In documents, which decides about the training in comprehensive schools is said, that it is necassary to educate a person, who is able in self-contained and together to deal one‘s and community‘s problems, creativly answer in nowadays world‘s challenges, capable to give a sense his life in contradictory reality of nowadays. One of the vicissitude of education determing factors – vicissitude of school‘s and place community. That means, that to realize the point is nessesary school‘s community‘s undivided attention and collective work. Just from the schools head‘s dessicions depends how will develops rapports of education and how will the points will be realized, how changes will be in progress on parents and educators communication. Dabarties gyvenimo iššūkiai iš kiekvieno žmogaus reikalauja: dalyvauti bendrame gyvenime, gyventi ir veikti kartu su kitais, sėkmingai prisitaikyti prie ateities pokyčių t.y. įgyti socialinę kompetenciją. Tinkamam socialinės kompetencijos ugdymui labai daug įtakos turi mokinių tarpusavio santykiai, gebėjimas bendrauti ir bendradarbiauti. Todėl, norint sėkmingai ugdyti socialinę kompetenciją, didelis dėmesys turi būti skiriamas gebėjimo bendrauti ugdymui. Tyrimu siekiama nustatyti kaip mokymosi bendradarbiaujant metodai skatina plėtoti mokinių gebėjimą bendrauti, keičia jų tarpusavio santykius. Tyrimo problema - nepakankamai išplėtotas pradinių klasių mokinių gebėjimas bendrauti. Tyrimo objektas - pradinių klasių mokinių gebėjimas bendrauti.Tyrimo tikslas yra atskleisti mokinių gebėjimo bendrauti ugdymo galimybes pradinėse klasėse. Uždaviniai: 1. Apibrėžti socialinės kompetencijos sampratą, jos aktualumą ir ugdymo(si) galimybes pradinėse klasėse. 2. Išryškinti bendravimo ypatumus pradinėse klasėse. 3. The following MA written work is about the cooperation between the parents and the specialists (the working staff of the educational institution), educating the students of the age from 12 till 21 years old with complex disability. The students with the complex disability are known as the students with many intellectual, hearing, visual, body and position, speech and communication disorders. During the educational process of the students with complex disability, of the age from 12 to 21 years old, many difficulties are coming up. They are: the difficulty to estimate the level of their perception, the difficulty to adapt the programs, the difficulty to fix the impact of the program on the child’s development. The fist step educating these students is to realize their physical and intellectual abilities, their state of health and the needs of their family. The working staff of the educational institution and the parents of the students with complex disability creating and putting into practice in their everyday life an education plan, come to realize that working together in a team is an effective way to achieve the goals set in the education plan. At the moment we are going through changes of the education reform, which offers us to implement significant novelties. First of all, we are offered to change the authoritarian administration stile into the democratic. The relationship between executives of the institution and its employees are very important in the process, because it directly influences social - psychological climate, success of the executives and motivation of the educationalists of the organization they work in. The research tries to show some changes which have already happened in communicational level between these two working groups. The aim of the work is to make a research and to evaluate features and nature of industrial relationship between executives and educationalists in pre-school educational institutions of Vilnius. Youth delinquency is a relevant theme for discussions not only in Lithuania but also in a whole world for a long time already. On a sociological view, the forms of the behaviour which is declinatory from the norms (deviation), appear more often in a society which is in the economical – social transformation period. Children and youth is the part of the society, the most sensitive to changes. Their „I“ conception isn’t formed yet, and the social immaturity is clearly visible. The atmosphere in a family, and the upbringing methods has a high influence on the developing personality attitude and value system/ orientation. On the social pedagogical aspect, the family socium is the underlying area in the Lithuanian social policy. The social policy is oriented towards the sane consolidation of the family socium relationships and the development of the family potential. In this context, the particular role in the social policy of the country is given to the social pedagogue’s work with the family. In theoretical part has been done companies’ connection with partner’s groups theoretical substantiation in market aspect, e.i. work is based on marketing connections theory. In the second analytical part there is presented research method, described research contingent. In the part of research result analyses there is carried out companies’ connections estimation with partner’s groups in Lithuania’s clothing and textiles industry sector. Magistro darbe, išnagrinėjus 69 edukacinius šaltinius siekiama įvertinti mokytojų ir mokinių tėvų bendradarbiavimo situaciją šiandieninėje pradinėje mokykloje ir sukurti bendradarbiavimo modelį, kuris padėtų tobulinti bendradarbiavimą. Atliktas tyrimas, kuriame dalyvavo 338 respondentai (8 mokyklų vadovai, 19 pradinių klasių mokytojų ir 311 mokinių tėvų) atskleidė, kad mokytojų ir mokinių tėvų bendradarbiavimą lemia vadovų, mokytojų, tėvų bendrų tikslų iškėlimas, strategijos formulavimas, mokytojų ir mokinių tėvų turinio ir formų organizavimo nustatymas, teorinis pasirengimas ir kt. Sukurtame bendradarbiavimo modelyje atsispindi pagrindiniai veiksniai, sąlygojantys vadovų, mokytojų bei mokinių tėvų glaudų bendradarbiavimą pradinėje mokykloje ir mokinių gerovės (pažangumo, negatyvaus elgesio prevencijos, saviraiškos ir t.t.) užtikrinimą. / The paper is concerned with the assessment of co – operation between parents and teachers in the primary school. The aim is to analise 69 educational sources, then, to assess the co – operation between parents and teachers in the primary school and to create the modern model of communication, which can help to improve the situation. The empirical research that was held comprised 338 respondents, 8 of who are principals, 19 respondents are primary school teachers and, finally, 311 parents. The respondents revealed the situation. The situation is, that the co – operation is influenced by principals, teachers, parents’s achievements of common goals, formation of strategy, teachers and pupils’s content and ways definition, theoretical knowledge etc. The created model of communication revealed the main actions, causing principals, teachers and parents‘ successful communication in the primary school. Moreover, it may make sure the welfare of pupils.

Magistro darbo objektas – Lietuvos ir Prancūzijos leidyklų bendradarbiavimo ypatumai. Darbo tikslas – ištirti ir kokybiniu aspektu įvertinti Lietuvos ir Prancūzijos leidyklų bendradarbiavimo tendencijas. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: išanalizuoti šiandieninę knygų leidybos situaciją ir jos vystymosi tendencijas; atskleisti tarptautinio leidyklų bendradarbiavimo naudą, galimybes ir perspektyvas; ištirti Lietuvos ir Prancūzijos knygų rinkas; atlikti ekspertų tyrimą ir apibendrinti apklausos metu gautus rezultatus. Naudojantis ekspertų apklausos, lyginamuoju ir apibendrinimo metodais, prieita prie išvadų, kad produktyvus bendradarbiavimas tarp visapusiškai skirtingų (teritoriniu, knygų leidybos kiekybinių parametrų, leidybos pramonės situacijos atžvilgiais) šalių – Lietuvos ir Prancūzijos – leidėjų yra įmanomas. Užsienio autorių knygų vertimas į nacionalines kalbas, jų leidyba ir platinimas savo šalyje sudarius licencines sutartis – tai viena leidyklų bendradarbiavimo formų. Todėl, Lietuvos leidėjų pasirinkimas versti, išleisti ir platinti konkrečios Prancūzijos leidyklos (ir atvirkščiai) išleistą knygą šiame traktuojamas, kaip šių šalių leidyklų bendradarbiavimas. The purpose of the master’s thesis is to explore and evaluate by quality aspect the tendency of cooperation between Lithuanian and French publishing houses. The tasks of the work are: to analyze the situation of books publishing and the tendency of it’s development; to disclose international cooperation benefit, opportunities and perspectives; to explore the Lithuanian and French book markets; to do an expert research and summarize the results. To reach the purpose of the master’s thesis, it was used the following methods (theoretical and empirical): analysis of bibliography, documents and Web sites; systematization and comparative analysis; question form. The creation and development of global EU market stimulated the publishers to search the partners in foreign countries. Books translation is one of the cooperation forms between publishing houses. Results of the research show that mostly cooperation is directly, without intermediaries. Lithuanian publishers generally are not interested in a production of particular French publishing house – they are just looking for a good book in a French book market and only then they cooperate with the publishing house which owns the rights to a book.
