Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / Mudanças significativas em âmbito global, nos anos 90, repercutiram sobre a Teologia da Libertação (TdL). No capítulo um são apresentadas as análises de três teólogos brasileiros bastante representativos (C. Boff, L. Boff e H. Assmann). A partir de suas respectivas sínteses teológicas e pessoais, eles indicam qual é o perfil teológico mais adequado para o novo momento histórico. Neste capítulo é analisada, ainda, a hipótese de uma mudança de paradigma na TdL, como resposta à crise experimentada. Constata-se que esta fase se caracteriza pela pluralidade de paradigmas em coexistência. No capítulo dois constatamos que, em meio aos novos cenários dos anos 90, a teologia latino-americana opera importantes desdobramentos e deslocamentos de ordem metodológica e epistemológica. Estes são devidamente registrados e analisados neste capítulo. No terceiro e conclusivo capítulo, explicitamos a tese de que as mudanças previamente identificadas não podem ser, na sua totalidade, subsumidas dentro do paradigma original da TdL. Observa-se que esta nova fase se caracteriza por um novo pluralismo teológico, que exige a vigência de um (macro)paradigma ecumênico crítico. De um lado, diante do pluralismo, rejeitamos a perspectiva da fragmentação teológica. De outro lado, em face à exigência da unidade, negamos qualquer solução que busca diluir ou harmonizar as diferenças. Por isso, indicamos que o paradigma mais adequado para a reflexão teológica atual é o ecumênico crítico. Ele promove a coexistência plural e a mútua fecundação entre os distintos enfoques. / Significant changes at global level in the 90s have had their effect upon Liberation Theology in Latin America. Chapter one of this thesis presents the analyses of three representative Brazilian theologians (C. Boff, L. Boff, H. Assmann). From their own personal and theological perspectives, they indicate what are the most appropriated theological outlines for Latin American theology at this historical moment. In this chapter I also deal with the hypothesis of a paradigm shift in Liberation Theology as an answer to the crisis experienced. It is observed that this period is characterized by a plurality of paradigms in coexistence. In chapter two I try to show that, in the midst of the new scenarios of the 90s, Latin-American theology reveals important developments and dislocations both of methodological and epistemological nature. These are described and analyzed in this chapter. In the third and conclusive chapter, I sustain the thesis that the changes previously identified cannot be, in their totality, subsumed within the original paradigm of Liberation Theology. It is observed that this new phase is characterized by a new theological pluralism which requires an ecumenical critical (macro)paradigm. On the one hand, in what concerns pluralism, we reject the perspective of theological fragmentation. On the other hand, in what concerns the demands for unity, any solution is denied which seeks to skip or to harmonize the differences. The contention is that an ecumenical critical paradigm is the most appropriate for ongoing theological reflection. This paradigm promotes the plural coexistence and a mutual fertilization between the distinctive perspectives.

O trabalho tem o propósito de traçar alguns pressupostos epistemológicos para o diálogo entre cristãos e muçulmanos. Dividido em cinco capítulos, o trabalho inicia com a conceituação de diálogo à luz dos pensamentos de Paulo Freire e Martin Buber. Nesse capítulo, define-se o que seja diálogo inter-religioso, diferenciando-o do ecumenismo. Em seguida, apresenta-se uma síntese dos grandes encontros inter-religiosos ocorridos no mundo, desde o Primeiro Parlamento Mundial das Religiões realizado em Chicago, E.U.A, no ano de 1893 até a Jornada Mundial da Oração ocorrida em Assis, Itália, no ano de 1986. No segundo capítulo, as teologias pluralistas de John Hick e John Spong são utilizadas para uma nova compreensão da encarnação divina de Jesus Cristo de forma metafórica e a importância deste fato para o diálogo inter-religioso. No terceiro capítulo, mostra-se que o mundo muçulmano, através de seus teólogos, também tem procurado fazer o aggiornamento de sua base teológica, reinterpretando alguns fundamentos do Alcorão e da Sharia. No quarto capítulo, aborda-se a necessidade do diálogo inter-religioso à luz das filosofias da alteridade de Martin Buber, Emmanuel Lévinas e Boaventura Santos. O quinto capítulo, tratou-se da aplicação da epistemologia transdisciplinar de Basarab Nicolescu e Edgar Morin no diálogo inter-religioso, com a integração dos saberes, a partir do axioma lógico do terceiro incluído. Na conclusão destacam-se os pontos essenciais, dentro de uma nova lógica epistemológica, para a coexistência pacífica entre cristãos e muçulmanos na construção de uma cultura de paz / This dissertation is to draw some epistemological assumptions for the dialogue between Christians and Muslims. Divided into five chapters, this dissertation begins with the concept it of dialogue in the light of the thoughts of Martin Buber and Paulo Freire. In this chapter, is defined what is inter-religious dialogue, differentiating it from ecumenism. Then, the summary of major inter-religious encounters occurred in the world since the First World Parliament of Religions held in Chicago, USA, in the year 1893 up to the World Day of Prayer held in Assis, Italy, in 1986 was given. In the second, the pluralistic theologies of John Hick and John Spong are used for a new understanding of the divine incarnation of Jesus Christ in a metaphorical significance of this fact and for the inter-religious dialogue. In the third chapter, it is shown that the Muslim world, through its theologians, has also sought to update its theological basis, reinterpreting some foundations of the Koran and Sharia. In the fourth chapter, it is discussed the necessity of inter-religious dialogue in the light of the philosophies of alterity of Martin Buber, Emmanuel Lévinas and Boaventura Santos. The fifth chapter is about the implementation of transdisciplinary epistemology Basarab Nicolescu and Edgar Morin in inter-religious dialogue, with the integration of knowledge of the logical axiom of the third included. In conclusion we highlight the key points within a new epistemological approach to peaceful coexistence of Christians and Muslims, in order to build a culture of peace

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo entender o porquê de tantas pessoas se utilizarem do e-mail para divulgar mensagens de atitude positiva, valores positivos, otimismo, sabedoria, espiritualidade e sentido da vida. O que as motivam e quais são os efeitos em suas vidas? Partindo da experiência de um grupo de troca de mensagens humanísticas e espirituais, abordaremos alguns aspectos sobre esse fenômeno da Internet. Para o enfoque da sociabilidade em rede, utilizaremos os conceitos de Ciberespaço, Cibercultura e Inteligência Coletiva. A propagação da fé terá uma ótica da Mística e do Sagrado. A Transdisciplinaridade servirá de suporte para o diálogo inter-religioso que se evidencia. E analisaremos os efeitos terapêuticos através de uma forma de conhecimento humano denominado Logoterapia / This research aims at understanding why so many people use Internet e-mail in order to divulge positive attitudes, positive values, optimism, wisdom, spirituality and meaning of life messages. What does motivate them and which are the effects in their lives? Departing from a humanistic and spiritual messages exchange group experience, we will deal with some aspects regarding to this Internet phenomenon. In order to focus sociability through network, we will employ Cyberspace, Cyberculture and Collective Intelligence concepts. The propagation of faith will be made through Mystic and Sacred optic. Transdisciplinarity will work as support for interreligious dialogue that becomes, by itself, evident. And, at least, we will analyze therapeutic effects, through a kind of human knowledge, denominated Logotherapy

Nesse inicio de milênio está se formando consenso entre estudiosos de diversas partes do mundo de que a teologia clássica já não mais responde a contento às questões desse novo tempo Axial e cresce o anelo pela construção de uma nova teologia que seja inter-faith, multi-faith ou simplesmente trans-religiosa. Tal teologia exige a construção de um novo paradigma na forma do pensar teológico. Refletindo os esforços de iniciativas similares pelo mundo, a Associação Ecumênica de Teólogos do Terceiro Mundo, ASETT, através da coleção pelos muitos caminhos de Deus, propôs uma teologia nova, transreligiosa, leiga, aberta, não institucional, planetária, multirreligiosa, pluralista e em conexão com os princípios da teologia da libertação. A presente pesquisa se aventura a estudar as possibilidades e limites dessa proposta da ASETT. / At the beginning of the new millennium a consensus is being formed among scholars from different parts of the world that classical theology no longer responds with satisfaction to the questions of this new Axial time. There is also an increasing desire to build a new theology that is inter-faith, multi-faith or simply trans-religious. This new theology requires the construction of a new paradigm in the theological thinking. Reflecting the efforts of similar initiatives around the world, the Ecumenical Association of Third World Theologians, EATWOT, through the collection "along the many paths of God, proposed a new theology, that is trans-religious, secular, open, non-institutional, global, planetary, multi-religious, pluralist and in connection with the principles of liberation theology. This research ventures to study the possibilities and limits of this proposal of EATWOT.

Este trabalho consiste em uma análise comparativa entre os municípios de Campos dos Goytacazes e Niterói, ambos localizados no Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Com a criação da Lei do Petróleo em 1997, os municípios produtores de petróleo tiveram um acréscimo significativo das suas receitas em função de um extraordinário recebimento de royalties. Porém, esse crescimento da receita não vem sendo acompanhado pela melhora dos indicadores que medem desenvolvimento social. O caso de Campos, maior beneficiário de royalties no Brasil, comparado ao município de Niterói, caso raro de autonomia financeira, terá como objetivo elucidar os fatores que atuam sobre a escolha dos padrões de alocação dos recursos públicos nesses municípios. / This work is based on a comparative analysis between the cities of Campos dos Goytacases and Niterói, both situated in the state of Rio de Janeiro. With the creation of the "Oil Law" in 1997, the cities ,where oil is produced, presented a significant increase of their income due to a great amount of royalties they received. In spite of the income raise, social development indicators are not following the same successful path. The analysis of Campos, the greatest beneficiary of royalties in Brazil, compared to the city of Niterói, a singular case of financial autonomy, will the have the aim to show the factors that make the difference in terms of the choice of the patterns of allocation of public resources in these cities.

A presente dissertação tem como objetivo principal a investigação dos significados da inserção do tema da diversidade cultural no desfile da Festa da Uva 2014, em Caxias do Sul. O desfile foi escolhido como campo de estudo para a pesquisa por ser um momento em que se manifestam principalmente as representações da italianidade – imigrantes italianos como heróis civilizadores que construíram Caxias do Sul através do trabalho - e com maior força, desde os desfiles da década de 90, em que se comemoraram os 120 anos de imigração italiana. A partir da Festa da Uva de 2006 iniciou-se um processo de inclusão do tema da diversidade cultural, com a inserção de representações referentes a outros grupos sociais que também teriam construído a cidade de Caxias do Sul. Para atingir os objetivos da pesquisa foi necessária a compreensão do complexo conceito de identidade, através da elaboração de um referencial teórico, bem como o desenvolvimento de um panorama sobre as transformações da identidade em Caxias do Sul. The parade was chosen as the field of study of the research because it is the moment where mainly the representation of italianity – Italian immigrant as civilizing heroes that built Caxias do Sul through work – and with greater strength, since the parades of the decade of 90, in which the 120 years of Italian immigration was celebrated. Starting from the Festa da Uva of 2006 the process of inclusion of the cultural diversity theme has begun with the insertion of representations related to other social groups that would also have built the city of Caxias do Sul. In order to accomplish the objectives of the research it has necessary to understand the complex concept of identity, through the preparation of a theoretical framework, as well as the development of an overview about the transformations of identity in Caxias do Sul. Said data added to the analysis of the interview with the informants that participated of the Festa da Uva 2014 parade allowed the comprehension of the layers of significates existing in the identity phenomenon on the city and the identification of the meanings present in the diversity.

Empreendeu-se investigação bibliográfica sobre a questão da diversidade sexual e de gênero, em que foi possível verificar que as dimensões de sexualidade e de criação e recriação de identidades sociais de sexo, ou seja, o gênero, possuem sustentações calcadas no patriarcalismo. Através da pesquisa exploratória de campo e de abordagem quanti-qualitativa, foi possível nos aproximarmos da realidade de uma escola pública estadual de ensino fundamental de um município médio a fim de se investigar quais são as ações e projetos existentes referentes à questão da diversidade sexual e de gênero no contexto escolar, dando voz aos educadores. Os dados da pesquisa foram coletados através de aplicação de questionários e realização de entrevistas, e foram empreendidas análises de conteúdo e análises de discurso para compreensão das informações e dos significados das mesmas. Observou-se que a materialidade das propostas de trabalho dos educadores sobre a referida temática não necessariamente tem como referência os Temas Transversais, sendo que na maior parte das vezes o que se percebe são intervenções pontuais realizadas devido à emersão de demandas e manifestações dos estudantes, bem como foi atestado que ainda existe muito desconhecimento, estranhamento e equívocos por parte dos educadores a respeito da questão da diversidade sexual e de gênero. Também se verificou que as manifestações e demandas sociais latentes suscitadas a partir da ação dos educadores são relacionadas à preconceitos, discriminações, conflitos internos, receios e curiosidade pelo assunto. Foi possível compreender circundam no ambiente escolar para a materialização de ações que pautem a diversidade sexual e de gênero a partir do lugar dos educadores dificuldades de ordem pessoal, do contexto escolar e do contexto extraescolar, bem como também possibilidades de ordem pessoal, do contexto escolar e também do contexto extraescolar. A partir das análises e reflexões empreendidas verificou-se que são múltiplos os desafios de tais ações no cotidiano escolar, e que se faz necessário que se ampliem os estudos e pesquisas sobre o assunto. / This present work analyzes, through a study grounded in the perspective of historical materialism, dialectics, the existence of actions to encourage respect, affirmation and appreciation of sexual diversity and gender as the realization of human rights in the context of school education, having as their primary object of research of the literature and of field the Cross-cutting Themes identified in the National Curriculum Parameters, 1998. Undertook-if the research literature on the issue of sexual diversity and of gender, in which it was possible to verify that the dimensions of sexuality and the creation and recreation of social identities of sex, or gender, have the supports marked in the patriarchy. Through exploratory research and field approach, quantitative-qualitative, it was possible to approach the reality of a public school state elementary schools of a municipality middle in order to investigate what are the actions and existing projects relating to the issue of sexual diversity and gender in the school context, giving voice to the educators. The research data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, and have undertaken analyses and content analyses of discourse for the understanding of the information and of the meanings of the same. It was observed that the materiality of the proposed work of the teachers on the said subject-matter does not necessarily have as a reference the Cross-cutting Themes, being that most of the times what is perceived are occasional interventions carried out due to the emergence of demands and protests of the students, as well as was attested that there is still much ignorance, estrangement and misunderstanding on the part of educators of the question of sexual diversity and gender. It was also found that the manifestations and social demands latent arising from the action of educators are related to prejudice, discrimination, internal conflicts, fears and curiosity for the subject. It was possible to understand the surrounding in the school environment for the materialization of actions that guided the diversity of sexual and gender-based from the place of the educators personal difficulties, the school context and the context extracurricular, as well as also possibilities of the personal order, the school context and also the context extracurricular. From the evaluations and reflections undertaken it was found that there are numerous challenges of such actions in the everyday school life, and that if makes necessary to broaden the studies and research on the subject.

Thesis concerns about ethical heritage of the holocaust education in projects which are realized by KreBul, o.s. In theoretical part, the multicultural education and of present world was chracterized as a world of meeting different cultures; it is focused on the issue of the Jewish genocide in World War II. In the second stage of theoretical part, there are introduced particular activities of KreBul, o.s., which are oriented on the holocaust education in the spirit of multicultural enlightenment. Perception and understanding of events linked with the holocaust with a focus on the classification of lectural activities is considered in practical part of the thesis. Viewpoint of young people on the theme of the holocaust is gained by interpretation and analysis of individual answers of respondents; particulary the ethical viewpoint on education about events from the end of World War II and perception of some ethical categories (evil, suffering).

Esta dissertação aborda a constituição do camelódromo de Porto Alegre e de suas práticas de comércio popular, em sua relação com as tecnologias de (i)legibilidade produzidas na sua relação com o Estado. Este trabalho parte de uma etnografia realizada entre os anos de 2013 e 2014, que se focou tanto nas práticas e sentidos elaborados pelos comerciantes do camelódromo, quanto nas visões dos atores representantes dos órgãos de controle e vigilância estatal. A partir da perspectiva teórica de Veena Das & Deborah Poole, destaco que o Estado e suas margens interagem de forma coprodutiva. Inspirada nesta abordagem, percebendo o camelódromo como uma “margem”, objetivo demonstrar como o Estado e a margem em questão estabelecem uma relação de produção mútua a partir de suas práticas. Utilizo-me dos conceitos de (i)legibilidade e pluralismo jurídico para compreender os limites e as mobilidades de tal interação. A partir da análise dos dados coletados, pode-se depreender que o Estado é reforçado, ao mesmo passo que redefinido, pelas atividades informais do camelódromo. Por sua vez, tal fortalecimento também acontece, na relação com o Estado no comércio popular em questão, onde as tecnologias de controle estatais estimulam redes de solidariedade a se organizarem e produzirem práticas diversas, que relacionam códigos legais e condutas locais. / This dissertation approaches the constitution of Porto Alegre’s “camelódromo” and its popular trade’s practices, in relation with (i)legibility technologies produced in its nexus with the State. This study consists in an ethnography carried out between 2013 and 2014, which focused on practices and meanings produced by camelódromo’s vendors, as in the visions of the actors that represents the organs of state control and surveillance. From the theoretical perspective of Veena Das & Deborah Poole, I emphasize that the State and its margins interact in a coproductive way. Inspired by this approach, perceiving camelódromo as a margin, my purpose is to demonstrate how the State and the margin in question establish a mutual relation of production from their practices. I use, in this work, the concepts of (i)legibility and legal pluralism to understand the limits and mobilities of such interaction. From the analysis of the collected data, it is possible to deduce that the State is reinforced and redefined by camelódromo’s informal activities. Den här uppsatsen bygger på litteraturstudier. Eftersom pluralism och skillnad är demokratins förutsättningar använder jag pluralism som en utgångspunkt för att tolka skolans värdegrund. Detta gör jag genom att lägga Fjellströms ansvarsdiskurs som ett raster över först ansvar, sedan omsorg och till sist pluralism i värdegrunden. Uppsatsen är upplagd så att ansvar, omsorg och pluralism presenteras enligt omsorgsetikens syn och därefter ges Levinas perspektiv på det samma. Genom att omdefiniera Noddings omsorgsaspekt och Levinas ansvarsaspekt försöker jag utveckla en förståelse för ett etiskt förhållningssätt. Därefter följer ett avsnitt med en jämförelse mellan omsorgsetiken och Levinas etik, där motsättningar och överensstämmelser diskuteras. I slutkapitlet diskuteras vad det etiska förhållningssättet innefattar och vilken betydelse det har för lärare och för värdegrunden. Omsorgsetiken bidrar till ett etiskt förhållningssätt genom att sätta fokus på relationer och omsorg som indirekt leder till en kommunikativ öppenhet inför den Andre vilket är positivt för pluralism och skillnad. Omsorgsetiken belyser även den etiska aspekten på läroplansfrågor. Levinas etik fokuserar på relationen och det oändliga ansvaret inför den Andres alteritet vilket är positivt för pluralism och skillnad. Istället för att producera den demokratiska personen kan den demokratiska subjektiviteten genom etiskt förhållningssätt framträda uppfattad som ”handlande – i pluralitet”. Fokus finns då på skillnad istället för på likhet och enighet.
