Porucha chování v REM spánku:Charakteristika polysomnografických a behaviorálních projevů. / REM sleep behavior disorder:Characteristics of polysomnographic and behavioral manifestations.

Nepožitek, Jiří January 2019 (has links)
REM sleep behavior disorder: Characteristics of polysomnographic and behavioral manifestations Abstract REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) is a disease characterized by abnormal motor activity corresponding to the dream content. REM sleep without atonia (RWA) and behavioral manifestations are the main features registered by video-polysomnography (PSG). Because idiopathic RBD (iRBD) is considered as prodromal stage of synucleinopathies, the direction of current research is the search for markers of early conversion. The goal of this study was to observe the group of patients with iRBD with regard to the development of manifest neurodegenerative disease, to find and test a new polysomnographic marker of phenoconversion, to perform analysis of the movements registered by video and to quantify excessive fragmentary myoclonus (EFM), which is a frequent finding in neurodegenerative processes. A total of 55 patients with iRBD were observed for 2.3±0.7 years. The annual conversion rate was 5.5%. Mixed RWA, representing simultaneous occurrence of phasic and tonic RWA, was suggested as a new marker of phenoconversion. Converted patients showed a higher mixed RWA (p=0.009) and the ROC analysis confirmed that mixed RWA is the best predictive marker of conversion among other RWA types (AUC 0.778). An average of...

Fragmentární psaní: motivy středoevropského literárního diskurzu v postmoderní ruské literatuře / Fragmentary writing: the motifs of Central European literary discourse in postmodern Russian literature

Karpeta, Anastasia January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis Fragmentary writing: the motifs of Central European literary discourse in postmodern Russian literature discusses the issue of the fragment as melancholy, aesthetic and Central European principle of writing; it accepts the montage method (due to its formalistic conception) as a primary poetic feature of the fragmentary discourse. The thesis examines the texts as the changing boundaries of the various cultural codes and different levels of fragmentation and discontinuity in the causal narrative. The thesis should show the continuity or, in other words, the coherence of the analyzed texts to the Central European literary context. The theme is developed based on the interpretation of works written by Pavel Ulitin (Immortality in the pocket; Conversation about the fish; Xenophobe and various prose; Hopeless Journey, etc.) and others.

[en] AN ANNOTATED TRANSLATION: COLLISIONS AND COLAPSES IN BEN LERNER S MEAN FREE PATH POETIC LANGUAGE / [pt] TRADUÇÃO COMENTADA: COLISÕES E QUEBRAS NA LINGUAGEM POÉTICA DE BEN LERNER EM MEAN FREE PATH

MARIA CECILIA TOURINO BRANDI 31 January 2020 (has links)
[en] The thesis consists of an annotated translation of Mean Free Path (2010), the latest poetry book written by the contemporary American poet and novelist Ben Lerner. He creates a poetic language marked by collisions and fragmentations, with disruptions to the meanings from one line to another, lines out of order or recombined etc. These features triggered reflections on the translation choices, which are discussed in notes on specific lines. Theoretical concepts relevant to the study of poetry translation, which give translators an active role, are intertwined with the notes. The author s poetic language is attuned to the way people communicate nowadays.

Lumila, Minna 02 June 2023 (has links)
The study attempts to open Husserl's model of a non-scientific lifeworld for pedagogical investigations of the relationship between technology and “Bildung” in the scientific world. It discusses developmental problems of late modernity under plural questions and brings together approaches and traditions that have taken different paths to the further development of modern “Bildungs”-theory. The central question is how modern technology can be problematized on the one hand as the alienation of human beings from the world of life and on the other hand be appreciated as a product of human freedom and the shaping of the world. Four chapters present the methodological approaches and answers that philosopher and educator Eugen Fink (1905–1975), philosopher Martin Heidegger (1889–1976), philosopher and educationalist Theodor Litt (1880–1962), and sociologist Helmut Schelsky (1912–1984) have given to the question of the relationship between education and technology. In the course of their positions, a concert will be developed whose originality lies in addressing the coordination problems of “Bildung” (education), “Technik” (technology) and “Lebenswelt” (lifeworld) from a post-dualist, praxis-theoretical as well as post-humanist perspective.
