Terceiro setor, educação e juventude : um estudo sobre as práticas da Instituição de Incentivo à Criança e ao Adolescente (ICA) de Mogi Mirim-SP

No. of bitstreams: 1 1666.pdf: 833855 bytes, checksum: 4a30e1255c5046491f3b1e581c8bfdfa (MD5) Previous issue date: 2007-12-20 / The present work aims to identify and analyze the practical of the Institution of Incentive to the Infant and to the Adolescent (ICA) of Mogi Mirim/SP, in what it has contributed (or not) for the consolidation of the neoliberal project in course in our country, and as that practice has influenced, and in which direction, for the formation of its public. Inaugurated in 1997, ICA attends at the present 203 infants and youths between 11 and 18 years. Like this, the research deals with the themes of the Youth and of the Education in the interior of the practices of an educational institution that is, also, a non governmental-organization and part of what being named "third sector". Initially, was done a bibliographical lift and a literature revision for each one of the themes, what supplied the parameters for the study proposed. Regarding the empirical field, were utilized different strategies of inquiry, to know: documentary search in the institution files, interviews with the social actors involved - administrative, educators and youths attended - and participant observation. To the light of the authors studied, certified that what been named as "third sector" participates of the reproduction of the social injustice with a talk in defense of the benefectoring and an ideology of the 'social responsibility generosity' that hides its functionality to the neoliberal State. In that context, the results here presented show the charity practiced by ICA, that has one of its foundations the adherence to the dominant ideology of the youths to which itself return: those arising from the poor and popular extracts. The action of the institution, at the same time guarantees some rights to the population attended, reproduces, of certain way, the economic, social inequalities and inherent politics to the capitalist output way and our structure social relations. Remain, of that way, the evidence of the "social question" as a challenge for the construction of the citizenship and of the democracy in a classes society. / O presente trabalho teve como objetivo identificar e analisar a prática da Instituição de Incentivo à Criança e ao Adolescente (ICA) de Mogi Mirim/SP, naquilo em que ela tem contribuído (ou não) para a consolidação do projeto neoliberal em curso no nosso país, e como essa prática tem influenciado, e em qual direção, para a formação de seu público-alvo. Inaugurado em 1997, o ICA atende atualmente 203 crianças e jovens entre 11 e 18 anos. Assim, a pesquisa lida com as temáticas da Juventude e da Educação no interior das práticas de uma instituição educacional que é, também, uma organização não-governamental e parte do que vem sendo denominado terceiro setor . Inicialmente, foi feito um levantamento bibliográfico e uma revisão da literatura para cada uma das temáticas, o que forneceu os parâmetros conceituais para o estudo proposto. Com relação ao campo empírico, foram utilizadas diferentes estratégias de investigação, a saber: levantamento documental nos arquivos da instituição, entrevistas com os atores sociais envolvidos - gestores, educadores e jovens atendidos - e observação participante. À luz dos autores estudados, constatou-se que o denominado terceiro setor participa da reprodução da injustiça social com um discurso em defesa da benemerência e uma ideologia da responsabilidade/generosidade social que oculta a sua funcionalidade ao Estado neoliberal. Nesse contexto, os resultados aqui apresentados apontam para o assistencialismo praticado pelo ICA, que tem com um dos seus fundamentos a conformação à ideologia dominante dos jovens aos quais se volta: aqueles oriundos dos extratos populares e pobres. A atuação da instituição, ao mesmo tempo em que garante alguns direitos à população atendida, reproduz, de certa forma, as desigualdades sociais, econômicas e políticas inerentes ao modo de produção capitalista e que estrutura nossas relações sociais. Resta, dessa maneira, a evidência da questão social como um desafio para a construção da cidadania e da radicalidade democrática numa sociedade de classes.

Ecos do progresso : práticas e representações sociais no Grupo Escolar Delfim Moreira (1908 -1931) Araxá MG

The aim of this dissertation is to reconstruct the genius, the organization and the evolution of Defim Moreira Elementary School. The main objective of our investigation is to understand the practices and social representations as well as the appropriations made by the subjects responsible for its edifying. In order to understand the object in question the following problem was addressed: how did the Republican project of public, laical and free education was materialized in the subjects´ practices, social representations and appropriations during the implementation and the consolidation of the school model instituted by the historical period called Republic in the city of Araxá, located in Minas Gerais State, from 1908 to 1931? The methodological approach included The Cultural History. As a procedure, the empirical research was made by collecting documents from the files of Delfim Moreira Elementary School and from the Calmon Barreto Cultural Foundation. Besides that, subject matters interviews were made with ten egresses who studied in the delimited period for the research and also an interview was made with an egress from ulterior period. The data collected during the empirical research were supported by relevant bibliography related to the History of Educational Institutions and to the History of Brazilian Education. The practices, social representations and appropriations interpretations allow to confirm that the Republican Education System based on the principles of free payment, secularism and publicity consolidated itself in the submission of these models to adjusts, combinations or resistances. / O objeto desta dissertação é reconstruir a gênese, a organização e a evolução do Grupo Escolar Delfim Moreira. A investigação tem por objetivo compreender as práticas, as representações sociais e as apropriações construídas pelos sujeitos responsáveis por sua edificação. A fim de compreender o objeto em questão, formulou-se o seguinte problema: de que forma o projeto republicano de educação pública, laica e gratuita materializou-se nas práticas, nas representações sociais e nas apropriações dos sujeitos durante a implantação e a consolidação do modelo escolar instituído pela República, na cidade de Araxá Minas Gerais, no período de 1908 a 1931? A abordagem metodológica utilizada compreendeu a História Cultural. Como procedimento realizou-se pesquisa empírica com coleta de documentos nos arquivos da Escola Estadual Delfim Moreira, da Fundação Cultural Calmon Barreto e do Arquivo Público Mineiro. Realizaram-se, também, entrevistas temáticas com dez egressos que estudaram no período delimitado para pesquisa e uma entrevista com egresso de período ulterior. Os dados coletados durante a pesquisa empírica foram subsidiados por bibliografia pertinente à História de Instituições Educativas e da Educação Nacional e Mineira. A interpretação das práticas, das representações sociais e das apropriações permitiu asseverar que o modelo republicano de educação baseado nos princípios de gratuidade, laicidade e publicidade consolidou-se na submissão destes modelos a ajustes, combinações ou resistências. / Mestre em Educação

O perfil e a satisfação no trabalho dos professores dos cursos de graduação em Administração das instituições de cursos superiores privadas da cidade de Ribeirão Preto-SP / Profile and job satisfaction of Professors of Business Administration courses at Private Educational Institutions (PEI) in Ribeirao Preto city in Brazil

Comportamento organizacional é a área do conhecimento que analisa vários aspectos dos quereres humanos dentro de uma organização, entre eles a satisfação no trabalho. O objetivo desta pesquisa é levantar o perfil e o nível de satisfação no trabalho dos professores dos cursos de administração das Instituições de Ensino Superior privadas da cidade de Ribeirão Preto. Das 166 funções docentes desse curso, em seis, das sete IESs privadas existentes na cidade, em 2009, foram analisadas 127 funções através de um Instrumento de Coleta de Dados formado por uma Escala de Satisfação no Trabalho encontrada na literatura e por um questionário desenvolvido para esta pesquisa para levantar o perfil dos professores. A análise dos dados inclui análise descritiva para variáveis de perfil e análise fatorial e de cluster para variáveis de satisfação. Cinco fatores foram obtidos durante análise fatorial: satisfação com colegas, com salário, com chefia, com a natureza do trabalho e com promoções. A análise de escores desses fatores indicou que os professores estão satisfeitos com os colegas, com a chefia e com a natureza do trabalho, mas insatisfeitos com salário e promoções. Ao submeter os dados de satisfação à segmentação por cluster, definiram-se cinco grupos: 1 - indiferentes ao salário e às promoções e satisfeitos com os demais fatores; 2 - insatisfeitos com salário e promoções e indiferentes aos demais fatores; 3 - insatisfeitos com todos os fatores; 4 - insatisfeitos com salário e promoções e satisfeitos com os demais fatores; 5 - satisfeitos com todos os fatores. A relação entre variáveis de perfil e os fatores e a relação entre variáveis de perfil e grupos indicaram de quais variáveis de perfil os níveis de satisfação no trabalho são dependentes. / Organizational Behavior is the study and application of knowledge about several aspects of necessity human inside organization, including job satisfaction. This research intends to build the profile and identify the level of job satisfaction of Professors of Business Administration courses at Private Educational Institutions (PEI) in Ribeirao Preto, Brazil. In 2009, there were 166 teaching positions in six of the seven existent PEI in the city, and 127 of them were analyzed according to a Data Collection Instrument consisting of a Job Satisfaction Scale cited in the literature and a questionnaire developed for the research to build the profile of professors. Data analysis included descriptive analysis for profile variables and factorial and cluster analysis for satisfaction variables. Factorial analysis identified five factors: satisfaction with colleagues, salary, superiors, the nature of work and promotions. The analysis of results from these factors showed that professors are satisfied with colleagues, superiors and the nature of work, but dissatisfied with salary and promotions. After submitting the data related to satisfaction to cluster analysis, five groups were defined: 1 - indifferent to salary and promotions; satisfied with the other factors; 2 - dissatisfied with salary and promotions; indifferent to the other factors; 3 - dissatisfied with all factors; 4 - dissatisfied with salary and promotions; satisfied with the other factors; 5 - satisfied with all factors. After concluding the analysis, the relationship between profile variables and the factors and groups will indicate on which profile variables the levels of job satisfaction depend.

Some structural changes in educational enrolment and attainment levels within the female population of South Africa (2004-2007)

Magister Philosophiae - MPhil / The purpose of this thesis is to investigate patterns in educational enrollment and attainment in educational levels among women in South Africa. Some evidence from the literature suggest a slow increase in women's education and employment opportunities in South Africa. However, little is known about the way in which this slow pattern reflects at all levels and fields of education with special reference to the female population in South Africa. The thesis aims at examining changes of attainment in women's education from a sociodemographic perspective between 2004 and 2007. Factors affecting women's education in South Africa are also considered as they play major roles in women's enrollment and completion at school. The study focuses on women through different social and demographic attributes, by taking account of variables such as age, education attainment, geographic areas, population group to name but a few. All educational institutions are covered and two female groups are considered, women at school and women who left school. The study makes use of already existing data from General Household Survey conducted in 2004 and 2007 respectively, to bring some comparative perspective. The scope of the study is national in that, all the nine provinces are covered making distinction of rural and urban areas. / South Africa

The aim of this study consists of two major parts: in the first place, the goal is to show to which extent the reading behavioral patterns as well as the reading methods of children and the youth have changed and developed during the past few decades. In the second place, the focus of the study shifts to the educational situation in which German as a foreign language is being taught. Important differences between mother tongue and foreign language education are pointed out and guidelines are given concerning the usage of reading as an important skill in the process of mastering German successfully. The activity of “reading” has been an integral part of the human composition and lifestyle since the earliest days of known human existence. The reading of a vastly different range of literature enriches a person’s life in a variety of ways and influences a person’s thoughts and deeds greatly to a positive extent. The reading of different types of literature can lead to the acquirement of new knowledge as well as the development of existing knowledge, new or unknown facts and information can be discovered and reading can also be utilized for the means of pure relaxation. Quite a large number of factors have contributed during the course of the last few decades to a negative development and decline in the reading patterns as well as the reading methods of the society in general – for example, the new innovations in technology, especially the increasing usage of the computer, as well as the hustled and hurried human lifestyle in which time as a very valuable and precious commodity has become extremely limited. Mainly due to above-mentioned factors a definite decline in the reading activities of children and the youth can be observed and therefore this distressing trend forms one of the major focus points of this mini-dissertation. One of the most important and influential role players in the process of establishing an early liking and love for reading is undeniably and obviously the parental home, as well as the parents’ reading behavior and habits. Another and equally important role player in the development of desired reading behavior of children and the youth are the schools and/or other educational institutions. Consequently another focus point of this study will therefore be the reading methods, which are applied in the teaching situation and the reader in a foreign language situation, as well as the reading process which takes place during the learning of a foreign language (such as German) will specifically be taken into consideration. The latter is especially important in the South African context, because German in this country is mainly being taught as a foreign language. Reading as one of the four main skills (reading; listening; speaking; writing) required in the process of learning a new (foreign) language has been a subject of scientific research since the beginning of the 20th century. In the past few decades a variety of studies in the fields of sociology, didactics and linguistics have been undertaken and the diverse theories that have resulted from these studies are a prominent fact. The interest in the reading habits of children and the youth has been rekindled during the recent decade or two and in-depth studies have indicated to which extent learners’ reading skills not only influence their ability to master a foreign language, but also contribute to the learning of other study material as well. Studies that were undertaken in Germany were mainly being made use of during the research process of this mini-dissertation, in view of the fact that the focus of the material is of course German as a foreign language. The method of research, which was applied in this mini-dissertation, is mainly a literature study and analysis. Several theories concerning the reading habits and reading behavior and/or –disposition of children and the youth towards the various forms of literature, the sociology of different reading types and the importance of the development of reading skills in especially the teaching of German as a foreign language are being investigated, analysed, discussed and compared in the various chapters. Relevant and timely information has been obtained from a comprehensive range of literary sources. This research is about Education and Fire Safety Management, linking it to the culture and occupational health and safety in an educational institution. This is a case study research in Fire Safety Awareness of audiovisual installations at federal educational institution. Fire Safety Management failures in public schools or colleges & universities to focus on prevention and control methods of fire suppression interfere with the efficient fire suppression, for educational institutions where there might be limited resources or high risk in case of fire to extinguish or prevent the spread of fire. The aim of this research is to promote the Fire Safety Awareness, Safety Culture, to identify future safety failures leads to improved planning, and raising environmental awareness and providing information through education to employees and students. The following culture types were then analyzed: school culture, organizational culture and safety culture. Implications of these three theoretical perspectives for the ways sociologists think about the theoretical contributions of Critical Theory in the research was Adorno and Horkheimer’s concepts of culture and awareness, discussing the barriers to awareness and education. Finally, the research propose recommendations to improve the Fire Safety Management at federal educational institution. / Todos los años se registran diversos casos de incendios en edificios públicos en Brasil, muchas de estas ocurrencias se registran en las instituciones educativas públicas, causando diversos accidentes, muertes y daños materiales. Esta investigación tuvo como tema la educación y la gestión de la seguridad en caso de incendio, fue realizada en una institución federal educativa y presenta como problema la cuestión de la concientización de la comunidad de la institución para la implantación de una cultura de seguridad, partiendo de la hipótesis de que es posible un plan de gestión que considere un Programa de Prevención de Riesgos Ambientales e incentive la concientización de la comunidade de la seguridad en caso de incendio, a través de medidas educativas y culturales, buscando la prevención con base en las informaciones presentadas en la legislación vigente. El objetivo general de esta investigación es desarrollar el proceso de concientización y de implementación de un sistema de seguridad em caso de incendio en la institución, basado en la implantación de la cultura de la seguridad y en la legislación vigente, los objetivos específicos son: identificar y describir las principales fallas del sistema de la seguridad contra incendios en la institución de esta investigación, analizar cómo tales fallas interfieren en la gestión del sistema contra incendios de la institución y señalar interferencias necesarias de la administración sobre la concientización y la gestión del sistema de seguridad em caso de incêndio de la institución. En la investigación fueron evaluados, como muestreo, los ambientes audiovisuales y sus accesos, los sujetos de la investigación fueron servidores de la institución y alumnos. La metodología adoptada en este trabajo fue una investigación de naturaleza cualitativa, utilizando el método de un estudio de caso, realizado en la institución, por medio de recolección de datos, combinando el uso de técnicas de observación participante y entrevistas personales, en las cuales los instrumentos de observación recolección fueron los guiones de entrevistas y el grupo focal, que sirvieron al análisis de los resultados. El referencial teórico crítico fue la Teoría Crítica, por medio de los autores Horkheimer y Adorno para el fundamento teórico de los conceptos de cultura y concientización. Finalizando, la investigación trató de una recomendación de propuesta de intervención de la Gestión de la seguridad en caso de incendio. / Todos os anos são registrados diversos casos de incêndios em edificações públicas no Brasil, muitas destas ocorrências são registradas em instituições de ensino públicas, causando diversos acidentes, mortes e danos materiais. Este trabalho tem como tema a Educação e a Gestão da Segurança Contra Incêndio, foi realizado em uma instituição federal de ensino e apresenta como problema a questão da conscientização da comunidade do campus para a implantação de uma cultura de segurança, que possa gerir de forma eficiente a segurança contra incêndio, partindo da hipótese de que é possível um plano de gestão que considere um Programa de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais e incentive a conscientização da comunidade, por meio de medidas educativas e culturais, visando a prevenção com base nas informações apresentadas na legislação vigente. O referencial teórico crítico é a Teoria Crítica, por meio dos autores Horkheimer e Adorno para o embasamento teórico dos conceitos de cultura e conscientização. Finalizando, a investigação recomendou uma proposta de intervenção na Segurança Contra Incêndio do campus.

Resiliencia: Un estudio comparativo entre adolescentes de Instituciones Educativas privadas de Lima y de Piura / Resilience: A comparative study between teenagers from private educational institutions in Lima and Piura

Antecedentes: Las restricciones de la pandemia ocasionaron consecuencias en los adolescentes quienes se encuentran en una etapa decisiva del desarrollo. Aunado a ello los factores de riesgo y protectores se vieron afectados por el contexto, lo cual pudo haber tenido un impacto en el sistema de competencias del adolescente, de forma que las consecuencias se podrían manifestar de manera diferenciada entre Lima y Piura. Objetivo: Comparar la resiliencia en adolescentes de Instituciones Educativas privadas de Lima y Piura, como en función del sexo. Método: El diseño fue descriptivo-comparativo, participaron 170 estudiantes con edades comprendidas entre 12 y 18 años (M = 14.9; DS = 1.44), siendo el 51% mujeres y 49% hombres de Lima y Piura. Se utilizó la escala de resiliencia de Wagnild y Young. Resultados: Se muestra que no existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas en el nivel de resiliencia al comparar las instituciones de ambos departamentos, asimismo, según el sexo no se encontraron diferencias. Conclusiones: Independientemente del lugar de procedencia o el sexo, los adolescentes pueden desarrollar la resiliencia sin importar que tan difícil y desconocida es la adversidad. / Background: The restrictions of the pandemic caused consequences in adolescents who are in a decisive stage of development, coupled with the risk and protective factors were affected by the context, which could have had an impact on the adolescent's competency system, so that the consequences could be manifested differently between Lima and Piura. Objective: To compare the resilience in teenagers of private educational institutions of Lima and Piura, as well as according to gender. Method: The design was descriptive-comparative and 170 students aged between 12 and 18 participated (Mean = 14.9; SD = 1.44), being 51% women and 49% men from Lima and Piura. The Wagnild and Young resilience scale was used. Results: It is shown that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of resilience when comparing the institutions of both departments, likewise, according to gender, no differences were found. Conclusions: Regardless of where they come from or gender, teens can build resilience no matter how difficult and unknown adversity is. / Tesis

En el primer capítulo desarrollamos la importancia de la información en las organizaciones ya que es considerado un recurso fundamental. Luego el valor de la seguridad y su gestión para la vigencia y éxito de las organizaciones. Un tema importante es la concientización en seguridad que prioriza el rol crucial de las personas. También definimos la gestión de los intangibles dentro del enfoque Dircom, considerando a la comunicación para la presentación de nuestra propuesta y su repercusión en la cultura y reputación corporativa. En el segundo capítulo planteamos la problemática que es la falta de concientización en seguridad de la información en las instituciones educativas, lo cual nos lleva a investigar cómo se lleva a cabo para proponer una propuesta que ayude a solucionar el problema. En el tercer capítulo nos referimos a dos tesis que resaltan el factor humano para mejorar la concientización sobre seguridad de la información en una institución educativa y otra de otro sector empresarial respectivamente. En el quinto capítulo presentamos a nuestra población de estudio que son los públicos internos de dos instituciones educativas de San Juan de Lurigancho; los resultados de las entrevistas a especialistas sobre el tema y de dos encuestas realizadas a dicha población. Exponemos luego nuestra propuesta que consiste en definir un plan de comunicación para promover la concientización en seguridad de la información en una institución educativa. Finalmente concluimos que no existe una concientización sobre el tema y lo cual es necesaria para impactar en la cultura y reputación corporativa. / In the first chapter we develop the importance of information in organizations since it is considered a fundamental resource. Then the value of security and its management for the validity and success of organizations. An important issue is security awareness that prioritizes the crucial role of people. We also define the management of intangibles within the Dircom approach, considering communication for the presentation of our proposal and its impact on corporate culture and reputation. In the second chapter we raise the problem that is the lack of awareness in information security in educational institutions, which leads us to investigate how it is carried out to propose a proposal that helps solve the problem. In the third chapter we refer to two theses that highlight the human factor to improve awareness about information security in an educational institution and another in another business sector respectively. In the fifth chapter we present our study population who are the internal audiences of two educational institutions in San Juan de Lurigancho; the results of the interviews with specialists on the subject and of two surveys carried out with this population. We then present our proposal, which consists of defining a communication plan to promote awareness of information security in an educational institution. Finally, we conclude that there is no awareness on the subject and that it is necessary to impact corporate culture and reputation. / Trabajo de investigación

[pt] A historiografia educacional brasileira, em sua vertente tradicional, fez circular a ideia de que os negros não frequentaram a escola até o século XIX. Esta pesquisa busca, sobretudo, analisar a relação entre a população negra e a escola, através das experiências de alunos da Casa de São José. A partir da análise documental dos registros escolares desta instituição, espaço de profissionalização no Rio de Janeiro, criado três meses após a Abolição, foi possível verificar o desenvolvimento do perfil racial dos alunos, que em sua origem contava com uma representação de alunos negros superior à de brancos. Com base em Mattos (2013) e Müller (2003) o clareamento percebido na evolução das matrículas, após a primeira década de funcionamento, foi compreendido por um lado como estratégia de distanciamento dos estigmas da escravidão, por outro como branqueamento, em razão da criação de estratégias não anunciadas que impediam o acesso de pessoas que se distanciavam dos padrões físicos e culturais desejados. Os pensamentos decoloniais influenciaram as interpretações acerca de tais práticas universalistas, tendo em vista que o padrão de poder eurocentrado, construído aos poucos pelos colonizadores e perpetuado mesmo após a descolonização, era exercido em nome da tentativa de homogeneização cultural, histórica, social, política, econômica, através de estruturas de controle que utilizaram a raça como base de classificação. / [en] The historiography of Brazilian education, in its traditional line, spread the idea that Afro-Brazilians did not attend school until the nineteenth century. This study particularly aims to investigate the relationship between the Afro-Brazilian population and schooling, through the experience of the students from The Casa de São José. From the documentary analysis of this institution’s records, a place for professional training in Rio de Janeiro and created three months after Slavery Abolition, it was possible to verify pupils´ racial profile development in this institution, which, at the beginning, revealed a larger representation of Black over White students. Based on Mattos (2013) and Müller (2003), the whitewashing in the enrolments progress, after ten years of the institution’s foundation, was understood on the one hand as a distancing strategy of slavery stigma and, on the other hand, as whitewashing due to the creation of unannounced strategies that prevented the access of people who distanced themselves from the desired physical and cultural standards. Decolonial thoughts influenced the interpretation of these given universalist practices, having in mind the Eurocentric power pattern gradually built by colonizers and perpetuated even after decolonization, which was held as an attempt of cultural, historical, social, political and economic homogenization through the control structures using race as a basis of classification.

Modelo de gestión gerencial para mejorar el clima laboral en la institución educativa privada, Chiclayo, 2020

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo Diseñar un Modelo de Gestión gerencial educativo para mejorar el clima laboral del personal docente y administrativo en la Institución Educativa Privada, Chiclayo 2020; para lo cual empleó una metodología de tipo cuantitativa, nivel descriptivo con propuesta y de diseño no experimental; donde la muestra estuvo conformada por los 38 colaboradores del colegio en estudio, teniendo tanto a docentes y administrativos como participantes. Los instrumentos empleados correspondieron a una guía de entrevista y a un cuestionario bajo la escala dada por Palma (2004) para la medición del clima o entorno laboral. En los resultados se tuvo que el nivel de clima laboral es “desfavorable” con un 36,8%, seguido por un nivel “medio” con 34,2%, y “favorable” en un 23,7%, donde la gestión gerencial educativa se evidenció con la ausencia de una práctica tangible y sólida para cada uno de los elementos que implica dirigir y conducir un centro educativo. De esta forma se concluyó en el diseño de un Modelo de Gestión gerencial educativo, teniendo cuatro componentes: Institucional, Pedagógico, Administrativo y Comunitario, conformando un total de 11 estrategias y 18 actividades, cuya aplicación corresponde a un período de 12 meses. / The present research aimed to Design an Educational Management Management Model to improve the work environment of the teaching and administrative staff in the Private Educational Institution, Chiclayo 2020; For which I use a quantitative methodology, descriptive level with proposal and non-experimental design; where the sample consisted of 38 collaborators from the school under study, having both teachers and administrators as participants. The instruments used corresponded to an interview guide and a questionnaire under the scale given by Palma (2004) for measuring the climate or work environment. In the results it was found that the level of work environment is "unfavorable" with 36.8%, followed by a "medium" level with 34.2%, and "favorable" with 23.7%, where management Education was evidenced by the absence of a tangible and solid practice for each of the elements involved in directing and conducting an educational center. In this way, the design of an educational management management model was concluded, having four components: Institutional, Pedagogical, Administrative and Community, making up a total of 11 strategies and 18 activities, whose application corresponds to a period of 12 months.
