Darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys: pirma dalis yra teorinė, joje nagrinėjama paskirstymo kanalų samprata ir jų reikšmė, marketingo veiksniai turintys įtakos paskirstymo kanalo parinkimui, pateikiama motyvacijos teorijų apžvalga, analizuojamas paskirstymo kanalų narių parinkimas ir motyvai. Antroje darbo dalyje yra apžvelgiama baldų pramonės Kauno apskrityje verslo aplinka. Aptariamos jos vystymosi raidos tendencijos. Taip pat apžvelgiama bendra baldų pramonės rinkos situacija. Trečioje darbo dalyje yra pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai gauti anketinės apklausos metu, taip pat pateikiami rezultatai gauti interviu metu su baldų pramonės atsovais. Rezultatai yra interpretuojami bei vertinami, pateikiamos tyrimo išvados. Suformuotas paskirstymo kanalų pasirinkimo motyvų modelis. / Every company after manufacture or purchase of goods must introduce them to its costumers. “The place of distribution” is the third element of 4P in the plan of marketing. The main purpose of this element is to bring goods to costumers on accepted time, place, and quantity and on accepted manner. These tasks are important for wholesale and retail companies. The distribution channel of goods consists of other companies or persons, who participate in the process of goods movement from manufacturer to customer. To choose a suitable distribution channel of goods a company must know where is its costumer, how many costumer it has and what are selling conditions in the market. Marketing research can help to get answers into these questions and to find out what are the business conditions. The survey results will facilitate effective and correct decision-making process. Thus, when a company is making a decision about distribution channels, marketing research would help to clear the situation, and to reasonably motivate a selected distribution strategy: the number, sort of distribution channels, and the selected places where will be distributed goods and services. Šiame darbe nagrinėjamos Irako federacijos stabilumo perspektyvos. Irako federacijos stabilumo analizė atliekama konkuruojančių hipotezių metodu. Darbe prognozuojama kiek ir kokie federaciniai vienetai sudarys būsimąją federaciją. Pateikiama galių paskirstymo mechanizmo, gyventojų abipusės simpatijos, federacinių regionų santykinės galios, regionų išteklių bei materialinės gerovės paskirstymo mechanizmo analizė. Pagal Irako federacijos atitikimą nustatytiems kriterijams, daroma išvada dėl jos stabilumo perspektyvų. / The question of Iraq has been analyzed since the very beginning of the Gulf War I. After the terrorist attacks on the 11 September, 2001, when USA declared war against the international terrorism, the question of Iraq again became one of the main discussions objects in the international discourse. Noteworthy is the State of the Union Address, delivered by the President of the USA G.W. Bush on the 29 January, 2002, where this country is labeled as the “axis of evil”, and removal of its leader S. Hussain’s regime is promoted at the international level. Importance of this research is illustrated by the still unsolved dilemma of Iraq’s future. The 23 May, 2003 coalition, commanded by the USA, invaded Iraq and removed the authoritarian regime that was ruling the country. However, by removal of the S. Hussain’s regime, the coalition also ruined the structure, that was maintaining the state of Iraq as a unit. Iraq found itself at the threshold of disintegration that is why the stabilization of Iraq as soon as possible is important to the neighbor countries, USA and the international community. 15 October, 2005, the new constitution of Iraq was passed in a public referendum. In one of the first articles of the constitution it is stated, that Iraq will become a federal state. Baigiamojo darbo temos aktualumą pagrindžia tai, jog valstybėje siekiant efektyvios bei sėkmingos mokesčių sistemos funkcionavimo, būtina ne tik teisės aktų pagrindu nustatyti mokesčius ir jų administravimą, tačiau taip pat ne mažiau svarbu tinkamai, racionaliai, atsižvelgiant į realią šalies ekonomikos būklę suplanuoti įplaukas į biudžetą. Šis baigiamasis darbas yra skirtas mokesčių paskirstymo į biudžetus bei fondus problemų analizei bei galimų šių problemų sprendimo variantų paieškai. Magistro baigiamajame darbe pristatomas naujas kapitalo paskirstymo akcijų rinkoje modelis. Modelio teoriniam pagrindui naudojama modernioji portfelio teorija ir statistiniai prognozavimo metodai. Modelio praktinis panaudojimas pavaizduojamas Europos rinkų pavyzdžiu – peržiūrimi Nasdaq OMX internetiniame portale esantys 647 Europos akcijų pelningumo duomenys. Iš šių akcijų išrenkamos 7-ios, kurių pelningumas per paskutinius septynis metus buvo didžiausias. Atrinktos pelningiausių Europos firmų akcijos yra magistro baigiamojo darbo objektas. Darbo tikslas – išanalizavus ARIMA ir moderniosios portfelio teorijos kapitalo paskirstymo modelius suformuoti optimalų investicijų portfelį iš pelningiausių Europos akcijų, bei patikrinti hipotezę, kad taikant matematinius prognozavimo ir kapitalo paskirstymo modelius galima suformuoti portfelį, kurio pelningumo premijos ir rizikos santykis bus geresnis, nei palyginamųjų rinkų indeksų. The main principles of the modern portfolio theory and statistical forecasting are used as the theoretical basis of the model. The practical significance of the model is presented by using an example from the European markets – there are 647 European stock market shares analyzed. Seven shares that have the highest profitability over the last 7 years are selected as the components of the new portfolio. These shares are considered as the object of the research. The main goal of the research is to analyze ARIMA statistical forecasting and basic models of the modern portfolio theory and form an optimal investment portfolio consisting of the most profitable shares from the European market. Smulkaus ir vidutinio dydžio įmonių vidaus valdymo sistema / Internal management system for small and medium enterprices

The main problem analyzed in this work was the need to design and create an internal management system for small and medium enterprices, that would meet their particular requests on usability, extensibility and adaptability at available costs. As solution to this problem was deep analysis of available systems of that kind, and creation of our own system, that had met necessary requirements and even more – had some technological improvements, such as reduced number of users actions, necessary to make things done. This was implemented with the help of AJAX programming technique and a special framework, created for this system. This system can be used to manage projects in a small or medium enterprice, collect statistics about projects, staff work, distribute project tasks to staff and monitor the implementation. There also is an oportunity to generate various reports, such as summary of accomplished tasks for every employee, lists of project tasks and their status and so on. This system can be easily installed in any enterprice because of it‘s client – server architecture, where client connects to the server with the help of a web browser, that can be found in every computer, so there is no need to install system in all computers in enterprice. In that way maintenance costs are reduced, because all you have to look after is server with a system on it.
