Therefore, I propose to analyze the teacher-author’s acts and their relations to E-learning printed didactic materials (PDA). Thus, this study is developed in the field of Applied Linguistics, considering the theoretical and methodological proposals of the Sociodiscursive Interactionism (SDI) (BRONCKART, 2003[1999]; 2006a,b...; 2008a; 2008b), which assigns to language the fundamental role in human act and development, the Ergonomics (AMIGUES, 2004; SAUJAT, 2004), the Clinic of Activity (CLOT, 2007; 2010) which highlight the relation between work and the complexity of the teaching activity, as well as the studies of Didactic Transposition (CHEVALLARD, 1984) that enhance the transformations of scientific knowledge into taught knowledge. To develop this research, I also take into consideration the qualitative perspective to interpret the data, which is composed of 02 (two) printed didactic materials (PDM) of a Modern Languages Course in a public university in Paraíba, Brazil, and interviews with two teachers-authors who had produced those materials. The data crossing enabled the analysis of the context, the thematic contents and the difficulties related to that production activity. The intersection of prescriptive, reconfigured and interpreted work signaled that: i) contextual interferences, originated by the lack of an efficient formation of the professionals in the E-learning context and the socio-professional interferences determined by previously pre-conceived formative mediation of those didactic materials; ii) enunciative-discursive representations guided by the memory of non-virtual teaching, characterized by the subjectivity and the participants’ enunciative style; iii) conflicts that have contributed to the awareness of know-do-say in E-learning context, with implications in their professional development. On one hand, these outcomes have also demonstrated the importance of reflecting upon teaching in this modality, in special, about the need of a professional education for those who work in this area, so that they may feel part of the métier of that specific educational field. On the other hand, the research pointed out that the teacher-author`s production is a result of his teaching activities, whose singularities are manifested in the text.

Bélanger, Lyne January 2017 (has links)

Le don en situation de communication : la communication d'une ONG ou comment les donateurs sont amenés à agir par leurs dons d'argent / Giving in communication situation : communication of an NGO or how donors are required to act through their gifts of money

Laurent, Coralie 06 March 2017 (has links)
This thesis is devoted to the issue of donation in the humanitarian sector, from the perspective of individual donors who are rarely questioned about this subject. NGOs are increasingly present in the public eye and use, among other strategies, emotions to incite people to donate. However, since the theme of the gift has been studied (for example, by the anthropologist Marcel Mauss, mainly), we should be based on the analysis related to this theme and also focus on a French NGO ("Aide et Action") whose main sphere of action relates to education and has established the sponsorship. The organization operates in different countries in order to help vulnerable people, including children, through various actions based on long-term development. In this work, it is mainly to understand why do individual donors of this NGO, both weekly and quarterly and those referred to as "sponsors", give money. The fieldwork has been carried out through two questionnaires, one for each type of donors, in which questions were asked, in particular, about how the NGO communicates with donors, prompting thereby to continue their investment. Subsequently, interviews have strengthened data provided by the questionnaires.

Agir professionnel et dimension expérientielle dans les pratiques enseignantes : réflexivité, explication et analyse de parcours d'enseignants de français langue étrangère en centre de langue / Teaching practise and experientiel dimension : reflexivity, explicitness and teachers of french as a foreign language's "acting" within schools of languages professional's career history's analysis

Baeta, Sébastien 07 December 2018 (has links)
This research fits in the framework of self-study. Through the particular choice of a multicultural context it aims to identify various integration forms within the experiential dimension of teachers' « acting ». Coordinating theory developing approach with a data analysis, it attempts to understand teachers of French as a foreign language's « acting » processes within schools of languages along with our own experiences as a teacher in primary schools. The focus is to comprehend the work practice multiple dimensions while questioning the posture adopted within professional « gestures ». To this end, a biographic and hermeneutics approach will be relied upon in order to access to the professionals career history as well as some of the teachers' transactions. This will highlight their entry into and progressive mastering of the profession. Finally, formalizing of an experiential and congruous teacher's acting will be developed.

Its general objective consisted in analyzing how academic literacies are represented in students-teachers’ voices, with support of teaching action before and during Supervised In-Service Training II, in the course of Pedagogy of a private university of Rio Grande do Sul. For doing this, the following specific objectives were proposed: to check in the voice of pupils-teachers the senses they build of their literacy paractices lived as basic education pupils; to recognize in their voice the possible contributions of academic literacies for their teaching paractice during supervised training; to identify the demonstrations between their teaching actions as pupils-teachers and supervisors’ teaching actions as well as teaching actions in the academic setting and characterizing, from training reports presented in the final seminar of the course, evidences for the construction of a professional profile based on teaching acting as pupils-teachers. It is a research proposal to be developed in the work environment of the researcher and was characterized as a qualitative research, using field work with elements of ethnographic research. Subjects were academics of the course of Pedagogy of a private university located in Rio Grande do Sul state enrolled in the 5th and, subsequently, in the 6th semester. The instruments were used: a questionnaire and audio recordings. The social-cultural perspective on literacies gives sustenance to methodological procedures of the research used from 2012 to 2015, as well as to data analysis. From theoretical studies, academic literacies stand out as regards professional education and teaching actions, language and interaction and, finally, questions referring to teachers’ training, in order to map the process of the supervised training, a compulsory paractice that aims to educate future teachers called in the present thesis pupils-teachers. Data showed that subjects reveal their paractices in utterances of locators dedicated to turn into future professionals been made. They reveal essentially a professional profile influenced by the models of active professionals such as, for example, the teacher in charge of the class they are trained at. Supervised training was for them one of the moments when pupils-teachers have access to living teaching acting and have the possibility to bring into effect the construction of their professional profile.

L'enseignement du français oral en contexte plurilingue libanais : étude comparative / The french oral teaching in a lebanese multilingual context : comparative study

Ayoub, Paulette 15 December 2016 (has links)
This research investigates the teaching of the oral French language in Lebanon, in public and private educational sectors, as well as in the multilingual society where social classes, Ianguage and religious practices are diverse. The thesis problem is the following: What are the parameters that determine the teaching / leaming of the oral language in Lebanon? In order to answer this question,à study composed of 6 oral teaching sessions was done in public and private primary schools in Lebanon. In addition, semi-structured interviews were conducted with teachers, students and school directors; students were also asked to fill out language-cards to determine their religion, origin, social class and cultural levels, as well as their thought about languages. The researcher translated, transcribed and analyzed the data collected using various investigative tools. It demonstrated that many factors influence the teaching / learning of the oral French Ianguage in Lebanon .. In conclusion, the researcher suggested various training for the Lebanese teachers.

PrecarizaÃÃo do trabalho e saÃde dos trabalhadores terceirizados / Precarious work and health of outsourced workers

Pamella Beserra de Melo 29 May 2017 (has links)
The research presented here analyzed how the work affects the health of outsourced professionals working at the Federal University of Cearà (UFC). The research, based on the Clinic of Activity and located in the field of Workerâs Health, is based on qualitative epistemology and developed as a case study derived from intervention carried out in the UFC Central Warehouse. All the material produced in the intervention was used for the construction of the corpus pertaining to the case analyzed. Such a design corroborates the theoretical perspective mentioned for which the intervention is first performed, and then the research is started. It is acknowledged that each of these moments has different temporalities and objects, keeping a relation of mutual independence. The intervention comprised three stages: 1) formation of the analysis group, in which observations, interviews, documentary analyzes and filming were performed; 2) simple and/or cross self-confrontations, during which the workers were confronted with the audiovisual record of their activities; and 3) return to the initial group. The research methodology came from the videography method. To analyze the data, we used the constructive-interpretative content analysis of GonzÃlez Rey. The triple-directed activity (for the object, for the subject and for the other) was adopted as the unit of analysis. The relevance of the study is considered, since we are in a context marked by setbacks in the world of work, where archaic practices of management and control of labor and production coexist with âinnovativeâ tendencies that weaken the working class, representing a threat to work on its ontological character and to workersâ rights. It is intended that the research contributes to the formulation of actions aimed at workersâ health and development of their power to act, as well as undressing the vulnerabilities to which workers with precarious employment ties are subjected. Thus, regarding the working conditions, it was perceived that workers with outsourced links are more subject to situations of vulnerability, and their work surrounding is permeated by situations of risk to their health and safety. It was noted that these professionals were more susceptible to situations of harassment, threat, disrespect, prejudice, authoritarianism due to the instability of the work bond; moreover they underwent inadequate conditions for the development of their activities, such as dusty, poorly lit and unventilated environment, with a precarious and old structure, as well as the lack of materials in good conditions and/or the use of inappropriate ones. Thus, it was observed that in the activity of the subjects studied several obstacles are imposed on their action, but through a model of participatory management they found the possibilities of developing their power to act and build health, strengthening the professional group that could recognize themselves as a group when discussing and debating the difficulties and possible suggestions for doing a job well done. It was also observed through the active participation of workers in the changes undertaken in the researched sector improvements such as redefining the duties and tasks of each worker, improvements in work processes to become more fluid and dynamic, holding systematic meetings with the participation and involvement of all professionals in the sector, listening to the suggestions and collectively questioning the issues at hand.

This dissertation presents results of a study on the representation that two high school teachers of Portuguese language make about their own work before indiscipline/conflict situations in class by analyzing the modalizations present in their speech. The main goal of this research was to investigate the representation itself of the teacher about his acting of teaching, and the specific ones were: analyzing how the teacher modalizes his speech before indiscipline/conflict situations in class and investigating the way he handles the modalization when talking about his own acting in these moments. The object under study is, hence, the teacherâ speech produced in class (real acting) as well as in self-confrontation (represented acting). Data were obtained from two public schools in the state of Ceara, through the observation and videorecording of lectures hold by the two volunteers, and after applying a questionnaire and an interview in self-confrontation, as well. The theoretical framework of the Sociodiscursive Interacionism (BRONCKART, 1999, 2006, 2008), which provides important elements to the analysis of representations of the acting of teaching (CICUREL, 2010, LEURQUIN, 2013) was adopted, and the data was analyzed from the texts produced by the teacher and, particularly, from the modalizations. From this study, we observed that the teacher used mostly deontic modalizations when dealing with indiscipline in class, especially the permissive ones (can + infinitive). On the other side, during the self-confrontation stage, aprpeciative and logical modalizations dominated the speech, especially when the teacher talked about the influence of studentsâ indiscipline in his acting. Altough each volunteer revealed different representations, we observed that both of them mentioned the dialog as a strategy to help facing the indiscipline and, in addition, both of them pointed the importance of investigating the underlying reasons for studentsâ behaviour. We concluded that the adopted methodology is relevant to understand indiscipline. Furthermore, we noted that the volunteers took different strategies to deal with indiscipline/conflicts in class. In fact, such strategies varied from class to class. We observed also that, in general, the volunteers rated the situations as conflicting according to different judgement criteria. To explain this difference, we highlight the representations themselves revealed in the self-confrontation stage. The scenario in which the investigation was done also played a role, since the two volunteers work at different schools. Summing up, this research showed us that, to get an understanding of the indiscipline in class and the teachersâ reaction before it, we have to analyze what teachers say about their own acting before the indiscipline.
