Исследование выдержано в междисциплинарной парадигме филологического и теологического знания. В 1-й главе выявляется концепция профетизма в библейской традиции, в частности, идея призвания и служения пророков в книгах Ветхого и Нового Заветов. Во 2-й и 3-й главах сначала обобщается опыт научных исследований поэтических текстов «Пророк» А. С. Пушкина и М. Ю. Лермонтова (разделы 2.1, 3.1), а затем проводится герменевтический анализ данных текстов (разделы 2.2, 3.2), ставших, по сути, образцовыми для понимания концепции поэта-пророка для всей последующей русской поэзии XIX–XX веков. По итогам исследования в пушкинском тексте акцентируются мотивы мученичества и соработничества, тогда как в отношении лермонтовского «Пророка» высказывается мысль об использовании евангельской ситуации общения Христа с фарисеями. Все это позволяет сделать вывод об актуальности в стиховой культуре Нового времени творческого диалога светской словесности с собственно церковным текстом духовно-религиозной традиции. / The study is sustained in the interdisciplinary paradigm of philological and theological knowledge. Chapter 1 reveals the concept of prophetism in the biblical tradition, in particular the idea of the calling and ministry of prophets in the books of the Old and New Testaments. In the 2nd and 3rd chapters, first, the experience of scientific research on the poetic texts "The Prophet" by A. S. Pushkin and M. Yu. Lermontov is summarized (sections 2.1, 3.1), and then a hermeneutic analysis of these texts is carried out (sections 2.2, 3.2) which, in fact, became exemplary for understanding the concept of the poet-prophet for all subsequent Russian poetry of the 19th–20th centuries. Based on the results of the study, the motives of martyrdom and co-working are emphasized in Pushkin's text, while in relation to Lermontov's "Prophet" the idea is expressed of using the gospel situation of Christ's communication with the Pharisees. All this allows us to conclude that in the verse culture of the New Age, a creative dialogue between secular literature and the actual church text of the spiritual and religious tradition is relevant.

Es wird vielfach postuliert, dass Erwartungen Bedeutung für den Verlauf und die Ergebnisse einer medizinischen Rehabilitationsmaßnahme haben (vgl. Deck, 1999; Deck, Zimmermann, Kohlmann & Raspe, 1998b; Faller, Vogel & Bosch, 2000; Hafen, Bengel, Jastrebow & Nübling, 2000; Kühn, Pannicke, Mohs & Schneider, 2001). Im ersten Teil der Arbeit wird diese Thematik aus einer gesundheitspsychologischen Perspektive untersucht. Die sozial-kognitive Theorie von Bandura (1997) wird gewählt, in der Erwartungen wie Ergebnis- und Selbstwirksamkeitserwartungen als zentrale Prädiktoren von gesundheitlichen Ergebnissen angesehen werden. Diese Theorie vermag den Einfluss von Erwartungen auf Gesundheitsverhalten und den Gesundheitszustand zu erklären und zugleich auch die Bildung von Erwartungen zu beschreiben. Auch wenn Ergebniserwartungen die Behandlungsergebnisse vorhersagen, können Diskrepanzen zwischen den anfänglichen Erwartungen der Patienten und ihren Behandlungsergebnissen vorliegen. Aus einer Selbstregulationsperspektive wird angenommen, dass unerwartet schlechte Behandlungsergebnisse möglicherweise negative emotionale und motivationale Folgen haben, die sich auf den weiteren Rehabilitationsprozess auswirken. Zur Erklärung dieser Effekte wird im zweiten Teil der Arbeit ein Modell vorgestellt, das die zentralen Konstrukte und Annahmen der sozial-kognitiven Theory von Bandura (1997; Marlatt & Gordon, 1985), der Selbstregulationstheorie von Carver and Scheier (1998) und der kognitiv-transaktionalen Stresstheorie von Lazarus (1991) vereint. Die Daten der zweiten multizentrischen MSK-QMS Studie zur stationären Rehabilitation nach Hüftgelenkersatz bot als Längsschnittstudie die Möglichkeit, die Fragestellungen beider Teile der Arbeit empirisch zu untersuchen. An dieser Studie nahmen 1065 Rehabilitanden nach Hüftgelenkersatz teil. Die Ergebnisse bestätigen, dass positive Ergebniserwartungen und hohe Selbstwirksamkeitserwartungen gute Behandlungsergebnisse bei Patienten einer stationären Rehabilitationsmaßnahme nach Hüftgelenkersatz vorhersagen. Weitere Analysen zeigen, dass die Erwartungen zu Reha-Beginn durch verschiedene direkte und symbolische Erfahrungen sowie Indikatoren des körperlichen und emotionalen Zustandes beeinflusst werden. Darüber hinaus haben Diskrepanzen zwischen anfänglichen Erwartungen und Behandlungsergebnissen (indirekte) emotionale sowie (direkte und indirekte) motivationale Effekte. Die Befunde werden theoretisch eingebettet und theoriegestützt interpretiert. Praktische Konsequenzen werden abgeleitet. / There is a growing body of literature emphasizing that expectations have effects on the process and outcomes of an inpatient rehabilitation (cp. Deck, 1999; Deck, Zimmermann, Kohlmann & Raspe, 1998b; Faller, Vogel & Bosch, 2000; Hafen, Bengel, Jastrebow & Nübling, 2000; Kühn, Pannicke, Mohs & Schneider, 2001). The first part of the present thesis examines this issue from a health psychology perspective. The social-cognitive theory of Bandura (1997) is chosen that postulates expectations such as outcome expectancies and perceived self-efficacy as main predictors of health outcomes. This theory is able to explain how expectations affect health behaviour and health outcomes and how expectations are formed. Even though outcome expectations predict health outcomes, patients may experience discrepancies between their initial expectations and their later health outcomes. From a self-regulation perspective it is assumed that the experience of unexpected worse health outcomes may have negative emotional and motivational consequences that affect the further process of rehabilitation. To describe these effects a model is introduced in the second part of the thesis that includes main constructs and assumptions of the social-cognitive theory of Bandura (1997; Marlatt & Gordon, 1985), the self-regulation theory of Carver and Scheier (1998) and the cognitiv-transactional theory of Lazarus (1991). In both parts of the thesis research questions are derived that are tested in a longitudinal study (MSK-QMS study). The participants are 1065 adult inpatients who had undergone elective total hip replacement surgery. The results confirm that positive outcome expectations and high perceived self-efficacy predicted better health outcomes in inpatients after hip replacement surgery. Further analyses indicate, that patients'' expectations at admission are affected by several direct and symbolic experiences as well as different indicators of physical and emotional states. Moreover, discrepancies between initial outcome expectations and later health outcomes have (indirect) emotional and (direct and indirect) motivational effects. The results are theory based interpreted. Practical consequences are derived.

Um die Qualität von Blutprodukten nach GMP zu überprüfen, wurden 72 Blutspenden bzw. ihre Folgeprodukte Erythrozytenkonzentrat in PAGGS-M, gefiltertes Erythrozytenkonzentrat und Fresh Frozen Plasma untersucht. Zusätzlich wurden an jeweils 12 Blutderivaten, die z.T. nicht zum Routineprogramm des Blutspendedienstes der Abteilung für Klinische Hämostaseologie und Transfusionsmedizin in Homburg/Saar gehören, Messungen durchgeführt, um ihre Qualität am Herstellungstag und am Ende der Haltbarkeit zu bestimmen. Als letztes wurden schließlich auch rheologische Parameter an 21 Erythrozytenkonzentraten in PAGGS-M und Fresh Frozen Plasma über einen Zeitraum von 28 Tagen gemessen und dokumentiert. Die Messung der Parameter, sowohl hämatologische als auch hämostaseologische und hämorheologische, erfolgte nach Standardmethoden. Die Ergebnisse waren insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend. Ausschlaggebende Grundlage der Untersuchung sind die GMP-Richtlinien, die sich an den europäischen Normen orientieren. Zwar zeigten die Produkte, die routinemäßig hergestellt werden, wie auch die, die nur für diese Untersuchung produziert wurden, in vielen Bereichen ein Übereinstimmen mit den Vorschriften. Speziell auch die Qualität der gefilterten Erythrozytenkonzentrate, die besonders für Immunsupprimierte wegen ihres niedrigen Gehalts an Leukozyten verwendet werden, war in vielen Fällen gut. Die Ergebnisse der rheologischen Messungen glichen denen anderer Studien: so wurde ein Abfall der Fließfähigkeit über den Meßzeitraum hinweg beobachtet, was auf ein leichtes Schwellen der Zellen und eine Zunahme der Rigidität zurückzuführen ist. Fast durchgängig wich der Meßwert für den Hämatokrit der EK von der Richtlinie ab, am stärksten in PAGGS-M. Als Grund hierfür wurde eine Meßungenauigkeit des elektronischen Zellzählers bzw. die Methode der Bestimmung angesehen, so daß eine echte Abweichung als unwahrscheinlich anzusehen ist. Jedoch wurde die vorgeschriebene maximale Hämolyserate mit Ablauf der Haltbarkeit häufig überschritten, ebenso wie die gemessenen Leukozytenzahlen. Eine Vielzahl der Plasmen war durch Erythrozyten und Leukozyten kontaminiert. Durch häufige Waschvorgänge beim Auftauen von tiefgefrorenen EK wurde ein erhöhter Hb-Überstand erzeugt, das geforderte Mindestvolumen wurde dabei unterschritten. Daher ist festzuhalten, daß für jede untersuchte Produktgruppe Abweichungen festgestellt wurden, die in diesem Maße nicht tolerabel sind. Damit ist die Qualität der Produkte insgesamt als unzureichend zu bezeichnen. Der hier geführte Nachweis dieser Abweichungen ermöglichte die Einführung geänderter Herstellungsverfahren, so daß die heute erzeugten Produkte den Qualitätsvorschriften entsprechen. / 72 blood donations and their follow-up products (red blood cell concentrates resuspended in PAGGS-M, leukocyte-reduced red cell concentrates and fresh frozen plasma) were investigated to check their quality. Additionally, tests were performed on blood components of which most were not part of the routine program in the Department of Hemostaseology and Transfusion Medicine in Homburg/Saar. Finally, rheological parameters of red blood cell concentrates in PAGGS-M and of fresh frozen plasma were measured and documented over a period of 28 days. The results were not satisfying. Both the routine products and the blood components which were only produced for this study met the GMP-guidelines in many cases. Especially the quality of leukocyte-reduced red blood cell concentrates which are used especially for the transfusion for immunocompromised patients was good. The results of the rheological measurements were similar to those of other studies: decreasing flow over a period of time which was put down to slight swelling of the cells and to a rise in erythrocyte rigidity. The average hematokrit of red cell concentrates was generally too low especially in PAGGS-M. The reason for this was thought to be the electronic cell counter or rather the method of measuring. Hemolysis after storage and mean leucocyte count often exceeded the official dates. Many samples of the FFP were contaminated with red and white blood cells. Repeated washing after thawing of frozen red blood cell concentrates caused an excess of extracellular haemoglobin and low concentrate volumes. Any deviation from the guidelines is not tolerable. After this study adjustments in the production could be made so blood products now meet all of the requirements.

The present MA thesis analyzes how body and blood functions as historical and narrative elements in Yu Hua's novel Chronicle of a Blood Merchant (1995). In the novel, the story and the plot can not be regarded as disparate items; the two levels of the text are tightly interwoven by what the thesis introduces as a sangvinolent narration. The term conceptualizes the use of blood as a structural element and the thrust of the text, in this case how the ability to sell blood is a prerequisite for the story and the plot. Close readings reveal the structural correlations between the blood-selling main-character Xu Sanguan in the plot on the one hand, and in the story on the other, which can be detected to have, inter alia, an effect on the temporality of the narrative. Themes linked to identity, belonging and survival (performativity, mimicry, reification and alienation) permeate the text. In the novel the body and bodily fluids are sacrificed in order to form and enforce perceptions of identity and societal roles. The rhetorical use of ‘blood and tears’ (Ch. xue yu lei) indicates thematic connections to the Chinese revolutionary literature, and furthermore, the use of flesh and blood can be read in relation to the cannibalistic discourses crucial to Chinese modernity since Lu Xun.
