A pesquisa teve como objeto o estudo das produções didáticas audiovisuais sobre o tema da sexualidade e dos direitos reprodutivos, elaboradas por Organizações Não-Governamentais (ONGs), no Estado de São Paulo, as quais são destinadas aos docentes para o uso no trabalho pedagógico com os jovens. O objetivo foi analisar como os marcos dos direitos reprodutivos são abordados nos materiais didáticos audiovisuais criados pelas ONGs, voltados tanto para os docentes como para o trabalho pedagógico com os jovens; visou também a investigar como é apresentada e problematizada a dimensão educacional, teórica e política da sexualidade e dos direitos reprodutivos. Quatro vídeos formaram o principal corpus documental da pesquisa: Minha vida de João, Era uma vez outra Maria e Bonezinho Vermelho (produzidos pela ONG ECOS - Comunicação em sexualidade), além do Você soube da Márcia? (feito pelo GTPOS - Grupo de Trabalho e Pesquisa sobre Orientação Sexual). Realizamos o levantamento, descrição e análise dos seguintes aspectos: 1) conjunto de enunciados constituintes das narrativas imagéticas e textuais dos vídeos; 2) suportes técnicos e recursos utilizados na produção de imagens apresentadas nos vídeos; 3) manifestações dos autores ou responsáveis pela elaboração dos vídeos, colhidas através de entrevistas. Research studied the audiovisual educational productions on sexuality and reproductive rights, produced by Non-Govermmental Organizations (NGO) in the state of São Paulo, which are done to teachers to use in teaching processes with young. The aim was to analyze how issues related to human reprodution are presented, which kind of understanding and meaning ways and, specifically, when these issues are related to the following issues: pregnancy, maternity, paternity, family, sex, contraception and abortion. É nesta direção, em síntese, que esta pesquisa se dirige. No que tange às questões da homossexualidade, faz-se necessário saber de que maneira as publicações em psicologia estariam, ou não, alinhadas aos estudos atuais da diversidade sexual. Neste sentido, o objetivo desta pesquisa é averiguar o olhar da psicologia científica a respeito da homossexualidade e a sua dimensão sócio histórica. A metodologia empregada foi o estudo bibliográfico com metodologia qualitativa. Optou-se por explorar no portal de periódicos de psicologia, o PePsic, as publicações que estudaram a homossexualidade. Foram encontradas 64 publicações que compreendem periódicos da América Latina, sendo que todas publicações foram desenvolvidas entre os anos 2007 a 2014. Para se realizar uma análise mais organizada a respeito do tema, as publicações foram subdivididas em cinco eixos teóricos, quais sejam: (1) Clínicas psicológicas, (2) Cultura e sociedade, (3) Construções sociais e pedagógicas, (4) Conjugalidade e família e (5) Políticas e direitos. Averiguou-se que há a necessidade, por parte da psicologia, de se estudar mais sobre a homossexualidade, uma vez que a própria psicologia associa a homossexualidade à psicopatologia. / The necessity for internalizing new concepts about sex and sexuality, could turn the view of the problems that curtail the homosexual and can be a manner of contribuiting with the person's quality of life. This is the direction, in summary, that this research will reach with its hypotheses. Regarding the homosexuality issues, it's necessary to know if the psychology's publications are, or not, lined with the current diversity sexual studies. This way, the goal of this research is to find the view psychological scientifical regarding homosexuality and its social historical dimension. The methodology applied was a bibliographic study with qualitative methodology. Was chosen to explore the psychology periodical website for scientific publication, PePsic, the publications that studied homosexuality. Was found 64 publications conceiving Latin America's periodicals, all the publications were developed among the years 2007 and 2014. For accomplishing a more detalied review about this subject, the publications were organized in five theorical topics, being: (1) psycological clinics, (2) Society and culture, (3) Social and pedagogical constructions, (4) Conjugality and family and (5) Political and laws. Was found that there is a necessity, from the psychology, of more studies about homosexuality, since the psychology itself associates the homosexuality to psychopathology.

O lado, nem sempre conhecido por muitas pessoas, é que a imagem a respeito delas nem sempre foi a que temos atualmente. Eram admiradas pela inteligência e cultura, e também associadas a deusas, pois manter relações sexuais com elas, para homens de negócio e políticos, era condição primária para adquirirem maior poder e respeito junto à população masculina da época, o que lhes garantiam lugar de destaque. Com o passar dos tempos, seu status mudou de respeitável a condenável, olhar contemporâneo da sociedade sobre as prostitutas. Faz-se necessário, ao pesquisar o referido tema, um olhar desprovido de preconceitos, devido a sua complexidade estar ligada a tabus e regras. Como procedimento metodológico foi utilizado o recurso da Pesquisa Bibliográfica, tendo como referencial teórico, autores que analisam a condição da mulher sob os mais diferentes aspectos, como o sexo, a sexualidade e o ato de se prostituir, tendo ainda como preocupação, não se desvincular da realidade atual, dando voz às prostitutas por meio de livros biográficos editados por elas, que serviram como base para um comparativo com o que é apresentado pela literatura científica. Na busca em dar maior entendimento histórico à questão da prostituição, o objetivo geral deste estudo foi analisar e descrever a trajetória das prostitutas ao longo da história da humanidade. No percurso percorrido durante todo o processo de pesquisa e análise, observou-se uma gama variada de trabalhos que aborda o tema da prostituição voltado para a área da saúde (DSTs, AIDS, HPV), na área jurídica (Projetos de Leis que reivindicam a profissionalização da prostituição), na área histórica (análise documental da história das prostitutas, relacionando-as à história da mulher) e... / Prostitution is one of the oldest social phenomena known. It can be analyzed through several historical documents and it was highlighted by specific characteristics from different times and cultures. There have always been prostitutes in the world. Prostitutes were admired because of their intelligence and culture. They were also compared to goddesses by men who used to think that having sex with such women would make them be more respected by other men. However, their social status has changed from respectable to reprehensible. Nowadays, people do not see prostitutes as a good thing for society. Based on those changes through the years, it is necessary to study more about this subject without any prejudice because its complexity is related to taboos and social rules. As a methodological procedure, bibliographic research was used as a resource. The theoretical background was the authors who analyzed women's conditions through several aspects like sex, sexuality and prostitution. We had a great concern in not getting disconnected from the present reality, giving voice to the prostitutes through biographic books written by the prostitutes themselves, which served as a basis for comparison with what is presented by the scientific literature. As an attempt to greater historical comprehension of this subject, the main goal of this study is to analyze and describe the route of prostitution in human history. A partir de três entrevistas que foram analisados os processos de subjetividade da vida desses participantes enfocando-se expressões de sair do armário e os relatos da construção da subjetividade no contexto homossexual. Com base no aporte teórico da perspectiva sócio histórica e do desenvolvimento humano emerge a reflexão sobre sexualidade e envelhecimento no ambiente social, essa pesquisa reflete sobre a concepção desses indivíduos, as vivências, lembranças e experiências que demarcam essa geração, os vínculos afetivos, as atividades cotidianas e as práticas homoafetivas. Diante do estigma de ser homossexual e velho, examina-se como são as experiências relacionais e quais as perspectivas construídas por essas pessoas e identificar a produção de novas subjetividades quanto aos modos de vivenciarem esta fase da vida. Urge a necessidade de se trabalhar a sociedade e, especificamente, profissionais da saúde para ampliarem o conceito de sexualidade e não reduzi-la ao ato sexual em si, sendo ele parte e não o todo do conceito. O estudo nos oportunizou ver que é comum homossexuais sofrerem exclusão nos dias atuais, como a mídia evidencia diariamente, mostrando que muitos são, inclusive, submetidos a constrangimentos no momento em que expõem sua identidade em determinados locais, ou na presença de determinados grupos, chegando alguns a sofrer até mesmo agressões físicas, e vemos essa exclusão se intensificar nos casos de homossexuais que assumem posturas mais associadas com o feminino, assumindo um gênero discordante com o seu sexo / This dissertation investigates the subjectivity construction toward homosexuality and aging people with ages equal or more than sixty years. As from three interviews that were analyzed the life's subjectivity process these participants, focusing expressions come out of the closet and reports' subjectivity construction in homosexual context. Based on the theoretical contribution of socio historic perspective and human development, arise the reflection about sexuality and aging in the social environment, this research reflects about the conception from those individuals, experience (living; feeling), memories and experiences that mark this generation, the affective linkages, the daily activities and the homoaffectives practices. Before stigma of being homosexual and aged, it examines as the relational experiences are and what the perspectives built by those peoples and identify the production of new subjectivity about the way to experience this stage of life. There is an urgency to work the society and, specifically, the health professional, to broaden the concept of sexuality and not reduce it to the sexual act itself, it being part, and not the whole concept. The study provided an opportunity to see that is common homosexuals suffer exclusion on nowadays, as the media shows daily, showing that many are, including, subjected to constraints at the time they expose their identity in certain places, or in the presence of certain groups, reaching some suffering even, physical attack, and we see this exclusion is intensified in cases of homosexuals who take more positions associated with the feminine, assuming a discordant genre with their sex

The research is part of the project coordinated by guidance and is focused on studies on curriculum and the forms of school organization, is highlighting the ways in which they are related to the construction of identities and differences in gender, sexuality, class, race and generation of their agents. It is understood that these various aspects of human life are products and producers of dynamic that structures social and cultural the school relations. Particularly, it is an investigation carried out with children, focusing on analysis of their ways of thinking, feeling and acting in the scope of their experiences of gender, sexuality and childhood. Relative to their point of views, the posts they occupy and social practices of socialization among them and with them and the adults, the main objective of this was to thesis examine the meanings they attach to conduct sexual and erotic, relating to sexual pleasures and / or corporal desires. Ela é inerente a natureza humana, apresentando diferentes manifestações ao longo da história, recebendo inúmeras formas e significados. Ela se constitui por dimensões imbricadas: biológicas, culturais e psíquicas. Ao observar as diferentes formas como as pessoas a viveram ao longo da história, é possível identificar modelos matriarcais e patriarcais, momentos de maior abertura e liberdade, assim como fases de repressão, medo e desconfiança. A sexualidade é objeto de estudo de várias ciências e também da psicologia, cujos profissionais trabalham diretamente com esta questão em todas as suas atividades seha na clínica, na organização, na escola e na comunidade. Por isso, precisam estar preparados para abordar as questões relativas ao tema de forma aberta, sem preconceito, desenvolvend ações construtivas, críticas e sistemáticas, auxiliando as pessoas e os grupos a refletirem sobre tal questão. Nesse sentido, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi investigar os relatos dos estudantes de psicologia sobre sexualidade, considerando as implicações do curso sobre sua formação pessoal e profissional. Participaram da pesquisa 111 estudantes de psicologia, do quarto ano (8ª semestre), de três diferentes instituições, que responderam um questionário semiestruturado. Os resultados obtidos indicam que os estudantes possuem uma compreensão ampla e complexa de sexualidade, considerando sua dimensão biológica, cultural e psíquica. Ao mesmo tempo, pode-se identificar a reprodução de uma concepção patriarcal de sexualidade, tanto nas respostas fornecidas pelos homens quanto pelas mulheres. Constatou-se também uma diferença de percepção entre as diferentes instituições: enquanto os participantes das universidades particulares demonstram-se mais conservadores, os participantes da universidade pública demonstraram ser mais... / Sexuality is a fundamental dimension in the human being's life, from birth to old age. It is inherent in human nature, presenting different manifestations throughout history and receiving several forms and meanings. Sexuality is constituted of imbricate dimensions: biological, cultural, and psychological. When we observe the different ways people have lived sexuality thoughout history, it is possible to identify matriarchal and patriarchal models, moments of greater openness and freedom, as well as phases of repression, fear, and mistrust. Sexuality is the object of several sciences and Psychology also, since these professionals work directly with this issue in all their activities, in the clinic, organization, school, and community. Therefore, they must be prepared to openly address the issues concerning such topic, with no prejucice, developing actions that are constructive, critical, and systematic and helping people and groups to reflect on this issue. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigate the reports of Psychology students on sexuality, considering the implications of the course on their personal and professional training. The participants of the research were 11 fourth-year Psychology students (8th semester), from three different institutions, who answered a semi-structured questionnaire. The results indicate that students have a wide and complex understanding of sexuality, considering its biological, cultural and psychological dimensions. At the same time, the reproduction of a patriarchal conception of sexuality could be identified both in the answers provided by men and women. A different of perception was found among the different institutions: while participants of the private universities showed themselves to be more conservative, the participants of the public university showed themselves to be more liberal. Embora a transexualidade venha provocando muitos debates por parte de jornalistas, de cientistas de várias áreas e do público em geral, o universo dos transexuais é ainda bastante desconhecido e confundido freqüentemente com o da homossexualidade e de outras modalidades trans. O presente estudo visa apresentar uma abordagem antropológica sobre a transexualidade trabalhando, simultaneamente, com transexuais pré e pós-operatórios e examinando duas das principais esferas que influenciam diretamente a situação dos transexuais: a médica e a jurídica. A esfera médica tem a atribuição de definir o “verdadeiro transexual”, fazendo o diagnóstico diferencial com outras “patologias”, a fim de assegurar a correta indicação para a cirurgia de troca de sexo, e a esfera jurídica tem a atribuição de reclassificar o sexo do transexual no âmbito da sociedade. A pesquisa analisa as representações que os transexuais têm do seu corpo, da sua sexualidade e da sua identidade, bem como a forma com que se percebem e são percebidos em suas famílias e no seu grupo social. Aborda, ainda, a visão que os transexuais têm da mudança de sexo, bem como os efeitos deste processo sobre suas vidas. Assim, esta dissertação estabelece uma possibilidade de se aprimorar o diálogo intensificado nos últimos anos entre o sistema de saúde, o sistema jurídico e os próprios transexuais.

Para atingir esse objetivo, investigamos o conceito de gozo, partindo do Genuss freudiano à sistematização do campo do gozo elaborada por Lacan. Tal investigação foi fundamental para analisarmos os diversos modos pelos quais o campo do gozo pode ser descrito e compreendido. Abordamos diferenças e semelhanças entre o gozo fálico e o gozo mítico, analisando a figura do toro a fim de descrever, eficientemente, as modalidades de gozo. Tendo passado por estes esclarecimentos, analisamos a partilha sexual e a maneira pela qual o gozo feminino pode ser compreendido a partir da castração e da estrutura significante. Dessa forma, foi-nos possível postular a experiência mística como uma modalidade de gozo própria da mulher. Ademais, os relatos acerca da experiência mística demonstraram a possibilidade de compreender este modo de gozo como um acontecimento eminentemente particular, irredutível a qualquer universalização. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This work aimed to analyze the interfaces between the mystical experience and the jouissance. To achieve this goal, we investigated the concept of jouissance, starting from the Freudian Genuss to the systematization of the field of jouissance elaborated by Lacan. Such investigation was fundamental to analyze the most diverse ways from which the field of jouissance can be described and understood. We approached differences and similarities between the phallic and the mythical jouissance, analyzing the torus figure in order to efficiently describe the modalities of jouissance. Having gone through such elucidations, we analyzed the sexual partition and the way the feminine jouissance can be understood from castration and significant structure. It was thus possible for us to postulate the mystical experience as a modality of the woman's jouissance. Furthermore, the accounts on mystical experience demonstrated the possibility of comprehending this modality of jouissance as an eminently particular event, irreducible to any universalization.

Busca compreender a inter-relacao dos significados sociais e individuais da deficiencia e, particularmente, da articulacao entre as representacoes sociais de mulher e de deficiente, para alem das visoes estritamente clinicas, organicistas ou funcionais e, mesmo, masculinas. Analisa o conceito de deficiencia nas diversas praticas sociais e em diferentes abordagens psicologicas. Entrevista dois homens e 3 mulheres, entre 25 e 35 anos, de nivel socio-cultural medio e baixo, portadores de deficiencia fisica congenita ou adquirida, coletando suas historias de vida. Verifica que a deficiencia e significada como ruptura da integralidade do corpo, gerando bloqueios no fluxo da propria historia e um distanciamento dos espacos do mundo. Na relacao entre feminilidade e deficiencia, constata a sobredeterminacao de papaeis desvalorizados, contradicoes e mesmo a simultaneidade de sentidos diversos, ate opostos, a nivel da vida intrapsiquica do sujeito. Conclui que o caminho para a realizacao pessoal dos individuos com deficiencia e a ampliacao da capacidade de se auto-representarem de diferentes maneiras em um todo articulado, pelo desvelamento destes sentidos / Over and above the strictly functional organic and even male views, this work looks for understanding of the disability in the individual and social meaning inter-relationship and mainly the woman and deficient social representations articulation inter-relationship. Thus we conducted analysis on deficiency concept in various social practices and on different psychological approaches. Disabled women and men life histories were selected in order to provide understanding on how disability, sexuality, social conditions and other characteristics are linked among themselves and with the other aspects of these persons\' life contexts. From the report of the interviewed we noted that the disability is significative as a rupture of the body integrality generating obstructions in their history flow and a retirement from the world spaces. About possible relations between deficiency and femininity we can asseverate that they depend on the adopted analysis perspectives. So it appears in this work over determination relationship of undervalued social roles contradiction about friendship that are linked to these conditions and even the simultaneity of different senses even antagonistic at these persons intrapsychic life level. We believe that the way for personal realization for handicapped is the enlargement of their capacity of self-representation in different ways within ways an articulated entirety through disclosing these senses

Orientador: Paulo Rennes Marçal Ribeiro / Banca: Carla Daniela Rabelo Rodrigues / Banca: Luci Regina Muzzeti / Resumo: Esta pesquisa de mestrado teve como objetivo investigar, se existe uma pré-disponibilidade dos adolescentes do ensino fundamental e médio, de uma escola estadual na zona norte de Franca, em São Paulo, em promover, a educação sexual por meio de uma extraprogramação pedagógica realizada dentro do ambiente escolar. Como sugestão nesse processo de intervenção foi proposto à implantação de um programa de rádio feito pelos próprios alunos, com a supervisão desta pesquisadora. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação qualitativa com referências teórico-metodológicas fundamentadas por Paulo Freire no que tange à problematização, humanização, visão totalizadora do ser humano e diversidade. Para o levantamento dos dados, primeiramente, foram feitas entrevistas e aplicação de questionário com dez alunos do Grêmio Escolar. Como parte dos resultados, quando questionados se queriam discutir sobre sexualidade na escola, nove alunos responderam que sim e apenas um "achou vergonho". A pesquisa incluiu ainda apresentação de temas transversais, dinâmicas e observação dos participantes. No entanto, as abordagens sobre sexualidade, causaram um incômodo social entre os docentes, que interromperam a pesquisa nas etapas finais, provocando uma "castração". Para os professores, todo o processo estava incentivando o ato sexual, já que, parte dos alunos é evangélica, o que reforça a religião como instituição reguladora e o estigma diante do sujeito como detentor de um corpo discursivo / Abstract: This master's research aimed to investigate if there is a pre-availability of adolescent primary and secondary school, a state school in the north of France in São Paulo, to discuss the process of sexual education through extra-programming pedagogical held within the school environment. As a suggestion that intervention process was proposed the implementation of a radio program made by the students, with the supervision of the researcher. This is a qualitative action-research with theoretical and methodological references founded by Paulo Freire regarding the questioning, humanization, totalizing vision of the human being and diversity. To gather data, first, interviews were conducted and a questionnaire with ten students of the Guild School, as part of the results, when asked if they wanted to discuss sexuality at school, nine students answered yes and only one, do not like it because "I find shameful". The survey also included the presentation of cross-cutting themes, and dynamic observation of the participants. However, approaches to sexuality, social caused annoyance among the teachers, who promoted a "castration" by stopping the search in the final stages. For teachers the whole process was encouraging the sexual act, as the students are evangelical, which reinforces the prejudice and stigma on the subject as having a discursive body / Mestre
