Vliv tréninku na úroveň motorických dovedností hráčů florbalu v dětském věku / The impact of a training on a children floorball player's level of motor skills

Čermáková, Eliška January 2019 (has links)
The popularity of floorball has been growing significantly. Floorball, as any other sport, is associated with certain health risks. Not only acute injuries but also chronic injuries have been connected with practicing sports. There is high risk of development of muscle imbalance, cumulative trauma disorders and chronic overuse, that negatively influence motor development of child. The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the influence of corrective exercise on motor functions of young floorball players. Methodology: Two top Czech floorball teams of young boys has participated in the research. The observed group was composed of 79 players (Group A - 40 players, Group B - 39 players) aged 11 and 12 (the average age of 12,1 ± 0,6 SD). Short version of motor funciton test BOT-2 has been used to examine participants. Additional anamnestic data were used to run detailed analysis of factors influencing the test results. Results: The players of Tatran Střešovice and FbS Bohemians scored average percentiles of 63,45 ± 26,1 SD and 65,5 ± 27,8 SD respectively. That implies no impact of corrective exercise on results of motor funciton test (p = 0,74).However, the corrective exercise has decreased the risk of injury (p = 0,0183). The athletes playing for the team for more than 3 years have significantly...

Černá, Markéta January 2020 (has links)
Title: The assessment of the dynamic postural stability of female floorball players Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to assess the women's dynamic postural stability who are actively playing floorball at league level and subsequently compare the obtained data with controlled group that is not actively practicing any specific sport activity. Methods: There have been incorporated 48 women in this pilot study. The division into the groups was not randomized due to the specification of this survey, therefore it is a quota selection. The experimental group has been piled up of 24 monitored women who are professionally playing floorball on a league level min. 3 years. The control group incorporates 24 women who are practising sports only at a recreational level. In order to evaluate dynamic postural stability, the following device has been used from the company NeuroCom, specifically SmartTest System type and used test bateries: Limits of Stability, Motor Control Test, Senzory Organization Test, Adaptation Test, Rytmic Weight Shift, Unilateral Stance a Weight Bearing Squat. The evaluation of measured data was registred and compiled by original programme NeuroCom Balance Manager Software. The obtained measured results from both groups have been statistically evaluated as per statistical method...

Framställning av innebandyspelande män och kvinnor i svensk media / The representation of male and female floorball players in Swedish media

Engström, Robin, Rosenlöf, Moa January 2022 (has links)
Sports could be considered the biggest entertainment industry of our time. In regards to social structures, sports act as a mirror to our society. When society is unequal, and structural differences exist in the sport, the sector mimics that. The media is a big factor in how men and women are framed in society. This study aims to analyze how female and male floorball players are portrayed in the Swedish media, with the following research questions: How much space is given to women and men inthe media? What differences and similarities are there in the way women and men are framed? Are there any differences between the media forms? This was done by using content analysis to analyze 159 posts from Instagram and 83 articles from online-newspapers, Sportbladet and Expressen Sport, witha focus on their images, captions, and texts. When this was done, the study was meant to determine how the media is framing men and women in different situations, how the genders are described andwhat emotions they express. The outcome of this study was that in three out of five medias, the majority of reports were about men. Men and women can also be considered to have typical gender characteristics. Same of the differences can be attributed to the media not giving men and women equal space and in same cases, objectifying women.

Innebandyns jämställdhet : En kvantitativ undersökning om innebandyspelares upplevelser av jämställdheten inom föreningsinnebandyn i Värmland / Gender equality of floorball : A quantitative survey regarding gender equality in senior floorball in Värmland based on experiences of floorball players

Ek, Alva January 2022 (has links)
Gender equality is a human right, despite this, sport is still characterized as a culture made of and for men. An unexplored territory is the opinion of the active players who are fundamental for the sport. By investigating the players own thoughts on gender equality, a clear and broad perception on which factors to develop can be obtained. Since I am a female and an active elite athlete in floorball, I decided to investigate equality in this precise area. The purpose of this project is to investigate if the senior floorball in Värmland is gender equal from an active athlete’s point of view. This will be investigated through a quantitative method.A web-based survey was implemented regarding the active players experiences based on resource allocation and attitude. The project was defined by only reaching out to clubs with both male and female teams. In total the survey was answered by 176 people, of which 53 were male and 123 female. The conclusion of the survey is that the players consider the senior floorball in Värmland to be equal, with the team being somewhat more equal than the club. There were some significant differences in terms of gender and athlete level, but not in age. Areas of development in order to become more equal are, based on the players experiences, macho culture, economy, arrangement, commitment and referees. Generalizing the result should be done with great caution, because the players who answered the survey are not representative for the population. In my opinion though, the experiences are somehow defining reality.

Vliv modifikovaných her na kvantitu herních kombinací u florbalistů mladšího školního věku / Influence of modified games on the quantity of game combinations of primary school age floorball players

Míka, Ondřej January 2021 (has links)
Title: Influence of modified games on the quantity of game combinations of primary school age floorball players Objectives: The aim of this work was to find out the effect of prepared training programme on quantity of passing, team cooperation and quantity of shots. The research was aimed on passing accuracy (passing quality) after ball carrying, quantity of passes in training match on smaller pitch. The number of the players was 3 on 3 there. It was also aimed on quantity of passes in league match on standard pitch. There were 5 players against 5. At the end of the training programme, we made revisory tests to assess a positive effect of the programme. Methods: We used a method of an experiment. At first, there were preliminary tests before an adjusted training program so that we got input data. Then we applied adjusted training programme and then there were another control tests to get output data. The programme included both modified games and game-like drills. During the tests, we used participant observation. Results: The results showed an increase of quantity in all tests. But only in passing accuracy after ball carrying test and in quantity of passes in league match the results were statistically significant. The other test showed no statistical significance.

Sundberg Tisell, Lisa January 2020 (has links)

Souvislost morfologie svalů břišní stěny s bolestmi zad u elitních hráček florbalu / The relationship between morphology of abdominal wall muscles and back pain in elite floorball players

Kramperová, Adéla January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis evaluates the morphology of the abdominal wall muscles focusing on the assessment of lateral symmetry in elite female floorball players and its relationship with the occurrence of back pain in these players. The theoretical part of the thesis includes an overview of the physiological mechanisms of postural stabilization in comparison with deviations in patients with back pain and describes the principles of sonographic examination and its use in physiotherapy. The theoretical part is also focused on the imagining of the abdominal muscles and the summary of specific findings in floorball players and other athletes, with a predominant one-sided load related to the biomechanics of movement in these sports. Methodology: A total of 20 female players of the highest floorball competition in the Czech Republic participated in this research. The linear parameters of the abdominal muscles (m. RA, m. TrA, m. OI and m. OE) and the whole lateral abdominal muscles were measured in players on both sides at rest using sonography. The participants also filled in an electronic questionnaire evaluating back pain. Results: Significant lateral asymmetry of linear parameters of abdominal muscles was demonstrated in the work (p = 0,017; d = 0,52). The relationship between the lateral asymmetry and the...

Floorball Flex- an alternative form of floorball : A study on how changing training and competition formats affect the game and athletes´ experiences in floorball.

Kasslert, Karolina January 2024 (has links)
Nyckelord: Innebandy Flex, KASAM, sänkta trösklar / Abstract Introduction: The introduction describes that many people stop playing sport or do not start at all and that a large part of this is due to the way in which clubs and associations operate. To break this trend, change is needed through new forms of sport. Strategy 2025 is a process of change with the aim that more people will want to play sport in an organisation throughout their lives. Lifelong participation in sport requires a change in the traditional approach. Sport will be developed so that children, young people, adults and the elderly want to participate in an organisation throughout their lives. Purpose: The aim is to investigate and gain a better understanding of whether new and modified forms of play through Floorball Flex can help to lower the thresholds for young people and adults to play floorball in club activities. Method: To answer the purpose and questions, qualitative methods were used in the form of focus groups and video observations. The sample was based on players who actively play Floorball Flex in organisational activities. To analyse the results, qualitative content analysis was used. The discussion is linked to the theory of sense of coherence-SOC. Results: The results showed that there were slightly more goals and goal scorers, as well as passes within the team with Innebandy Flex rules. There were fewer hits on the sticks and more time with the ball, however, the pace increased when they played with regular traditional rules, which created more stressful situations. The players practised Floorball Flex for fun, community and training. The best thing about Innebandy Flex, according to the players, was the lack of demands and flexibility. Conclusion: This study found that Floorball Flex is open to all regardless of knowledge, experience and ambition level, which creates inclusiveness. According to the respondents, it seems to be more the actual organisation of Floorball Flex that is of interest, not so much the rules themselves. Floorball Flex can be a way of extending the sporting life of young people and adults and can help to lower the thresholds for getting more people to play floorball. Keywords: Floorball Flex, SOC, lowered thresholds / Innebandy Flex

Úrazovost ve florbale v mužské nejvyšší soutěži v letech 2014-2019 / The incidency of injury among men players in the highest floorball league during years 2014-2019

Honzová, Petra January 2020 (has links)
The topic of this diploma thesis is the description of injury rate at floorball in the men's highest competition within the years 2014-2019. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The rules of floorball, the popularity, and unions (federations) of this sport in our country and abroad, the concept of the season and the characteristics of the player's movement, including muscle imbalances are described in the theoretical part. A general division of sports injuries and a description of the most common injuries at floorball is a part of theory, as well as their prevention, registration, and treatment. In addition to contact with another person, glasses, shoes, the surface, the age of the player and, in the case of goalkeepers, knee protectors can influence injuries at this indoor sport. Further the method of educating coaches in the Czech Republic and the content of a seminar on compensation, which is presented to coaches at trainings, is also described there. The practical part is focused on the collection of injury rate data from paper and electronic records from matches in the seasons from 2014/2015 to 2018/2019. These results are compared with respect to the presence of a physiotherapist, the player's age, the surface in the halls, the phase of the season and the occurrence of an...
