The system is composed by questionnaires for the purpose of obtaining quantitative data on psychotherapeutic treatment in order to evaluate and monitor its outcome (Erekson, Lambert & Eggett, 2015). The results obtained through the application of the questionnaires in the context of psychotherapy helped to verify if the intervention is effective so that, through this feedback, the psychotherapist can prevent withdrawal, modify the therapeutic plan and provide feedback to the patient and the team in order to discuss the clinical case based on quantitative evidence (Nordal, 2012). Among the several questionnaires in the OQ System, the Youth Outcome Questionnaire Self-Report 2.0 (Y-OQ-SR 2.0) was developed to evaluate the psychotherapy of teenagers between 12 and 18 years old (Wells & Burlingame, 2003). The Y-OQ SR 2.0 has 64 items consisting of affirmative first-person phrases and shall be answered on a Likert scale from 0 to 4: 0 (never), 1 (rarely), 2 (sometimes), 3 (often ) and 4 (always). The items are distributed into six factors that evaluate: Intrapersonal Stress; Somatic; Interpersonal Relationships; Critical Items; Social problems; Behavioral Disorders. The questionnaire is non-theoretical and self-applied. Goal: culturally adapt the Y-OQ-SR 2.0 to the Brazilian reality. Method: the study followed the following steps: 1) From the original instrument, two translations into Portuguese were performed by two bilingual translators; 2) Synthesis of the two translations by a third translator overseen by an expert committee; 3) Evaluation of the target audience in order to investigate the understanding of the items; 4) Adjusting the instrument after a consensus among the ideas resulting from the evaluation of the target audience; 5) Back-translation of the Portuguese version into English, by a fourth bilingual translator; 6) Submission of the back-translation to the original authors to ensure that the content has equivalent meaning to the original content; 7) The original authors considered the back-translation appropriate, the Portuguese translation will be used to carry out a pilot study (Borsa et al., 2012; Cassepp-Borges, Balbinotti & Teodoro, 2010; Gjersing, Caplehorn & Clausen, 2010; Takara, 2015). Outcomes: Some terms and words that needed clarification were evaluated by a committee of experts before the synthesis itself. The translation was made by two bilingual translators using the Parallel Blind Technique. The synthesis of the translations was evaluated by the target audience in order to ensure the understanding of the translated items. Five out of these items required review by the committee for a second audience assessment, followed by semantic adjustments. This second evaluation took place satisfactorily, as the target audience understood the phrases and modified words. The final version was submitted to the reverse translation process (Portuguese to English) by a C2 level translator in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). Finally, the final version was sent to the original authors in order to ensure the equivalence of content with the original version. The final approval of the Brazilian-Portuguese version of the instrument was satisfactory; in other words, no adjustments were required. A committee of experts comprehending adolescent clinical psychologists with fluency in English employed the procedures for operational equivalence and it was concluded that the Y-OQ-SR 2.0 is suitable for the pilot study. Discussion: The evaluation of the target audience was made through stratified focus groups. The group provided discussions about the items to be evaluated, providing both objective data, that were filled by adolescents, and subjective data related to participants' understanding and discussion on terms and words. Once the steps proposed by Borsa et al., 2012, Cassepp-Borges, Balbinotti & Teodoro, 2010, Gjersing, Caplehorn & Clausen, 2010 and Takara, 2015 were successfully achieved, the proposed goal was therefore achieved. The gathering and analysis of data were performed through a rigorous and systematic process to ensure adequate adaptation to the Brazilian reality. The Y-OQ-SR 2.0 is an important tool for adolescent and patient psychotherapists, as it was developed exclusively to assess youth psychotherapy. Its purpose is, therefore, to monitor the psychotherapeutic process (Lambert, 2010) and provide feedback to find out if the psychotherapy is being effective (Lambert, Hansen & Harmon, 2010). The adaptation of the Y-OQ-SR 2.0 to the Brazilian reality will allow the instrument to be released for subsequent studies of evidence of validity. / O Outcome Questionnaire System (OQ System) ? um sistema desenvolvido pelos psic?logos americanos Michael Lambert e Gary Burlingame no in?cio da d?cada de 90 e, atualmente, ? reconhecido no Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration`s National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (SAMHSA`sNREPP).

The main point of this process is the father's wish for this child, the thread that ties this singular subject's history crossed by cultural injunctions, in a single way, to this child. The wish originated in the relationship among the subjects is always tributary of vicissitudes found in the course to the other who will love us. It is expressed in reality by facing transient and mutable objects, often impregnated by our fantasies because not said or fully satisfied. As Freud emphasized, we cannot prescind the other, who supports and who is the object of this reality that constitutes and confronts us. The father is part of this reality and for beyond this function which is nowadays shared with mothers, experts and in a way with the State in the new family ties and modernity ideas, we plead a position takeover. This position is based on solutions that each man provides for his oedipal conflicts, on the pacts that makes with the wife and on the reality of the group he belongs to and by which he is supported. The modernity social plot requires us to investigate the narratives, the narcissistic threads of our individual history which weave the oedipal conflict and in its ties with the others constitute us as subjects of wish. This is the object of our study, the listening to this plot, the knotting of these threads is the modernity narcissistic matter in which every man will take over a position in relation to the child, granting him the place of child and his wish, a single legacy orientated to this singular subject / Este estudo centra-se no processo de construção da paternidade, a partir da escuta das histórias, demandas e angústias de homens-pais frente a seus pequenas filhos.

No. of bitstreams: 1 Iris Regina Fernandes Poffo.pdf: 1943070 bytes, checksum: e4ebc422662dede83a55ccdd13d740a4 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2010-12-10 / Major environmental accidents in harbour sites have potential to cause negative socioenvironmental and economic damages, including many life losses. So, it is necessary to invest in prevention and preparedness measures in order to know how to deal with these hazardous events when they happen. The first step is to know the risk perception of people who daily walk around in these sites, as a way to better develop risk management and risk communication programs. This is the purpose of this paper. A survey was conducted involving two hundred and sixty one persons local residents, visitors, tourists and sportsmen in the Santos and São Sebastião Ports, both in the Southeast Brazilian Coast. The qualitative and the quantitative researches intent to know about risk perception and reactions of those people, facing a hypothetical explosion followed by a fire in a ship or in a petrochemical terminal. The results demonstrated that the interviewed people showed a good comprehension level about the possible consequences of such incidents, both on the health and safety of the people involved and on the environment. Similarly they showed good willingness towards helping victims and the environment. The survey also demonstrated that people would not get closer to the incident site and would attempt to flee to distant places from the harbour area as well that television and internet were regarded as the most important media channel to obtain information. But, analyzing real cases from the past, in the Brazilian Coast and in other countries, we noticed that there is a real tendency for onlookers to get closer to the incident site just by curiosity and/or in order to take advantage of this situation, a fact that can amplify the socioenvironmental consequences / Acidentes tecnológicos de grandes proporções em áreas portuárias têm o potencial de causar impactos socioambientais e econômicos negativos, incluindo a perda de muitas vidas.

Rosa, Rodrigo Távora César Fröhlich 10 June 2011 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2016-04-28T20:37:38Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 Rodrigo Tavora Cesar Frohlich Rosa.pdf: 1026282 bytes, checksum: 662a47cc8090f8b65d507b290eca4c63 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2011-06-10 / Obesity is one of the conditions that affect human health in an especially intense way in the XXI century. Despite being recognized as a pathology by the World Health Organization it fits in a different profile about what is a disease, due the fact of being named as a Non-transmissible Chronic Disease, a concept that demands a rethink about what would be health and illness towards a condition that deteriorates the human being, both physically and mentally, although in a slow manner and not an acute one. The rate in which obesity has reached epidemic proportions in several countries also leads to a deep consideration about the historical and cultural aspects that brought it to the current prevalence in several places of the planet nowadays. By becoming the object of study of several fields of the human knowledge, obesity ends up producing a permanent focus of tension between the several branches of science that study it, since each of them highlight one or another factor of the many that compose it. The proposal of this research that is presented throughout the text seeks to unite relevant information regarding obesity that belong to many areas of the scientific knowledge, gathering them in a way to produce a questioning about the status of obesity towards Psychoanalysis. When questioning the possibility of obesity to become an object of study of the psychoanalytical research the need for metapsychological foundation arises that would allow representing it both within the theory and practice in Psychoanalysis. The search for concepts that could explain the psychological suffering of the obese brought to the text a study about the founding of the feeding function, as of the feeling of satiety and other early body sensations, and the possibility that a perversion in the usage of such sensations may be used in the way that obese use them to handle the daily challenges that are brought upon their psyche. The obese body also carries a questioning about the notion of body in Psychoanalysis that could be useful in its understanding, as in which treatment methods would prove to be useful in such specific cases. The contribution of Hilde Bruch, psychoanalyst, is presented as one of the keystones upon which this text could be written, specially by suggesting the existence of two types of obesity, reactive and development, and also a specific therapeutic approach to both cases. Through the description of two clinical cases the obesity types and their treatment are portrayed, which aims to corroborate the metapsychological description that uses the actual neurosis model as a suggested concept to explain the psychological suffering of the obese, marked by an anxiety that lacks symbols to express itself. The ultimate proposal of this text is that obesity may be an important point of convergence for the dialogue between many scientific fields, including Psychoanalysis, that can produce rich contributions in future studies, especially if an interdisciplinary dialogue is pursued / A obesidade é uma das condições que afetam a saúde humana de forma especialmente intensa no século XXI.

Aquém do masoquismo

We affirm that Sacher-Masoch, as an artist, uses eroticism and sensuality in order to positively transgress a reality that does not satisfy him, thus producing other realities. He uses the contract, law, and humor in order to depersonalize his characters through the composition and shaping of different forms of subjectivity. Sacher-Masoch creates procedures, both in his life and work, whose power dilutes established forms. In order to illustrate the unfolding of Masochism as a creative field, we use Deleuze s theoretical perspective, Sacher- Masoch s biography, and his literary production. Deleuze performs a re-reading of Freudian Masochism and inflects it: he reevaluates the psychological dynamic, brings new understanding to assemblages of desire, and problematizes the complexity of subjective configurations / Essa dissertação problematiza a noção de masoquismo, abrindo-o a outros sentidos para além de sua clausura patológica.

In this sense, it discusses the traits that could enhance or contribute to the creation of a network of obstacles or impediments to femininity. The theoretical framework of the dissertation is based on psychoanalysis, especially the work of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan. This study aims to address questions arising from clinical practice, since it was a combination of clinical facts that raised the questions which led to the beginning of this path of study. Therefore, this research has clinical experience as a starting point, being conducted on a clinical case specifically chosen for demonstrating the drama of a young woman faced with the issues involving the loss of virginity and the non-recognition of this experience as a mark of the process of becoming a woman before society. The path taken by the young woman toward womanhood marks the psychic nature of this process and shows that on the issues surrounding femininity the logic of recognition may be in check. Psychoanalysis, through Lacan, states that "Woman does not exist," concluding that in the constitution of female sexuality there is something enigmatic and unique, beyond the Oedipal and castration complexes, making it impossible for a single and universal path to be established in the process of becoming a woman. Becoming man or woman is a matter of sexualization, a matter of choice of jouissance. The consequence of this choice is that masculine and feminine are divided according to the castration mode of jouissance in relation to the Other sex: one phallic and the other not-all. The phallus is the signifier of phallic jouissance, which inscribes the logic of phallic signification. The Other jouissance, the feminine one, has to do with a kind of paradox of recognition, unlike the male position. For there is no significant determining the woman in the unconscious and, therefore, every woman is a construction. Women, without a symbolic feature defining them, are required to construct, and create piece by piece, their own version of femininity. Obstacles to femininity can be accentuated if the woman does not accept that this trait is absent, condemning her to an eternal quest for recognition which would point to hysteria / O tema desta pesquisa de mestrado é o sujeito feminino e suas questões em torno da feminilidade.

Such interfaces include the body that makes the performance to the force lines of the instalation. It's a form of Live Cinema developed nowadays. Luiza Helena Guimarães Ferreira's thesis research enriched and gained new contours with this device's creation. The tensions between the bodies, the cultural skins, this work, Sagradas Torres: A reinvenção de si no cinema vivo, shows the development of this device and its theoretical, practical and methodological implications. It's about the possibility of reinvention of yourself in the happening temporality through the invention of non-linear audiovisual narratives. This means the coupling between machines, body and subjectivity in real time, that locates this research in the border between Art, Psychology and Communication fields. The Hagar-BCN (art and technology laboratory) provided support to the project's development, in addiction to the adviser Suely Rolnik and the co-advisor Antoni Mercader. Some other institutes also helped, such as LMI and UB. Sagradas Torres is the thesis' nervous core. It was assembled and exposed in the Hangar, not for a coincidence, on September 9th, 2012. This exhibition resulted in a film2. Also, the author had performed Tertulia Indignados at Puerta de Sol, Madrid, which also resulted in a film (Tertulia Indignats). Both were important to discussions brought by this thesis. The contribution of this device to this thesis is undeniably, because it answers the need of problematizing the dominant trend of artistic ways which use new technologies to promote the spectator's interaction, but are, frequently, just entertainment exercises.

The accomplished study of tranversal type was based on security service companies which were selected from aleatory sample, proportionally to the number of security workers. The defined sample were 223 security workers, from which 19 did not belong to any known companies. However, only a total of 56 security workers from the 13 selected companies answered the study questionnaire. Research data showed a 40-hour work week schedule, approximately. The security workers who labored from 41 to 47 hours showed a percentage of stress of 60%. From the security workers interviewed, 71,4% did not labor in another place, and the 28,6% who did, developed different activities. A total of 69,6% of the interviewees attended qualifying courses, while the other 30,4%, who had not attended any complementing courses, showed a percentage of 58,8% of stress.
