近年來,台灣積極推展觀光產業的發展,除了加強各地區的基礎建設、公共建設、人文資源、自然景觀及國家形象等硬體設施之外,對於相關觀光產業發展的政策實施也不遺餘力,譬如週休二日、部分國家免簽證、開放大陸旅客來臺觀光等,其主要目的便是在於推廣國家知名度、增加國內觀光收入及改善國人生活。以交通部觀光局的公務資訊來看,我國觀光產業的未來發展尚有很大的發展空間,例如國內外觀光飯店、旅遊業、運輸業、禮品產業等。因此,考量整體觀光環境發展,高星級飯店跨足投資經營經濟型飯店的策略是否會提升高星級飯店的營運績效,應可成為有趣的探討議題。
由於國內消費者對於民宿或汽車旅館的接受度關係,致使國內高星級飯店對於投資經濟型飯店的經營並未如預期的成長。因此,本研究考量在國內平價飯店市場內,尚有經營空間的情況下,探討高星級飯店跨足投資經濟型飯店是否對飯店業者的營運績效有所改善。故本研究藉由調查資料的分析及SWOT分析的導入,研究高星級飯店跨足投資經濟型飯店經營的影響,茲將研究分析發現概分下列幾項:
一、 資深或高階主管認為1,501至2,000元間的房價有助於經濟型飯店的經營;
二、 鄰近車站是經濟型飯店的最佳設置地點;
三、 高星級的品牌形象有助於經濟型飯店的經營;
四、 透過多元化經營抵消競爭者所帶來的衝擊。

貿易依存度對貿易夥伴薪資差距之影響-以中國大陸為例 / The Influence of Trade Dependence on Salary Differences among Trade Partners:Evidence from Mainland China永薇 Unknown Date (has links)
自從中國大陸實施改革開放以來,隨著國際貿易越趨頻繁,對外之貿易依存度也逐漸上升,而迄今已成為貿易大國。而依據國際貿易理論,在滿足了要素稟賦理論全部條件的情況之下,自由的國際貿易會造成商品的相對價格趨於均等。而像中國大陸這種勞工豐沛的大型經濟體系融入了國際貿易體系,則將會促使與中國大陸經貿往來較為密切之國家與中國大陸之薪資差距逐漸縮小。故本文將利用中國大陸貿易夥伴之實證分析來探討貿易依存度對薪資差距之影響。
本文蒐集了2000年至2011年與中國大陸貿易關係較為密切的20個國家與中國大陸經濟變數之追蹤資料(Panel Data),包括:工業化程度差距、失業率差距、女性就業人口比例差距、教育程度差距,及上述國家對中國大陸之貿易依存度及中國大陸對該國之貿易依存度作為本研究之解釋變數,並以與中國大陸之薪資差距作為被解釋變數。將各數列資料進行單根檢定,經LLC單根檢定法判定所有數列皆為定態,再將各該數列以固定效果模型進行實證分析。
實證結果顯示,貿易夥伴對中國大陸之貿易依存度和與中國大陸之薪資差距,在1%的顯著水準之下呈現負向顯著影響,表示當各貿易夥伴對中國大陸之貿易依存度越高的時候,與中國大陸之薪資差距將會越小。而此結論與要素價格均等化之定理結論一致,故整體而言,國際貿易導致的薪資牽絆效果(Lock-in effect)獲得了實證上的支持。 / Since the implementation of reform and opening up in Mainland China, with increasingly frequent international trade, the dependence of foreign trade is gradually rising, but so far has become the largest trading nation. And based on the theory of international trade, under the circumstances to meet all the conditions of the endowment theory, free international trade will cause the relative prices of goods tend to be equal. And like the Mainland China such a large labor abundant economies into the international trading system, you will be prompted more closely with Mainland China 's national economic and trade exchanges with Mainland China salary differences is gradually narrowing. Therefore, this article will be to explore the impact of trade dependence on the use of empirical analysis of the salary differences trading partners in Mainland China.
This paper collected from 2000 to 2011 trade relations with Mainland China more closely panel data from 20 countries and Mainland China Economic variables, including: the differences between the level of industrialization, the unemployment rate differences, the differences between the proportion of the female workforce, education differences, and the dependence of these countries on trade in Mainland China and the Mainland China to the country's trade dependence as explanatory variables of this study, and in Mainland China with the salary differences is interpreted as a variable. The number of columns in each data unit root test conducted by LLC unit root test method determines all the series are stationary state, then the number of columns in each of the fixed effects model for empirical analysis.
The empirical results show that dependence on trade of trading partners in mainland China and the salary differences with Mainland China, under the 1% significance level showed a significant negative impact, which means that when all trading partners in Mainland China 's dependence on trade higher time, and the salary differences in Mainland China will be smaller. And this conclusion is consistent with the theorem of factor price equalization, so overall, lock-in effect resulting from international trade gained empirical support.

專案管理,知識管理與經營績效關係之研究-以T公司為例 / A study on the relationship between project management, knowledge management and operation performance : a case study of T company林宗諺 Unknown Date (has links)
企業經營是一項長期的工作,隨著時間的增加,公司內部會因工作的遞增而累積愈來愈多的知識與技術,這些知識屬於企業的無形資本,若能透過管理妥善的保存,對企業內部知識與技術的傳承,以及員工的學習與成長都有很大的益處。而在企業中,專案的進行是累積工作經驗與知識的一大管道,做好專案管理不但有助於專案目標的達成,也能藉此蒐集公司的無形資產,進一步將之知識化,最終對經營績效產生影響。因此,本研究將以專案管理、知識管理與經營績效為主軸,並以個案公司採用的知識管理方法,即技術文件制度,為主要的探討方向,對個案公司進行研究,同時分析三構面間的關係。
本研究採用的研究方法包括文獻分析法、個案研究法,以及深度訪談法。一開始先對研究構面進行過去文獻資料的探討與分析,並以光電產業的T公司為主要的訪談對象,進行與研究主題相關的資料蒐集,將個案資料經整理與分析後,陳述與個案相關的事實於本文中,並在文末對研究結論做總結。
本研究主要的結論為技術文件制度有助於降低工作困難度。經過對個案公司的分析,本研究發現個案公司所執行的技術文件制度確實有助於降低員工間的工作困難度,且因工作困難度的降低,使技術人員的出錯率也降低,因此,對員工來說,技術文件制度是一個良好的學習管道與方法;而專案管理有助於知識管理前期知識蒐集的工作,且技術文件制度讓技術人員的出錯率降低,進而使公司除錯成本的支出也大幅減少,對公司整體的經營績效來說有正向的成長,因此,本研究經由個案公司的實證發現,專案管理、知識管理與經營績效間確實存在著互相影響的正向關係。 / That is a long-term work for business administration. As time goes on, more and more knowledge and skills accumulate in a company due to increasing works. Because the knowledge belongs to the intangible capital of the enterprise, if the company can store knowledge through management process, it should be advantage for knowledge inheritance of skills of the company, as well as the growth for staff. In addition, project management is a way of accumulating work experience and knowledge, and it not only help achieve targets of project, but also increasing operational performance for the company. Therefore, the research subject is study on the relationship between project management, knowledge management, and operating performance.
The study collects the information by the documentary analysis, case study method, and in-depth interview. Based on the collecting past literature, the information and data from interviews for T company are analyzed for the topics of study, and write down the conclusions and findings in the final statement.
The main conclusion in this study is that knowledge management is advantage for decreasing difficulty of work. Through the case study, the research shows that technical documentation system in T company exactly helps for reducing difficulty of work among staff, and also decrease defect rate among technician. Therefore, technical documentation system is a good way for learning for staff. Additionally, because that project management is good at collecting information at the beginning of knowledge management, and that knowledge management reduce error rate also debugging costs in the company, the study shows that there is positive relationship between project management, knowledge management, and operating performance.

Augmented Insurance Solutions Limited, hereinafter referred to AISL will be an Insurance Brokerage firm that will provide insurance products and services. The owner has worked in the Insurance Industry in Belize for 13 plus years and did extensive market research that has led to being able to identify a key area of opportunity and thus AISL was created. The opportunity we identified was the fact that the insurance market of the world has experienced a form of positive disruption whereby insurance products and services that were formerly offered by an individual agent is now being offered by a Broker; in insurance this transition is referred to as a Broker Market. This business plan discusses the differences, advantages and disadvantages between an Agent and a Broker in upcoming chapters. So far, one Broker attempted and failed due to limited financing and not understanding clear the market environment. At the moment there are two Brokers in Belize and we know from being involved in the insurance industry that others are considering entering. Consequently, we will enter the industry ahead and create first mover advantage as we hope to be recognize as premier provider of insurance products with an all-inclusive approach to satisfying our customer needs.
Our aim is to is offer insurance products and services to everyone. But such begs the question, how will we differentiate? We will differentiate in two principal ways discussed in detail in this plan under differentiation strategy. Briefly, we will differentiate by offering an encounter to those customers that visit our office. An encounter in this context is offering warm and sincere customer service. Unlike most companies that often treat the customer like another person in the line and often suggest products or service without first understanding the customers need(s). Another differentiation method that we will use is maximizing the power of technology. At the moment none of the companies in Belize are maximizing the power of technology. We will therefore be the first company to offer delivery of products and services in a technologically friendly manner. Using technology also create a synergistic link Millennials and Generation Z , a primary segment of our target market. Because very frequent customers especially among our target market are unable to access products and services as it either requires physically going to an office. Which is very difficult because of employment hour or is filled with manual applications. These limitations have created need/opportunity which AISL will now fill and leverage from using technology.
We take a very proactive approach to business and as such have already identified our office location. The location we chose is a strategic location as it is very near to our sector of our target market, it is currently being developed to become the commercial capital of the city as well as 60% of the vehicular traffic and pedestrian transit this area. On the property chosen already has a building that was a small office and is being leased furnished. The owner of the property has also offered to us first refusal of acquiring the property after our lease expires in 3 years.
AISL is in its start-up stages and still have very fluid plans and monitor the market very carefully to spot opportunities, trends and respond accordingly. The business will become operational in January 2018. AISL will be a privately owned Limited Liability Company. The Company will be financed jointly by the owner and a loan from a credit institution. The financing secured will be used to pay for acquiring a Broker’s License and other initial business startup cost. A portion of the financing will also be allocated to provide financial assistance during our initial month during which we may have low sales etc. The loan will be amortized over a five-year period and is provided for in our financials. We firmly believe that AISL will be a successful company because our focus is not only all encompassing but we also have a specific target market unlike any other Company in Belize. It is our belief, which is also supported by researched statistical data that our target population forms a part of the population with the most buying power. So if we are able to first acknowledge, then attract them ahead of our competition we will have a significant advantage. In addition, we are offering bespoke methods to satisfy the need of not only our target but others as well.
Worthy of mentioning is that although the statistics reveal a market growth rate of 1.5%, we would like to point out that we are not seeking entry into the overall insurance market but rather as a Broker. Therefore, our competitors are direct Agents and the Insurance Companies themselves. The rise of China is specifically pertinent to Australia’s future as Australia is the world’s most economically dependent economy on China. This thesis evaluates the future of Australia-China trade from an interdisciplinary perspective considering both economic and non-economic approaches. The thesis looks at the future of Australia-China trade in an economic sense by analyzing descriptive trade statistics. This is the first analysis of Australia-China trade of this type and the first application of the Herfindahl-Hirschman index. The thesis finds that the future of Australia-China trade is very good and the rise of China poses significant opportunities for both states. The thesis goes on to consider how the process of the rise of China has been managed in Australia by the government of Australia. The thesis argues that the main threat to trade is the government of Australia’s poor management of the rise of China, which is showing signs of damaging the conditions of economic exchange and creating a negative perception of China in Australia. The implications of the analysis and the need for states to be proactive in their management of the rise of China is especially pertinent for many states in the Asia-Pacific. The thesis concludes by providing a range of recommendations for Australia and China to help improve the management of the rise of China to enable a more beneficial world.

海馬迴是大腦中與學習記憶相關的腦區,許多認知及記憶的功
能異常的疾病皆和這個腦區息息相關,研究者已發現在成熟哺乳類大腦的海馬迴區中的齒狀迴(dentate gyrus)的顆粒細胞下區
(subgranular zone, SGZ)持續有神經新生的情形而此區的顆粒
細胞需要腎上腺分泌的皮質酮才可以生存,因此摘除雙側的腎上腺
會使海馬迴齒狀迴區的顆粒細胞因缺乏皮質酮而大量死亡。實驗室使用腎上腺移除(adrenalectomy;ADX)後的老鼠作為海馬迴齒狀迴區顆粒細胞死亡的動物模型,本實驗室先前研究發現給予sonic hedgelog (Shh)並搭配豐富環境的刺激可以使此區顆粒細胞大量生
長。因此我們在ADX後三個月確定手術成功的老鼠分為兩種實驗組別: (1 ) 短時間組: 給予不同濃度的delta s並放於鼠籠環境或豐富性環境一週後犧牲;(2)長時間組: 給予不同濃度的delta s並放於
鼠籠環境或豐富性環境十週在進行物體辨識行為後犧牲。分別比較藥物濃度、空間、時間的變異對海馬迴齒狀回區細胞的影響,我們發現delta s有適合細胞生長的特定濃度,短時間中環境的差異與細胞的數目多寡相關,長時間的組別中我們發現ADX後處理特定的delta s濃度可以促進神經新生,我們使用一旦受到刺激突觸活化的時候便會表現的Arc來做細胞染色計數,發現新生的神經細胞同時參與物體辨識行為中,在討論部分也針對Shh及本篇使用的delta s 進行短時間組的實驗比較,發現delta s在海馬迴齒狀迴區的新生神經前驅細胞的數目比Shh多,並且能在長時間恢復其學習記憶能力,為具發展潛力的促進神經新生藥物。

女性以重視人際關係、包容、關懷等特質,融入傳統的權威、剛強的領導,於職場上擔任主管職比例已上升的趨勢,顯見「坤道」已逐漸被重視。
21世紀是屬於中國人的世紀,中國《易經》被尊稱為「群經之首」,本研究從「《易經》坤卦」內涵及其六爻的變化及應用,詮釋出具柔性特質的領導。是以,本研究提出以下的研究問題,做為之後章節的論述內容:
一、《易經》的經傳大要及中心思想為何?
二、現代領導理論為何?
三、《易經》坤卦的內涵?其對領導意涵如何論述?
四、《易經》坤卦爻動後與權變領導學之關聯為何?
五、《易經》坤卦領導對於當代的領導理論有何貢獻?
在研究方法上,採行質化研究,首先對《易經》的經傳大要、中心思想、坤卦意涵及現代領導理論等,進行文獻、次級資料分析及經典研究的概念、描述分析,並簡略敘述坤卦動爻位後的變化及應用,進一步建構出易經坤卦領導學的雛型。
研究中以德國總理安格拉‧梅克爾(Angela Merkel)進行個案分析,讓本研究更趨完備。
最後結合傳統與現代理論為坤卦領導學與現代領導理論提出具柔性特質的領導的相關論述並對未來研究提出建議。
