Det politiska självförtroendet : En statistisk undersökning av förtroendet för Sveriges politiker, polisväsende och rättssystem / The political efficacy : A statistical analysis of the political support of Sweden's politicians, police and legal system

Halvardsson, Victor January 2019 (has links)
This essay studies what is affecting the Swedish people’s trust in the country’spoliticians, police and legal system. This was done by conducting multiple regressionanalyses in SPSS, using the Swedish survey data from the 2016 Europen Social Survey. To determine what is affecting this kind of trust, this study used Caroline McEyvoy’sdefinition of political efficacy from her studies of people’s view on the EuropeanUnion. The theories being used are Robert Putnam’s definition of the social capital, deriving from his studies in Italy and the United States, together with Ola Listhaug’sand Arthur Miller’s theory on how people’s evaluation of the government’sperformance affects their political support. The results show that people’s trust in Sweden’s politicians, police and legal system is,to a varying degree, significantly affected by their political efficacy, social trust andreligious attendance. Across all instances people’s evaluation of the government’sperformance were found to have the strongest effect.

Engelska, ett självklart val? : Två statliga utredningars motiv till engelskämnets funktion och existens / English for Obvious Reasons?

Bjurenfors, Fredrik January 2009 (has links)

Digital Deliveries : A comparison between the National Archives in Sweden and the United Kingdom reflecting the challenges for higher archival collaboration within the European Union

Setterhall, Veronica January 2008 (has links)

Myndighetscentret – En kvalitativ studie av myndigheters lokalbehov och en utveckling av ett kontorshotellskoncept

Magnusson, Kristoffer January 2009 (has links)
<p><strong>Aim:</strong> This paper aims to produce a serviced office concept adjusted to Statens fastighetsverk. The concept will make SFV:s properties more attractive for renting.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Method:</strong> Information has been collected from interviews with 13 different serviced office companies, one serviced office agent and eleven government authorities. Also litterateur, reports and internet have been used in gathering information.</p><p>I will use following questions:</p><p>¨      How is the serviced office concept designed?</p><p>¨      Which customer segment should SFV direct to and what need does the segment have?</p><p>¨      How shall a marketing plan look like for the concept?</p><p>¨      How should a concept designed for SFV look like?</p><p> </p><p><strong>Result & Conclusions: </strong>Serviced office space is a company that letting functional workspace with access to shared facilities e.g. reception, office machines, internet, phone and more. Serviced offices have one distinguishing feature, very flexible let agreements. In this paper my conclusion is that government authorities are a suitable customer for suggested concept, especially government authorities with head quarters outside the Stockholm region. They have to be present in Stockholm with either employees that perform work from distant and have the need of coordinated workspace or commute workers that have the need of mobile workspace and meeting rooms. SFV can meet this need with suggested concept and to simplify I named the concept Myndighetscentret. The concept is developed on the basis of to the needs of government authorities and it’s divided in two parts, one part with conference and one with letting of workspace. The workspace area has different types of workstation to match the different needs of the customer.</p><p>¨      Mobile workspace suited for customers with temporary need of workspace.</p><p>¨      Cell office of different sizes suited for customers with permanently need of workspace.</p><p>I believe that governmental authorities can benefit from this concept and be seemed as innovative thinking of SFV and a will of develop their property. I also believe SFV:s properties with many cell offices are suited to this concept because of the secrecy between governmental authorities.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Suggestions for future research</strong>: It would be interesting to do a quantitative research of the governmental authorities’ exact needs and how big it is. Also research Swedish serviced office market and the future of it would be interesting.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Contribution of the thesis: </strong>In this report I have shown that governmental authorities in Sweden have a need for variant types of workspace in Stockholm and developed a concept for SFV to meet this need.</p>

Kvalitet ... vad är det? : om staten och landstingets definition och användande av begreppet kvalitet i bidragsgivningsprocessen.

Jacobson, Malin, Meurlin, Petra January 2009 (has links)
<p>The concept of quality is difficult to identify clearly. Many attempts to define quality havebeen made, but the resulting definition remains vague. The quality concept (in the artistic sense) has since 1974 played a leading role in Swedishcultural policy. In the spring of 2009, a publication, named “Kulturutredningen” waspublished. This report suggested a number of changes for the Swedish cultural policy. One ofthe changes suggested is an altering of the quality concept which could lead to a lessimportant role, for the quality concept, in Swedish culture policy. This would also have aneffect on how the Swedish government distributes subsidies to the cultural sector. The purpose of this thesis is to identify how The Swedish Art Council and the County Councilin Stockholm deal with the problematic aspects of quality and how they define it. Ininterviews, the handling officers in the area of dance and theatre, has described their views onquality and how they use it in their work with distributing subsidies to the cultural sector.Through these interviews we have noted similarities as well as differences. One of thedifferences that we discovered is that the Swedish Art Council, contrary to the CountyCouncil in Stockholm, always uses an external group of people, working in the cultural sector(for example as directors or choreographers), to help them decide who will receive subsidies.Nevertheless, both the County Council of Stockholm and the Swedish Art Council havealmost identical views on the definition of quality. That is: the definition has to be individualand is therefore subjective. We have also discovered signs of the New Public Management movement appearing in theorganisations. For example, in work of the Arts Council these signs were found in the designof the Art Councils application for subsidy.</p>

Myndigheternas medier : En studie av svenska myndigheters nya medieanvändning / The government agencies’ media : A study of Swedish government agencies new media usage

Gustafsson, Albin, Reuter, Oliver January 2010 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis was to study a selection of Swedish government agencies and their usage of new media to convey information. We thought that the relationship between government agencies and the media should be addressed. This because of the current transitional period between traditional and new media. We have studied five different Swedish government agencies; Swedish Armed Forces, Swedish Tax Agency, Swedish National Institute of Public Health, Trafikverket and Sida. We used a qualitive content analysis and analyzed their homepages on the basis of six different criteria. In addition to this we studied their presence on external social communities and how the government agencies comply with the requirements of their communicative efforts. The study shows that the government agencies’ media usage varies. With the homepage as a common ground, the media use of government agencies approaches to using new media. It depends on the individual government agency's specific needs of providing information.

Inomhusklimat i ett statligt byggnadsminne / Indoor climate in historic buildings

Wängdahl, Terese January 2013 (has links)
