For this purpose, some psychoanalysis theory was used, predominantly from Freud and Lacan, and dialogues with philosophers, mainly Sade, Kant and Nietzsche. Through the main character of the novel, Raskolnikóv, and his history, whose most important point is a murder, some of the main themes are approached: the relation among the principle of pleasure and moral and action, the practical/rational argument of moral, the split of moral experience, the distortion of reason as a way to releasing of destructive impulses and, finally, it is still seen an exit through love. We start presenting the perspectives of the study, a brief theory of the crime in the Freudian theory and the issue of ethics and moral. Later, on the chapter about Crime and Punishment, the presentation of the novel and its author is made through narrowing down the general aspects of Russia in the end of the 19th century, heading towards biographical information of Dostoiévski and his work up to sections of elements from the book. On this paper, there are two other psychoanalytical readings of the same work, with their respective criticisms / Esta pesquisa objetiva investigar, a partir do romance Crime e Castigo, alguns aspectos do campo em que se estabelece a íntima relação entre a questão moral e os impulsos à transgressão da lei. Para isto, foi utilizado o viés teórico da psicanálise, predominantemente Freud e Lacan e as interlocuções com autores da filosofia, principalmente Sade, Kant e Nietzsche. Através do protagonista do romance, Raskolnikóv, e sua história cujo ponto mais agudo é o cometimento de um assassinato, percorremos uma via que tem como temas principais: a relação do além do princípio do prazer com a moral e a ação, o argumento racional da moral, a cisão da experiência moral, a distorção da razão como via de liberação de impulsos destrutivos e por fim, ainda vislumbramos uma saída pelo amor. Iniciamos apresentando as perspectivas do estudo, uma breve teoria do crime na teoria freudiana e a questão da ética e da moral. Em seguida, no capítulo sobre Crime e Castigo, preferimos fazer a apresentação do romance e do autor partindo do afunilamento que vai de aspectos gerais da Rússia do final século XIX, passando por informações biográficas do autor e sobre sua obra, até um recorte de elementos do livro. The recognition of sonority and vocal gesture in primary relationships and in the constitution of the self crosses through several issues approached in this research. Theory-context-based and resulting from experiences in clinical work, this investigation intends to identify the aspects that characterize the way in which each parent personifies and sustains the primary functions in enabling a child s humanization and individualization, and in grounding the effectiveness of a child s enrolment in a social group. The developed analyses were caused by psychoanalytic experience with children and by the interest in theory and in clinical practice around the questions that involve the functioning of children s psychic and social life. Therefore, the considerations in this dissertation focus more specifically in the fatherly component of parental ties. This approach is associated with recognition conditions that surround fatherhood, when a subject takes over this role towards the child, sustains the essential the affective links and represents a very important reference and support to the child s subjectivity s subsidence. The recognition question is also a central topic among the reflections that involve the child and its processes of individualization and adherence to social offer and relationship. The articulations between the particularity of the fatherhood s bond and the child s subjective position are developed from the swapping between theoretical and clinic readings, published in the specialized literature, and confronted with the interpretations alignment and the clinical experience of the author in the field of children psychoanalysis. In this overview, becomes evident the narrow confluence of the psychic determinants and those determinants related to the social shifting plane, aggregated in modern recent history - shifts that include, significantly, the role and the model of the father figure / Esta pesquisa, centrada no referencial psicanalítico, volta-se à compreensão de processos subjetivos e culturais implicados no estabelecimento dos vínculos parentais com a criança. A partir de fundamentos teórico-contextuais e da experiência clínica, essa investigação pretende identificar aspectos que incidem no modo como cada um dos pais encarna e sustenta as funções primordiais que viabilizam a humanização e a singularização de uma criança e que ancoram a efetividade de sua inscrição no grupo social. Como as análises aqui desenvolvidas foram suscitadas pela prática psicanalítica com crianças e pelo interesse teórico-clínico voltado às questões que contornam o funcionamento de sua vida psíquica e social, as reflexões empreendidas nesta tese inclinam-se, mais especificamente, à vertente paterna dos laços parentais. O foco dessa abordagem associa-se às condições identificatórias que circundam o exercício da paternidade por um sujeito que assume esse lugar diante da criança, que mantém com ela vínculos afetivos essenciais e que ocupa, para ela, um lugar fundamental de referência e de suporte à sedimentação de sua subjetividade. To do so, interviews were held with five participants between 20 and 30 years old, heterosexuals, graduated or graduating from college, from São Paulo s middle class. The analysis of the interviews was qualitative, based on Analytical Psychology theory. Trough the interviews, we realized that friendship is an important relation to these men. Friendship, according to the participants, offers help and protection, company, positive emotional experiences (such as acceptance, intimacy and proximity) and selfaffirmative experiences (such as loyalty, security and mutual validation). It s a symmetric relationship that has a lot in common with the fraternal bond but, different from the late, it s voluntary. It is experienced in some way throughout every person s life since it s an archetypical experience. The interviewed men describe friendship as a relationship that provides a real encounter beyond stereotyped life views and behaviors and promotes an environment of cooperation that allows the friends to go beyond the persona and reach for their totality. We understand that the participants are searching for the other, external (friend) or internal. A greater contact with the field of emotions, that was for such a long time banned from the conscious experience of masculinity, is possible because of theses relations. It seems that friendship, due to all the reasons exposed, is a way to individuation / O objetivo deste trabalho foi o de compreender o lugar que a amizade masculina ocupa na vida de jovens adultos brasileiros. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas semi estruturadas com cinco indivíduos entre 20 e 30 anos, heterossexuais, formados ou cursando o ensino superior, pertencentes à camada média paulistana. A análise das entrevistas foi qualitativa, baseada na Psicologia Analítica. Por meio das entrevistas, percebemos que a amizade é um relacionamento importante e valorizado por esses homens. A amizade, segundo os participantes, oferece ajuda e proteção, companhia, experiências emocionais positivas (como aceitação, intimidade e proximidade) e experiências auto afirmadoras (como lealdade, segurança e validação mútua). É uma relação simétrica muito parecida com o vínculo fraterno, mas que pressupõe uma voluntariedade que não é encontrada neste último. Por ser uma vivência arquetípica, é experienciada de uma forma ou de outra ao longo da vida de todos os indivíduos. A amizade é descrita pelos homens entrevistados como um relacionamento que privilegia um encontro verdadeiro, para além de visões de mundo e comportamentos estereotipados, que promove um ambiente de cooperação e acolhimento propício para que a interação ultrapasse o nível da persona e compreenda a totalidade do indivíduo. Vemos um movimento claro por parte de todos os participantes em busca do outro, seja esse outro exterior (o amigo) ou interior. Um contato maior com o mundo das emoções, por tanto tempo banido da vivência consciente da masculinidade, é possibilitado por essas relações. To examine the question of being, it s necessary to examine the human condition, because the man is the entity that asks for the being. By the analyses of the human conditions, the research shows the importance of breaking up with Cartesians reference, to comprehend the human s intimacy as world openness. The man exists, the man is with the others mans, and lives in community. The third chapter argues why it used poetry images to understand the question of being . The poetry makes an immediate ontology, and dislocates from logician s ambits to ontology s ambit, the question of the true. The poetry occupies an important place on the totality of artwork, it uses the language. The man as a resident of the language celebrates the entities. The author concludes that in indigent time, more than remit to Heidegger s letter, we have to inhabit his posture / A partir do seu percurso, como psicóloga e estudante de filosofia, a autora faz uma aproximação entre postura poética e postura terapêutica, utilizando-se de reflexões heideggerianas. Via imagens poéticas, desenvolve primeiramente a questão do Ser (ontologia), e, alerta para o quanto esta foi marginalizada ao longo do pensamento ocidental. Examinar a questão, leva a necessidade de compreender o homem, uma vez que este é o ente que pergunta pelo ser. Pela análise da condição humana, mostra a importância de romper com os referenciais cartesianos e compreender a intimidade como abertura frente ao mundo. O homem existe, esta com os outros, e, em comunidade. No terceiro capítulo, é discutido o porquê das imagens poéticas terem sido utilizadas para a compreensão da questão do ser. A poesia faz uma ontologia direta e desloca do âmbito da lógica para o da ontologia a discussão do conceito de verdade; que passa de verificação do real para o desvelamento/velamento (alethéia) dos entes. Toda obra de arte é poética, no sentido que deixa acontecer o advento da verdade do ente enquanto tal. A poesia ocupa um lugar marcante na totalidade das artes, já que usa a linguagem. O homem como habitante da linguagem celebra os entes. Poeticamente o homem habita, mas vivemos numa era indigente, na qual a linguagem passou a ser mera representação de sentimentos de um sujeito. O homem e a cultura contemporânea estão adoecidos. No quarto capítulo desenvolve os modos de ser característicos de nossa era indigente e possíveis intervenções. Therefore, the jungian concepts and systemic approach have been used as base to analyze fictitious experiences shown by the movies in three stories: The Wedding Date , In her Shoes and Mystic Pizza . The methodological choice has been made based on theoretical verification that relationship among female siblings brings up several feelings and members of sisterhood tend to guard themselves or attack each other on their speeches, but the authors tend to be more authentic regarding their feelings in their work compared to biographies. In this analysis, it has been verified that this unique bond provides better conditions for the shadow to act out, but it depends on the ego´s structure which allows a better or worse shadow integration, fostering family and sibling´s pattern changes, or keeping up with rooted patterns / Este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender a vivência sombria no vínculo fraterno feminino, observando ainda a importância da irmã no processo de individuação da mulher. Para isso utilizou-se do referencial teórico junguiano e da abordagem sistêmica, buscando aproximações através da análise de vivências ficcionais trazidas pelo cinema em três filmes: Muito Bem Acompanhada , Em seu Lugar e Três Mulheres, Três Amores . A escolha da metodologia deu-se pela constatação teórica de que a relação entre irmãs suscita muitos afetos e que os membros da fratria tendem a resguardar-se ou atacar-se em relatos, mas nas obras culturais, os autores tendem a atribuir a seus personagens grande autenticidade de afetos, mais que em biografias. Verificou-se na análise que o vínculo diferenciado dá sustentação para a atuação da sombra, mas que é a estrutura de ego que permite ou não maior ou menor integração da sombra, promovendo mudanças de papéis familiares e na fratria, ou levando à perpetuação dos padrões arraigados

This is a qualitative study used semi-structured interviews, which was performed content analysis by computer program NUD-IST and had its analysis and interpretation 15 families resettled, 4 technicians, equivalent to 5% and 50% respectively. The study it indicated that the joined meanings had turned around terms such as: in a social constructionist view of the critical and environmental psychology based largely on Lincoln (1994), Ibáñez (1994), Scott (2006), Amérigo (1995) and Wiesenfeld (1997), since these approaches allow us to understand the power relations and exploitation found among the actors involved, the follows: solution, output, need, requirement and satisfaction. The study also showed that the resettlement process represented a gain for professional technicians and improvement of housing conditions for families affected, but put them in vulnerable situations causing a high psychological cost. We observed an overall satisfaction level is high, especially in the components meet with neighbors and with the locality (supported by CAPES) / O trabalho consiste em um estudo psicossocial dos significados do reassentamento para técnicos e para famílias reassentadas e uma avaliação da satisfação residencial dessas famílias, a partir de um estudo de caso: o Residencial Zilda Arns em Teresina-Piauí. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa com utilização de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, das quais foi realizada a análise de conteúdo pelo programa computacional NUD-IST e que teve sua análise e interpretação numa visão socioconstrucionista crítica e da Psicologia Ambiental. Fundamentada, sobretudo, em Lincoln (1994), Ibáñez (1994), Scott (2006), Amérigo (1995) e Wiesenfeld (1997). Essas abordagens nos permitem compreender as relações de poder e exploração encontradas entre os atores envolvidos, a saber: 15 famílias reassentadas e 4 técnicos, o equivalente a 5% e 50% respectivamente. O estudo indicou que os significados encontrados giraram em torno de termos como: solução, saída, necessidade, obrigação e satisfação. O estudo também evidenciou que o processo de reassentamento representou um ganho profissional para os técnicos e um melhoramento das condições de habitabilidade para as famílias afetadas, contudo colocou-as em situação de vulnerabilidade, ocasionando um alto custo psicológico. Observou-se um alto nível de satisfação global, sobretudo nos componentes satisfação com os vizinhos e com a localidade (apoio CAPES)

Throughout the content, this essay relies primarily on a discussion about the concept of instinct of death and its relation with aggressiveness, as they were articulated on theoretical contributions of important members of the psychoanalytic field. Primarily, a brief historical resume of the cinematographic branch of terror/suspense was made, since its origins at the first decades of the XX Century to the current super productions, which enables to certify the various forms shown in movies with a homicide perspective. Also, the interpretation of two important researchers of this cinematographic phenomenon is considered, its emphasis in historical and esthetic specific contexts, which is used to summarize the present metapshycological study. As the thesis develops, it is possible to accord that, besides subscribing to the thinking of profound psychic drive of the shaping of this curious and ludicrous culture, as well as the pleasure associated to it; this research consists in an effort to render problematic and elucidate certain facets of the psychic functioning. These facets are, according to a psychoanalytic point of view, related to aggressiveness and violence in order to demarcate important conceptions on interlocutions at other knowledge areas about these themes / A presente dissertação tem por objetivo discutir os possíveis fundamentos metapsicológicos que contribuem para o sucesso da indústria cinematográfica dos assassinos em série, tendo por horizonte a hipótese de que o funcionamento psíquico humano em geral, representado pelos espectadores dos filmes, guarda mais familiaridade com as mentalidades agressivas e homicidas do que se imagina. Na argumentação, este texto conta principalmente com uma discussão sobre o conceito de pulsão de morte e sua relação com a agressividade, tal como elas foram articuladas nas contribuições teóricas de importantes membros do campo psicanalítico. Antes disso encontra-se uma breve retomada histórica desse ramo cinematográfico do terror/suspense, desde as origens nas primeiras décadas do séc. XX às atuais superproduções, o que permite observar as diversas formas com que a temática homicida aparecera nos filmes. Também são discutidas as interpretações de dois importantes estudiosos deste fenômeno cinematográfico, suas ênfases em contextos históricos e estéticos específicos, às quais vem se somar o presente estudo metapsicológico. Com o avançar da discussão, é possível conferir que, além de contribuir para se pensar os motores psíquicos mais profundos dessa curiosa e grotesca formação da cultura em específico, bem como do estranho prazer a ela articulado, tal projeto de pesquisa constitui-se em mais um esforço para problematizar e tentar elucidar determinadas facetas do funcionamento psíquico que dizem respeito à agressividade e à violência, segundo um ponto de vista psicanalítico, de forma a poder demarcar concepções importantes nas interlocuções com outras áreas do saber sobre estes temas
