The reflection is sustained by the work of the German theologian of Lutheran confession, J?rgen Moltmann. Starting from a bibliographical search the work consists of three parts, beginning by exploring the process of urbanization set in motion by the industrial revolution which, on the one hand destructured the life of masses of humanity and, on the other, gave life to the contemporary technological-scientific world. The second part analyzes this reality starting from that which highlights human fragility and distress, and from the evils caused by the misuse of freedom and the destructive relationship with the environment; in order to reconcile humankind with itself, with the world and with the Creator. Finally, the notion of time and life space in Moltmann is examined in relation to sacred space, a place of beauty, goodness and divine grace; a space of transcendence and sense for modern humankind, in the multiplicity of spaces of the present urban world. / A disserta??o analisa o tempo e o espa?o sagrado no atual contexto cultural, marcado pelo relativismo e pelo consumismo e no qual, concomitantemente a uma nova efervesc?ncia espiritual, um n?mero sempre maior de pessoas se afasta das express?es religiosas tradicionais. J?rgen Moltmann, te?logo alem?o de confiss?o luterana, ? quem sustenta toda a reflex?o, elaborada a partir da pesquisa bibliogr?fica e em tr?s partes. Inicialmente se exp?e o processo de urbaniza??o desencadeado pela revolu??o industrial que, por um lado, desestruturou a vida de grandes massas humanas e, por outro, gerou o mundo t?cnicocient?fico contempor?neo. Em seguida se analisa essa realidade a partir da fragilidade e da dor humanas e a partir dos males causados pelo mau uso da liberdade e pela rela??o destruidora com o meio ambiente; visa-se a reconcilia??o do ser humano consigo mesmo, com o mundo e com o Criador. Apresenta-se, por fim, a no??o de tempo e do espa?o vital em Moltmann, relacionando-a com o espa?o sagrado, lugar da beleza, da bondade e da gra?a divinas; um espa?o de transcend?ncia e de sentido para o ser humano moderno, no emaranhado de espa?os do mundo urbano atual.

Assim, a trajet?ria do grupo de vendedores ambulantes da cidade de Feira de Santana, BA, no per?odo de 1970-2012, torna-se pe?a-chave desta pesquisa, uma vez que o com?rcio formalizado de produtos importados redesenha o tecido urbano e reinventa a cidade. O ?Feiraguay?, objeto de estudo desta pesquisa, traz em si elementos capazes de identificar o processo de mudan?a da imagem de com?rcio de feira livre para a de shopping popular, resultando na nova imagem e identidade do grupo, que de vendedores ambulantes passam a ser micro e pequenos empres?rios. For that, the study was divided in two chapters, structured in the shape of a scientific paper. The first is a theoretical proposition on the occupation of the APPs in light of the discussion of the geographic space and the sustainability of the development, where a bibliographical review was made emphasizing the production of the geographic space, the sustainability of the development and the permanent preservation areas. In the second chapter, from a systemic approach, geoprocessing techniques and the adaptation of the Pressure-State- Response Indicators System were used, the latter being developed by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development OECD. Therefore, from the methodological approaches used, it's been observed that the use of permanent preservation areas for purposes other than those determined in the legislation and, mainly guided by capitalist interests, leads to the environmental degradation of these areas, fact which has been confirmed in the empiric study conducted in the second chapter, where it was possible to identify a series of environmental impacts such as: deforestation of mangrove and riparian vegetation for carciniculture implantation, the devastation of dune areas caused by the urban expansion in the coastal stretch and siltation of fluvial channel / O objetivo desta disserta??o ? identificar e analisar os principais impactos ambientais ocorrentes nas ?reas de preserva??o permanente localizadas no estu?rio do Rio Cear?-Mirim/RN e suas ?reas adjacentes. Para isto, o estudo foi dividido em dois cap?tulos estruturados em forma de artigo cient?fico. Como introduz Brand?o (2013), o conceito apresenta uma adaptabilidade particular na teoria liter?ria, por isso objetivamos tra?ar um recorte que envolva a an?lise fenomenol?gica (BACHELARD, 2008), a semi?tica (BARTHES, 2003a), a da geografia humanista (HOLZER, 2008), entre outras. The kitchen is a creative space of social relationships. There the families exchange daily interaction with the neighbors, in a collective of the space reserved to the making of food. Our empiric research was in the Mutamba da Caieira community, located in the county of Assu (RN). The data was collected through the etnographic method aided by the photographic resources. In the discussion, we delimitated at the house three types of kitchens: one reserved to the family, another kitchen in the terrace and yet another kitchen in the yard. They are kitchens that link amongst themselves with activities and differentiated temporalities. In the daily social exchange, the kitchen imposes itself as a social space through the conditions that it offers for the production of the foods, the circulation of domestic objects, the communication of knowledge around the cookery, operating a group of symbolic and ritual actions combined with appropriate techniques for the transformation of the foods. The study reveals that the domestic chores accomplished amon relatives and friends form webs of intracommunitary relationships in the use of the three kitchens, and that the social network is updated in a singular moment that usually happens in the community, the Game of Pacar? / Neste trabalho refletimos sobre o uso social do espa?o dom?stico e, em particular, aquele reservado ? prepara??o de alimentos. A cozinha ? um espa?o criador de rela??es sociais. Nela as fam?lias travam rela??es cotidianas com os vizinhos, num uso coletivo do espa?o reservado ? alimenta??o. Realizamos a nossa pesquisa emp?rica na Comunidade Mutamba da Caieira, localizada no munic?pio de Assu (RN). Para a coleta de dados fizemos uso do m?todo etnogr?fico auxiliado pelo recuso fotogr?fico. Na discuss?o, demarcamos na casa tr?s tipos de cozinhas: aquela reservada ? fam?lia, a cozinha do terra?o e a cozinha do terreiro. S?o cozinhas que se relacionam entre si com atividades e temporalidades diferenciadas. Nas rela??es travadas no cotidiano, a cozinha imp?e-se como espa?o social por meio das condi??es que oferece para a produ??o dos alimentos, a circula??o de objetos dom?sticos, a comunica??o de saberes em torno da culin?ria, operando um conjunto de atos simb?licos e rituais combinados com t?cnicas adequadas para a transforma??o dos alimentos. Nevertheless, because it has different dimensions from its transformation axes, gentrification comes with change, but also with the introduction of a new purpose in the space using and occupation, outlining in this context the identity of places from the formation of centralities with the presence of flows with social and economic dynamicsThe current forms of geographic space appropriation show the directions of the senses and ideological profile which recreates the meanings and uses of content and materials from descriptions of a historical past. However, today there is an economic context in the urban space which refers to a search of strategies for change, i.e., the acquisition of parameter aimed at meeting the demands of the relationship between capital and labor, which ends up overriding some actions for the specification of the transformation methods within the urban space to be explained by new needs and also by the agents from the value adding to their interests and investments. Thus, we assume that the appreciation/gentrification of urban spaces may or may not result from the building of a public space, since the dialogic structure as a place of political interaction externalize conflicts and disagreements in general; it keeps segregating spaces. As new spaces are transformed, the access to them tends to happen with particular restriction, whereas some places like parks, shopping malls, high-rise and horizontal condos are the scene for major professional and family events. In this context, the gentrification process is used to designate interventions in the urban environment, in certain city spaces which are considered central to public and private investments. A historical place is permitted to be presented as a scenario, a stage full of attractions, through the transformation process. Studying gentrification consists of an analysis of the underlying interests in the transformation of these areas, and especially of the assessment of the interest level in the private sector to partner in order to modify the landscape. Gentrification results from the transformation processes of capital, which influences the efforts and investments application in order to establish and achieve optimal economic growth, focusing on a location socio-culturally centered in the urban space. Thus, the urban social structure develops in the light of some questions that relate not only the cities growth but also environmental conditions it provides in cities like Mossoro, State of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil 2005 a 2011. / O estudo pretende solidificar as bases te?ricas para, acima de tudo, promover uma explica??o para este fen?meno que acontece na atualidade, junto a um cen?rio de transforma??es sociais, pol?ticas, econ?micas e culturais em n?vel mundial tendo como cen?rio as cidades m?dias. Posto que, por possuir diferentes dimens?es a partir de seus eixos de transforma??o, a gentrifica??o vem acompanhada com a mudan?a, mas tamb?m com a introdu??o de uma nova finalidade no uso e na ocupa??o do espa?o, delineando nesse contexto a identidade dos lugares a partir da forma??o de centralidades com a presen?a de fluxos com din?micas sociais e econ?micas. As atuais formas de reapropria??o do espa?o geogr?fico mostram o direcionamento dos sentidos e do perfil ideol?gico que recria os sentidos e usos dos conte?dos e materiais, a partir de denomina??es de um passado hist?rico. Todavia, hoje se apresenta um contexto econ?mico no espa?o urbano, que remete a uma busca de estrat?gias de mudan?as; Isto ?, a aquisi??o de par?metros que visem atender as exig?ncias da rela??o capital versus trabalho,o que acaba sobrepujando, algumas a??es para que atualmente, a especifica??o das modalidades de transforma??o no interior do espa?o urbano se justificassem por novas necessidades e tamb?m pelos agentes oriundos da agrega??o de valor a seus interesses e investimentos. Com essa premissa, parte-se da m?xima de que a valoriza??o/enobrecimento dos espa?os urbanos possa ou n?o ser resultado da constru??o de um espa?o p?blico, visto que, a constitui??o dial?gica como local de intera??o pol?tica exterioriza os conflitos e as discord?ncias de um modo geral, vai segregando os espa?os. ? medida que os novos espa?os s?o transformados, o acesso ao mesmo tende a acontecer com uma determinada restri??o; visto que, alguns locais como pra?as, shoppings, condom?nios verticais e horizontais s?o palco de grandes eventos profissionais e familiares. Nesse contexto, o processo de gentrifica??o ? utilizado para designar interven??es no ?mbito urbano, em determinados espa?os da cidade, os quais s?o considerados centrais para investimentos p?blicos e privados. Atrav?s do processo de transforma??o se permite que uma localidade hist?rica se apresente como um cen?rio, um palco cheio de atrativos, como um segmento de mercado. Estudar a gentrifica??o consiste numa an?lise dos interesses subjacentes nas transforma??es dessas ?reas, e, sobretudo avaliar o n?vel de interesse do ?mbito privado para formar parceria, a fim de modificar a paisagem. This approach focus on bringing back the history of the town, the main personages responsible for the construction of this place, denominated "social agents", as well as its social processes and the spatial forms derived from them. As the personages and their practices were identified, it was found out the existence of a driving force for structuring, interlocking, and maintaining the actions carried out by the social agents during the time. Such actions were materialized in the urban space: "the social segregation". The social segregation takes place as a specific geography of domination. The outcome of those owning the best areas" and ways of accessibility in the urban space, varies from the enrichment by property valorization, because of the concentration of public investments of infrastructure, to the comfort of easily reaching all the daily needs related to the displacements in the urban space. In the latter case, such facility has contributed to improve life quality. While one takes advantage of the location in the urban space, others are negatively affected by the same process. This research identified the salina worker as the weakest element of this social structure, occupying the urban periphery of the town of Macau. Such area is characterized by the lack of services and urban equipment in opposition to the center of the town, the locus of elite. This way, it is established the most known segregation pattern: center x periphery, in which the space acts as a mechanism of segregation / Este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender a organiza??o espacial da cidade de Macau-RN. Sua abordagem enfoca a partir de um resgate da hist?ria da cidade, os principais personagens respons?veis pela constru??o deste lugar, chamados de agentes sociais , assim como, seus processos sociais e as formas espaciais decorrentes destes processos. Uma vez identificados os personagens e suas pr?ticas, constatou-se a exist?ncia de uma for?a vital para a estrutura??o, articula??o e manuten??o das a??es engendradas ao longo do tempo por estes agentes sociais, materializadas no espa?o urbano: a segrega??o social . A segrega??o social no espa?o urbano configura-se como uma geografia espec?fica de domina??o. Os frutos colhidos por aqueles que possuem as melhores localiza??es e condi??es de acessibilidade no espa?o urbano variam desde o enriquecimento pr?prio com a valoriza??o de seus patrim?nios a partir da concentra??o de investimentos p?blicos de infra-estrutura, ? comodidade de ter a seu f?cil alcance todas as necessidades cotidianas relacionadas aos deslocamentos no espa?o urbano contribuindo para a otimiza??o da qualidade de vida. En se servant des ?tudes historiographes sur le processus de modernisation de quelques villes br?siliennes et des innovations de l enseignement public primaire au pays, ? la fin du dix-neuvi?me si?cle et pendant la premi?re d?cennie du vingti?me si?cle, comme source pour mieux saisir le contexte g?n?ral et sp?cifique. We adopt the basic assumption in wich the TVU RN needs to be connected with the scope of the current UFRN policy, since plays an important role regarding democratization and social inclusion policies in UFRN. We support the thesis that TVU UFRN offers important information for those who are part of academic culture (COULON, 1995a; 1995b, CHARLOT, 2000; BOURDIEU, 2007, 2005, 1997, 1996, 1975), as well as for society in wich it is inserted, since it contributes to the dissemination of scientific knowledge and relevant information about the university. We consider TVU RN a Public Sphere (HABERMAS, 2002; 2003a, 2003b; 2003c; 1999; 1989) conducive to discussion of issues involving higher education. Researches on Universitary Television are recent and some studies on it advanced in the way to define it and present it as a means of dissemination of scientific knowledge (ROCHA, 2006; COUTINHO, 2006; CALLIGARO, 2007; AIRES, 1999; PORCELLO, 2002; PRIOLLI, 2003, 2008, 2009; MAGALH?ES, 2002, 2008; RAMALHO, 2008; 2010; CARVALHO, 2006). For our investigation we chose the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, both equally valid and accepted by many authors (FLICK, 2009; BAUER; GASKELL, 2002; RICHARDSON, 1999; LAVILLE; DIONNE, 1999). We developed a questionnaire initially with objective questions ending up with open questions of free text. The questionnaire was developed and hosted from a tool of Google Docs and the link to the webpage containing those questionnaires was sent by e-mail by the Permanent Commission of Vestibular of UFRN, COMPERVE, for all university students who were with their registration (status) active in the COMPERVE registers of the second half of 2010. The analysis of this material was performed using the techniques of content analysis and, within this mode was chosen thematic analysis considered appropriate for both qualitative and quantitative research (BARDIN, 2004; MINAYO, 2002). The investigation found that although most students consider that the TVU RN contributes to the democratization of information and dissemination of scientific knowledge produced in university, and moreover to arouse the interest of the academic community, still has not yet become an object of interest of the entire academy. Therefore, the research highlights the relevance and abrangency of further studies on the TVU RN due to the strategic role it plays in this new reality of public universities in the country. Adotamos o pressuposto fundamental no qual a TVU RN precisa estar conectada no ?mbito do atual contexto da UFRN, pois exerce um papel importante face ? pol?tica de democratiza??o e inclus?o social da UFRN. Defendemos a tese que a TVU RN oferece informa??es importantes para os que fazem parte dessa cultura acad?mica (COULON, 1995a; 1995b, CHARLOT, 2000; BOURDIEU, 2007, 2005, 1997, 1996, 1975), assim como para a sociedade em que est? inserida, pois contribui com a dissemina??o do conhecimento cient?fico e com informa??es relevantes sobre a universidade. Consideramos a TVU RN um Espa?o P?blico (HABERMAS, 2002; 2003a, 2003b; 2003c; 1999; 1989) prop?cio ao debate das quest?es que envolvem o ensino superior. As pesquisas sobre Televis?o Universit?ria s?o recentes e alguns estudos realizados sobre ela avan?aram na dire??o de conceitu?-la e apresent?-la como meio de divulga??o do conhecimento cient?fico (ROCHA, 2006; COUTINHO, 2006; CALLIGARO, 2007; AIRES, 1999; PORCELLO, 2002; PRIOLLI, 2003, 2008, 2009; MAGALH?ES, 2002, 2008; RAMALHO, 2008; 2010; CARVALHO, 2006). Para essa investiga??o optamos pela combina??o de m?todos quantitativos e qualitativos, ambos igualmente v?lidos e aceitos por diversos autores (FLICK, 2009; BAUER; GASKELL, 2002; RICHARDSON, 1999; LAVILLE; DIONNE, 1999). Elaboramos um question?rio com quest?es inicialmente fechadas e finalizamos com quest?es abertas de texto livre. O question?rio foi desenvolvido e hospedado a partir de uma ferramenta do Google Docs e enviado por e-mail atrav?s de um link pela Comiss?o Permanente do Vestibular da UFRN, Comperve, para todos os alunos que estavam com suas matr?culas (status) ativas no cadastro ?nico da Comperve no segundo semestre de 2010. A an?lise desse material foi realizada utilizando-se as t?cnicas da an?lise de conte?do e, dentro dessa modalidade foi escolhida a an?lise tem?tica, considerada apropriada tanto para as investiga??es qualitativas quanto quantitativas (BARDIN, 2004; MINAYO, 2002). A investiga??o constatou que apesar da maioria dos alunos considerarem que a TVU RN contribui para a democratiza??o da informa??o e a difus?o do conhecimento cient?fico produzido na Universidade, e ainda despertar o interesse de uma parte da comunidade acad?mica, mesmo assim n?o se tornou ainda objeto de interesse de toda a academia. Diante disso, a pesquisa destaca a relev?ncia e a abrang?ncia de mais estudos sobre a TVU RN devido ao papel estrat?gico que ela desempenha nessa nova realidade das universidades p?blicas do pa?s. He becomes urgent that the municipal public power promotes changes, mainly in what it respects to the social area, with a better attendance to the rural communities, for them to act positively in the process of the development of this municipal district / Esta pesquisa se prop?s a estudar o processo de produ??o do espa?o rural no munic?pio de Cear?-Mirim, buscando identificar as transforma??es nele ocorridas, sobretudo nos ?ltimos trinta anos. Desde o in?cio de sua forma??o hist?rica, a ?rea em estudo teve como elemento modelador e transformador da fisionomia do seu territ?rio a cultura canavieira que imprimiu em sua economia e em sua sociedade marcas de uma nobreza poderosa. A cana-de-a??car se reveste de um car?ter c?clico enfrentando fases de apogeu e decad?ncia, como a que ocorre na atualidade. Simultaneamente, a esfera rural cearamirinense vem passando por mudan?as mediante a implanta??o de empresas modernas voltadas para a produ??o de mam?o destinada aos mercados interno e externo. No conjunto dos estabelecimentos na paisagem rural aqui analisada, ainda se inserem as fazendas mistas, as que praticam agricultura, as que se dedicam ? pecu?ria, bem como as granjas e os s?tios. Outra inova??o ? a caprinocultura desenvolvida em moldes modernos, utilizando o sistema voisin de rod?zio de pasto constituindo-se numa experi?ncia pioneira no Brasil. Dessa realidade participam outros elementos, a exemplo dos assentamentos, configurando-se como novas formas de uso do solo. Na perspectiva de torn?-los produtivos, reside o desafio de superar as dificuldades neles existentes. A realidade do espa?o em tela ? repleta de car?ncias em todas as inst?ncias. Depreende-se que o munic?pio possui um enorme potencial, por?m a atua??o dos componentes administrativos ? vista como deficit?ria.
