Previous issue date: 2016-06-29 / The governance of information security and communication is a set of policies and
processes which allows the institutions, public and private, to monitor, evaluate
and direct its information assets management, therefore reducing risks against its
integrity, confidentiality and availability, aligned with the business necessities, and
increasing value, accomplishing benefits, mitigating risks and optimizing costs.
This study aims to propose a framework of information security and
communication governance for the Federal Government, adhering to Brazilian
legal standards and compatible with the Information Security and Communication
Strategy and Cybersecurity of the Public Federal Government 2015 ??? 2018,
version 1.0. The literature review unveiled the lack of studies about information
security and communication governance directed to the Federal Government.
From the content analysis, considering specific criteria, and the DSIC ???
Information Security and Communication presidential department ??? norms, as well
as the standard NBR ISO/IEC 27002:2013, and the NIST ??? National Institute of
Standards and Technology ??? model, the proposed framework was submitted to the
analysis of information security specialists of the Government (focus group). The
aims of this study were achieved. However, it is expected, moreover, that the
present study is able to promote and encourage new studies on the subject. / A governan??a de seguran??a da informa????o e comunica????o ?? um conjunto de

monitorem, avaliem e direcionem a gest??o de seus ativos de informa????o,

Administra????o P??blica. Partindo da an??lise de conte??do, ?? luz de crit??rios
espec??ficos, das normas emanadas do DSIC - Departamento de Seguran??a da
Informa????o e Comunica????es da Presid??ncia da Rep??blica sobre o tema, da
norma ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 27002:2013 e do modelo do NIST - National Institute
of Standards and Technology, foi concebida uma proposta de modelo e submetida
?? avalia????o de especialistas (grupo focal) em SIC da APF. Os objetivos desta
pesquisa foram atingidos e espera-se que esta sirva para promover e incentivar
novos trabalhos sobre o tema.

Previous issue date: 2012-08-27 / This study aimed to capture the action and inaction of the State in forest policy Federated Unit of Rio de Janeiro, and sought, the following objectives: identify the functions of state forest in the Constitutions of UF; analyze the evolution of institutions for forest management between 1975-2011; analyze the policy instruments employed in the state forest; examine the process of decentralization of state forest management. Data and information were obtained from different legal and institutional sources, and partly directly in SEA and INEA, by the author. Was used as theoretical, analytical models of Rocha e Silva (2007) and Silva (1996, 2001, 2003), respectively, for folding in the constitutions of state functions, and functions of State in forestry and its meeting in Rio de Janeiro, the model of Smith (1997, 2010) to analyze the bases of forest policy, forest management factual state was analyzed by confronting institutional responsibilities contained in the Technical Cooperation Agreement signed between IBAMA and ERJ , and additionally with the aid of the Monitoring and Evaluation Matrix for GTZ developed for protected areas. The main conclusions were: the six functions typical of the forest area have been upheld by the Federal and State Constitutions, the ERJ presented between 1975 and 2011 commuting action and inaction in relation to forest policy, economic instruments created in the period incorporated significant financial resources but without a corresponding consideration in forest management, the decentralization of forest management, the ERJ has advanced to monitor and evaluate the process with the State Prosecutor, municipalities and society, having as a privileged forum Conema. / Este estudo teve como objetivo geral apreender a a??o e a ina??o do Estado na pol?tica florestal da Unidade Federada Rio de Janeiro e buscou como objetivos espec?ficos: identificar as fun??es florestais de Estado nas Constitui??es da UF; analisar a evolu??o das institui??es de gest?o florestal entre 1975-2011; analisar os instrumentos de pol?tica florestal empregados no estado; examinar o processo de descentraliza??o da gest?o florestal estadual. Os dados e informa??es foram obtidos de distintas fontes legais e institucionais e, parte, diretamente na SEA e INEA, pelo autor. Previous issue date: 2009-07-10 / This discourse analyzes the technical assistance concerning the rural settlement, which is seen as a demand of the social movement that claims for agrarian reformation, and is a goal of II PNRA, launched in may 2004, as a essential national public politics on process of building and consolidation of settlement and familiar agriculture, proposing the return of technical assistance service and rural extension in Brazil, which were started in the and of 1940 s. We analyze, in particular, the technical assistance program, social and environmental agrarian reformation, on model settlement, a program created, especially, to the rural settlements, coordinated by INCRA. Based on the documental analyze and local study, it is noticed that the experience of technical assistance implemented on model settlement shows the non continuation and fragility on technical assistance actions to rural workers. This context goes against the lately technical assistance governmental apparatus, which ensures to make settlements stronger, to support and to get important the familiar agriculture system. This way, technical assistance execution, trough the tertiary service, follows the neoliberal strategy and, the State, besides decreases the estimate to public politics, takes its actions control from the State to the shared control through partnership and transferring of responsibility, expressing its historic lack of attention to the worker class demands. In spite of workers resistance, expectative and hope, the lack of these services, as well as the other politics deficiencies, which are necessary to the settlements, are endangering its activities and threatening its survival in the settlement / Essa disserta??o analisa a assist?ncia t?cnica no contexto dos assentamentos rurais, vista como parte das reivindica??es dos movimentos sociais que lutam por reforma agr?ria, e se constitui meta do II PNRA, lan?ada em maio de 2004, como uma Pol?tica P?blica Nacional priorit?ria no processo de constru??o e consolida??o dos assentamentos e da agricultura familiar, propondo uma retomada dos servi?os de Assist?ncia T?cnica e Extens?o Rural no Brasil, iniciados no final da d?cada de 1940. Analisamos, em particular, o Programa de Assessoria T?cnica, Social e Ambiental ? Reforma Agr?ria, no Assentamento Modelo, um programa criado, especificamente, para os assentamentos rurais, coordenado pelo INCRA. A partir da an?lise documental e da pesquisa de campo, percebemos que a experi?ncia de Assessoria T?cnica implementada no Assentamento Modelo sinaliza a descontinuidade e as fragilidades nas a??es de assist?ncia t?cnica aos trabalhadores rurais. Contexto que contraria o atual aparato governamental de assist?ncia t?cnica, pois este assegura fortalecer os assentamentos, apoiar e priorizar o regime de agricultura familiar. Previous issue date: 2009-12-04 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior / The present paper analyses the social assistance management in small cities, starting from the
reality of Currais Novos City. Its main objective is to analyse the management of this politic
in the context of the Nacional Sistem of Social Assistance (SUAS) through the management
instruments materialized in the city: Social Assistance Plan, Budget, Management Report,
Information Management, Monitorizing and Evaluation. It reveals a discrepancy between the
instruments purpose and their concretude, and it identifies the main challenges in order to
make them real, revealing the contradictions of such politic, through which the advances
relate with the retrocesses. It remarks, in this context, the debate about Public Management
and some aspects of the trajetory of the Social Assistance management in the brazilian context
and the configurations of (SUAS) and of the politics in Currais Novos city. Such path allows
us to identify the feebleness in the city ways to adopt the (SUAS) criteria, which is much
more effective in burocratic aspects than in the change of the Social Assistance conception
and in the effective incorporation of the (SUAS) principles and guidelines. Thus, problems are
identified in what concerns to the important aspects for its effectivation, with the human
resources, financing and social control mechanisms. It makes possible to reafirm the
importance of the analysed management instruments for the effectivation of one participative
and democratic management, as well as the urgency of its materialization as one of the
important ellements for this politic to happen as a right and to make a stop to the
unconformities between the (SUAS) determinations and its materialization / Este estudo analisa a gest?o da assist?ncia social em munic?pios de pequeno porte
mais especificamente, a gest?o dessa pol?tica no contexto do Sistema ?nico de Assist?ncia
Social (SUAS) por meio dos instrumentos de gest?o materializados nos munic?pios (Plano de
Assist?ncia Social; Or?amento; Relat?rio de gest?o; Gest?o da Informa??o, Monitoramento e
Avalia??o). Partindo da realidade da cidade de Currais Novos/RN no per?odo de 2004 a 2008,
ele possibilita identificar uma disparidade entre as proposi??es dos instrumentos e a sua
concretude, al?m de revelar os principais desafios postos ? sua materializa??o, expondo,
assim, as contradi??es dessa pol?tica, cujos avan?os est?o em simbiose com retrocessos.

Previous issue date: 2010-02-19 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior / The dissertation examines the influence of relationships among actors from Brazilian Tourism Political Network who compose the National Council of Tourism in the drafting of the National Tourism Plans (PNT) - PNTs 2003/2007 and 2007/2010, focusing on two main types of interaction: cooperation and information exchange. Therefore, the study departed from the understanding that the concept of tourism as a human phenomenon is configured as an essential conceptual basis for the development, implementation and analysis of public policies. The application of Network Theory and Social Network Analysis serves as an analytical tool, in addition, the use of concepts of Policy Networks enabled to interpret, in distinct aspects, the social reality of tourism in a more precise and detailed way. The study had a cross-sectional with a longitudinal perspective and case study was adopted, thus enabling to apply the model of social network analysis and qualitative approach. Through the survey conducted, it was found that the drafting process of National Tourism Plans was the result of the interaction of a complex network of actors from public and private initiatives, who compose the National Council of Tourism, and that their power of influence came out simultaneously, but not symmetrically, for both their performance/intervention in the meetings, and the possession of economic and organizational resources. Hence, the establishment of partnerships and information exchanges among the actors were underlying to the PNT drafting process, both in problems perception and insertion in the government agenda, as in making proposals to solve them, thus guiding the construction of large programs and programs contained in both investigated plans. / A disserta??o analisa a influ?ncia das rela??es entre atores da Rede Pol?tica do Turismo Brasileiro que comp?em o Conselho Nacional de Turismo no processo de elabora??o dos Planos Nacionais de Turismo (PNT 2003/2007 e PNT 2007/2010), centrando-se em dois principais tipos de intera??o: coopera??o e interc?mbio de informa??es. Para tanto, o estudo parte do entendimento de que a concep??o do turismo como um fen?meno humano, conforma-se como uma base conceitual imprescind?vel para a elabora??o, implementa??o e an?lise de suas pol?ticas p?blicas. A aplica??o da Teoria de Redes e da An?lise de Redes Sociais, funciona como uma ferramenta anal?tica, al?m disso, o uso dos conceitos de Rede Pol?tica (Policy Networks), permitiram interpretar por meio de aspectos diferenciados, a realidade social presente no turismo de forma mais precisa e detalhada. O estudo teve um corte seccional com perspectiva longitudinal e adotou o estudo de caso, permitindo aplicar o modelo de an?lise de redes sociais e a abordagem qualitativa. Alguns estudos e experi?ncias profissionais no munic?pio de Janu?ria mostram que os cursos e os servi?os de sa?de nem sempre trabalham de forma integrada. Levantou-se ent?o o problema: Como acontece a integra??o ensino-servi?o entre o Curso T?cnico em Enfermagem do Instituto Federal do Norte de Minas Gerais e os servi?os de sa?de do munic?pio de Janu?ria-MG? Quais os desafios e as facilidades? O objetivo geral do estudo foi conhecer o processo de integra??o ensino-servi?o entre o curso referido e os servi?os de sa?de de Janu?ria-MG. Definiu-se abordagem qualitativa para o estudo, cujo cen?rio foi o munic?pio de Janu?ria, seus servi?os de sa?de e o Curso T?cnico em Enfermagem do Instituto Federal do Norte de Minas Gerais. Os sujeitos foram enfermeiros dos servi?os de sa?de que s?o cen?rios de pr?tica do curso t?cnico em estudo, docentes e discentes do curso. Para coleta de dados, foram realizados grupos focais, dois com discentes, um com os docentes e um com enfermeiros assistenciais. Os dados foram analisados de acordo com a an?lise de conte?do de Bardin. A partir da an?lise foram definidas unidades tem?ticas que constitu?ram tr?s artigos. O primeiro artigo trata sobre a caracteriza??o da integra??o ensino-servi?o no munic?pio de Janu?ria. Observou-se que a integra??o ensino-servi?o em Janu?ria ? incipiente, e destaca-se na fala dos discentes um conceito de integra??o reduzido ? aplica??o da teoria na pr?tica nos campos de est?gio. O segundo artigo abordou a tem?tica das facilidades e desafios para integrar trabalho e a forma??o em sa?de. Como potencialidades foram apontados o reconhecimento dos servi?os de sa?de como espa?o de aprendizagem e o relacionamento interpessoal entre os atores da integra??o ensino-servi?o. Al?m da atua??o humanizada junto ao usu?rio, a boa intera??o e comunica??o entre estagi?rios, docentes e equipe de sa?de pode interferir tanto no aprendizado como na articula??o das tarefas nas unidades de sa?de. Quanto aos desafios, evidenciou-se a dist?ncia entre a teoria e a realidade nos cen?rios de pr?tica, e a escassez de recursos. Outras quest?es apontadas: matriz curricular n?o contextualizada aos servi?os, equipes com profissionais resistentes ao estagi?rio e a mudan?as de rotina, n?o envolvimento dos gestores no processo, e dist?ncia entre enfermeiros docentes e assistenciais. No terceiro artigo foram apresentadas propostas para efetivar a integra??o como estrat?gia de reorienta??o na forma??o em sa?de. Considera-se necess?ria a formaliza??o da parceria entre servi?o e escola, com a participa??o dos gestores nesse v?nculo, e sugere-se a constitui??o de uma comiss?o no munic?pio para discuss?o da tem?tica integra??o ensino-servi?o. Sugere-se tamb?m a realiza??o de mais estudos sobre a forma??o do profissional de sa?de de n?vel t?cnico ? luz das pol?ticas de integra??o ensino-servi?o. Programa de P?s-gradua??o em Ensino em Sa?de, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2016. / Professional training in the health area presents as one of the current challenges the need for integration between teaching, service and community. Some studies and professional experiences in the municipality of Janu?ria show that courses and health services do not always work in an integrated way. The problem then arose: How is the teaching-service integration between the Nursing technical course of the Federal Institute of North Minas Gerais and the health services of the municipality of Janu?ria-MG? What are the challenges and the facilities? The general objective of the study was to know the process of teaching-service integration between the referred course and the health services of Janu?ria-MG. A qualitative approach was defined for the study, whose setting was the municipality of Janu?ria, its health services and the nursing course of the Federal Institute of the North of Minas Gerais. The subjects were nurses of the health services that are scenarios of practice of the technical course under study, teachers and students of the course. For data collection, focus groups were held, two with students, one with teachers and one with nurse assistants. The data were analyzed according to the Bardin content analysis. From the analysis, thematic units were defined that constituted three articles. The first article deals with the characterization of teaching and service integration in the municipality of Janu?ria. It was observed that the integration of service teaching in Janu?ria is incipient, and it emphasizes in the students' speech a concept of integration reduced to the application of theory in practice in the fields of internship. The second article addressed the theme of facilities and challenges to integrate work and health training. As potentialities were pointed out the recognition of health services as a space for learning and the interpersonal relationship between the actors of teaching and service integration. In addition to the humanized interaction with the user, good interaction and communication between trainees, teachers and health staff can interfere both in learning and in the articulation of tasks in health units. As for the challenges, the distance between theory and reality in the practice scenarios, and the scarcity of resources, was evidenced. Other issues pointed out: curricular matrix not contextualized to services, teams with professionals resistant to the trainee and routine changes, non-involvement of managers in the process, and distance between teaching and healthcare nurses. In the third article, proposals were presented to effect integration as a reorientation strategy in health education. It is considered necessary the formalization of the partnership between service and school, with the participation of the managers in this link, and it is suggested the constitution of a commission in the city to discuss the thematic integration education and service. It is also suggested that further studies be carried out on the training of health professionals at a technical level in the light of integration policies for teaching and service. Finally, it is expected from this study, to elaborate actions and documents that favor improvements in the health services provided to the community through the Teaching-Service Integration, as well as new reflections on the Pedagogical Political Project of the Nursing Technical Course.

Previous issue date: 2012-07-18 / Public policies have been studied in the various fields of humanities and social sciences, from different theoretical and technical aspects. However, there is still a lack of studies that incorporate the dimension that encompasses the political action and its interference in such actions, also recognizing the importance of the institutional setting of the Brazilian presidential model in implementing these policies. This fragmented and multiparty system has led to power heterogeneous sets of political parties. Thus, the ministerial offices, more than assisting the President?s government project, manage particularized agendas, which are party biased and have the influence of interest groups in hegemonic themes addressed by government agencies. When these agendas operate in sectoral and specialized policies, the friction level is apparently low. However, when this occurs in intersectoral actions, such as in regional development, there is evidence of strong signs of competition among government agencies, which in theory, should operate in an integrated manner. Although this is not a specific feature of Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva?s government- the period to be studied- there was similar behavior in Fernando Henrique Cardoso?s presidency, one realizes that the expansion of coalition on behalf of governance is increasingly interfering in the outcome of intersectoral public policies, due to these multiple arguments in action. In order to understand these processes, this study focused on the Sustainable and Integrated Development Programme for Differentiated Meso-Regions (PROMESO), part of the National Policy for Regional Development (NPRD). The program provides interface with various government agencies and their public policies in a clear intersectoral design. The research sought to identify and analyze the relationships between government agencies and their programs with interest groups, whether political parties or other segments of civil society, highlighting the logic of favoritism, which poses in second place the integration of actions in the intersectoral policies. Therefore, besides the theoretical debate that incorporates several categories of political science, public administration, public policy, geography and economics, the study focused on secondary sources, using different government agencies databases in order to raise information. It was observed that the interference of partisan politics has been disastrous for some public policies. Thus, the research confirms that cooperative character is fragile within government agencies, often limited to official documents, and that there is indeed, a striking feature of competition, especially when it comes to transversalized policies / As pol?ticas p?blicas t?m sido estudadas em diversas ?reas das ci?ncias humanas e sociais, a partir de diferentes aspectos te?ricos e t?cnicos. No entanto, ainda h? car?ncia de estudos que incorporem a dimens?o do exerc?cio da pol?tica e suas interfer?ncias em tais a??es, reconhecendo inclusive a import?ncia da arquitetura institucional do modelo presidencialista brasileiro na implementa??o dessas pol?ticas. Esse sistema multipartid?rio e fragmentado tem levado ao poder conjuntos heterog?neos de partidos pol?ticos. Dessa forma, os gabinetes ministeriais, mais do que auxiliarem o projeto de governo do presidente da Rep?blica, passam a operar agendas particularizadas, que possuem marcas partid?rias e influ?ncia de grupos de interesse hegem?nicos nos temas tratados pelas ag?ncias governamentais. Quando estas agendas operam em pol?ticas setoriais e especializadas, o n?vel de atrito aparentemente ? baixo. Por?m, quando isto ocorre em a??es intersetoriais, a exemplo do desenvolvimento regional, evidenciam-se fortes tra?os de competi??o entre ag?ncias governamentais, que em tese deveriam operar de forma integrada. Embora este n?o seja um tra?o especifico do governo de Luiz In?cio Lula da Silva o per?odo que ser? estudado , encontrando-se comportamentos similares na presid?ncia de Fernando Henrique Cardoso, percebe-se que a amplia??o da coaliz?o em nome da governabilidade vem interferindo cada vez mais no resultado das pol?ticas p?blicas intersetoriais, em virtude destas m?ltiplas l?gicas que se manifestam. Para se entender estes processos, elegeu-se como foco do estudo o Programa de Desenvolvimento Integrado e Sustent?vel de Mesorregi?es Diferenciadas (PROMESO), parte da Pol?tica Nacional de Desenvolvimento Regional (PNDR). O programa estabelece interfaces com diversas ag?ncias governamentais e suas pol?ticas p?blicas em um claro desenho intersetorial. A pesquisa buscou identificar e analisar as rela??es das ag?ncias governamentais e seus programas com grupos de interesse, fossem eles partidos pol?ticos ou outros segmentos da sociedade civil, evidenciando as l?gicas de favorecimento, que secundarizam a integra??o de a??es nas pol?ticas intersetoriais. Para tanto, al?m do debate te?rico que incorpora categorias diversas da ci?ncia pol?tica, da administra??o p?blica, das pol?ticas p?blicas, da geografia e da economia, o estudo debru?ou-se sobre fontes secund?rias, utilizando bases de dados das diferentes ag?ncias governamentais, com a finalidade de levantar informa??es. their work after their taking part in the Course forTechnicians in Public Management of the
Government of Rio Grande do NorteState. As for the methodological procedures, an
exploratory-descriptivequantitative research has been carried out through structured
questionnaires appliedto 118 civil servants from the first groups of the Course for
Technicians, thusshowing a margin of error of 4.18% to 95% of confidence, according to
theprocedures of finite sampling. The table processing and analysis rested uponthe Statistical
Package for the Social Sciences SPSS and was carried outthrough univariate, bivariate and
multivariate techniques with emphasis on thetechnique called Factor Analysis. It was possible
to identify that the level ofsatisfaction of the students was high and there was a clear
perception by themthat the course assisted to changes in their work. Through Factor Analysis
itwas verified that the factors that may be related to changes in the work of thecivil servants
are "Contribution to Society", "Efficiency andEfficacy in the Work Environment",
"Applicability of Contents"and "Capacitating for Leadership". The conclusion of the
studyindicates that the factors obtained are directly related to the basis of thenew public
management by means of guidance toward efficiency and efficacy in aperspective of
leadership, the contents of the course being thus made into newattitudes toward work which

Previous issue date: 2014-01-31 / Organizations are seeking new ideas, tools and methods aiming to improve management process and performance. On the other hand, system performance measurement needs to portray organizational changes and provide managers with a set of true and more appropriate information for the decision-making process. This work aims to propose a performance measurement system in the academic field regarding Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) in the oil and gas industry. The research performed a bibliographic review in a descriptive exploratory manner. A field research was conducted with an expert focus group in order to gather new indicators. As for the validation of these indicators, a survey with experienced professional was also realized. The research surveyed four segments in and outside of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte-Brazil such as oil and gas project coordinators, staff at Academic Planning Offices, FUNPEC employees as well as coordinators from Petrobr?s. The performance measuring system created from this study features three interrelated performance indicators pointed out as: process indicators, outcome indicators and global indicators. The proposal includes performance indicators that seek to establish more appropriate strategies for effective institution management. A pesquisa foi realizada utilizando-se dos seguintes procedimentos: uma revis?o bibliogr?fica com um car?ter explorat?rio-descritivo, acompanhada da pesquisa de campo, a realiza??o de focus group com especialistas para o levantamento de novos indicadores e um survey com profissionais experientes envolvidos na execu??o de projetos dessa natureza, com a finalidade de valida??o dos indicadores. Foram pesquisados quatro segmentos por meio de coordenadores de projetos de petr?leo e g?s natural da UFRN, funcion?rios da Pr?-Reitoria de Planejamento, funcion?rios da FUNPEC e coordenadores da Petrobras. Previous issue date: 2008-12-18 / It is noticeable that pressure, tension and overwork are frequent in health professionals routine. The work related to the ward area demands deep attention and surveillance. Because of that, it is essential to have a specific look at the humanization directed at health professionals, considering that taking care of other human beings is the essence of their job. This study has
analyzed the psychic health levels, as well as the stress health professionals are submitted to, providing a debate about the humanization in 06 public hospitals (03 of them awarded by actions of humanization, and 03 not awarded)
in Rio Grande do Norte state, Brazil. A study with 126 active health professionals (doctors, nurses, psychologists, nutritionists and social workers)
in ward areas in their respective institutions was carried out. The thesis presented, with multi-disciplinary characteristic, counted on the support of statisticians (to calculate samples and data analysis), psychologists, social workers and administrators (linked to the human resources sector in each hospital). A cross-sectional study was performed, taking into consideration both
quantitative and qualitative factors. The tools used for that were a semistructured questionnaire with socio-demographic characteristics, work and humanization; Lipp's Stress Symptoms Inventory for Adults (ISSL), and the
Goldberg s General Health Questionnaire (QSG). The workers are predominantly women (84,9%), married (54,8%), between 46 and 55 years old (40,5%), working in the same institution for more than 20 years (22,2%), and between 16 and 20 years (20,6%), respectively. They work 40 hours a week (71,4%) and have multiple jobs (61,9%). Although most of these individuals global psychic health is in a good level, there are a significant number of people that is gradually getting worse concerning psychic stress (F1) showed by QSG (54,7%), and stress showed by ISSL(42,1%). Observing the categories, nurses (41,5%). Nutritionists (20,8%), doctors and social workers (18,9%), were among
the most affected. About general health (F6), 63% of the awarded hospitals and 70% of the not awarded ones, presented good health levels (ranging from 5 to 50%). It was also noticed that, in the groups mentioned above, 25 and 20% respectively, were inserted in scores between 55 to 90%, what means that they are in worsening phase. The fact that the hospital is awarded or well recognized
doesn t interfere in health professionals stress level and in their psychic health. Through what was heard from these individuals, it was possible to verify that
they know little about humanization, once few of them identify or know that the service they offer is in an adoption process by Ministerial Policies. It was also
detected the necessity of developing actions aimed at worker s health. Such results showed the importance of have more investments in programs that are directed to workers well-being, because they deal with other people s health and it is known that it is difficult for them to offer high-quality assistance if there are not suitable physical, psychological and material conditions to help them develop their jobs. As a warning, it is fair to say that investments in actions that provide humanized care to health professionals, mainly concerning preventive

Sintomas de Stress para Adultos de LIPP (ISSL), e; o Question?rio de Sa?de Geral de Goldberg (QSG). Os trabalhadores s?o predominantemente mulheres (84,9%), casados (54,8%), apresentando idades de 46 a 55 anos (40,5%), cujo tempo de servi?o na institui??o permeia entre acima de 20 anos (22,2%) e 16 a 20 anos (20,6%) respectivamente. Contam com uma carga hor?ria de trabalho
de 40 horas semanais (71,4%), al?m de apresentar m?ltiplos v?nculos de trabalho (61,9%). A sa?de ps?quica global dos sujeitos encontra-se em um n?vel bom, no entanto, tamb?m h? indiv?duos em n?mero significativo de processo de agravamento tanto no stress ps?quico (F1) apresentado pelo QSG (54,7%) quanto pelo stress demonstrado pelo ISSL (42,1%). Ao observar as categorias, os enfermeiros (41,5%), nutricionistas (20,8%), m?dicos e assistentes sociais
(18,9%) estiveram entre os mais atingidos. Analisando os grupos de hospitais que apresentaram uma boa sa?de geral - F6, (com escores entre 5 a 50%) estavam 63% do grupo de hospitais premiados e 70% do grupo de hospitais n?o premiados. Percebe-se que o fato do hospital ser premiado, ou
reconhecido n?o interfere no n?vel de stress e na sa?de ps?quica do profissional de sa?de. Quanto aos discursos dos sujeitos foi poss?vel constatar um baixo conhecimento sobre o tema da humaniza??o, de modo que poucos identificam
ou sabem que o servi?o ao qual assiste est? em processo de ado??o a uma Pol?tica Ministerial. Detectou-se tamb?m a necessidade de a??es voltadas a sa?de do trabalhador. Tais resultados apontaram para a necessidade de se investir mais em programas direcionados ao bem-estar dos profissionais que
lidam diretamente com a sa?de das outras pessoas, visto que se torna muito dif?cil a estes sujeitos oferecer um atendimento de qualidade quando n?o se disp?e de condi??es f?sicas, psicol?gicas e materiais para o desempenho de suas fun??es. Cabe o alerta para investimentos em a??es que busquem um
