Цель исследования – опираясь на теоретические и практические основы управления стартапами, разработать модельный подход для повышения эффективности управления стартапами за счет разработки и внедрения информационных систем распределения внутренних инвестиционных потоков в компаниях. Объектом исследования является архитектура малого инновационного предприятия на ранних стадиях жизненного цикла (стартап). Предметом исследования дипломной работы являются методы, инструменты и информационные системы стратегического управления развитием малых инновационных предприятий (стартапов). Научная новизна исследования состоит в разработке метода оптимального управления развитием стартапа для эффективного вливания средств к его развитию. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в применении авторских предложений по совершенствованию процесса управления развитием стартапа в условиях трансформации экономики. Эффективность рекомендаций – предложенный автором подход по эффективному управлению развитием стартапа позволит отражать состояние проектов на каждом этапе развития, находящихся в акселераторе, в тех сочетаниях, которые способны привести к возникновению синергетического эффекта между реализуемыми проектами и привести жизненные циклы акселерации и реализуемых им проектов к состоянию резонанса. / The purpose of the study is, based on the theoretical and practical foundations of start-up management, to develop a model approach to improve the efficiency of start-up management through the development and implementation of information systems for the distribution of internal investment flows in companies. The subject of the thesis research is methods, tools and information systems for strategic management of the development of small innovative enterprises (startups). The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a method for optimal management of the development of a startup for the effective injection of funds for its development. The practical significance of the study lies in the application of the author’s proposals for improving the process of managing the development of a startup in the context of economic transformation. The effectiveness of recommendations - the approach proposed by the author for effectively managing the development of a startup will allow reflecting the state of projects at each stage of development in the accelerator, in those combinations that can lead to a synergistic effect between the projects being implemented and bringing the life cycles of acceleration and the projects it implements to a state of resonance.

В теоретической части дана характеристика терминам, значимым для осмысления темы исследования, проведен обзор и анализ текущей практики оценки эффективности обучения, а также приведены модели оценки эффективности обучения персонала и анализ возможностей их применения в ходе оценки обучения, прошедшего в условиях цифровизации. В практической части дана характеристика организации-базы проведения исследования, проведено исследование системы обучения персонала в исследуемой организации, выведена и апробирована комплексная модель оценки эффективности обучения персонала, созданная на базе известных моделей оценки эффективности обучения персонала. В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. / The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two main parts, a conclusion, a reference list and applications. The theoretical part gives the characteristic of terms significant for understanding the study, provides a review and analysis of the current practice of evaluating the effectiveness of personnel training. It presents models for assessment the efficiency of personnel training and it gives an analysis of the possibilities of their application during the evaluation of training that took place in the conditions of digitalization. The practical part gives the characteristics of the organization under the research. The study of the personnel training system is conducted in the organization, a comprehensive model for evaluating the effectiveness of personnel training is derived and tested, created on the basis of well-known models for evaluating the effectiveness of personnel training. The conclusion summarizes the results in accordance with the tasks set.

Целью работы является разработка методического подхода к оценке эффективности операционной деятельности телекоммуникационной компании. В основе подхода – динамический анализ ключевых факторов операционной деятельности, проведение корреляционно-регрессионного анализа между операционными параметрами и показателями эффективности, а также расчет интегрального показателя. Разработанный методический подход к оценке операционной деятельности телекоммуникационной компании позволяет повысить точность расчетов, объективность комплексной оценки и оценить эффективность операционной деятельности. / The aim of the work is to develop a new pricing mechanism at woodworking enterprises. The mechanism is based on the calculation and further accounting in the pricing process of the waste coefficient, which characterizes the volume of waste in the sawmill, depending on such parameters of the final product as the thickness and width of lumber. The developed pricing mechanism makes it possible to more accurately determine the cost of production, form favorable offers to counterparties and concentrate the efforts of sales managers on the most profitable positions of the assortment.

The growing investing interest in real estate in Russian market economy has led to the emergence and development of a new type of active investment and construction activities – development, which was related to the realizing of investment projects. The development of the market real estate services should be directed to the elimination of problems in the sphere of development of commercial real estate, which include: - delaying the time of construction and, as a consequence, the increase of payback period of real estate development projects; - low or negative return on capital due to the excess costs (caused, for example, irrational design decisions); - corrupt nature of the relationship of business and government in the real estate market. However, inspite of the existing problems, the most attractive at the moment for investors are still the objects of commercial real estate. The volume of commercial and office building is increasing all the time. Developers are looking for new solutions to increase the economic impact of existing projects. As a result of writing the Master's thesis has achieved the goal of enhancing the economic and social efficiency of development projects on the example of real estate TEC "Spectrum", this has caused a number of difficulties, the solution of which is described in this paper. Taking into account a number of risks occurring in the way of developers for projects, conceptual solution, unfortunately, could not provide for all possible threats. So there is always the likelihood that a strategic decision fell short of expectations due to a variety of external factors. For Order to adapt the project to the new market conditions it is necessary to carry out a series of actions, identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats; take into account the errors, identify the main participants of the project, to predict demand. When developing a new concept of the project TEC "Spectrum" the practical research method was chosen. The starting point was not a forecast of the lease, but the real demand of potential tenants to the shopping areas. Knowing the demand, a market proposal was formed. Thesis can be used both by developers and marketers as an algorithm in the development of conceptual solutions implementation of development projects and enhancing its economic effect. / Повышенный интерес к инвестициям в недвижимость в условиях перехода к рыночной экономике привел к возникновению и активному развитию нового вида инвестиционно-строительной деятельности - девелопмента, связанного с реализацией инвестиционных проектов в сфере недвижимости. Развитие рынка девелоперских услуг должно быть направлено на устранение проблем в сфере девелопмента объектов коммерческой недвижимости, к которым относятся: - затягивание сроков строительства и, как следствие, увеличение сроков окупаемости девелоперских проектов; - низкая или отрицательная отдача на капитал, обусловленная как избыточными затратами (вызванными, например, нерациональными конструктивными решениями); - коррупционный характер отношения бизнеса и власти на рынке недвижимости. Однако, несмотря на существующие проблемы, наиболее привлекательными в настоящее время для инвесторов являются все же объекты в сфере коммерческой недвижимости (что нашло свое отражение в увеличении объемов торгового и офисного строительства). Девелоперы ищут новые пути решения увеличения экономического эффекта уже в существующих проектах. В результате написания магистерской диссертации была достигнута цель повышения экономической и социальной эффективности девелоперского проекта на примере объекта недвижимости ТРЦ «Спектр», это вызвало ряд сложностей, решение которых описано в настоящей работе. Учитывая ряд рисков, встречающихся на пути у девелоперов при реализации проектов, концептуальное решение, к сожалению, не может предусмотреть все возможные угрозы, поэтому всегда есть вероятность того, что стратегическое решение не оправдает ожидание в связи с различными внешними факторами. Для того, чтобы адаптировать проект к новым рыночным условиям необходимо провести ряд действий, определить сильные и слабые стороны, возможности и угрозы; учесть ошибки, выявить основных участников проекта, спрогнозировать спрос. При разработке новой концепции проекта ТРЦ «Спектр» был выбран практический метод исследования, отправной точкой стал не прогноз арендных отношений, а реальный спрос потенциальных арендаторов на торговые площади. Ощутив спрос, было сформировано предложение. Диссертация может быть использована как девелоперами, так и маркетологами в качестве алгоритма при разработке концептуальных решений реализации девелоперского проекта и повышении его экономического эффекта.

В работе рассматриваются проблемы размещения и обработки образующегося осадка на предприятиях водоподготовки. Проведен анализ деятельности предприятий водоподготовки как объекта негативного воздействия на окружающую среду в России и Свердловской области. В настоящее время на большинстве водопроводных станций не организовано повторное использование промывных вод и применение технологий обезвоживания осадка. Сброс таких вод приводит к загрязнению источников водоснабжения. Проблема обработки водопроводного осадка справедливо считается одной из наименее разработанных, наиболее технически сложной и дорогостоящей. В работе проведено сравнение существующих технологий обезвоживания осадка. Предложен инвестиционный проект по разработке и внедрению эффективной системы обезвоживания осадка в условиях уменьшения экологической нагрузки путем исключения сброса промывных вод в окружающую среду. Приводится технико-экономическое обоснование проекта и рассчитана его эколого-экономическая эффективность. / The paper deals with the problems of placing and processing the formed sludge at water treatment plants. The analysis of water treatment enterprises as an object of negative impact on the environment in Russia and the Sverdlovsk region has been carried out. Currently, most waterworks do not organize reuse of washing water and the use of sludge dewatering technologies. Discharge of such water leads to contamination of water supply sources. The problem of treatment of a water sediment is rightly considered one of the least developed, the most technically complex and costly. The paper compares existing sludge dewatering technologies. An investment project is proposed to develop and implement an effective sludge dewatering system in conditions of decreasing the ecological load by eliminating the discharge of wash water into the environment. The feasibility study of the project is given and its ecological and economic efficiency is calculated.

Moreover the Chapter has the testing of the developed algorithm. The result of the work is an algorithm for the implementation and evaluation of the economic viability of marketing tools in the industrial enterprise.

В связи с этим, существенную значимость приобретает оценка целесообразности внедрения инновационных материалов. В рамках исследования, была проведена оценка существующих методик оценки экономической эффективности внедрения инновационных материалов. Также был предложен и апробирован алгоритм принятия решения оценки целесообразности внедрения в производство инновационных материалов. Практическая значимость работы основывается на методическом обеспечении процесса оценки целесообразности внедрения инновационных материалов в производство. / The goal of the innovative system is to introduce innovations which will make possible to release new products better in terms of their consumer qualities. In this regard, the evaluation of the possibility of introducing innovative materials becomes highly significant. In the study, the evaluation was carried out of existing method for assessing the economic efficiency of introducing innovative materials. The decision-making algorithm for evaluation of the possibility of introducing innovative materials into production was proposed and tested. Целью диссертационной работы является разработка рекомендаций по внедрению аддитивных технологий в металлургическое производство с учетом изменений в бизнес-процессах и экономических моделях, отражающих производственную деятельность предприятий. Цель обусловила ряд следующих задач: 1 Изучить влияние аддитивных технологий на экономическое развитие в России и за рубежом, обозначить основные перспективы их применения в различных отраслях экономики. 2 Определить современные тенденции развития аддитивных технологий в металлургии, охарактеризовать основные технологические процессы и их параметры. 3 Разработать элементы стратегии внедрения аддитивных технологий с учетом изменения в бизнес-процессах и экономических моделях функционирования организаций. Дано описание процессов аддитивного производства. За основу были взяты наиболее изученные технологии – процессы SLM и EBM, применительно к производству изделий из сплава Ti-6Al-4V и его отечественного аналога, сплава ВТ6. Приведены аспекты влияния аддитивных технологий на изменения в цепочках поставок и бизнес-моделях функционирования организации. Произведены расчеты инвестиционных проектов представленных технологий аддитивного производства. Представлен механизм оценки возможности организации к внедрению аддитивных технологий, имеющий рекомендательный характер.

В выпускной квалификационной работе описываются основные пути реконструкции систем теплоснабжения, позволяющие добиться значительного повышения их энергоэффективности, а именно переход котельной на альтернативное топливо с целью повышения энергоэффективности, снижения экономических и экологических потерь. Целью работы является поиск и формулирование основных проблем реконструкции систем теплоснабжения, развитие технологического процесса перевода котельной на альтернативное топливо, проведение энергетического и экономического обоснования предлагаемой замены. Были изучены отечественные и зарубежные публикации по проблемам реконструкции систем теплоснабжения для повышения их энергоэффективности. Приведено обоснование необходимости перевода котельной на альтернативное и экологически чистое топливо, на основе оценки основного и вспомогательного оборудования котельной, а также экологического благополучия территории, прилегающей к котельной. Разработан технологический процесс перевода котельной на альтернативное и экологически безопасное топливо, выявлена и доказана необходимость модернизации оборудования для использования альтернативного топлива. Были определены существующие методы модернизации котла, работающего на угле для альтернативного и экологически чистого топлива. Выполнено экономическое обоснование предлагаемой замены. / This final qualifying work describes the main ways of reconstruction of heat supply systems, allowing achieving a significant increase in the energy efficiency of these systems, namely the transfer of the boiler to alternative fuel in order to improve energy efficiency, reduce economic and environmental losses. The purpose of the work is to consider and formulate the main problems of reconstruction of heat supply systems, development of the technological process of transferring the boiler house to alternative fuel, implementation of energy and economic justification of the proposed replacement. Domestic and foreign publications on the problems of reconstruction of heat supply systems in order to improve their energy efficiency were studied. The substantiation and relevance of the transfer of the boiler house to alternative and environmentally friendly fuel was discussed, for which the assessment of the main and auxiliary equipment of the boiler house, as well as the ecological well-being of the territory adjacent to the boiler house. The technological process of transfer of a boiler room to alternative and environmentally friendly fuel was developed, need of modernization of the equipment for use of pellet fuel is revealed and proved. The existing methods of modernization of the boiler unit operating on coal for alternative and environmentally friendly fuel were identified. Economic justification of the proposed replacement was done.

The relevance of the work. Currently, there is an introduction of the modern methods and management tools. Program-target management is the one of such tools. The essence of the program-target approach is to offer a way to solve the most important economic and social problems, which involves the development of a system of policy measures to minimize or even eliminate the problem. The object of the research is the implementation of the program – target management in the educational organization development. The subject of the research is the program-target management of the educational organization as a tool of its development. The purpose of the study is to analyze the program – target management of the educational organization development on the basis of the state policy, and to develop a program of the educational organization development. Scientific and practical novelty of the results: We have clarified the basic concepts of the program-target management and identified its characteristics at the municipal level; The system of principles of the organization of program-target management of the educational organization development is proved; We have also identified the main defects of the organizational and productive solutions in the modern Russian practice; the program of the educational organization development is developed; We have justified the productive options of the basic tasks for improving the program-target management organization. The practical significance of the results is that the analysis of 10 programs of development of the educational institutions of Yekaterinburg is made, and the main indicators of development which include strict reporting and rating of the results are identified. / Объект исследования – реализация программно-целевого управления в развитии общеобразовательной организации. Практическая значимость полученных результатов состоит в том, что осуществлен анализ 10 программ развития общеобразовательных организаций г. Екатеринбурга и определены основные индикаторы развития, которые включают в себя строгую отчетность и рейтингование полученных результатов. Однако, как показало исследование, в программах отсутствует такой показатель как «эффективность». Предложенная программа развития общеобразовательной организации представляет собой методическое руководство к ее разработке.
