Duchovní hudba Johanna Sebastiana Bacha / Church Music of Johann Sebastian Bach

Staňková, Eva January 2012 (has links)
Annotation: Málková, Eva. Church Music of Johann Sebastian Bach. Prague: Hussite Theological Faculty, Charles University, 2012. Thesis. The aim of this thesis is to introduce church music of Johann Sebastian Bach and its theological announcement. By looking up and appraising musical-theological elements at Bach's work this thesis brings near to the reader the theological, philosophical and mystic thinking of Bach. By pre-understanding and complexity of perception of Bach's church music is possible to see deep sense and aim of artist's work. In the first (theoretical) part I am engaged in systems of thinking that could Bach's church work influence. Then I am specifying the pieces that are supposed to be church music. In the second (practical) part I am looking for musical- theological elements that could Bach be influenced with. By researching of Bach's artistic style I am trying to find correlation of musical and theological contents and I am trying to point out that the message of Bach's church work is relevant.

Zlo jako privatio boni podle Augustina Aurelia a Carla Gustava Junga / Evil as privatio boni in the works of Aurelius Augustinus and Carl Gustav Jung

Malý, Jakub January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with the question of evil as privatio boni according to the teachings of Augustine of Hippo and the conception of evil in the work of Carl Gustav Jung who denied this Augustine's teachings. In the thesis I analyze attitudes that adopt both thinkers to categories of good and evil in relation to impacts of their conceptions on understanding of God, self-understanding of man, of his life, death and salvation, further of the relation of God and man and the human moral responsibility before God and society. Augustine maintains that evil is an absence of good, but Jung thinks that the reality is put together from the balance of good and evil. Their attitudes I scarify with the aid of the secondary literature and the explanation of that biblical places that both thinkers refer to.

[en] THE CHRISTIAN MEETING AS SACRAMENT OF THE DIVINE PLAN OF SALVATION: LITURGICAL ASSEMBLY THEOLOGY / [pt] A REUNIÃO CRISTÃ COMO SACRAMENTO DO DESÍGNIO DIVINO DE SALVAÇÃO: TEOLOGIA DA ASSEMBLEIA LITÚRGICA

GUSTAVO CORREA COLA 17 December 2013 (has links)
[en] People gathered under a common religious belief, to the exercise of any cultic activity, is a recurring fact in various religious traditions. For Christianity, however, the meeting of the Christians reaches a very particular significance and a special responsibility. It is the sacrament – an evocative sign and, at the same time, experience of what is evoked – of salvation. Its reality is so ingrained into the net of the salvific event, it cannot be considered separately, nor is it truly known by a reason closed to the possibilities of faith. Then, this dissertation proposes to pursue and develop the indications that point to a theology of the liturgical assembly, considering the place that has been destined to the assembleal reality. The approach of our research is historical-saving and sacramental: bringing together elements of biblical theology and liturgical ecclesiology, connected by incursions into historical context, our work shows the assembly as the mysterical place where is revealed and consummated the divine plan of salvation. Celebrating the memorial of Christ’s Passover and the other signs of the Paschal Mystery, the assembly expresses and confirms its sacramental and priestly, ministry and participative, historical and eschatological condition. Answers, finally, the Trinity’s call, blown in creation, verbalized in Sinai and embodied in Christ.

[en] THE MEMORIAL: CONTINUATION OF THE REDEMPTIVE WORK OF JESUS CHRIST / [pt] O MEMORIAL: CONTINUAÇÃO DA OBRA REDENTORA DE JESUS CRISTO

CELIO DA SILVEIRA CALIXTO FILHO 23 January 2015 (has links)
[en] Among the elements of Christian liturgy, the memorial has main importance, since it actualizes the divine actions through the history of salvation, bringing today its redeeming force, and opens a perspective of future to the participants of the cult. The memorial is deeply linked to Gods alliance with Abraham and his descendants, which reaches its most important step with Jesus Christ. The next point is verified in the sacramental realities, in which the faithful community experiences salvation. Going through economy of salvation, it is possible to notice the memorial as continuing the redemption of Christ, the only universal redeemer.

NELSON CELIO DE MESQUITA ROCHA 13 August 2007 (has links)
[en] The scientific Works Creation and Salvation-A study theological affirmation of the Creation and Salvation under the dínamis of the Spirit, according to Pierre Gisel is divided in four way chapters according the following methodological structure. The first chapter discourses concerning the presuppositions of the problem, focusing the problem that involves a theological approach, with the difficulties of a relational reflection. They are treated the articulations that contributed and they still contribute to a certain dissociation between creation and salvation, in the breast of the Christianity. Interpretations dualists did that the Christianity took another direction, going away of her base epistemologics. With that, it started there to be a engagement with the human`s cause, image and similarity of God; and also a engagement with the own creation. As for the presuppositions of the Modernity, they also left her marks with the coming of the Modern Science, and the emphasis about the reason did an anthropological unfolding to happen. But, there are a theological redemption of the creation and salvation. And, for that Pierre Gisel`s writings offer a great and deep collaboration, as it is observed in the work. The second and the third chapters form the base of the Thesis, where the biblical and theological foundations of the creation and salvation, the dimensions theological rescuers and their anthropological and cosmological consequences are analyzed. The second chapter penetrates deeply in the texts of the origins of the world and of the human being, with a biblical understanding of creative and saving God. The horizons of Genesis 2.4b-3.24 show the Creator, the creation and the human being. Also in Genesis 4 the man`s situation is observed before his fellow creature, and in the sequence the news statement of the creative project of God in the heart of the history, and the monolithic and totalitarian city with multiplication of the languages. For understanding of the aspect creator it is made to also see the priestly news reading matter and the tradition of the literature sapiencial. In sequence they are verified the news reading matters of the theme through to you saw Jewish and Christian, providing to the history of the dogma of their creation main subscript moments in the work. Subscription that has to do with the posture of some Fathers of the Church with their relentless reflections. As for the third chapter it is gone back to the dimensions theological redemption`s of the creation and salvation. And, to compose those emphases Pierre Gisel`s theology it occupied indispensable place. Dimensions that come as redemptions, with anthropological and cosmological consequences. To affirm the world as creation is fundamental theological inclination. The world as product of the Word and submitted to the order of that Word of the establish, with mark of deep reciprocity in exteriorized. Like this, the Scripture and the Theological Tradition are configurations that indicate a divine providence that it creates, it saves and it governs. Dimension that finds in the pole christologics-pneumatologics her legitimate identity and her dynamics. Jesus Christ`s person as mediator of the creation and of the salvation it is outstanding in the extent of a dynamic movement, according to the Spirit, in the sense of there being a reality of God outside. The Spirit subverts and it takes the Christian to the exercise of the memory, I don`t just eat a memory, but as a recapitulation in sacramental level. The fourth chapter presents the theological consequences to answer to the appeal of the Christian salvation in the space of the creation. It is an to update attempt Pierre Gisel. There are have essential notions for a new mentality of the integrity and that he stands back of any dualism`s that make the theology and her practice exceed, in relation to the world and to the people. An open mind to notice the reality, but considering the obedience to the Word as action for a new configuration. According to Jesus Christ`s person the service is seen as following state. The worship`s reality and the life above the mediocrity, they culminate for the Christian person`s example inserted in the society, with his testimony. The interpellations that the Word does for today are that there is a salvation in fact enrolled in the creation. A new creation because of the evil. In Christ, by the dínamis of the Spirit, a responsibility is generated with depth and comprise, according to the salvation in him. Salvation that leads to the full life and the freedom, taking the person to a historical commitment. Rich and deep consequences that they build complexity horizons, and that they make to overcome any dualism. Those horizons are distributed in three important levels: theological, cosmological and anthropological. That complexity has the power to generate a fairer society, a culture to dignify the man and glorify the Creator and a politics to be free from corruptions.

Way to Salvation in the Contemporary Swedish Pentecostal Movement : A study of a theological double vision and a renegotiation in progress

Eriksson, Maria January 2019 (has links)
This thesis explore how the contemporary Swedish Pentecostal movement view childrens way to salvation. Is it possible to discern certain theological systems represented in the movement and has the movement’s view changed over time? The study reaches the conclusion that the view has changed and that there exists two logically opposite systems in the movement, leaving it with a theological double vision. The study explores the theological basis and the practical implications of both systems, and seek to discern what system is the prominent one. The study shows that the pelagian system stands out against the arminian system and that an ongoing theological renegotiation seems to strenghthen its position. The study also interacts briefly with two international pentecostal movements and finds the arminian theological system to dominate in that context. The result of the study raises questions whether the Swedish Pentecostal movement is aware of it’s double vision and the changes that is underway. The study ends by emphasizing the need for the Swedish Pentecostal movement to work through some main elements in its theology, in order to reach a clear view of children’s way to salvation.

Pascal et Port-Royal dans l’œuvre de Julien Green / Blaise Pascal and the jansenists in Julian Green

Pepino, Eric 04 June 2015 (has links)
Literary influences are never the result of chance. Such is the belief of the writer Julien Green (1900-1998) in his long association with the literary milieu of the Grand Siècle represented by Blaise Pascal and the Port-Royalist movement. From as early as his adolescence, these writers fascinated a young man with a passion for the absolute who, over time, puts together one of the largest Jansenist libraries and dips his pen in the very ink of his predecessors. God,man, life and death, sin and grace, these eternal realms of a humanity searching for the meaning of its mystery, enrich a body of work that is hard to classify and in which Julien Green is in communion with the intellectual and spiritual flash points received from his masters.Supported by a classical style and a refined language, this writer places the tragic dimension of the human condition in the heart of the twentieth-century, a dimension that has unfortunately been confirmed by contemporary events. Only the primacy of love saves man from his fears and provides him with the indispensable transcendence without which he risks becoming nothing more than an automaton.

L’exclusion culturelle et le salut en Jésus-Christ dans le contexte actuel de l’Angola / Cultural exclusion and salvation in Jesus Christ in the present context of Angola

Lubongo, Jeronimo Panzo 20 November 2014 (has links)
At a time when Angola looks into the raw material resources and democracy as the opportunities for development, it is urgent to pause on the question of human resources. A true development necessarily means the promotion of the human person and its lived culture through the dialectics of life and death. Our research on "Cultural Exclusion and Salvation in Jesus Christ in the present context of Angola" takes man in his cultural and religious conditions. So, facing exclusion as a denial of the humaneness of the other and the salvation promised to all men, we propose an inclusion as a salvific force laid down by Jesus the Messiah and as announced in the Gospels, the inclusion to realise in all modes : political, social, religious and cultural. In proposing inclusion as a paradigm of salvation, we emphasize on the mission of the Church which is essentially an active witness of Jesus Christ of which the pro-existence reveals the face of inclusive love of God understood as the mercy and a total gift of life.

We consider the precepts laid down in Council of Trent and their influence in the process of Portuguese colonization, and remember that this period is marked by the ideas of the Renaissance and Enlightenment movements. By monitoring the administrative and pastoral concerns of the bishops, both in Portugal and in the colony, we realize that the ecclesiastical patronage system represented an obstacle to the action of themselves at dioceses. The character of animosity in relations between Church authorities and representatives of the Crown in the captaincy, especially in the middle of the eighteenth century show that the submission of religious power in the face of ecclesiastical patronage system was not full.
