Prop?e-se analisar o processo de democratiza??o e legitima??o dos direitos da inf?ncia e da juventude a partir do estudo e apreens?o dos conhecimentos que advogam uma vis?o transdisciplinar do conhecimento e de uma pr?xis dial?gica para constru??o do pensamento capaz de colaborar para uma an?lise cr?tica das pol?ticas p?blicas e para a elabora??o de estrat?gias que possibilitem uma real mudan?a do pensamento social acerca da doutrina da prote??o integral da crian?a e do adolescente. A abordagem metodol?gica proposta se desenvolveu a partir de uma vis?o dial?tica da ci?ncia e como estrat?gia de pesquisa para coleta dos dados de uma sociologia cartogr?fica ou cartografia simb?lica do direito e da justi?a. Demonstra-se que no processo de humaniza??o do Direito e da Justi?a h? um distanciamento entre a democratiza??o de direitos e a participa??o democr?tica destes direitos. / The crisis of the model of technical and formal rationality is discussed in light of a paradigmatic change of the Law that arises in the context of recent transformations of capitalism worldwide, proposing a humanization of Law and Justice with a new ethical-political foundation that promotes a reconciliation between the rules that governs the social order and the world of life, a process of society?s emancipation. As empirical cut it is taken the Right of Children and Youth and, in a practical perspective, the recognition and effectiveness of the Rights of Children and Adolescents in Brazil. It is proposed to analyze the process of democratization and legitimacy of the children and youth rights from the study and apprehension of knowledge that advocate a multidisciplinary view of knowledge and a dialogic praxis for construction of a thought able to contribute to the analysis of public policies and to develop strategies that allow a real change on the social thinking about the doctrine of integral protection of children and adolescents. The proposed methodological approach was developed from a dialectical view of science and as a research strategy for data collection of symbolic cartography or cartographic sociology of law and justice. It is shown that in the process of humanization of the Law and Justice there is a gap between the rights and the democratic participation of these rights.

O acompanhamento do aluno proporcionado pelo capital cultural de sua fam?lia foi o vi?s das an?lises dissertativas aqui apresentadas por meio de um recorte espacial das escolas p?blicas de ensino fundamental dos munic?pios da RMNatal. Tal recorte se justifica por meio da recente avalia??o de sua educaa??o b?sica, feita pelo MEC, diagnosticando ,em 2011, apenas 1% dos alunos em est?gio considerado adequado de aprendizagem em matem?tica. Enquanto que 62% est?o em est?gio educativo considerado cr?tico nessa disciplina. Diante disto esta dissertaa??o faz uma an?lise te?rica acerca do capital cultural herdado e adquirido no ?mbito familiar, sobretudo focando, nas dist?ncias entre o n?vel cultural da fam?lia do aluno e o requerido pela escola. Em seguida apresenta os aspectos fundamentais da problem?tica acerca do fen?meno urbano, focando nas hierarquias e estruturas sociais dos espa?os citadinos que expressam diferncia??es, segmenta??es e segregra??es socio-espaciais, al?m de exclus?es sociais. A ?nfase nas desigualdades aponta para o desenvolvimento de um ethos urbano, via escolarizaa??o, que se desenvolve a partir de singularidades sociais. A desenvolver teoricamente o tema do capital cultural familiar, este trabalho procurou operacionalizar o conceito atrav?s da interpreta??o dof en?meno estudado por um trabalho l?gico de valida??o de hip?teses. A operacionalizaa??o dos conceitos de forma sist?mica transformou elementos estat?sticos em indicadores com o objetivo de medir a incid?ncia das caracter?sticas individuais sociais e culturais dos alunos. Considerou-se por fim, que os componentes avaliados, capital cultural familiar e as condi??es habitacionis das fam?lias, podeme xercer influ?ncia no desenvolvimento das habilidades e compet?ncias dos alunos na escola. / This dissertation aimed to investigate the formal learning process of children and teenagers through elementary education and, mainly, the support of family on domestic school activities as a step in the teaching-learning process. The student's family, with its cultural capital, provides an assistance which was the bias of the essay analyzes presented on this paper, using a spatial area of public elementary schools of the municipalities of the Natal metropolitan region. Such frame of Natal metropolis has been justified by the recent review of their basic education, taken by the Brazilian Ministry of Education, diagnosed in 2011, only 1% of students were in a adequate mathematics learning stage. While 62% were considered in a critical stage in this discipline. Given this issue, this dissertation offers a theoretical analysis about inherited and acquired within the family cultural capital, mainly focusing in the distances between the cultural level of the student's family and the defendant by the school. Then, presents the fundamental aspects of the issue on the urban phenomenon, focusing on social hierarchies and structures of city spaces that express differentiation, segmentation and socio-spatial segregation, and social exclusion. The emphasis on inequalities points to the development of an urban ethos, through formal schooling, which develops from social singularities. To theoretically develop the theme of Cultural Capital Family, this study sought to operationalize the concept through the interpretation of the phenomenon studied by a logical validation work hypotheses. The operation concepts systemically transformed into statistical indicators in order to measure the impact of individual, social and cultural characteristics of students elements. Finally, this dissertation found that the components evaluated, family cultural capital and housing conditions, can influence the development of skills and competencies of students in the educational sphere

Percebeu-se que a puni??o e o controle impostos nesses campos ? a manuten??o da puni??o e controle acionado contra estes jovens na sociedade. Ou seja, as institui??es observadas, inseridas na sociedade e composta pelos membros da mesma, n?o fogem ? perspectiva de repress?o, controle e puni??o desenvolvidos para determinado segmento da popula??o, aqueles que Souza (2011; 2012) chamou de ?subcidad?os?. / This research aims to analyze the punitive pathway taken by youth for committing acts of offense in Fortaleza, capital city of Cear?, in Brazil. Therefore, we focus the analysis in institutions that mark the beginning of punitive ?institutionalization? of youth in the city, such as the Child and Adolescent Specialized Police Precinct, the Luis Barros Montenegro Shelter Unit, the Public Prosecutor?s Office for Childhood and Youth, and the Child and Youth Court. Ethnography and semi-structured interviews were used as methodological tools to approach the research subjects and relevant places for the research, seeking to highlight their punitive perspective. As a result, we find that the punishment and control imposed in such loci are an extension of the punishment and control used against these same youths in society. Considering that the analyzed institutions exist in society and are composed by its members, they do not surpass the perspective of repression, control and punishment carried out towards a segment of the population, especially towards those that Souza (2011; 2012) called ?subcitizens?.

Dada a grandeza das for?as e dos interesses que entraram em jogo, o presente estudo contribui para o debate acerca da atualidade brasileira e suas perspectivas, que t?m nos Movimentos de Junho um marco tanto pol?tico quanto ideol?gico / The aim of this paper is to analyze the street demonstrations occurred last June and July 2013, which appear as samples of the hegemonic fights in course in Brazil, during the so-called Big Wave of the social groups in conflict nowadays in the country. Among other questions, this study tries to explain how the varied stages of these fighting groups influenced their late ones. For that, it takes into consideration the bibliography available not only on these groups, but also on the social and political contemporary Brazil. That is why it evaluates political documents, as well as opinion pieces, news and others disseminated by the press or by political groups. Speeches made by political leaderships, as, for example, that one the President Dilma Roussef made on 21 July 2013, deserves close analysis. This also applies to contributions made by secondary data, poll institutions and IBGE?s socio-economic data. Categories and concepts of Antonio Gramsci?s political sociology are used here as theoretic bases. In fact, it favors the hypothesis that, during the dispute for the intellectual and moral command of demonstrations on July 2013, a certain middle-class conservative ideology emerged on scene. This group conquered the agreement of hegemonic mass media acting now as a political party, here designated as media party. These media resorted to platforms preexistent to the demonstration movements, especially their rejection to political organizations and programs in order to ascend as the demonstrations? leaders along a certain period in which corruption appeared as the central theme of these efforts, while the government tried to get control of the situation. In view of the several forces and issues at stake, the present study contributes to the discussion about the current reality in Brazil and its perspectives, without losing sight of the centrality of the June Movements as political and ideological milestones

Na ocasia?o, evidencio que os arranjos sociais especi?ficos dos sujeitos locais sa?o embates que ajudam a compreender a dina?mica do processo de identidade dos Tremembe? de Almofala. / The indigenous political scene in Brazil is undergoing transformations that need to be better analyzed by scholars in the field of the Social Sciences. The deficit in the policy of indigenous land demarcation emerges as the largest obstacle in the conquest of collective rights. Therefore, a study to analyze renewed strategies in the struggle for social rights, and their implications in local everyday life relations, is urgent. In this context, the aim of this research is to understand the current social dynamics of identity among the Trememb? people of Almofala, in the state of Cear?, Brazil, with a fieldwork conducted in the flour mill of the Casa de Farinha Comunit?ria project, in the Lameir?o community. Specific aims are: a) to analyze the processes involved in the project in order to comprehend their meanings and appropriations as well as their everyday life and political uses; b) understand the strategies to fight for social benefits; c) analyze the local ethnic classifications grounding the construction of the Trememb? identity in Almofala. Methods deployed are ethnography of communities, used to apprehend the social production of networks of relationships, and a social cartography of practices. The realization of rights demanded by the indigenous populations in Brazil is intertwined with a process of social and legal legitimation their identity and cultural heritage. Such legitimation works as a safeguard mechanism of rights secured by the Constitution. Therefore, to own a ?cultural heritage? is perceived as a ?passport? to benefit from emerging rights. Amid this context, changes in the traditional processing of the cassava root, a productive practice shared locally by diverse social groups, is reified as cultural heritage by the Trememb? people of Almofala and their network of collaborators in the pursuit of accessing distinctive public policies. Furthermore, the research came across specific social arrangements of local subjects which unfolded internal struggles, enabling to understand the dynamics of the Trememb? of Almofala identity process.

Naturalmente, conceitos como campo, capital e poder simb?lico, igualmente elaborados por ele ao longo de suas pesquisas sociol?gicas, representam ferramentas importantes nesse trabalho de investiga??o sobre os componentes que constituem a pr?tica professoral. Assim, buscamos enfocar as a??es que caracterizam essa pr?tica e que tem no habitus seu mecanismo desencadeante, ou seja, um dispositivo que n?o apenas produz as a??es, mas tamb?m se modifica a partir delas. Com base nessa perspectiva, portanto, estamos utilizando como recurso metodol?gico o Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC) e seu software (Qualiquantsoft), que visam compreender a forma como determinada coletividade pensa a respeito das quest?es que lhe afligem. Al?m disso, empreendemos durante o trabalho de campo a t?cnica da observa??o participante, como instrumento de capta??o de algumas nuances que permeiam o ambiente escolar. Nossa proposta foi observar em que circunst?ncias as condi??es objetivas vivenciadas pelas professoras no interior das escolas do Ensino Fundamental I, em Parnamirim-RN, tendem a entrar em conflito com as disposi??es incorporadas por elas em seus cotidianos. Dito de outra maneira, significa que nem sempre a pr?tica professoral consegue conciliar aquilo que havia sido previamente prescrito e, dessa forma, consensualmente aceito, com a maneira de perceber, avaliar e agir de cada um. Embora costumeiramente passe despercebida essa desarmonia ? muito mais frequente do que se imagina. Uma prova disso s?o os olhares questionadores fortuitamente direcionados ?queles que n?o conseguem adequar-se de imediato ?s normatiza??es impostas pelo Sistema de Ensino (SE). / The notion of habitus, developed by Pierre Bourdieu, and laying it down with the teaching practice and vice versa comprise the analysis undertaken here. Naturally, concepts such as field, capital and symbolic power, also prepared by him throughout their sociological research, represent important tools in this research work about the components that make up the Faculty practice. Thus, we focus on the actions that characterize this practice and which has the habitus its triggering mechanism, i.e. a device that not only produces the actions, but also changes from them. Based on this perspective, therefore, we are using as methodological feature the collective subject discourse (DSC) and your software (Qualiquantsoft), which aim to understand how certain collective thinking regarding the issues that afflict him. In addition, we undertook during the fieldwork, participant observation techniques as a tool to capture some nuances that permeate the school environment. From the domestic core ethnography conducted from January to June 2013, and observing the representations by gypsies around the family term, the goal is to show how these representations are activated to describe forms of solidarity between gypsies. To define themselves in terms of how a "big family", the ciganos to demarcate the non-Roma and prepare themselves for life in society codes that can be changed in the audience and situations. The paper discusses the role of family relationships in the forms of sociability and conflicts, matrimonial strategies, including non-gypsies, work practices, defining a gypsy lifestyle.

Causada, criada e relacionada com os mais diversos tipos de situa??es cotidianas, bem como com variadas caracter?sticas humanas inatas, a viol?ncia se apresenta no cotidiano das pessoas, n?o necessariamente, causada apenas pela desigualdade social, pela pobrezaou pela car?ncia, mas principalmente, pela omiss?o do Estado, no tocante a promo??o de pol?ticas p?blicas que promovam emprego, moradia, lazer, sa?de, seguran?a etc.Assim, para ocupar o lugar destinado aos entes p?blicos, surgem as fac??es criminosas como promotoras das a??es sociais que deveriam ser promovidas pelo Estado, de tal modofortalecendo o crime organizado.Desta feita, em comum e, independentemente, da atividade que desempenham, bem como do seu local de atua??o, pode-se assegurar que todas as organiza??es criminosas do mundo t?m como seus objetivos primordiais o poder pela for?a e a riqueza. Com o desenvolver da pesquisa observou-se que as fac??es criminosas da Para?ba, s?o compostas em sua maioria por jovens com idade que varia dos 18 anos aos 25 anos, identificando-se como pretos ou pardos, todos do g?nero masculino, com baixo n?vel de letramento que varia entre o n?o frequentar a escola e os anos iniciais do ensino fundamental, predominantemente, s?o solteiros, e residiam com pai e irm?os ou m?e e irm?os, o que demonstra a desestrutura??o familiar, observa-se tamb?m que a maioria dos respondentes possuem um rendimento familiar m?dio mensal que varia de R$ 800,00 ? Ressalta-se nas entrevistas semiestruturadas que as fac??es criminosas paraibanas buscam transformar-se em segmentos poderosos e com atividades lucrativas, caracterizada por grupos com regras pr?prias de atua??o e com um prop?sito previamente definido, que ? a destrui??o da fac??o diversa da sua, a qual eles denominam de?inimigo?. / The present study entitled "Okaida" and "Estados Unidos", criminal organizations: the new face of criminality in the city of Jo?o Pessoa -PB, seeks to analyze the operation of organized crime, especially in Paraiba, demonstrating the concepts and theories regarding its origins in Brazil and in Jo?o Pessoa, the state capital of Paraiba. Thus, in order to reflect on the actions of the factions "Okaida" and "Estados Unidos" that dominate organized crime in the capital of the state of Para?ba, this scientific study of qualitative and quantitative character, relied on a literature search using as documentation technique, extensive direct observation. Also an exploratory type field research was carried out with the application of a questionnaire with the prison population of five cities in Para?ba, they are: Jo?o Pessoa, Campina Grande, Guarabira, Patos and Cajazeiras. In such way, it is perceived that there can be no full understanding regarding the complexity of the violence in society. Caused, created and linked to the various types of everyday situations as well as different innate human characteristics, violence is presented in daily life, not necessarily just caused by social inequality, poverty or the poorness, but mainly by State's failure, regarding the promotion of public policies that promote employment, housing, leisure, health, safety etc. Thus, to take the place intended for public entities, there are criminal gangs as promoters of social actions that should be promoted by the State, so strengthening organized crime. From this act, in common and independently of the activity they perform, as well as their place of work, it can be ensured that all criminal organizations in the world have as their primary objectives power by force and wealth. With the development of the research, it was observed that the criminal factions of Para?ba, are composed mostly of young people aged ranging from 18 years to 25 years, identifying themselves as black or mixed, all male, with low literacy ranging from the not attend school and the early years of elementary school, predominantly, are single, and living with father and brothers or mother and brothers, which shows the family disintegration, it is observed also that most respondents have a monthly average family income raging from R $ 800.00 to R $ 1,500.00. Para isso, foram utilizados textos acad?micos de estudiosos e comentadores da obra palmiriana; textos de acervo pessoal, coletado no impresso do Jornal A Rep?blica (1914-1922); e o livro ?Roseira Brava?, autoria de Palmyra (1965, 2? edi??o). A pesquisa tamb?m traz a leitura de imagens po?ticas dessa obra liter?ria, na qual h? poemas l?ricos e descritivos da Cidade do Natal e foram utilizados a fim de suscitar imagens que denotem espa?os on?ricos. A metodologia de an?lise desses poemas est? embasada na fenomenologia do fil?sofo Gaston Bachelard (1884-1962), fundamentada nas obras ?A po?tica do espa?o? (2008) e ?A po?tica do devaneio? (2009). Os resultados apontam que a educa??o para as mulheres, durante a transi??o s?culo XIX e XX, no Rio Grande do Norte, possu?a oferta reduzida em rela??o ao g?nero masculino, diminuindo as oportunidades sociais entre as mulheres. E, somente mulheres de fam?lias com disponibilidade de recursos financeiros tinham condi??es de estudar em col?gios particulares e religiosos, como aconteceu com a escritora em quest?o; al?m disso, a maioria dos cr?ticos liter?rios de Palmyra Wanderley tinha elementos sexistas em seus discursos, entre outras caracter?sticas, possibilitando construir quatro categorias de imagin?rio cultural, como: ?discursos elogios?, ?tra?os liter?rios?, ?compara??es masculinas?, ?tra?os religiosos?; os poemas analisados foram relacionados ?s categorias bachelardianas, como ?ninho?, ?casa?, ?espa?os de dor? e ?inf?ncia permanente?. / This study offers a reflection on the biographical panorama of the nineteenth century transition writer for Nine hundred, Palmyra Wanderley (1894-1978) and the context of intellectual and literary production in the 20s, in Rio Grande do Norte. This relationship enables new understanding of the cultural imagination of this writer, influential newspapers and literary scene. In order for the research to take one direction, the following problems were investigated: How can reframe the cultural female imaginary, produced by commentators about Palmyra Wanderley as a woman-poet? The extent to which his writings in newspapers allow to show the feminist approach? From Bachelard reading images, that dream spaces resonate the work ?Roseira Brava?? For this, scholarly essays of scholars and commentators of Palmyra work were used; text personal collection, collected in the printed newspaper A Rep?blica (1914-1922); and the book ?Roseira Brava?, authored by Palmyra (1965, 2nd edition). The survey also brings reading poetic images of this literary work in which there are lyrical and descriptive poems Natal?s City and were used to elicit images denoting dream spaces. The analysis methodology of these poems are grounded in the phenomenology of the philosopher Gaston Bachelard (1884-1962), based on the works ?The poetics of space? (2008) and ?The poetics of reverie? (2009). The results show that education for women, during the transition nineteenth and twentieth century, in Rio Grande do Norte, had reduced supply compared to males, reducing social opportunities for women. And only women from families with the availability of financial resources could afford to study in private and religious schools, as happened with the writer in question; furthermore, most literary critics of Palmyra Wanderley had sexist elements in his speeches, among other characteristics, enabling build four categories of cultural imagery, such as ?complimentary speech?, ?literary traits?, ?masculine comparisons?, ?religious traits?; the poems analyzed were related to bachelardianas categories such as ?nest?, ?home?, ?pain areas? and ?permanent childhood?.
