Previous issue date: 2006-06-14 / The essay investigates the concept of Winnicottian interpretation, taking as the starting point the paradigm change carried out by D. W. Winnicott in psychoanalysis. It was found that the change in the central problem of the psychoanalysis performed by Winnicott (the replacement of Oedipus problems for problems of the baby on the mother s lap) and the introduction of a new guiding theory (the theory of maturation instead of the theory of sexuality) ended up demanding changes in the internal structure of psychoanalytical theory. As a consequence, the transformation of the analytical work and interpretation occurred. According to that perspective, we studied the main aspects of Winnicottian psychoanalysis interpretation and its role in the solution of disorders, untreated by the traditional theory. Such modification is widespread to the extent of amplifying the meaning of the psychoanalytical interpretation / Esta dissertação investiga o conceito de interpretação winnicottiana, tomando como ponto de partida a mudança paradigmática realizada por D. W. Winnicott na teoria psicanalítica.

Previous issue date: 2006-10-25 / Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / The work Clarice Lispector: about the loneliness of not belonging to the
fourth dimension discusses the major constitutive issues of people s way of being.
The dialogue with Clarice Lispector, a well known person, with a special way of
being, brings light to this discussion and gives its contribution while presenting its
singularity. This study is based on Donald W. Winnicott s psychoanalytical
assumptions and especially on Gilberto Safra s id eas about the personal idiom . The
story of Clarice, the studies about her, the testimonials she left during her life and
the new reading of her works allow us to unveil her personal idiom the
mission/issue of belonging/not belonging, her loneliness and silence that appears
in her writings. An Artisan s essay tries do reconstruct this career, this way of
being. From The loneliness of not belonging to the fourth dimension the personal
idiom designs itself in an ontological perspective. In the beginning there is a
mission that does not allow a future. But, during her life, it was positioned as an
issue and the not belonging and the wish of belonging appear as fundamental
aspects. Clarice s loneliness is the center of a secret, of a mystery, behind her
thoughts. While the silence, source of my words, becomes her expected presence.
The word, fourth dimension, when it appears, touches her hidden face and saves
her. Clarice s clarity in face of existence and human condition allow us to discover
her humanity, beyond herself. With the word she discovers the destiny of her issues,
she builds the bridge between to be and not to be in witch we find singularities of
solidão clariceana é o núcleo do segredo, do mistério, do atrás do pensamento. Enquanto o
É a palavra, quarta dimensão,

Previous issue date: 2006-11-17 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / The proposal of this paper is to think, using the Winnicott theory, on
how a being constitutes itself subjectively human, singular and unique
and what is the contribution of another human being, also singular and
unique, in this process.
Winnicott will emphasize and study, due to the needs imposed by his
clinic, the great importance of the other in the beginning completely
coinciding with the environment in the human development, as well as
focalizing on the importance of the first relationships.
According to him, the child is born with an inherited potential which will
only become effective in a sufficiently good environment. The baby s
potentials are modulated by the mother/environment; on discerning the
baby s rhythm and its necessities, and by validating her gesture, the mother
will permit the updating of this child s creative potential.
It is necessary that the mother can understand, permit and support, on
behalf of the child, the need of fusion as well as of separation. It is
fundamental that the mother can propitiate the appearance of a space of
potential, until the child is capable to become an individual.
It is also essential that the mother can be used to supply the child s
needs. If this be so, the child can accumulate a reserve of basic confidence
and of normal narcissism; it will be able to separate itself from the mother
and, in a confident way, love not only itself, but the mother and other people
as well. The child will constitute its subjectivity, apart from this mother,
moving towards relative dependency at the beginning of life, dependency is
absolute - and towards the development of the capability to be concerned,
dream and play, confronting, therefore, the Oedipus issues in a manner that
enriches the personality, with the possibility of responsibility and contribution
towards the environment / A proposta deste trabalho é pensar, utilizando a teoria de Winnicott,
processo.
As potencialidades do bebê vão
Se assim o for, a criança poderá acumular

Previous issue date: 2008-05-28 / This study aims to examine the school of kindergarten as a possible environment "good
enough", creating favorable conditions for the process of ripening the child and consequently
learning. It has as reference propositions on the maternal school and the personal maturity theory
developed by the English psychoanalyst and pediatrician Donald Woods Winnicott. He indicates
that the maternal school has tasks in relation to emotional maturity, same as the mother. And
must hold a job psicoprofilatic, contributing to the children s mental health, needed to achieve
the individual status and allow his access to Culture.
We note that the use of psychoanalysis in education, proposed by the author, allows us to
go beyond "listens" psychotherapy, performing an intervention through the management of
school issues, moving toward integration: the self, of the variety of children s environments and
the individual relations with society. Having two pedagogical approaches underlying the schools
as base, the constructive one and the non-constructive, been discussed if school of early
childhood education can be in a "good enough" environment according to the theory of ripening
and we suggest that some conditions need to be created regarding moving towards this direction / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a escola de educação infantil como um

This study aims at clarifying some aspects related to the concept of neurosis according to Donald Winnicott (1896-1971), an English pediatrician and psychoanalyst, who considered the study of this concept submitted to the investigation of the human maturational processes which are not defined by a theory of sexual development, as it was proposed by Freud. Firstly, I concentrate this study on Freud s concept of neurosis, clarifying his clinical and meta-psychoanalytical data throughout his work, to show afterwards, a new form of conceiving the neuroses inside the human maturational process.
Explaining the human development without the support of the drive theory, Winnicott points to the good-enough care as something that guarantees a complete development of infantile levels, which is the basis for thinking about the possibility of a neurosis manifestation. There is a corporal way of the instinctive excitements, that will be only integrated at the moment this instinctuality makes any personal sense in the concerning stage. In this sense, the pre genital, phallic and genital organizations will be reconsidered according to the new frame.
In this study, I expose that the etiology of neuroses, according to Winnicott, is located in a determined moment of the maturational process, i.e. the moment in which the triangular relationships are already possible with whole people. I make use of fragments from clinical cases attended by Winnicott to illustrate such considerations.
Nevertheless, the neurotic disturbance can happen associated with other disturbances, or even to an anti social tendency that brings the notion of a clinical frame in which the neurosis doesn t appear in its pure form. Using Winnicott s frame of castration defenses, I point out to the differences between the regression of neurosis and the regressions related to the concern stage. Finally, I retake the differences between the concept of neurosis in Freud and Winnicott that happen as a consequence of a paradigmatic change in the patterns proposed by Thomas S. Kuhn.
Neste sentido, as organizações pré-genital, fálica e genital serão reconsideradas a partir desse novo quadro.

Previous issue date: 2008-06-04 / The objective of this paper is to explain the somatic aspects inherent to the
Winnicottian maturational theory from the initial moment to the so-called I
am phase, to assist the psychoanalyst with the comprehension of the
clinical phenomena that occur in the soma but are not able to be verbalised.
To this end, I have briefly expounded on the theoretical change made by
Winnicott and the substitution of the traditional psychoanalytical guidetheory
of sexuality by the maturational theory and the Oedipal example for
that of the baby on its mother s lap. The distancing from metapsychology
and the consolidation of a descriptive language aims to draw closer to the
clinical phenomena. Focusing on the interaction between the so-called
living body and the human environment, highlighting the imaginative
elaboration of the soma and the primary psychosomatic character of
Winnicottian theory. Expounding on that which the author denominates as
inhabiting the psyche in the soma and the integration of instinct with the
self, which is at the foundation of future instinctive dualistic and/or
pluralistic relations. Through these propositions, one can understand the
author s sense of the I am phase, as that of a moment in which, with the
constitution of a body scheme, the baby acquires a place to exist and
experience the world / Este trabalho teve por objetivo explicitar os aspectos somáticos inerentes à

Previous issue date: 2008-09-24 / This study´s purpose is to rethink the work in mental health which was initiated in Psychiatric Reform movement, based in Winnicott´s theory. The dialogue is between the psychiatry, important authors of the Psychiatric Reform movement and the traditional psychoanalysis, showing the innovations that take place in Winnicott´s ideas. Thus is presented the general aspects of the individual maturation theory and the psychosis theory derived from the first. Such innovations need to present the mental health assistance in other basis. Thus psychosis clinic introduces a clinic based on management which provides an improvement of the setting. Both, the management and the amplified use of the setting, are key concepts for the redefinition of the job in institutions that work with psychosis / Este trabalho se propõe a repensar o trabalho em saúde mental que encontra seus princípios no movimento da Reforma Psiquiátrica, a partir do pensamento de D. W. Winnicott.

Previous issue date: 2008-10-13 / This study aims to understand the aggressiveness according to the theory of D. W. Winnicott.
This is a bibliographic survey, which considers the entire work of the author, and the center
has the phenomenon of aggression. Because the object studied here, something fundamental
to the constitution within the theory of psychological development, justified the relevance of
the dissertation. The author suggested the concept of motility and erotic potential to think the
issue of aggression and stands the phenomenon based on the experience of love. Initially, this
research found the chronological order in which the author coined his writings about the term
aggression. In the second route, the aggression was related to other concepts from Winnicott.
The issue of aggression was also seen in the works of S. Freud and M. Klein in order to
elucidate other ways in which the phenomenon can be understood within psychoanalysis.
With the data obtained, which was sought achieve thoughts about the object here examined
and core of the reflections made by the involvement of aggression for the recognition of EU,
as proposed in the theory of Winnicott / O presente trabalho visa compreender a agressividade segundo a teoria de D. W. Winnicott.
No segundo

Previous issue date: 2009-10-14 / It is the purpose of this work to present in an ordered way, the human
nature aggression and destructiveness from the winnicottian psychoanalytic
perspective. Starting from very clear Winnicott criticism on the theme as it was
treated by Freud and Klein, a counterpoint to both authors is introduced to
express the difference between traditional and winnicottian psychoanalytic
propositions, which, in accordance to Khun model, establishes a paradigmatic
change. Taking Winnicott personal maturation theory as a reference, the
maturation of aggression is studied from its very start point where it is nothing
but motility and spontaneity, until it is completely integrated into the individual
whole, stressing that, for Winnicott, aggression is always linked to its roots from
the separation moment of the me/not-me and that it is valuable, whenever
integrated, either for individual psych health and for social psych health. The
paper goes on to describe how the pathologies related to aggression are
generated longwise maturation as well as the importance of this awareness for
psychoanalytic clinical purposes. At last, it is shown how Winnicott used his
agression theory to study non-clinic phenomena, enlarging it to social ones like
democracy, dictatorship and wars / O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar de maneira organizada o conceito
kuhnianos.

Previous issue date: 2009-10-22 / The current dissertation aimed to present Winnicott s theories of personal development
and regression to the understanding of the regressed hospitalized patient. As consequence,
there was a general presentation of the theory of personal development of D. W. Winnicott,
which emphasized on the early stages of matureness, the absolute dependency and relative
dependency, because those are the phases when the association psyche-soma starts to
develop, initiating the psychosomatic existence. Winnicott s ideas about regression to
dependency and regression itself as a defensive organization are addressed as key points to
the understanding and visualization of the possibilities for clinical management of the
environment of this hospitalized patient regressed to the very primitive stages of matureness.
The contextualization of the origins and functions of the hospital provides a better
understanding of some aspects of the environment, which can be compared to those of the
mother-environment in the early mother-infant relationship. The functions of the mother
during this period, when well adapted to the needs of the baby, facilitate certain events
promoting the integration of psychosomatic unity. The absolute adaptation to the needs of the
regressed hospitalized patient can be observed in some aspects of the ambient hospital. The
research about Winnicott s theories of development and regression can provide the hospital
clinic psychologist Professional a better understanding of the regressed hospitalized patient,
grounding the work of this Professional and others in theory an also tecknically, in the
clinical care of the hospitalized patient / A presente dissertação teve como objetivo apresentar a teoria winnicottiana do
paciente hospitalizado
