What is this social practice called swing? What good is consumed in a swing club? During dynamic ritual that happens in the club, what are the social markers hyperbolized/subverted by the public? And which are triggered by these subjects as a way to distinguish between them? These questions were answered through an ethnography, or participant observation. This insertion in my field is problematic in the first chapter, after a first look at swing practice. Ethnography also includes flyers of parties as well as elements found on the club website - themes of the second chapter - used mainly to think they are the speeches that the creators of the house have about the place and practice. Finally, it brought the uses that subjects make the club, the native categories - permeated by social tags - and their performances. / Este trabalho visa analisar a articulação entre consumo e marcas sociais da diferença em um clube de swing da cidade de Goiânia. O que é esta prática social chamada swing? Que bem é consumido em um clube de swing? Durante a dinâmica ritual que acontece no clube, quais são os marcadores sociais hiperbolizados/subvertidos pelo público? E quais são acionados por estes sujeitos como forma de distinção entre si? Tais perguntas foram respondidas por meio da etnografia, ou seja, a observação participante. Esta minha inserção em campo é problema-tizada no primeiro capítulo, após um primeiro olhar sobre a prática do swing. A etnografia também inclui flyers de festas, bem como elementos encontrados no site do clube - temas do segundo capítulo – usados, sobretudo, para pensar como são os discursos que os idealizadores da casa têm a respeito do lugar e da prática. Por último, são trazidos os usos que os sujeitos fazem do clube, as categorias nativas – permeadas por marcas sociais – e suas performances.

It binds to sexuality and human sexual practices, in this sense, it is related to the privacy of the human being, besides being a conscious practice of the imagination and of the human desire. Eroticism is one of the features that differ animal and human. So, in eroticism, there is the awakening of desire, constructed from the subtlety of the bodies presentation, allowing arise, at that moment, interest in pleasure. Under the vision of eroticism, we will analyze the work Diana Hunter, written by Marcia Denser, in which the main character is a woman who experiences sexual adventures, since the focus is to give and receive sexual pleasure. In this work, the central subject is sexuality and female identity, which are addressed through heterosexualmeetings of pure eroticism. Therefore, the eroticism is essential to the reflection on Denser´s narrative and is necessary to understand how it is used by the author to think how the phallocentric ideal interfere in female sexual desire and how Denser uses sexuality and desire as a female liberating, besides dicussing an ideology that pleasure is restricted to men, since, by social conventions, the male figure is linked to the representation of power and dominance and female figure is related to the inferiority, devoted to women. Thus, the erotic language is a facet used by the writer to propose changes in the woman´s posture in the midst of a prejudiced society. We will analyze, from concepts of eroticism, the relations built up between this and the assertation of identity of the women in the narrative, because it is through erotic aesthetic that Marcia Denser introduces a discourse of identity assertation in which the expressions of the body, of the sexuality and of the female desire are addressed. The theoretical framework is basea on the concepts of: Octavio Paz (1994), Jesus Antônio Durigan (1986), Lúcia Castelo Branco (2004), Michel Foucault (1982; 2001), Georges Bataille (1987), Sarane Alexandrian (1993), Anthony Giddens (1993), Glaydson Silva (2003), Mary Del Priore (2011), Marina Colassanti (1997), Simonde de Beauvoir (1967), Miclelle Perrot (2003), Stuart Hall (2006)among others. / O erotismo é uma variação da atividade sexual humana que vai além do contato físico. Vincula-se à sexualidade e às práticas sexuais humanas, está relacionado à privacidade do homem, além de ser uma prática consciente da imaginação e do desejo. O erotismo, portanto, é uma das características que diferem o humano do animal. Assim, no erotismo há o despertar do desejo, construído a partir da sutileza da apresentação dos corpos, permitindo surgir, nesse instante, o interesse pelo prazer. Sob a ótica do erotismo, analisaremos a obra Diana Caçadora, da autora Márcia Denser (1986), em que a personagem principal é uma mulher que vivencia aventuras sexuais, posto que o foco é dar e receber prazer. Nessa obra, o tema central é a sexualidade e a identidade feminina, que são abordadas por meio de encontros heterossexuais de puro erotismo. Sendo assim, o erotismo é essencial para se refletir sobre a narrativa de Denser. É necessário entender como ele é empregado pela autora para se pensar como o ideal falocêntrico interfere no desejo sexual feminino e como Denser utiliza a sexualidade e o desejo como forma de libertação feminina. Destarte, a linguagem erótica é uma faceta utilizada pela escritora para propor a reflexão sobre a condição feminina. Analisaremos, a partir de conceitos sobre erotismo, as relações que se estabelecem entre este e a afirmação identitária da mulher na obra, haja vista que é através da estética erótica que Márcia Denser instaura um discurso de afirmação identitária em que as expressões do corpo, da sexualidade e do desejo feminino são abordadas. The intention was to reflect about childhoods and their dynamics in terms of sexuality and gender, using film as a stimulus for discussions. The movie Tomboy (2011) was chosen as the object of study and mediation of this research. To dialogue with that film, students of a drama school and, in comparison, students of two elementary schools were invited, all of the schools located at Setor Pedro Ludovico, south area of Goiânia. The film deals with issues of gender and sexuality from the point of view of the main character who is a child. This process of exhibitions and discussions was aimed at stimulating the participants to reflect on how they interpreted the events that the main character deals with and give them an opportunity to express their opinions about similar situations in their daily lives. In addition it was intended to observe whether there was and which were the differences between the perceptions of a film reception experiment in school environment and in another one that encourages a more active stance by the participants. / Essa pesquisa propõe um estudo antropológico, a partir da análise da recepção fílmica, com grupos de crianças e adolescentes, de uma obra cinematográfica que aborda crianças que lidam com questões sobre gênero e sexualidade. A intenção foi a de refletir sobre as infâncias e suas dinâmicas em termos de sexualidade e gênero, tomando o cinema como vetor das discussões. Como objeto de estudo e mediação desta pesquisa foi escolhido o filme Tomboy (2011) e, para dialogar com tal filme, alunos/as de uma escola de teatro e, em comparação, alunos/as de duas escolas de ensino fundamental, todas elas localizadas no Setor Pedro Ludovico, na região sul de Goiânia. O filme trata de questões de gênero e sexualidade do ponto de vista da personagem principal, que é uma criança. Com esse processo de exibições e discussões, objetivou-se levantar reflexões por parte dos/as participantes sobre como eles/as interpretaram as situações pelas quais a personagem principal passa e dar a abertura para que opinassem a respeito de situações semelhantes em seus cotidianos. Além de observar se há e quais são as diferenças encontradas entre as percepções de uma experiência de recepção fílmica realizada em ambiente escolar e outra realizada em um ambiente que incentiva posturas mais ativas por parte dos/as participantes.

By understanding that sexuality is inherent in the human condition and accompanies us everywhere , the school is presented as an institutional sphere of development that mediates scientific knowledge and common sense promoting social change and horizontalizing topics such as sexuality in a systematic way , based by scientific knowledge. It became the general objective : To analyze representations of students and high school teachers of Parintins -AM school about sexuality at school. Specific objectives : to know who are the actors involved in the school context ; characterize representations of students and teachers about the sexuality of visibility of the process in the target schools; analyze sexuality representations in the school context studied. Adopted the vision of man proposed by Vygotsky (2007), which deals with human development from socio-historical assumptions. Therefore, this study is organized in three (03) chapters. In the first chapter, we present a theoretical foundation of the themes Sexuality, Education and the National Curriculum Parameters (PCNs) - Sexual Orientation, highlighting the relationship between them. In the second chapter we will highlight the methodological path followed for the purposes of research, which was carried out with twenty-six (26) students-eight (08) teachers who expressed and nodded participation in research as well as the authorization of their parents, where they needed. All participants were part of the high school program at a state school in the city of Parintins. The research sets up qualitative and quantitative techniques used in this study as literature, observation and his record in the field diaries and questionnaire. The closed questions of the questionnaire were tabulated in Excel, transformed into pie charts and analyzed qualitatively, to display a whole. Open questions suffer transcribed , with adjustments to the Portuguese mistakes, being used in the discussion of the data. Finally , in the third chapter , we point and describe the search results , which indicate that it is necessary to know the representations produced in the school to promote education with higher quality and dignity , by strengthening the universal values of respect for human beings , combating forms of prejudice and discrimination , enabling the formation of individuals who can contribute to a better world through critical reflection on issues beyond the disciplines regarded as mandatory. / Esta pesquisa se propôs analisar as representações atribuídas à sexualidade por professores/as e estudante, atuantes na sala de aula de uma escola estadual na cidade de Parintins- AM, refletindo sobre o Parâmetro Curricular Nacional – Transversal: Orientação Sexual. Por entender que a sexualidade é inerente a condição humana e nos acompanha em todos os lugares, a escola se apresenta como uma esfera institucional de desenvolvimento que media saberes científico e de senso comum promovendo transformações sociais e transversalizando temas como a sexualidade de forma sistematizada, fundamentado pelo conhecimento científico. Tomou-se como objetivo geral: Analisar representações de estudantes e professores do ensino médio de uma escola de Parintins-AM sobre sexualidade na escola. Como objetivos específicos: conhecer quem são os atores sociais envolvidos no contexto escolar; caracterizar representações de estudantes e professores sobre o processo da visibilidade da sexualidade na escola alvo; analisar representações da sexualidade no contexto escolar estudado. Adotou-se a visão de homem proposta por Vygotsky (2007), que trata do desenvolvimento humano a partir de pressupostos sócio-históricos. Para tanto, o referido estudo está organizado em três (03) capítulos. No primeiro capítulo, apresentaremos uma fundamentação teórica a respeito dos temas Sexualidade, Educação e Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCNs) – Orientação Sexual, destacando a relação entre os mesmos. No segundo capítulo destacaremos o percurso metodológico traçado para a realização dessa pesquisa, a qual foi realizada com vinte e seis (26) estudantes e oito (08) professores, que manifestaram e assentiram a participação na pesquisa, bem como a autorização de seus pais, nos casos que necessitaram. Todos os participantes faziam parte do curso de Ensino Médio de uma Escola Estadual na cidade de Parintins. A pesquisa configura-se quali-quanti com técnicas utilizadas nesse estudo como levantamento bibliográfico, a observação e seu registro nos diários de campo e questionário. As perguntas fechadas do questionário foram tabulados no excel, transformadas em gráficos de setores e analisadas qualitativamente, para visualização de um todo. As perguntas abertas foram transcritas, com ajustes aos erros de português, sendo utilizadas na discussão dos dados. Por fim, no terceiro capítulo, pontuamos e descreveremos os resultados da pesquisa, os quais sinalizam que se faz necessário conhecer as representações produzidas na escola para promover uma educação com mais qualidade e dignidade, através do fortalecimento dos valores universais de respeito ao ser humano, combatendo formas de preconceito e discriminação, possibilitando a formação de indivíduos que possam contribuir para um mundo melhor através de reflexões críticas sobre as temáticas para além das disciplinas tidas como obrigatórias.

Clarice Lispector (1920-1977), through the interior monologue, dives into the stream of consciousness of the protagonist Lori to reveal, through the untiring work with language, his love affair with Ulysses, which together construct their identities and the discovery of sexuality through the experiences throughout the novel. Lya Luft (1937 -) is a contemporary writer who brings up, in his fictional works, the problems and family ties of his time, through the most obscure labyrinths of the intimate life of the personages to find the guiding thread that unite them, through family ties and the problems resulting from a coexistence marked by isolation, death and madness. The objective is to analyze the trajectories that the personages thrash seeking to build and understand the sexuality among the family conflicts where they are inserted. The comparativism, as a methodology, is triggered to understand the relationship between the personages about the identity and erotic theme. The text is divided into three parts, namely: a) the paths of literary production of erotic nature and its literary value; b) the role of memory and identity in the construction of sexuality of the personages; and c) the presence of trauma as a catalyst instrument of transformation of the personages throughout the narrative. The dissertation is based on the theoretical support of identity and memory, in studies of literature and gender, among other studies and research related to trauma and violence. / A presente dissertação examina os percursos identitários das protagonistas dos romances Uma aprendizagem ou O livro dos prazeres, de Clarice Lispector, e As parceiras, de Lya Luft, pelo viés da pulsação erótica que se revela através da sexualidade nos textos tomados como corpus de análise. Clarice Lispector (1920-1977), através do monólogo interior, mergulha no fluxo da consciência da protagonista Lóri para desvendar, por meio do incansável trabalho com a linguagem, sua relação amorosa com Ulisses, que, juntos, constroem suas identidades e a descoberta da sexualidade através das experiências ao longo do romance. Lya Luft (1937 - ) é uma escritora contemporânea que traz à tona, em suas obras ficcionais, os problemas e os laços familiares do seu tempo, percorrendo os labirintos mais obscuros da vida íntima das personagens para encontrar o fio condutor que as unem, através dos laços familiares e dos problemas decorrentes de uma convivência marcada pelo isolamento, morte e loucura. O objetivo é analisar as trajetórias que as personagens trilham em busca de construir e entender a sexualidade em meio aos conflitos familiares em que estão inseridas. O comparativismo, como metodologia, é acionado para compreendermos a relação existente entre as personagens quanto à temática identitária e erótica. O texto está dividido em três partes, a saber: a) os percursos da produção literária de cunho erótico e o seu valor literário; b) o papel da memória e da identidade na construção da sexualidade das personagens; e c) a presença do trauma como instrumento catalisador de transformação das personagens ao longo da narrativa. A dissertação fundamenta-se no aporte teórico sobre identidade e memória, em estudos sobre literatura e gênero, entre outras pesquisas relacionadas a traumas e violência.

The participants answered a structured questionnaire (USDHHS – CDC, 1999) and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 17. Of the 1230 adolescents, 623 belonged to female and 607 male. Most of described them self-declared brown colored, nearly half declared evangelicals, with an income equal to or less than three minimum wages and living with the family. Most males practiced physical activity as an occupation or extracurricular activity, while the girls attended religious groups. On sexual behavior and use of contraception in first sexual intercourse excelled in males; more than half cited condom use at first intercourse with female predominance (G1: 76,2%; G2: 64,4%); the reason for not using condoms most cited by the boys did not expect/not bothered (G1: 68,0%, G2: 60,9%), while for girls it was the confidence in partner (G1: 60,0%; G2: 43,7%); more than half of the adolescents did not use any other method of contraception beyond condoms at first sexual intercourse; condom use at last intercourse was also cited by over half of adolescents, highlighting the boys (G2: 67,0%). Regarding the number of lifetime sexual partners, most boys reported having had more than two sexual partners, while girls only one partner, though they have reported more experience of pregnancy (G2: 9,4%). The most used and best known contraceptive was the condom, where boys use (G1: 86,5%; G2: 73,3%) and know (G1: 98,1%; G2: 100%) more than girls, unlike the "pill" had greater knowledge among adolescents (G1: 61,8%; G2: 89,6%); HIV/Aids was the best known DST. Alcohol was the most commonly used drug. The school, friends (as) and the parents were cited as sources of information about sexuality and friends and parents were cited as the people most talked about sexuality. In relation to access to health services for adolescents, more than half reported being user; sought more for doctor visits and immunization. A small portion had access to condoms, making the most bought in the pharmacy; another small portion had access to nursing consultation and sexual orientation. Given our results, it is necessary to the proper use of school space for the development of education programs for adolescent health, intended for students, parents and teachers through interdisciplinary activities between segments of health and education. / Estudo de corte transversal, analítico, realizado no período de Março de 2012 à Março de 2014 com adolescentes na idade de 12 a 18 anos estratificados em dois grupos etários, fase inicial – 12 a 14 anos (G1) e fases média e tardia – 15 a 18 anos (G2), matriculados em sete instituições da rede pública de ensino estadual e municipal no município de São Luís de Montes Belos – Goiás, com a finalidade de verificar os conhecimentos e comportamentos de risco em sexualidade entre os adolescentes. Os participantes responderam a um questionário padronizado (USDHHS – CDC, 1999) e os dados foram analisados pelo programa SPSS versão 17. Dos 1230 adolescentes, 623 pertencia ao sexo feminino e 607 masculino. A maioria se auto denominou de cor parda, aproximadamente a metade se declarou evangélicos, com renda igual ou inferior a três salários mínimos e que residiam com a família. A maior parte dos indivíduos do sexo masculino praticava atividade física como ocupação ou atividade extracurricular, enquanto as meninas participavam de grupos religiosos. Sobre os comportamentos sexuais e utilização de métodos contraceptivos, a sexarca sobressaiu no sexo masculino; mais da metade citou usar preservativo na sexarca com predomínio do sexo feminino (G1: 76,2%; G2: 64,4%); o motivo do não uso do preservativo mais citado pelos meninos foi que não esperava/não se preocupou (G1: 68,0%, G2: 60,9%), enquanto que para as meninas foi à confiança no parceiro (G1: 60,0%; G2: 43,7%); mais da metade dos adolescentes não utilizaram nenhum outro método de contraceptivo além do preservativo na sexarca; o uso do preservativo na última relação sexual também foi citado por mais da metade dos adolescentes, sobressaindo os meninos (G2: 67,0%). Em relação ao número de parceiros sexuais na vida, a maioria dos meninos relatou ter tido mais de dois parceiros sexuais, enquanto as meninas apenas um parceiro, apesar delas ter relatado mais experiência de gravidez (G2: 9,4%). O método contraceptivo mais utilizado e mais conhecido foi o preservativo masculino, onde os meninos utilizam (G1: 86,5%; G2: 73,3%) e conhecem (G1: 98,1%; G2: 100%) mais que as meninas, ao contrário da “pílula” que teve maior conhecimento entre as adolescentes (G1: 61,8%; G2: 89,6%); o HIV/Aids foi a DST mais conhecida. O álcool foi à droga mais consumida. A escola, os amigos (as) e os pais foram citados como as fontes de informações sobre sexualidade e os amigos e os pais foram citados como as pessoas com quem mais conversaram sobre sexualidade. Em relação ao acesso aos serviços de saúde dos adolescentes, mais da metade informou ser usuário; procuraram mais por consultas médicas e imunização. Uma pequena parcela teve acesso ao preservativo, fazendo com que a maioria comprasse na farmácia; outra pequena parcela teve acesso à consulta de enfermagem e a orientação sexual. Frente aos resultados obtidos, faz-se necessário a utilização apropriada do espaço escolar para o desenvolvimento de programas de educação para a saúde dos adolescentes, voltados para alunos, pais e professores por meio de ações interdisciplinares entre os segmentos da saúde e educação.

In these novels the author of line naturalist, described from his point of view social problems and moral inequities that affected the bourgeois family, and especially the role of women in that society that was in processing, for trying to consolidate the Cuban Republic. In that period, also the feminist movement Cuban was in accelerated development, taking among others issues such as the law of divorce for the political and social debate. For the viability of this work were needed other reviews such as sexuality, as explored in novels, and the feminist movement in the period in which the author wrote the works. Accordingly, the objective of this work is discussing, along with other issues, as the author, through his works, intended to give greater social orientation to its target audience, namely, women belonging to the Cuban bourgeoisie, which were also the party the feminist movement. / Este trabalho tem por finalidade identificar e analisar Identidade de Gênero na literatura cubana de Miguel de Carrión entre o período de 1895 a 1919, nas obras Las Honradas, de 1917, e Las Impuras, de 1919. Nestes romances o autor de linha naturalista, descreveu do seu ponto de vista os problemas sociais e morais que afetavam a família burguesa e, sobretudo, o papel da mulher nessa sociedade que estava em transformação devido à tentativa de consolidação da República Cubana. Também nesse período, o movimento feminista cubano estava em franco desenvolvimento levando dentre outros, assuntos como a lei do divórcio para o debate político e social. Para a viabilidade deste trabalho foram necessárias outras análises tais como a sexualidade, tão exploradas nos romances, bem como o movimento feminista no período em que o autor escreve as obras. Neste sentido o objetivo deste trabalho é discutir junto a outras temáticas como o autor através de suas obras tinha como intuito maior dar uma orientação social à seu público alvo, ou seja, as mulheres pertencentes à burguesia cubana, que eram também as adeptas do movimento feminista.

In other words, blogs that use the word crossdresser in their headline and/or in their content description. These blogs, that are mainly used as virtual diaries, are propagators of opinion, virtual contents that go beyond text, the usage of words. They propagate ideas also by images, pictures, videos and audio. It was pursued the understanding of what the crossdressing practice is to these bloggers through the analysis of pictoric and textual elements, also observing which categories would come up through their speech and dress-up. For this research , the blogs to be analyzed were chosen by means of common internet research tools, focusing on the first results presented. It were intended, through the reading and analysis of these blogs, written by crossdressers, or by authors that use that category as the blog’s justification, to approach behaviors that evidence what people so-called crossdressers do when they evoke this category. In other words, what people do when they announce to be involved with the practice. It was concluded by means of this analysis that there is a heterogeneity in the understanding of the practice that involves differences when dressing up, and also, differences in the way of perceiving and experience the practice. / Este trabalho compreende a análise de blogs tidos como crossdressers, ou seja, que usam a palavra crossdresser em seus títulos e/ou em suas descrições de conteúdo. Estes blogs, que funcionam primariamente como diários virtuais, são propagadores de opiniões, de conteúdos virtuais que extrapolam o texto, as palavras. Propagam ideias também através de imagens, fotos, vídeos e áudios. Buscou-se através da análise de elementos pictóricos e textuais, entender o que é a prática crossdresser para est@s blogueir@s, observando também quais seriam as categorias acionadas através de seus discursos e montagens. Para este trabalho, foram escolhidos os blogs a serem analisados através de mecanismos de busca comuns na internet, tratando na análise os blogs que fossem anunciados primeiro. Pretendeu-se, através da leitura e análise destes blogs escritos por crossdressers ou de autor@s que fazem uso desta categoria como justificativa do blog, abordar comportamentos que evidenciem o que as pessoas que se dizem crossdressers fazem quando acionam a categoria, ou seja, quando anunciam estar praticando o crossdressing. Conclui-se através da análise que há uma heterogeneidade no entendimento da prática, que envolve diferenças na montagem e também forma de percebê-la e vivenciá-la.

Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento CientÃfico e TecnolÃgico / Esse trabalho interpela as performances realizadas por transformistas, travestis e drag queens que tÃm lugar nas boates gay de Fortaleza, mais especificamente na boate Divine, localizada no Centro da cidade. Nelas, a definiÃÃo binÃria macho- masculino e fÃmea-feminino à desestruturada, acarretando em configuraÃÃes de gÃnero que podem ser consideradas, por muitos, abjetas. No intuito de problematizÃ-las, realizou-se uma discussÃo sobre a construÃÃo dos padrÃes naturalizantes de gÃnero e sexualidade a partir de teorias que os desconstrÃem, a exemplo dos estudos queer. Uma etnografia dos espaÃos onde essas performances acontecem foi feita por meio de um diÃlogo com a Antropologia Urbana, dentro de um recorte temporal que compreende a primeira metade da dÃcada de 70 atà os dias atuais. As narrativas biogrÃficas de performers e outras pessoas que exercem importantes papÃis nesse contexto contribuem para o entendimento da relevÃncia dos espetÃculos trans tambÃm nas singularidades de cada experiÃncia. Por fim, questiona-se o alcance subversivo e/ou legitimador dessas performances. / This paper interpellates the performances of transformists, transvestites and drag queens in the gay nightclubs of Fortaleza, more specifically, the nightclub Divine, located in the city downtown. In such places, the binary definition of male-masculine and female-feminine is deconstructed, bringing gender configurations that can be considered by many people as abjects. Willing to critically approach this theme, a discussion was initially made about the naturalizing construction standards of gender and sexuality through theories that deconstruct these very standards, as the queer studies, for example. The relation of the capital city of Cearà with those establishments that carry out this kind of spectacles dialogues with the Urban Anthropology, in a time interval that initiates in the beginning of the seventies and goes until the current days. The biographical narratives of performers and other people who exert important functions in this context also contribute to the understanding of the range the âtrans spectaclesâ in the singularities of each experience. Finally, the aspects of subversion and/or legitimacy of these performances is questioned.

For this research some theorists that discuss questions about gender and sexuality will support us, they are, them, namely: Butler (2008), Facco (2004), Zinani (2006), Louro (2008), Foucault (1979; 1997; 1998), and others who in one way or another discuss the subjects of gender and sexuality in the context of cultural studies. / Os discursos acerca das identidades (homo) sexuais têm criado uma infinidade significativa de debates em torno das questões concernentes a própria noção de identidade que, por si só, já é uma questão complexa na contemporaneidade; por outro lado, tem-se discutido bastante o lugar de pertença das chamadas minorias culturais num mundo em que ainda não se aprendeu o suficiente a conviver com a diversidade. Nesse contexto, portanto, das discussões em torno das diferenças culturais e, em particular, as diferenças sexuais, nos propomos a investigar, em trabalho de dissertação de Mestrado, na linha de pesquisa Estudos Socioculturais pela Literatura , a representação homoerótica feminina na obra As Traças (2005), da escritora paulista Cassandra Rios, com o objetivo de investigar o percurso de construção da subjetividade da personagem Andréa. Para tanto, nos inquietamos com a questão em torno de como se constrói essa subjetividade e como ela se inscreve na linguagem homoerótica de forma a possibilitar à personagem protagonista Andréa visibilidade social, cultural e, principalmente, sexual. Dessa maneira, a autora constrói sem meias palavras o percurso/jornada de sua personagem protagonista e o faz mostrando a dura trajetória de afirmação de uma identidade vista pelos demais membros da sociedade como diferente , desviante , patológica . Para essa pesquisa alguns teóricos que discutem questões acerca dos gêneros e sexualidades nos apoiarão, são eles, a saber: Butler (2008), Facco (2004), Zinani (2006), Louro (2008), Foucault (1979; 1997; 1998), entre outros que de uma forma ou de outra discutem as questões de gêneros e sexualidades no âmbito dos estudos culturais.
