Gestão digital do aprendizado pessoal

On the other hand, in life, we learn an enormous quantity of knowledge that is stored in our memory and is spread in files, folders and texts, either digital or physical. This thesis proposes to look at this inner immensity of knowledge and to investigate how digital technology can be used to organize, register and access it in an efficient and lasting way. Parallel to learning, the human brain works in constant changing, and what we learn we store in the long-term memory. The digital management of personal learning will play a role of partnership in relation to our memory. The reason is that it will bring concrete elements that will direct resonance what we learn and memorize, along with the digital records and the paths we have traveled to get to the acquisition of knowledge. Through literature review, this text makes the connection, analysis and convergence in three major areas of study. These are: human memory, constructivist learning theory and digital technologies. Related to human memory, its divisions and classifications are analyzed, especially long-term memory, working memory and their central executive subdivisions, phonological loop, visuospatial sketch and episodic retainer. Another aspect addressed is the importance of writing for both memory and for development of ideas and simple or complex reasoning. Authors such as Lent, Baddeley, Pozo, among others, will be assayed. In constructivist learning, the importance of prior learning and anchorage conditions of a new object of knowledge is discussed. Piaget and Ausubel s concepts of assimilation and accommodation, progressive differentiation and integrative reconciliation are analyzed. Another important concept is the delayed and early revisiting in the learning process. In digital technology, the thesis contextualizes the importance of cloud storage, mobile and compact devices, the hologram technology, wearable devices and knowledge recording software. Existing technologies (2015) and those foreseen in a horizon of two decades are discussed. Finally, the study proposes an orchestration of digital technologies, taking into account the analyzes done, and it comes to the conclusion that the technology will bring a new paradigm of how we will make the management of personal learning through digital devices and technologies / Quando se fala em tecnologia digital e internet, pensa-se no acesso a um mundo infinito de informação. Por outro lado, durante a vida, aprendemos uma imensidão de conhecimentos que ficam guardados em nossa memória e espalhados em arquivos, pastas e textos, digitais ou físicos. Essa dissertação propõe-se a olhar para essa imensidão interna de conhecimento e investigar como a tecnologia digital pode ser usada para organizá-la, registrá-la e acessá-la de maneira eficiente e duradora. De forma paralela ao aprendizado, o cérebro humano trabalha em constante transformação, e aquilo que aprendemos guardamos na memória de longa duração. A gestão digital do aprendizado pessoal fará um papel de parceria em relação à nossa memória. Isso porque trará elementos concretos que farão ressonância direta daquilo que aprendemos e memorizamos, com os registros digitais e os caminhos que percorremos para chegar à aquisição de um conhecimento. Através de revisão bibliográfica, este texto faz a conexão, análise e convergência, em três grandes áreas de estudo. São elas: memória do ser humano, teoria de aprendizagem construtivista e as tecnologias digitais. Da memória do ser humano são analisadas as suas divisões e classificações, e em especial a memória de longa duração, a memória de trabalho e suas subdivisões executivo central, alça fonológica, esboço visuoespacial e retentor episódico. Um outro aspecto tratado é a importância da escrita, tanto para a memorização quanto para o desenvolvimento de ideias e raciocínios simples ou complexos. São abordados autores como Lent, Baddeley, Pozo, entre outros. Na aprendizagem construtivista, discute-se a importância do aprendizado anterior e as condições de ancoragem de um novo objeto de conhecimento. São trabalhados os conceitos de assimilação e acomodação de Piaget e de Ausubel, a diferenciação progressiva e a reconciliação integradora. Outro conceito importante são as revisões (revisitações) precoces e adiadas no processo de aprendizagem. Em tecnologia digital, a dissertação contextualiza a relevância do armazenamento em nuvem, dos dispositivos móveis e compactos, da tecnologia de hologramas, de dispositivos vestíveis e dos softwares de registro de conhecimento. São tratadas as tecnologias já existentes (2015) e aquelas previstas em um horizonte de duas décadas. Por fim, o estudo propõe uma orquestração das tecnologias digitais, levando em conta as análises feitas, e chega à conclusão de que as tecnologias trarão um novo paradigma de como faremos a gestão do aprendizado pessoal através dos dispositivos e tecnologias digitais

台灣行動電子產品之市場擴散模式—由產業角度探討 / The Diffusion model of Mobile Electronic Product in Taiwan -To Discuss on Industry

本篇論文主要在探討台灣行動電子產品的市場擴散模式,以行動電話、筆記型電腦與PDA為例,來探討個別行動電子產品的產業發展概況。 ■ 行動電子產品的擴散模式,有以下的特性: 1. 在運用技術採用生命週期理論前,需要先注意本身產品的特性,如「易攜性與方便使用」、「具個人隨身資訊管理功能」、「具傳輸資料的通訊功能」、「具智慧型處理能力」,以瞭解會吸引何種潛在使用者。 2. 行動電子產品本身的可攜性、資料處理功能,皆吸引了第一區隔族群的早期使用者購買,因此行動電子產品的初期銷售皆呈現了一波看好。 3. 行動電子產品面臨的成長不連續,是由於產品本身的功能性已吸引第一區隔族群的早期使用者,因此可呈現一波成長。但因為產品的「可靠性」、「便利性」以及「價格」因素的問題,無法吸引早期大眾的青睞,讓產品本身的市場發展出現不連續的狀態。 4. 行動電話、筆記型電腦、PDA等,其在產品的功能性上皆可吸引早期使用者的購買,但在吸引早期大眾的購買上,還是以改良其操作介面、提高產品的穩定度來做著手。因此真正影響到潛在使用者購買產品的,決定性因素還是在於產品本身的特性,若產品的價格功能比達到潛在顧客的標準,以及其操作便利性容易,則會吸引潛在顧客的購買。外部環境的影響以及資訊擴散對於提升潛在使用者購買動機的影響較小,而是以將非潛在使用者進而轉變成為潛在使用者較有所幫助。而除了外部環境與資訊擴散外,產品本身功能的延伸也可以擴展潛在使用者的數量與族群。 5. 行動電子產品的主要兩個區隔族群:「商業人士」、「非商業人士」,早期使用者主要存在於商業人士中,而非商業人士則是以早期大眾、晚期大眾為主,因此要提升產品的銷售,可由鴻溝出現前的顧客需求與非商業人士的需求差異,作一比較,針對其中的產品特性差別作改善。 ■ 資料處理取向的筆記型電腦與通訊導向的行動電話在族群擴散時,不同點為: 1. 資料處理取向的筆記型電腦與PDA,由於其潛在顧客數量與族群本身就被資料處理、數位助理限制住,因此容易讓潛在顧客陷入成長的困境中。因此若要讓潛在顧客群的數量有大量的提升,則需要靠電腦教育的普及,以及網際網路的助益,才有辦法讓電腦使用人口提升,進而增加潛在使用者的數量。 2. 相較於通訊導向的行動電話,由於行動電話本身的通訊功能是大眾不可或缺的,因此其潛在顧客群規模本就比較大,發展的潛力也大了很多。 3. 除了潛在使用者的問題,筆記型電腦與行動電話本身的使用障礙也有很大的差異,筆記型電腦本身的視窗系統雖然越來越人性化,但其問題與安裝仍有進入障礙,不像行動電話的軟體系統上使用便利,因此其成長曲線呈現快速的成長。 4. 在資料處理與通訊功能結合下,將會產生無線數據傳輸的功能,而在這兩功能的族群交集下,由於於資料處理的族群數量有限,因此其潛在使用者可能不是無線通訊的使用者,而較可能為是同時使用兩種功能下的使用者,因此可考慮在此前提下進行族群的探討與發展。 / Since 1997, the mobile electronic products became more and more popular, including mobile phone, notebook computer, and PDA. Because of the revising of communication law in 1997, the wartime of the mobile phone industry came. More and more people in Taiwan started to pay attention to mobile phone, and cheaper and cheaper the price of mobile phone is. In this way, the mobile market in Taiwan grows very fast. The rate of popularity of mobile grew to 80+% in 2000. Since the price of notebook computer down in 1997, the sales of notebook became better. Beside the price down, the popular of Internet and Win95 system are the main reason of the growth of notebook market. Another mobile electronic product: PDA, will be the next star of mobile electronic product. That is why this thesis trys to discuess these three mobile electronic products. <Objectives> This thesis trys to investigate the growth of the market of mobile electronic product, including mobile phone, notebook computer and PDA. This thesis will discuss the diffusion model of mobile electronic product in Taiwan, including the diffusion of distinguish of customers, the model of each different product the same or not. The furthermore, this thesis still try to establish the common diffusion model of mobile electronic product. The main object of this thesis is: 1. The characteristic of mobile electronic product. 2. The develop model of each mobile electronic product market before the growth of discontinuity. 3. The reason of the discontinuous growth of each mobile electronic product. 4. The influence of product reformation, diffusion channels and environment on the diffusion of divisive customers. 5. To develop the common diffusion model of mobile electronic product by the characteristic. <Research Structure> This thesis is based on diffusion of innovation as the core and supported by the industry report. According the diffusion reports and book, a diffusion model should include four elements—environment, product characteristic, diffusion channel and divisive customers. The research structure is as follows: In this diffusion model, including four main elements—environment, product characteristic, diffusion channel and divisive customers, each one element effect on another one. The environment would affect the characteristic of product and diffusion channel and customer behavior. The characterisic of product will affect on the customer’s purchase desire. The diffusion channel will decide how many customers knowing the product, and the diffusion channel include two kinds of channel—production diffusion and information diffusion. <Case Choice> This thesis choose three mobile electionic product: 1. mobile phone 2. notebook computer 3. PDA <Research Methodology> This theris adopts the case study using industry report and in-depth managers and customers interviews. Before interviewing, the author has collected related data and the under-practicing data of every industry. <Case Analysis and Conclusions> 1. Before using ‘Technology Adoption Life Cycle’, we have to understand the characteristic of the mobile electronic product, in order to understand what kind of customer will be attracted. 2. The property of carrying and data processing of mobile electronic product will attract the early adopters of first division customers. 3. The discontinuous growth of the product is because of the incomplete of reliability, convenience and price, so the early majority don’t want to purchase the product. 4. To make the customer to purchase the product, the critical factor is the characteristic of the product. If the product has complete capability, the customers will have willing to buy. 5. The main two divisive customers is ‘business people’ and ‘not business people’. The most of the early adopters is included in first division, and the second division is mainly formed of early majority and later majority. If we want to know the difference between the demand of early adopters and early majoritys, we can know it by comparing the demand of first division with second division.

本研究以筆記型電腦產業為例,比較研究台灣與日本兩地的電腦產業結構、廠商之經營型態而合作關係。並且由五力分析、SWOT分析、價值鏈分析為分析工具。在五力分析的部分,從供應商、消費者、同業競爭者、潛在競爭者、替代品的構面,來探討台灣與日本廠商在面臨的因素,均衡狀態,配合環境的變動性發展前景等。皆下來在SWOT分析裡面找出整個筆記型電腦產業擁有的優勢、劣勢、機會而威脅,更深入瞭解台灣與日本廠商的現況,在該產業裡為了維持擁有競爭優勢,導出各產業要強化、改善的途徑。在價值鏈分析部分,引用台灣與日本之主要廠商的最近經營型態來舉例,仔細地瞭解而比較兩國廠商的經營方式。最後,並配合各分析的結果,直接進行訪問日台主要筆記型電腦廠商,經由深度訪談與深度蒐集研究的方式,套入產業結構之理論架構,會使得個案之研究更具完備性,找出未來台灣與日本筆記型電腦廠商間的合作關係。 因為筆記型電腦產業的變化非常快,五力、SWOT、價值鏈分析中的結構也隨著有變。本研究將環境之變化導入討論之中,使得產業研究更具動態的時效性,而盡量引用日本與台灣兩地的2000年第一季最新的資料,使得該研究具備動態效果。

本研究的目的是要探討筆記型電腦對壽險業者所產生的影響,以及,筆記 型電腦在使用上所可能發生的效益與問題,俾對業者宜否引進筆記型電腦 和引進時應注意之事項提出建議。整個研究所欲探討的四個核心問題為 :1.目前筆記型電腦在壽險業內的應用範疇為何? 2.壽險業者採用筆記型 電腦與否,是否受到其本身之特徵、所採策略以及外在環境的影響? 3.筆 記型電腦如何影響公司的營運? 4.筆記型電腦對壽險業者營運績效的影響 如何?本論文屬於探索性研究,旨在發展一些假設供後續研究者從事驗證 性研究,及對後續研究提供一些建議。本研究在研究方法上是採用單一個 案研究的方式進行。而分析層級包括公司整體、公司內之部門以及個人等 三層。採行的資料蒐集方法則有:1.次級資料蒐集。2.人員深入訪談。3. 記錄表施測。4.問卷施測。其中關於筆記型電腦影響壽險銷售績效之探討 ,係用準實驗設計─不相等實驗組設計組前測後測設計─並輔以共變數分 析 (ANCOVA)、卡方檢定、平均數和標準差等統計方法來處理。由於整個 研究涵括了非數量分析與數量分析,因此,實際上已對部分假設進行了初 步的驗證。研究結論如下:1.壽險業者因筆記型電腦成本降低與產業競爭 加劇,故考慮引進使用筆記型電腦。2.採用筆記型電腦的壽險業者的共同 點為:中小規模,銷售多類壽險產品、尋求業績快速成長,且面臨較強烈 之市場競爭及較低之顧客需求可預測性。3.筆記型電腦在壽險業內的應用 範疇,仍侷限於壽險銷售活動上。只能算是輔助壽險銷售的工具,適合於 較機械化的銷售步驟。4.筆記型電腦的使用方式會受到教育訓練的影響, 且長期使用筆記型電腦可能讓業務人員產生依賴,因而降低業務人員計算 保費的能力。5.筆記型電腦在提昇個人業績上之心理效果較實質效果更明 顯。此外,「專業導向」的業務人員比「關係導向」者,更傾向於攜帶筆 記型電腦去從事壽險銷售活動。6.筆記型電腦對個人的工作滿意度的作用 並不明顯,而且業務人員資訊(使用)滿意度的高低,主要是取決於管理 實務上之配合程度。綜合而言,筆記型電腦的影響層級主要是在「個人」 ,它對業務人員個人的心理建設和績效確有幫助。至於公司整體的表現方 面,則因仍會受到其它因素的影響,故其作用較不明顯。

雲端環境下台灣筆記型電腦代工業者轉型至平板電腦經營策略之探討 / A study of business transformation on Taiwanese ODMs - from notebook PC to tablet PC industry under cloud computing environment

台灣筆記型電腦代工廠商從1990年代開始,經過多年努力已經成為全球最重要的筆記型電腦代工業者,掌握超過90%的市場。然而近年代工廠商卻面臨低毛利,以及蘋果替代品和歐美市場景氣衝擊而腹背受敵以致出貨大幅下滑的困境。本研究希望藉由某個案A公司的立場,探討台灣筆記型電腦轉型平板電腦,如何在總體及產業環境下,藉由本身優劣勢的分析,配合環境的各種機會與威脅,建立一個創新而本身可以掌控的雲端運算生態體系,同時帶來相對獲利較佳的營運模式。 本研究透過檢視總體環境的雲端運算趨勢與全球英語的發展,以及分析筆記型電腦、平板電腦、印度軟體代工產業、以及蘋果iPad的商業模式等產業環境因素,整理出台灣筆記型電腦代工廠所面對的環境機會與威脅。透過對個案公司的各種內在優劣勢分析,作出以下對台灣筆記型電腦代工業者的策略建議: 1. 降低筆記型電腦代工比重,尤其是適度減少Ultrabook投入,以挪出資源給新產品。 2. 增加伺服器等相關產品線的投入,轉型為雲端硬體供應商。 3. 發展在雲端運算與相關生態體系業者的合作夥伴關係,包括與印度軟體代工業者的合作。 4. 選擇平板電腦適合的行業用產業,先從小範圍的行業用雲端運算,例如雲端英語教學,作為培養實力與經驗的起點,藉以熟悉雲端運算的商業模式,同時尋求保持良好的營運利潤水準。 / After 20 years of endeavor, Taiwanese notebook PC, or Laptop, ODMs have gained more than 90% of world share in terms of annual notebook PC shipment. However, these ODMs have been facing detrimental challenges which the profit margin is getting slimmer, and even worse is their customers have been losing markets due to both the world economy downturn, and severe challenges from Apple’s so-called “iDevice” since 2010. Through the approach the case study of a notebook PC ODM who is diversifing from notebook PC to tablet PC industry, and through SWOT analysis, I hope to figure out some feasible solution to bail the ODMs out with some innovative and profitable business models. By scrutinizing the trends of Cloud Computing and Global English under the macro environment, and the current industry status of notebook PC, tablet PC, Indian software ODMs, Apple’s iPad and its business model, we intend to figure out the overall opportunities and threats from the macro environment for the notebook PC ODMs who are keen to diversify into tablet PC field. Also, through the research to identify the internal strengths and weakness of the case company, the summary and suggestion to Taiwanese notebook PC ODMs are as follows: 1. Lower the percentage of notebook PC lines among their products portfolio. Ultrabook is not suggested to have heavy investment on. 2. Allocate sufficient resources to develop cloud-related equipments such as servers and tablet PCs. 3. Develop the crirical compentence set which are necessary for Cloud Computing, through the close partnership with major ecosystem participating companies. The cooperation between Taiwanese hardware ODMs and Indian software ODMs are highly recommended. 4. Start with one small but manageable ecosystem, such as English teaching through cloud, and get familiar with the business model and ways of sustaining profits.

L'objectif de mon travail de thèse était de développer des outils bio informatiques permettant d'améliorer la traditionnelle gestion de l'information scientifique au sein d'un grand centre de recherche et en particulier au sein d'une plateforme de génomique. Trois outils ont été développés: un cahier de laboratoire électronique, un système de gestion de l'information de laboratoire pour des applications de génomique dont le séquençage de nouvelle génération, ainsi qu'un système de gestion des échantillons pour de grandes bio-banques. Ce travail a été réalisé en étroite collaboration avec des biologistes, épidémiologistes et informaticiens. Il a également inclus la mise en place d'interactions entre les différents outils pour former un système informatique intégré. Les trois outils ont été rapidement adoptés par l'ensemble des scientifiques du centre de recherche et sont désormais utilisés au quotidien pour le suivi de toutes les activités de laboratoire mais aussi plus globalement pour les autres activités scientifiques du centre de recherche. Ces outils sont transposables dans d'autres instituts de recherche / The aim of my thesis work was to develop bioinformatics tools to improve the traditional scientific information management within a large research centre and especially within a genomics platform. Three tools have been developed: an electronic laboratory notebook, a laboratory information management system for genomics applications including next generation sequencing, as well as a sample management system for large biobanks. This work has been conducted in close collaboration with biologists, epidemiologists and IT specialists. It has also included the setup of interactions between the different tools to make an integrated IT system. The three tools have been rapidly adopted by all the scientists of the research centre and are now daily used for the tracking of all the laboratory’s activities but also more globally for the research centre’s other scientific activities. These tools are transposable in other research institutes

L’écriture de soi relève d’un genre littéraire difficilement définissable, mais qui est pourtant issu d’une longue tradition mettant en scène les différentes modalités d’approche du soi et de l’œuvre. La publication de carnets personnels remplis par des auteurs et des autrices d’envergure témoigne du rôle capital que joue cette pratique de l’intime au niveau de l’élaboration d’une pensée. Néanmoins, les études littéraires tendent à négliger l’importance de cette forme d’écriture dans une perspective de transformation de la psychè par l’écrit. Simone Weil, philosophe et mystique française du XXe siècle, a marqué de son empreinte le genre du carnet. Les nombreux cahiers personnels qu’elle a légués à la postérité illustrent une construction au présent d’un esprit riche et vivant qui associe la réflexion intellectuelle à l’autodiscipline. Le présent mémoire propose notamment de mettre en lumière le rôle fondamental du carnet dans le processus créatif de la philosophe. Cet angle d’analyse viendra ainsi éclairer de façon nouvelle les études portant sur l’œuvre weilienne. Ce mémoire s’ouvrira par une Introduction qui revient sur la tradition de la pratique du carnet en Occident dont s’imprègne Weil. Depuis l’Antiquité grecque, l’écriture personnelle s’articule autour des exercices de soi, dans un souci de perfectionnement spirituel. Cette approche est particulièrement visible avec la forme des hypomnêmata – des notes prises – introduite par les écoles philosophiques gréco-romaines, puis prolongées dans les pratiques monacales du christianisme primitif qui privilégient le sacrifice de soi. Une fois ce contexte bien établi, le corps du mémoire abordera plus spécifiquement le corpus des carnets weiliens. Dans un premier chapitre, une présentation de la vie et de l’œuvre de l’intellectuelle sera donnée, à la suite duquel plusieurs thématiques propres aux carnets feront l’objet d’une analyse. Il s’agira tout d’abord de s’intéresser au dressage de soi au moyen de l’écriture personnelle. Cette conscience de soi maintenue par le carnet me mènera à interroger la part du subjectif dans l’appréhension du monde chez la philosophe. Le regard sur l’extérieur me conduira ensuite à traiter de la riche intertextualité des carnets weiliens. Après m’être ainsi intéressée aux récits littéraires, je porterai enfin mon attention sur l’influence de l’expérience intérieure dans le concept de décréation développé par Weil. Le rôle particulier de l’écrit dans le processus d’inspiration sera souligné à ce stade. Cette étude propose en somme d’appréhender la pensée de la philosophe au prisme de l’écriture de soi. Elle permet également d’ouvrir la réflexion sur un enjeu plus large : le rôle de l’écriture personnelle dans la construction du sujet et de sa psychè, ainsi que les différentes approches faisant du carnet un véritable compagnon de vie de l’écrivaine. / Self-writing has come to constitute a literary genre which is difficult to define yet is part of a long tradition offering writers various means and methods of approaching their own psyche and body of work. The publication of personal notebooks written by major authors indeed demonstrates the crucial role played by this intimate practice in the elaboration of intellectual systems. Literary studies have nevertheless tended to neglect the transformational impact of this specific form of writing. Simone Weil, a French mystic and philosopher of the 20th century, has particularly enriched the genre of self-writing. The numerous notebooks she wrote show the construction of a deep and vivid mind that associates intellectual creation with strong self-discipline. The present master’s thesis will aim at highlighting the fundamental role of the notebook within the creative process of this philosopher. Such a perspective should shed new light on certain aspects of the academic literature dedicated to Weil’s works. The Introduction of this thesis offers an overview of the Western tradition of personal notebooks, which exerted a vast influence on Weil’s writings. Since Greek antiquity, writing in the first person has been an important part of self-improvement exercises, aimed at spiritual perfection. This approach is particularly visible in the hypomnêmata – taking of notes – introduced by Greek and Roman philosophical schools and developed in early Christian monastic practices focused on self-sacrifice. Once this context has been established, the main body of the thesis will focus more specifically on Weil’s notebooks. A first chapter will present her life and works, which will then allow for a focus on certain themes present in her personal writing. I will begin by focusing on self- mastery through means of writing in the first person. Next, I will analyse the importance of subjectivity in this philosopher’s worldview, before dealing with the rich intertextuality of Weil’s notebooks. Finally, I will deal with the influence of Weil’s personal experience on her own concept of décréation. The importance of writing in the inspiration process will be of particular interest in this final chapter. The main objective of this thesis is to analyse Weil’s writings through the lens of self-writing. It additionally aims at broadening analytical perspectives on the importance of personal writing in the construction of self and insisting on the role of the notebook as a life companion for the writer.

The use of notebooks in mathematics instruction. What is manageable? What should be avoided? A field report after 10 years of CAS-application

Computer Algebra Systems (CAS) have been changing the mathematics instruction requirements for many years. Since the tendency of using CAS in mathematics instruction has been rising for decades and reports have often been positive, the implementation of notebook classes seems to be the consequent next step of mathematics instruction supported by computers. Experiences that have been made with the use of CAS in PC-rooms can be transformed directly into the classroom. Hence the use of CAS is no longer limited to certain rooms. The permanent availability of the notebook with installed CAS offers the chance to realize these concepts that have already been approved with the use of CAS so far. The following speech shall show what these concepts could look like and that the use of notebooks is not only the further development of teaching in PC-classes. Examples from personal experience in teaching will especially show meanders and thought-provoking impulses in order to support teachers finding their way into teaching mathematics instruction in notebook classes successfully. Please allow me to point out two things in the beginning: (1) Yes, I am a vehement supporter of the use of notebooks (and the use of CAS in particular) in mathematics instruction. (2) No, I do not believe that teachers who have chosen another path (or at least partly) are teaching badly.

本研究主要透過調查法,以ASUS與SONY筆記型電腦為例,以「品牌屬性」為自變數,「信心」與「抵抗性」做為中介變數、「個人因素」為調節變數,探討其對依變數「品牌共鳴」的影響,藉由比較台灣自創品牌與國外品牌在品牌共鳴的表現上是否有差異之處,造成差異的關鍵因素為何?期望協助台灣企業找出自己的品牌之路,站上國際舞台。 本研究主要的研究目的有三:(1) 探討影響「品牌共鳴」程度高低的主要原因;(2)探討消費者對品牌屬性重要性的認知,是否會影響其信心和抵抗性,進而影響到品牌共鳴;(3)探討個人因素對品牌共鳴的影響。 研究結果發現:(1) 在筆記型電腦產業,功能性與情感性屬性皆會影響信心,但唯有情感性屬性對抵抗性有影響。(2)情感性屬性是影響筆記型電腦品牌共鳴的關鍵因素。(3) 自我表現消費動機、性別差異對筆記型電腦使用者的信心沒有影響。(4)「自我表現消費動機高者」與「產品知識高者」社群感最強。(5) 筆電族群中,若欲加強重視情感性屬性之消費者之信心,要從產品知識下手。

由購買動機、品牌形象探討顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度關係-以日本UMPC品牌KJS為例 / Through purchase motivation, brand image to research on the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty relationship─A case study of UMPC-KJS brand

本研究以日本UMPC超級行動電腦品牌KJS為例,探討「消費者購買動機」、「品牌形象」與「顧客滿意度」、「顧客忠誠度」間之關係及影響因素,以期提供小型可攜式電腦產業及UMPC品牌業者行銷策略與品牌發展之參考。 本研究採問卷調查與深度訪談方式進行研究,問卷調查方面,共取得267份有效問卷,並運用敘述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、相關分析與迴歸分析,將資料進行統計分析及獲得假設驗證;深度訪談方面,共進行兩次的深度訪談,藉由訪談專業人士,探索個案品牌行銷策略與產品規劃。 研究結果得知,消費者對個案品牌產品之滿意度,受人口統計變項中之性別、年齡、教育程度及擁有可攜電腦數量等變項之影響;而消費者對個案品牌產品之忠誠度,不受人口統計變項的影響。此外,消費者對個案品牌產品之滿意度,受消費者購買動機及品牌形象部分變項的影響;而消費者對個案品牌產品之忠誠度,也受消費者購買動機及品牌形象部分變項的影響。整體而言,個案品牌產品顧客滿意度之高低,會影響顧客忠誠度之高低,且呈現正相關。 針對目前個案及市場現狀,在產品方面,建議個案可再加強宣傳觸控螢幕及產品娛樂功能的開發,品牌方面則是不論從問卷資料及訪談資料中,均顯示出KJS在台灣市場擁有很好的品牌形象,因此應以此為品牌核心價值,專注於原本的利基市場,雖然可以視市場狀況延伸產品系列,然不宜投入過多資源進入低價市場,與低價小筆電作正面廝殺,而應作適當區隔。 / This research aims at discussing the relationships among purchase motivation, brand image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and the influence factors of the four dimensions through a case study of UMPC-KJS brand in order to provide reference of marketing strategies and brand development for netbook and UMPC industry. This research used a questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to study. With regard to questionnaire survey, 267 valid samples were obtained by stratifies sampling. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis. Besides, through in-depth interview with two professionals in this field to explore the marketing strategies and production planning of KJS brand. According to the results of this research, the customer satisfaction could be influenced by the demographics varieties from sex, age, education level and the number that one customer has, however, the customer loyalty could not be influenced by the demographics varieties. Besides, not only customer satisfaction but customer loyalty could be influenced by part factors of purchase motivation and brand image. Finally, customer loyalty gets higher if customers are satisfied. According to the present condition of the netbook market, there are some suggestions to KJS brand. First, KJS is proposed to focus on the development of touch-screen and entertainment features. Second, since KJS has a very good brand image in Taiwan, this should be the core values of the brand and KJS should focus on this original niche market. It’s necessary to make some market segmentation from other netbook brand.
