Magistro darbe Bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos pedagogų kompetencijų empirinis ir teorinis pagrindimas teoriškai ir empiriškai pagrindžiamas pedagogų kompetencijų vertinimas ir įsivertinimas. Darbo autorė nagrinėja pedagogų profesinių kompetencijų sampratą ir aptaria pedagogų kompetencijų vertinimo kriterijų problemą šalyje ir užsienyje. Ji apžvelgia pedagogų kompetencijos vertinimą pedagogų atestacijos nuostatuose. Darbas pagrindžia mokyklos vidaus ir išorės auditą kaip pedagogų profesinių kompetencijų vertinimo ir įsivertinimo priemonę. Mokslinės pedagoginės, psichologinės literatūros ir švietimo dokumentų analizė parodė, kad pedagogų profesinės kompetencijos yra aktuali tyrimo tema tiek šalies, tiek užsienio šalių pedagoginėje literatūroje. Literatūroje dažniau nagrinėjamas pedagogų profesinių kompetencijų turinys, struktūra. Tačiau ypač trūksta darbų apie pedagogų kompetencijų vertinimą ir įsivertinimą. Empirinio tyrimo metu autorė tyrė mokytojų ir mokyklų vadovų bendrakultūrinės, profesinės, bendrosios ir specialiosios kompetencijos vertinimą ir įsivertimą. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In this Master’s thesis "Theoretical reasoning and empirical evidence of secondary school teachers’ competence assessment" the author both theoretically and empirically substantiates teachers’ competence assessment and self-assessment. The concept of teachers’ professional competences and the problem of evaluation criteria of teachers’ competences in Lithuania as well as abroad have been discussed. Also, teachers’ competence evaluation in teacher certification requirements has been reviewed. The thesis provides good evidence that both internal and external school audit is a means of self-evaluation and evaluation of teachers’ professional competences. The analysis of scientific, pedagogical, psychological literature and educational documents has shown that the question of teachers’ competences is a topical issue in pedagogical literature not only in Lithuania but also in other countries. This literature concentrates more on professional competences. However, there is lack of sources on teachers’ competence evaluation and self-evaluation. Lietuva įžengė į itin sparčios kaitos ir naujų iššūkių amžių, kuris kelia naujus reikalavimus ir asmeniui, ir visuomenei, ir švietimo sistemai. Kadangi švietimo kokybė tiesiogiai priklauso nuo švietimo įstaigose dirbančių vadovų bei pedagogų kompetencijų, svarbu išryškinti ir apibrėžti ikimokyklinių įstaigų direktoriaus pavaduotojų ugdymui vadybinių kompetencijų turinį, jų kryptingumą bei raiškos tendencijas. Tyrimo objektas – ikimokyklinių įstaigų direktoriaus pavaduotojų ugdymui vadybinės kompetencijos. Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti ikimokyklinių įstaigų direktoriaus pavaduotojų ugdymui vadybinių kompetencijų sistemos turinį bei nustatyti jų raiškos tendencijas realybėje ir parengti rekomendacijas jų plėtotei. Magistro darbe naudojamas kiekybinis (ikimokyklinių įstaigų pedagogų bei direktoriaus pavaduotojų ugdymui) tyrimas. Tyrimo empirinę bazę sudaro 208 respondentai (192 - ikimokyklinių įstaigų pedagogai,16 - ikimokyklinių įstaigų direktoriaus pavaduotojai ugdymui). Education quality assurance has a direct reference to heads of educational institutions. It is very importan to present and define the management competences content of deputy in Pre – school institutions. The Object of the research is managing preparation of Pre – school deputy. The purpose is to analyse expression and content of deputy management competences in Pre – school institutions. Methodology of the research: Theoretical research of the problem raised is based on the scientific literature by foreign and Lithuanian authors, scientific publications. Dabarties gyvenimo iššūkiai iš kiekvieno žmogaus reikalauja: dalyvauti bendrame gyvenime, gyventi ir veikti kartu su kitais, sėkmingai prisitaikyti prie ateities pokyčių t.y. įgyti socialinę kompetenciją. Tinkamam socialinės kompetencijos ugdymui labai daug įtakos turi mokinių tarpusavio santykiai, gebėjimas bendrauti ir bendradarbiauti. Praktinį problemos aktualumą nulemia dabartinė Lietuvos situacija: jos ūkiui perėjus į rinkos ekonomiką, kurioje nuolatinis lavinimasis ir ugdymasis yra vertinamas kaip priemonė, padedanti darbuotojui išlikti konkurencingu bei efektyviu siekiant tikslų ir panaudojant turimus išteklius. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The practical relevance of the problem is determined by the current situation of the Republic of Lithuania which has become market economy where lifelong training and learning are considered the means of helping employees stay competitive and effective in pursuing their objectives and using available resources. Increasing migration of young people – including top qualification specialists – to other countries shows that most of the employees in Lithuania are not prepared for employment and work. Thus, the problem of training and learning employability competency becomes more and more relevant. The scientific novelty of the study: The importance of the employability competency has been grounded through the analysis of approaches of the activity system and vocational training. Scientific data grounding the structure of the employability competency has been organised. The employability competency in vocational training has been perceived and development of competency modelled through the analysis of content and expression of employability competency. Nuo 1996 m. Lietuvos šeimos centruose įgyvendinama sužadėtinių rengimo santuokai programa, kuri yra ruošiama ir nuolat tobulinama atsižvelgiant į šeimos poreikius, galimybes bei problemas, Lietuvos vyskupų konferencijos. Programos tikslus įgyvendina sužadėtinių rengėjai dirbantys Lietuvos arkivyskupijų, vyskupijų, dekanatų ir parapijų Šeimos centruose. Sužadėtinių rengimo santuokai programoje viena iš skaitomų paskaitų temų yra Vaisingumo pažinimas, kurioje sužadėtiniai supažindinami su antropologine žmogaus asmenybės samprata, žmogaus lytiškumu, vaisingumo pažinimu bei natūraliais šeimos planavimo būdais. Kadangi apie natūralų šeimos planavimą ir vaisingumo pažinimą visuomenėje pateikiama labai mažai informacijos, tai ši sužadėtinių rengimo santuokai programoje pateikiama informacija turi būti tikslinga, teisinga ir aiški bei paremta Katalikų Bažnyčios nuostatomis. Tai įgyvendindami sužadėtinių rengėjai turi turėti vaisingumo pažinimo mokymo kompetencijas. Šis darbas yra pirmas bandymas Lietuvoje ištirti sužadėtinių rengėjų santuokai vaisingumo pažinimo mokymo kompetencijas. Atliktame tyrime dalyvavo Lietuvos arkivyskupijų, vyskupijų, dekanatų ir parapijų Šeimos centrų sužadėtinių rengėjai. The program aims engaged couple with promoters. Non training program in one of the lectures is fertility awareness, the engaged couple aware of the anthropological concept of the human personality, human Healthy, fertility and natural family planning methods. Because of the natural family planning and fertility awareness in society provides very little information, this marriage engaged couple training program provides information to be appropriate, fair and clear and based on the provisions of the Catholic Church. Šiame darbe yra analizuojamas komunikacinės kompetencijos, kuri yra užsienio kalbų mokymo(si) tikslas ir turinys plačiąja prasme, ugdymas. Šio darbo tikslas yra atskleisti, kaip sėkmingai anglakalbėse šalyse socializavęsi žmonės vertina anglų kalbos mokymosi patirtį Lietuvoje, parodyti kalbos mokėjimo svarbą sėkmingai socializacijai užsienio šalyje bei ištirti mokytojų požiūrį į komunikacinės kompetencijos ugdymo efektyvumą, atsižvelgiant į migrantų paminėtus probleminius aspektus. Darbe yra remiamasi tokiomis metodologinėmis nuostatomis kaip kritinė teorija ir socialinis konstruktyvizmas, kurios suteikia galimybę skatinti pačių besimokančiųjų supratimą ir aktyvumą, moko individą suprasti įvykių esmę bei ugdo jo sugebėjimą spręsti problemas. Darbe keliama prielaida, jog anglų kalbos mokymas Lietuvoje yra daugiausiai orientuotas į lingvistinės kompetencijos (pagrindinių gramatinių ir leksinių žinių) ugdymą, egzamino išlaikymą, o to nepakanka norint sėkmingai komunikuoti šia kalba užsienio šalyse, atsiradus poreikiui kalbėti šnekamąja anglų kalba, išmanyti tarpkultūrinio ir socialinio bendravimo aspektus. Ši prielaida pasitvirtino išanalizavus interviu su migrantais ir mokytojais metu gautus duomenis. / In this paper the development of the communicative competence is analyzed. In general, communicative competence is the aim and the content of the foreign language teaching and learning. The aim of this paper is to reveal how people, who have successfully socialized abroad, assess the experience of foreign language learning in Lithuania as well as to show the importance of the foreign language knowledge to the successful socialization in another country and to investigate the viewpoint of the teachers towards the effectiveness of the communicative competence development, bearing in mind the problematic aspects which have been highlighted by migrants. This paper is grounded on the following methodologies: critical theory and social constructivism. These methodologies enable the individual to evolve his understanding and activity; they also teach the individual to understand the essence of various events in his life and foster the ability to find the solution of various issues. The assumption of this paper is that in Lithuania the teaching of the English language is mainly oriented in the development of the linguistic competence (the development of basic lexical and grammatical skills), in the pass of the final exam, and such development is insufficient when the need to have a knowledge of spoken English, of some aspects of multicultural and social behavior occurs. This assumption is confirmed after the analysis of the interviews with migrants and teachers.

Probleminis klausimas: Kaip studentai vertina kūrybiškumo svarbą tobulinant verslumo kompetenciją? Darbo objektas – kūrybiškumo svarba tobulinant studentų verslumo kompetenciją. Darbo tikslas – Nustatyti kūrybiškumo svarbą tobulinant studentų verslumo kompetenciją. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Apibrėžti kūrybiškumo ir verslumo kompetencijos sampratas teoriniu aspektu. 2. Pristatyti kūrybiškumo ugdymo poreikį ir metodus tobulinant verslumo kompetenciją. 3. Išanalizuoti studentų nuomonę apie kūrybiškumo svarbumą verslumo kompetencijos tobulinime. Darbo metodai:  mokslinės literatūros analizė;  anketinė apklausa;  aprašomoji statistinė duomenų analizė. Svarbiausi rezultatai ir išvados. Atlikus mokslinės literatūros analizę ir tyrimą paaiškėjo, jog didžioji dalis studentų mano, kad kūrybiškumas – tai iš dalies įgimtas, iš dalies išugdomas gebėjimas. Matoma tendencija, kad studentai save laiko kūrybiškais, o pagrindinės jų kūrybiškumą rodančios savybės yra vaizduotė ir pasitikėjimas savimi. Kaip svarbiausius faktorius lemiančius kūrybiškumą nurodė asmenines savybes ir vidinę motyvaciją. Ryškiausi metodai taikomi kūrybiškumo ugdymui vidurinėje mokykloje buvo kūrybinių užduočių taikymas, aukštojoje mokykloje – darbas komandoje, o neformalaus ugdymo įstaigose – žaidimai ir darbas komandoje. Studentai, kaip dažniausiai pasitaikančius barjerus kūrybiškumui švietimo įstaigose nurodė vadovėlinį mokymą ir mokytojų ar dėstytojų kritiką. Siekiant išsiaiškinti jų motyvaciją kūrybiškumui... The problem of survey is determined by the fact, that in Lithuania it is discussing a lot about the education change, the competences of pedagogues, but it was not analyzed how the pedagogues of to-school and pre-school educational institutions understand the professional competences, how they evaluate them, what is self-reflection of their professional competences. In the theoretical point of view this work will encourage to go deeper to the expression of the professional competences of to-school and pre-school education pedagogues and the needs and possibilities of their perfection. The purpose of work – is through the opening of the comprehension of the professional competences of to-school and pre-school pedagogues of educational institutions to highlight their structure and alternation in the context of educational change. 135 to-school and pre-school education pedagogues took part in the survey. The results of the survey represented, that the analysis of the opinions of to-school and pre-school education pedagogues about the importance of professional competences showed, that their role in the educational practice is not of equal value. As the most important competences were noted these of methodical, organising and planning. Today's the public experiences the period which differs intensive aspiration to the knowledge, accompanied by various technologies, political, social and cultural changes in a society.
