Šiame magistriniame darbe analizuojama IT įtaka darbuotojų tarpusavio komunikacijai organizacijoje. Ši tema labai svarbi, kadangi IT naudojimas kompanijos tikslams pasiekti ne tik pagreitina užduočių sprendimą, bet ir veikia darbo atmosferos pakitimus, žmonių savijautą. Darbe analizuojama komunikacija tarp darbuotojų bei informacinių technologijų naudojimas. Išanalizavus įvairius IT komunikacijos modelius, sukurtas IT įtakos komunikacijai vidiniame darbo jėgos procese modelis. Problemos esmė – kaip taikyti informacines technologijas, norint pagerinti darbuotojų tarpusavio komunikaciją organizacijos vidiniuose procesuose. Darbo objektas – informacinių technologijų įtaka darbuotojų tarpusavio komunikacijai organizacijoje. The problem is very topical if we want to increase the organization performance by adjusting the fitting mediums. The purpose of this work is to examine, how to optimize the IT influence on employee’s communication in the organization. There is analyzed communication between employees and the usage of information technologies. Also a model of IT influence in the organization workflow process is created. Šiame darbe nagrinėjamas balso technologijų adaptavimas lietuviškai kalbantiems asmenims su regėjimo negalia. Tiriamas lietuviškų internetinių puslapių pritaikymas akliesiems ir silpnaregiams, naudojantis ekrano skaitytuvu „Jaws for Windows“. Darbo tikslas – ištirti naudojamų kalbos technologijų taikymų adaptavimo galimybes, lietuviškai kalbančiam neįgaliam asmeniui. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išsiaiškinti balso technologijų taikymų neįgaliesiems svarbą; 2. Išnagrinėti programinę ir techninę balso technologijų neįgaliesiems taikymo įrangą; 3. Ištirti ekrano skaitytuvo „Jaws for Windows“ funkcionalumą ir vartotojiškumą; 4. Įvertinti kiek Lietuva yra pasiruošusi internetinių puslapių neįgaliesiems kūrime ir naudojime; 5. Pasiūlyti priemones, internetinių svetainių akliesiems ir silpnaregiams, kūrimui ir naudojimui. Studied Lithuanian popular websites use of blind and partially sighted people, using a screen reader "JAWS for Windows." The aim of work – explore adaptation of speech technologies applications oriented for disabled Lithuanian people. The tasks of work: 1. To clarify the importance of speech technologies applications oriented for disabled people; 2. Examine the software and the hardware of speech technologies oriented for disabled people; 3. Examine the screen scanner „Jaws for Windows“ functionality and consumption; 4. Assess how Lithuania is ready to develop and to use websites for disabled people; 5. Pastaruoju metu Lietuvoje vis daugiau dėmesio skiriama kompiuteriniam raštingumui mokyklose bei visuomenėje, tuo siekiant ugdyti, bei gerinti informacinę visuomenę. Rašant šį darbą buvo apžvelgta informacinių technologijų plėtra Lietuvos mokyklose ir kompiuterinis raštingumas Lietuvoje. Magistrinio darbo metu atliktas anketinis tyrimas, kurio tikslas buvo išsiaiškinti baigiamųjų klasių moksleivių kompiuterinio raštingumo įsisavintas žinias. Tyrimui atlikti buvo sudaryta anketa, apklausti 1596 mokiniai iš įvairių Lietuvos apskričių, atlikta duomenų analizė. Magistrantūros metu iš surinktų duomenų buvo paruoštas ir perskaitytas pranešimas „Baigiamųjų klasių moksleivių informacinių technologijų žinios“ Lietuvos kompiuterininkų sąjungos surengtame renginyje „Kompiuterininkų dienos – 2011“, X mokyklinės informatikos konferencijoje. Pagal pranešimą buvo parašytas straipsnis anglų kalba „Knowledge of ICT of secondary school graduates“, jis yra priimtas ir bus išspausdintas tarptautiniame Rytų ir Vidurio Europos mokslo žurnale „Informatics in Education“. / In recent years more and more attention has been given to computer literacy at schools and overall society in order to develop and improve information society. The expansion of the information technologies at Lithuanian schools as wells as overall computer literacy in Lithuania has been reviewed for the preparation of this thesis, As a part of the thesis, a survey has been conducted in order to determine the level of computer literacy in the students of the final years at secondary schools. For this survey the questionnaire had been created, 1596 school students of various Lithuanian districts have been questioned and the data has been analyzed. During the Master studies, the data received from the survey has been used to prepare and to deliver the presentation entitled “Information Technology Knowledge of the Students in the Final Years at School” at the “Kompiuterininkų dienos – 2011“ organized by Lithuanian Computer Society and at 10 th Conference of School Informatics. Based on the presentation, an article “Knowledge of ICT of Secondary School Graduates” was written and submitted to be published in the international East and Central European science journal “Informatics and Education”.

In this work designs document management and communication system for small office or average company. This system operation is based on internet technologies and allows to use it form any remote computer. Also there is drafted reporting to concerned persons about changes via various ways. This electronic communications and document management system is an unique work, originally coming out of a PHP and MySQL web application. It was the first time to directly learn the differences between Microsoft and Open Source modeling; to understand technology methods aim to accomplish the same thing in different ways. This project turned out quite as expected coming from using a working web version of this application. The flow of the web application is directed and purposeful, while the web application doesn’t require additional scripting to enforce user login, grouped permission setting, and actual file upload capability.

The main purpose of this work is to create information system which would deliver relevant information about flights from airports website to mobile phone. The most important task here is to collect data from Vilnius airport website, organize and put it into our database then deliver it to interested individuals.

Scientific problem. Theoretical models and their application practice do not coincide with personnel management latter-day requirements. They are determined by pervasion of information technologies, development of virtual organizations as well as business under conditions of social and economical internationalization. Due to particularity of information technologies, new personnel management problems are faced, and their solving requires new personnel management models. Subject of scientific research. The amount of information exchange is constantly growing. All this gathered data is a perfect material for analysis, although it is only partially used. Most common problem is the method how to organize this data to the form necessary for business analysis. Usually these functions are provided by decision support systems. These systems use functions and tool that are not flexible and cannot give the answers in real time. OLAP systems provide the ability to analyse data in all aspects online. OLAP technology includes tools and measures to transform and store information, create and execute queries as well as graphic user interface. As OLAP systems get more affordable to companies new issues are discussed. Main problems are how to choose the best OLAP products available in the marker and how to design and implement OLAP system according to business requirements. The aims of this work are to identify most important criterias and to compare different OLAP systems in product and data structure level and to design and implement OLAP system to Telecommunication Company according to the analysis results. SANTRAUKA Magistriniame darbe išnagrinėta logistikos bei trečiųjų šalių logistikos esmė, būtinumas bei tinkamumas šiuolaikiniams rinkos reikalavimams. Darbo tikslas: atlikus mokslinės literatūros analizę, logistikos aspektu, bei išanalizavus trečiųjų šalių logistikos paslaugų teikimo rinką Lietuvoje, atskleisti 3PL logistikos paslaugų naudojimosi perspektyvas. Darbo uždaviniai: atlikti skirtingų autorių, mokslinės literatūros, analizę logistikos paslaugų teikimo klausimu, išsiaiškinti trečiųjų šalių logistikos organizavimo principus, išanalizuoti didžiausias trečiųjų šalių logistikos įmones Lietuvoje, paaiškinti atlikto tyrimo eigą ir metodus, kuriais buvo renkami tyrimui reikalingi duomenys ir išaiškinti trečiųjų šalių logistikos paslaugų vystymosi perspektyvas. The aim of this Master Thesis is to analyse logistics services, Third Party logistics management and performance in Lithuania, to do the research in order to find out whether the Third Party logistics is sufficiently using or using at all in Lithuania. The tasks of this paper are as follows: to analyse the scientific literature on logistics services, also to identify Third Party logistics planning rules, to analyze the biggest Third Party logistics companies in Lithuania, to explain the research process and methods, to do the research, identifying whether the Third Party logistics sufficiently are using. and with reference to the literature analysed and the results received to present conclusions and recommendations. This Master‘s Thesis consists of introduction, theoretical part, practical part, research part, conclusions and suggestions. The theoretical parts deals with the analysis of logistics and 3PL logistics services. The practical part includes the analyzing the biggest 3PL providers in Lithuania. The research part is important to analyze the using of Third Party logistics in Lithuania. Conclusions confirm the hypothesis, i.e., The Third Party logistics is not popular in Lithuania.

Žiniasklaida atlieka svarbų vaidmenį formuodama informuotą individą ir paveikdama visuomenės gyvenimą. Įsigalėjus skaitmeninėms technologijoms ir pasikeitus informacijos perdavimo būdams, pasikeičia ir komunikacija, žiniasklaida. Internetas ir skaitmeninės technologijos buvo veiksniai dėl kurių atsirado elektroninės medijos, kuriose susitelkia ir tekstas, ir vaizdas, ir garsas. Žmogus, ieškodamas informacijos, viską randa viename. Pasikeičia santykis su vartotoju, atsiranda interaktyvumas, dingsta vienpusiškas bendravimas. The media gives the individual the opportunity to express his views and thereby get the desired information about the world around him. The media plays an important role in shaping the individual by informing him and influencing the informed society. Entrenched digital technologies and changes in methods of communication change and the communication and the media itself. The Internet and digital technology were factors resulting the rise of electronic media which focus on text, image and sound. A man searching for information finds everything in one place.
