This theses deals with leading change in the specific organization, gynecologycal obstetrician department. The main aim of this theses is to evaluate leading of this change from the manager point of view and also to evaluate its sustainibility in the organization. I was focused on the research of the proces and execution of this specific change. It was the change from the clasiccal model of obsetrics to the respectfull model of obstetrics with using alternative methods and support of the natural birth. I used the qualitative research methods, patricipating observation. I created the summary of the proces of the change and underlined the found problematic parts from the field notes, interview and analysis of social networks. I managed to answer all asked questions and evaluate the process of change and its sustainability. At the end I offered a practical guide of the specific change as a tool for other organizactions. Key words: Obestetrics, maternity center, perinatal care, concepts of leading birth, opinion differences, healthcare management, management of change, image change.

Mikroskopie časově proměnných biologických objektů / Microscopy of Time Variable Biologic Objects

Uhlířová, Hana January 2010 (has links)
The subject of the PhD thesis is the application of a transmission digital holographic microscope (DHM) which was designed and constructed in the Laboratory of optical microscopy at the IPE BUT for the research of live cells dynamics. First part of the work is concerned with theoretical description of the microscope imaging properties dependent on the coherence of illumination. It is supplemented with experiments of imaging of a model and a real biological specimen. The following part describes construction modifications and innovations of the microscope and its equipment that enabled the utilization of the microscope for live cells observations. In the experimental part the methodology of live cells preparation and DHM imaging was worked out. The methodology was verified by the observation of cell dynamics during an apoptosis induced by the cytostaticum cis-platinum. Further experiments examined the dynamics of live cells in standard conditions and during a deprivation stimulus. A novel method of holographically reconstructed phase, named \uva{dynamic phase differences}, was set up to evaluate quantitative changes of cell mass distribution during the experiments. Depending on the degree of malignancy and density of cell outgrowth, various schemes of cancer cells behaviour during a specific reaction were revealed using this method. For the quantitative analysis of the DHM phase imaging, a suitable statistical characteristic and an interpretation of the measured data were proposed. Both of them were successfully applied for the comparison of cell motility of two cell types: parental and progeny cell lines. On the basis of the proposed processing, hypotheses describing the reaction mechanism of tumour cells to stress life conditions were established. In the conclusions we summarize our findings and suggestions for the construction and the applications of a new generation of the transmission DHM.

Vliv věku, pohlaví a pohybové aktivity na úroveň reakčních schopností dolních končetin u pubescentů / The Influence of age, gender and movement activity on the reaction abilities of lower limbs by pubescents

Brychta, Petr January 2015 (has links)
Title: The influence of age, gender and movement activity on the reaction abilities of lower limbs. Objectives: The main objective of this dissertation was to find the reaction abilities of pubescent's (aged 10 - 15years) lower limbs on the basis of age, gender and movement activity. The further aim was to determine the pubescence period (age) when the most noticeable decrease of the visual disjunctive motor response time of lower limbs occurs. Methods: 214 boys and girls aged 10-15 years (157.8 ± 10.8 cm; 47.2 ± 10.7 kg) participated in this research. Simple, choice and disjunctive reaction time of lower limbs was measured through the Fitro Agility Check test. The results processing, including statistical procedures, was carried out using the Matlab (MathWorks, Inc.) programming environment, an IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Three-way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc tests (α=0.05) were used to determine the individual parameters connection. Results: With increasing age, year over year, we found important differences and reaction time decreases of all types of reaction speeds. Testing brings to light the fact that the most noticeable decrease of both selection and disjunctive reaction time of lower limbs are between groups of 11 year olds (11.00-11.99) and 12 year olds (12.00-12.99). The most noticeable decrease...

Pierre Bourdieu

Heitzmann, Daniela 25 April 2017 (has links) (PDF)

Analýza vývoje cenové konvergence ČR k EU / Analysis of the Price Convergence of CR towards EU

Havrlant, David January 2006 (has links)
The price level convergence of the transition economies towards the reference economies is linked to the relative price of nontradables, which is explained by the total factor productivity differentials in tradable and nontradable sector. Basic concept is offered by the Balassa Samuelson model and its modifications. Testable equations are derived from these models, and the panel data approach is applied for their estimation. The results indicate faster growth of the relative price of nontradables in transition economies as succession of higher growth rate of the total factor productivity in tradable sector. Hence estimated models confirm the price level convergence of transition economies towards the reference economies. The analyses of price dynamics of the complementary field, i. e. of the tradables, follows, and the basic concept is represented by the rational bubble hypothesis. The stress is putted on the impact of the word prices on the price levels of the Czech Republic. After a cointegration analysis of the time series is carried out, the influence of the word prices of tradable commodities is estimated within a vector error correction model and regression analysis. This cost factors analysis is afterwards related to the export dynamics of the Czech Republic, and models suitable for quantitative analysis of export dynamics as well as its prediction based on vector error correction model and regression analysis are evaluated. Their forecasting ability is assessed within a simulation of ex-post forecasts and a root mean squared error. The aim is to consider the relationship between the price levels and the export dynamics, for the relation of both variables evaluated within the Granger causality seems to be less straightforward then the standard export equations suggest, and the estimated equations confirm significant influence of the export dynamics on the price level.

The Phylosophic Antropology he has in sight is the one of Max Scheler, and the specific problem from wich he takes over is the constitution of a unitary idea of man. Through the analisys of existence, Heidegger shows that so the detrmined object determined by the Phylosophic Antropology, the man, as the way of adressing the question about it, wields within the domain of Traditional Metaphysisc and, by this interven tion, are not capable to offer the desired unity. The modus operandi of Phylosophic Antropology underlines a indetermined character of the questio about man that it ignores on it importance, dealing this indetermination of what man is as an obstacle to be overcomed. This work stabilishes this indetermination, made present in the question for the unity of man with the structural unity of Dasein put uncoverd in anguish. Through this relation it s shown not only the reason why Phylosophic Antropology can not offer a unitary idea of man, but also the way in wich Fundamental Ontology overdoes the proposal of a Phylosophic Antropology / Este trabalho acompanha o modo pelo qual Martin Heidegger supera a proposta de uma antropologia filosófica a partir do seu projeto de ontologia fundamental.

Paměť a čas v Augustinových Vyznáních a v Proustově Hledání ztraceného času / Memory and Time in Augustine's Confessiones and in Proust's A la Recherche du Temps Perdu

Roreitnerová, Alena January 2018 (has links)
This presented paper is a parallel reading of two works which both connect a philosophical perception of time and memory with an actual narration. The first is one of the earliest spiritual autobiographies of late antiquity - Confessions - and the second is a modern novel - In Search of Lost Time. A distinctive (originally Neoplatonic) understanding of eternity as simultaneity opens a line of questioning which both Confessions and In Search of Lost Time have in common: What is the relation between time and eternity (extra-temporality in Proust's case) and is it possible at all for a time being to have a relation to something what is eternal? In both works, the mediating role between time succession and timeless simultaneity is played by narration and memory. Part I of the paper (Chapter 1) deals with Augustine's understanding of time which can be found not only in Book XI of Confessions but also throughout the whole work including its narrative passages; it also partly takes into consideration Book VI of De musica. It tries to answer a more general question, i.e. whether Augustine in his autobiography concentrates only on subjective time or whether he is interested in time as such (in contrast to eternity). The answer is intended to be found through the analysis of questions the author of...

Vývoj biofyzikální interpretace dat kvantitativního fázového zobrazování / Development of Biophysical Interpretation of Quantitative Phase Image Data

Křížová, Aneta January 2019 (has links)
This doctoral thesis deals with biophysical interpretation of quantitative phase imaging (QPI) gained with coherence-controlled holographic microscope (CCHM). In the first part methods evaluating information from QPI such as analysis of shape and dynamical characteristics of segmented objects as well as evaluation of the phase information itself are described. In addition, a method of dynamic phase differences (DPD) is designed to allow more detailed monitoring of cell mass translocations. All of these methods are used in biological applications. In an extensive study of various types of cell death, QPI information is compared with flow cytometry data, and preferably a combination of QPI and fluorescence microscopy is used. The DPD method is used to study mass translocations inside the cell during osmotic events. The simplified DPD method is applied to investigate the mechanism of tumor cell movement in collagen gels.
