltando uma vertente especificamente sonoro-musical e outra relacionada a aspectos extrassonoros. Realizam registro de seus projetos, planos e aula e observações e acreditam que a música como atividade extracurricular é não democrática, ressaltando a importância da música no ensino regular, especialmente na educação infantil. Nesse sentido, é possível afirmar que a diversidade de concepções, práticas e perfis juntamente à busca pelo registro, pesquisa, e reflexão sobre a atuação educativomusical, reflete um diálogo entre a educação musical e a educação infantil no momento em que esses educadores atuam nesse nível de ensino.

No mundo que permeia o universo empresarial atual, a atuação dos gestores fica cada vez mais sensível a fatores que giram ao redor de sua área de entendimento e das organizações em que atuam. ULRICH (2003) indica que os gestores de RH deveriam atuar sob uma ótica de multiplicidade de papéis (parceiro estratégico, defensor dos funcionários, agente da mudança e especialista administrativo) para que pudessem fazer frente à atuação das novas organizações que estão surgindo em função da globalização. O estudo dessa dissertação procura analisar se essa multiplicidade de papéis propostos pelo referido pesquisador são aplicáveis para gestores de qualquer área da organização e não somente os gestores de RH. Para tanto, utilizou-se o estudo de caso único em uma empresa de serviços. Através da elaboração e uso de um questionário, obteve-se a confirmação exploratória sobre a aplicabilidade dos múltiplos papéis propostos por ULRICH (2003) em qualquer área e nível de gestão. Isto foi confirmado cruzando-se dois blocos de questões independentes, um utilizando escala de Likert para avaliar a aplicabilidade dos papéis e outro bloco utilizando variáveis sobre a importância dos papéis, os quais apresentaram resultados semelhantes. Obteve-se também resposta qualitativa dos gestores pesquisados. Sugere-se também neste estudo, caso a organização assim desejar, a ampliação do entendimento desses papéis através de um planejamento a ser adotado na empresa e a possibilidade de ampliação do estudo para um número maior de organizações, o que poderá ampliar o referencial conceitual aliado ao fato de que o contexto onde essa multiplicidade de papéis dos gestores está presente, poderá implicar em novos conhecimentos a serem agregados. / In our current business scenario, the managers' performance is increasingly more sensitive to factors revolving around their area of understanding and the organizations where they operate. ULRICH (2003), states that HR managers should play multiple roles (strategic partner, employee defender, change agent and administrative specialist) so that they can live up to the performance of new organizations that are coming up as a result of globalization. This study aims to ascertain whether such multiple roles proposed by the aforementioned researcher are applicable to managers of just about any area of the organization, not just to HR managers. To that end, the study relied on a single case study conducted in a service organization. By means of a questionnaire developed for this purpose, the exploratory confirmation about the applicability of multiple roles proposed by ULRICH (2003) was achieved for any area and level of management. This has been confirmed by cross-referencing two blocks of independent questions. One block made use of the Likert scale to assess the applicability of roles and one block used variables associated with the importance of roles, with similar results. We also obtained a qualitative answer from the managers included in the survey. The study suggests that, if the organization so wishes, the knowledge base of these roles can be improved with the adoption of a plan to be implemented within the company and the possibility of increasing the study to cover a greater number of organizations, which might increase the conceptual referential allied to the fact that the context where this multiplicity of management roles is present, might imply the addition of a new knowledge base.

Avaliação da efetividade de um curso de especialização em saúde da família para qualificação da Atenção Primária à Saúde no Estado da Bahia

Na Brasil, a Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) está estruturada principalmente através da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF), buscando induzir a reorientação do modelo de atenção. Nos últimos anos, a ESF apresentou um incremento na sua cobertura, aliada a investimentos governamentais em processos de qualificação. A ESF apresenta diversas dificuldades para sua consolidação, tendo especial destaque as questões relacionadas à gestão do trabalho e da educação dos profissionais que atuam nas equipes de saúde da família. Visando superar tais dificuldades, são crescentes os investimentos públicos em processos de Educação Permanente e continuada, em especial na modalidade de cursos de pós-graduação, voltados para a atuação na APS/ESF. Na Bahia, o Governo do Estado ofertou em parceria com o Grupo Hospitalar Conceição, um Curso de Especialização em Saúde da Familia voltado para trabalhadores das equipes de diversos município baianos. O objetivo do presente estudo é avaliar a efetividade deste curso de especialização para qualificação da APS a partir da percepção dos profissionais. O tipo de delineamento foi quase experimento, sendo utilizado métodos quantitativo e qualitativo de pesquisa. Para o método quantitativo aplicou-se o instrumento de avaliação chamado Primary Care Assessment Tool (PCATool) a 102 profissionais de um universo de 199 que concluiram o curso de especialização com êxito, em dois momentos: no início e no término do curso de especialização. Utilizou-se estatística descritiva (média e desvio padrão para variáveis contínuas e percentual para variável categórica). O valor do p < 0,05 foi considerado estatisticamente significativo. A parte qualitativa do estudo foi desenvolvida a partir da análise de dados secundários, por meio da verificação de relatórios de avaliação do curso, produzidos pela Secretaria de Saúde do Estado da Bahia, tendo como fonte principal as respostas dos profissionais a um questionário semi-estruturado. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que após o curso ocorreu um discreto aumento do escore geral da APS, passando de 6,76 para 6,91, com desvio-padrão de 0,77. Também houve aumento discreto da maioria dos escores dos atributos da APS; no entanto, nenhum resultado obtido foi estatisticamente significativo (p>0,05). A análise qualitativa permitiu inferir que os trabalhadores consideraram que o curso contribuiu para ampliação da sua consciência crítica em relação ao seu processo de trabalho em equipe e da importância de incorporação de novas ferramentas clínicas em suas práticas. Este estudo sugere que a oferta de um curso de especialização pode induzir mudanças na percepção dos profissionais de saúde sobre o seu processo de trabalho, o que influencia na melhoria da qualidade do serviço prestado. Sugere-se a necessidade de outros estudos complementares que possam analisar os diversos determinantes da qualidade do serviço de APS. / In Bahia, the Primary Health Care (PHC) is structured mainly through the Family Health Strategy (FHS), seeking to induce the reorientation of attention. In recent years, the FHS had an increase in coverage, coupled with government investment in the training process. The FHS has several difficulties for its consolidation, with special focus issues related to labor management and education of professionals working in the teams of family health.. Looking for overcome such difficulties, public investments in processes of Permanent and Continuing Education had an increase, in particular in the form of postgraduate courses, focused on performance in the HPC / FHS. In Bahia, the state government offered in partnership with the Conceição Hospital Group, a Specialization in Family Health Teams of workers facing several municipality of Bahia. The objective of this research is evaluate the effectiveness of this specialization course for qualification of PHC from the perception of professionals. The type of design was almost the experiment, and used the Primary Care Assessment Tool (PCATool) applied to 102 professionals from a universe of 199 trainees in two moments: at the beginning and end of the specialization course. We used descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation for continuous variables and percentages for categorical variables). The value of p <0.05 was considered statistically significant. The qualitative part of the research was developed from the analysis of secondary data, by checking the course evaluation reports produced by the Health Department of the State of Bahia, with the main source professionals' responses to a semi-structured questionnaire . The results show that after the course was a slight increase in overall score of the PHC, from 6.76 to 6.91, with standard deviation of 0.77. There was also a slight increase in scores for most attributes of the PHC, however, no result was statistically significant (p> 0.05). Qualitative analysis allowed to conclude that workers considered positive course towards expansion of their critical awareness in relation to the process of teamwork and the importance of incorporating new tools into their clinical practices. This study suggests that offering a specialized course can induce changes in perception of health professionals about your work process, which influences the improvement of quality of service provided. The quantitative assessment tool PCATool seems to have not been the best tool for identification of this process of change, in this case captured by qualitative analysis. Suggest the need for additional studies that can analyze the various determinants of quality of service PHC.
