De nombreuses études empiriques ont démontré que la qualité des comportements maternels et paternels est importante pour le développement de l’enfant. Cependant, peu d’études ont investigué le degré de concordance des comportements de la mère et du père dans des couples intacts ainsi que les antécédents ou déterminants de cette concordance. Le présent mémoire contient un article empirique qui poursuit deux buts. Premièrement, l’article a examiné le niveau de concordance (similarité) entre la qualité des comportements des mères et des pères dans des couples intacts. Deuxièmement, l’article a investigué les antécédents familiaux de la concordance des comportements maternels et paternels: la satisfaction conjugale et le stress parental des mères et des pères. L’étude a été menée auprès de 44 familles intactes (mère-père-enfant). Les résultats indiquent que la concordance mère-père est modérée (r = .31). De plus, un degré significatif de concordance a été trouvé chez les couples dont les partenaires rapportent une satisfaction conjugale élevée ainsi qu’un faible niveau de stress parental, mais pas chez les couples moins bien ajustés. Les implications théoriques et empiriques sont discutées. / There is compelling evidence that the quality of both maternal and paternal parenting behaviour is important for child development. Yet, little is known of the degree of similarity between maternal and paternal parenting behaviour in intact couples, and about the antecedents or determinants of this parental concordance. The present master’s thesis includes an empirical article pursuing two aims. First, the article examined the concordance (similarity) between the quality of maternal and paternal behaviours with their toddler. Second, the article investigated the parental determinants of this concordance: marital satisfaction and parenting stress. The sample included 44 families (mother-father-toddler). Results indicated that the concordance between the quality of maternal and paternal behaviour was moderate (r = .31). Furthermore, significant mother-father concordance was found among more satisfied and less stressed parents, but not among less adjusted parents. The theoretical and empirical implications are discussed.

This study investigates the understanding of heresy and the heretic according to John of Damascus. For him, a heretic was any Christian who, by wilful choice, departs from the one orthodox tradition by adopting a personal opinion on the common faith which he intends to institute as sole truth. Our research is divided into two parts and aims to apply John of Damascus' understanding of the recurring identity of the Christian heretic and his behaviour. By using historical-theological, interdisciplinary and diachronical approaches, our research demonstrates that this Church Father, who is the `seal of the patristic era,' remains a relevant authority for our comprehension of heresy and the heretic. Through two case studies, namely, the Dutch Reformed Churches and Apartheid, and Kimbanguism, our study specifies, on the one hand how a distorted Christian confession contributed to the rise of Apartheid, with its attendant sense of a theocracy, predestination, election, supremacy, divine love and justice. Kimbanguism, on the other hand, represents a heresy against its will. It is an example of Christian leaders who abused their power to apply cultural elements that resulted in a dramatic misinterpretation of the Christian dogma of the Trinity. Finally, our study intends to apply the notions of wilful choice, obstinacy and fanaticism, libertine exegesis, personal opinion and orthodox tradition or common faith, to portray a heretic by using an interdisciplinary approach: theologically as a libertine-exegete, psychologically as a dogmatic and fanatic person, and sociologically as a negative cultural reformer. Thus, our analysis is both historical and theological, and clearly and substantially elucidates the heretical mind in modern times. Consequently, our inquiry may be summed up as follows. Firstly, heresy habitually comes from an existing text, doctrine or discipline; secondly, it concerns people who are originally Christians; thirdly, it demonstrates that a heretic may be a fervent and an educated Christian, a layman or a church leader, who, on the basis of wilful choice, interprets Biblical texts freely, with his personal exegesis and hermeneutics, and ultimately incorrectly. Ce travail de thèse est consacré à l’étude de l’adolescence dans le lien social actuel. En mettant en lien plusieurs concepts psychanalytiques nous essayons de rendre compte des difficultés du passage adolescent que nous avons pu observer dans la clinique. Nous mettons en avant le lien entre le discours social ambiant et les difficultés que les adolescents peuvent éprouver aujourd’hui en tentant de devenir adulte. Nous concluons sur la question de la panne du sujet adolescent. Cette panne de l’adolescence n’est ni considérée comme une panne de l’Autre que chaque adolescent rencontre, ni comme une panne de la société mais comme une panne des processus mêmes de subjectivation. La difficulté de grandir peut être aujourd’hui entendu comme l’absence du désir de devenir adulte, comme l’impossible construction du lien à l’Autre. Nous évoquons à la fin de cette thèse le mythe de Narcisse et le destin du sujet désirant dans une société où on ne donne pas le temps au désir d’émerger. / This PhD thesis is dedicated to a study on adolescence in the current social link. We put into relation several psychoanalytical concepts in order to acknowledge the difficulties of passing through adolescence that we observed in the Clinic.The methodology of this research is based on the study “CoPsyEnfant”. We used children’s and adolescents’ drawings in order to find out which are the identification models used today by children and adolescents. Clinical interviews and projective tests were used to help us to understand the subjectivity processes and hardships of adolescent passage in the current social link. The analysis of three clinical cases demonstrated several possible paths while passing through adolescence. We conclude on the question of the failure of the adolescent subject. The difficulty to grow can be heard today as the lack of desire to become an adult, as the impossible construction of the link to the big Other. At the end of this thesis we mention the Narcissus myth and the desiring subject’s destiny within a society which does not give the time to the desire to appear.

Syftet med denna studie är att utforska och förstå de sätt på vilka manliga samkönade föräldrapar pratar om de kvinnor som varit delaktiga vid barnens tillblivelse. De manliga samkönade föräldraparens berättelser rör dels kvinnan som burit barnet, dels kvinnan som donerat ägg. Denna studie består av nio intervjuer, varav sju involverar båda papporna och två intervjuer involverar ena pappan. Reproduktionsstrategi skiljer sig något åt, men en majoritet av paren har fått barn via värdgraviditet samt äggdonation. Materialet har samlats in via semistrukturerad intervju och analyserats med hjälp av diskursanalys.Resultatet visar att de manliga samkönade föräldraparen använder olika tolkningsrepertoarer då de pratar om bäraren och donatorn. En tolkningsrepertoar som uppkommer när deltagarna pratar om bäraren är bäraren som en nära släkting, men inte en mamma, där det blir synligt att deltagarna behöver förhålla sig till diskurser kring föräldraskap, moderskap och omsorg. En annan tolkningsrepertoar är bäraren som aktiv och självständig och därför inte utsatt, där deltagarna förhåller sig till diskurser kring värdgraviditet och bäraren som en utsatt kvinna. I deltagarnas berättelser om donatorn framkommer tolkningsrepertoaren donatorn som nära kontra avlägsen där deltagarna förhandlar kring hur nära relation de vill ha till donatorn samt tolkningsrepertoaren om donatorn som en betydelsefull individ kontra en instrumentell gengivare där deltagarna behöver förhålla sig till processen med att välja en äggdonator och huruvida man väljer en individ eller ett ursprung.

Agindo no homem todo, corpo e alma, abrangendo as suas duas faculdades, a inteligência e a vontade, o Espírito Santo santifica, ilumina, vivifica, cura, e finalmente diviniza o homem. Para que ele possa realizar estas funções, faz-se mister que o Espírito Santo esteja acima do homem, é preciso que seja divino, ele não pode ser uma criatura, tal como o homem, como imaginavam alguns cristãos. Para tanto, esta pesquisa pretende estudar algumas questões referentes à terceira pessoa da Santíssima Trindade, mais especificamente, às relações do Espírito Santo com o Pai e o Filho e a sua natureza divina. Partindo de um estudo da pneumatologia dos primeiros séculos do cristianismo e, principalmente do século IV, quando ocorreram os grandes debates em torno da divindade do Espírito Santo que culminaram nas decisões do Concilio em 381, quando foi declarada a divindade do Espírito Santo. O fundamento dessa pesquisa são as cartas de Atanásio a Serapião, que analisam diretamente este tema. E uma vez fundamentada a questão da divindade do Espírito Santo, torna-se exequível esta pesquisa. / [en] This work aims to analyze the role played by the Holy Spirit over the human being regard his intelligence and will. His action sanctifies, enlightens, cure, brings life and deifies men and women. His sanctifying action bears his efficiency and reality over the creature as once conceived by former Christians. In order to clearly define the divine nature and role of the Blessed Trinity s Third Person, this work aims to answer some of the questions especially concerned to the relations between the Holy Spirit, the Father and the Son. From the pneumatology study of the first centuries of Christian era, especially the IV century, characterized by the importance of debates which culminated on the decisions taken by the Council of 381 AD stating the divinity of the Holy Spirit. Its documental references are the letters written by Athanasius and Serapion over the subject, which gives basis for divinity of the Holy Spirit and possibility of its present research.

Os paradoxos do supereu serão abordados, privilegiando a face do supereu que é correlata ao gozo, distinguindo-o do Nome-do-Pai, uma função atrelada ao desejo. / [en] One deadly erotica: noises of the superego in the psycoanalytic treatment is a study of the formation of the superego in psychoanalytic theory and its developments in the clinic. The superego, which appears in Freud s work as a product of identification in the decline of the Oedipus complex, admits cruel traits in their partnership with the death drive. Lacan proposes an equivalent object-a with the object-voice, contribution of great novelty for clinical theory. The superego commands levied as a muted voice, inaudible, and propose a challenge to the clinic: to manage the manifestations of this superego, such as guilt, the need for punishment, and negative therapeutic reaction. The paradoxes of the superego are addressed, focusing on the face of the superego that is related to the jouissance, distinguishing it from the Name-of-the-Father - a function harnessed to desire.

(in English): The thesis deals with the problem of induced abortions. It focuses on, and offers an analysis of, common ways in which abortion has recently been defended in the Czech Republic. In an examination of usual lines of defence of abortion, a description of ongoing philosophical debate about morality of abortion is employed. Arguments founded on bodily integrity and drawn from general feministic positions are attacked with the aim to show that all these ways of defending abortion elude the crucial problems such as the moral status of a fetus, father rights, the nature of discourses which underlie women's choices to abort, and the consequences of the common contemporary view of abortions for women's lives. The tension between basic sexual needs and responsibility for a human life that begins is set forth as the pivotal problem. Concerning the theoretical question of the moral status of a fetus, the thesis endorses a skeptical stance. As a consequence, unassailable solution to the question of permissibility of abortions is rejected as an impossible task. Such a negative result invites a question of how, if at all,the contemporary discourse might be substantiated in which abortions are treated quite straightforwardly as permissible acts. The purpose of this study was to develop Gestalt guidelines for mine worker fathers living in Oranjemund in order to enhance a dialogical relationship with their children in middle childhood. The researcher made use of the first four stages of the Design and Development model of intervention research. These stages include problem analysis and project planning, information gathering and synthesis, design and the early development of the guidelines. For the purpose of this study, focus groups were conducted with father participants and semi-structured interviews were conduct with children participants. The research study was based on existential dialogue with the focus on four main themes, namely; commitment to dialogue, presence, inclusion and confirmation. Existing literature from Gestalt approach, middle childhood and culture was used together with functional elements of other existing parent child relationship and family programmes or models, to develop the guidelines. / Social Work / M. Towards the end of the 1960s in France we witness the awakening of the memory of the Holocaust and the Occupation which coincides with the publication of Patrick Modiano’s first novel, La place de l’étoile. It is from this time that Jewish memory of the Holocaust begins to surface and we see the emergence of a literature of the post-Holocaust generation. Modiano belongs to this generation that, being deprived of a personal memory of the Holocaust, turns to this period in a quest for roots and identity. Like his Jewish colleagues, Modiano struggles to come to terms with a past that he has not experienced and an absence of memory. This dissertation analyses Modiano’s use of the period of the Holocaust as signifier of Jewish identity in four of his novels in order to highlight the role of the issue of Jewish identity in the construction of a textual identity / Vers la fin des années 60 on voit en France le réveil de la mémoire de la Shoah et de l’Occupation qui coïncide avec la publication du premier roman de Patrick Modiano, La place de l’étoile. C’est à partir de cette époque que la mémoire juive de la Shoah va pouvoir se faire entendre et qu’on constate l’émergence d’une littérature de la génération d’après la Shoah. Modiano appartient à cette génération qui, étant dépourvue d’une mémoire personnelle de la Shoah, se tourne vers cette période dans une quête de racines et d’identité. Comme ses confrères juifs, Modiano a du mal à se réconcilier avec un passé qu’il n’a pas vécu et une absence de mémoire. The results of this field research are put on discussion depart from the concept of gift, just like employed by Marcel Mauss, and also with a dialogue with Max Weber, wanting the construction of ideal types of pilgrims, promise payers and their various requests. In resume, this work have no intention to rise deep rooted hypothesis, because is an ethnographical research that suggest to think about the bundle of lines of intensity that crosses these social actors. / Este trabalho de caráter etnográfico propõe analisar o fenômeno religioso de Juazeiro do Norte sob três eixos: os tipos de pagadores de promessas, os tipos de promessas e o pano de fundo desse cenário que é a dor e a alegria contida na travessia do pedir a graça, alcançar a graça e a retribuição desta graça. Os resultados dessa pesquisa de campo são discutidos a partir do conceito de dádiva, tal como empregado por Mauss, mas também faz um dialogo com Max Weber objetivando a construção de tipos ideais acerca de romeiros, pagadores de promessas e seus pedidos. Por fim, esse trabalho não tem a proposta de levantar hipóteses, pois é uma pesquisa de caráter etnográfico que se propõe pensar o feixe de linhas que atravessam os pagadores de promessas.
