Die frühe Tanzfotografie sieht sich mit der Herausforderung konfrontiert, das technische Zeitregime der Lichtbildaufnahme mit dem Bewegungsfluss des Tanzes zu verbinden. Dabei sollen Dokumente entstehen, die sowohl der Ästhetik des Mediums wie auch dem inszenierten Motiv ihren Eigenraum geben. Dieses Dilemma löst Hugo Erfurth mit einer spezifischen „Blickeinstellung“ und generiert dadurch Aufnahmen, in denen die Differenz zwischen sich bewegenden Körpern und deren fotografischer Abbildung in eine pragmatisch wie ästhetisch erfolgreiche Strategie überführt werden konnte.

It is based on the study of recommended and other literature. It deals with the work of important artists in the field of photography and finds such a pictorial art works that relate to the photographic representation with their principle and concepts. This work follows transformations of so called official portrait photography and portrait in the social level. In conclusion, the work also focuses on the current positions of portrait now digital - photography. In the didactic part the aim is to create and practically verify the proposal of complete didactic project for Art education at the second grade of elementary school, which builds on current possibilities of digital photography as the available specific art medium, on the base of studying the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education and findings from the study. The thesis deals with measuring impact of documentary films on attitudes and behavior of the audience. The theoretical basis of this thesis is the assumption that social impact is a dynamic process where the engagement of an individual can lead to change of attitudes and behavior, and the individual's influence on others can change the society. Another assumption is that the impact on an individual is influenced by emotional and rational involvement. The third assumption is that the impact on the viewer changes over time when the extent of short-term impact after seeing the movie is bigger than extent of the impact measured with delay. The analytical part is devoted to the application of the method of repeated questioning, which allows to capture the development of the impact on the viewer over time. Within this thesis, a secondary analysis of quantitative data gathered in research of impact of films on ecological topic screened in film festival One World has been conducted. In addition, a thematic analysis of the in-depth interviews was conducted. These interviews have been carried out in order to establish the reasons and ways in which films impact the viewers. Planeringstid, reflektionstid och utvecklingstid är alla tre benämningar som används på förskolor för den schemalagda tid som förekommer utanför barngrupper. Det förekommer inte några nationella riktlinjer kring exakt vad denna tid ska innehålla utan det är upp till varje huvudman att ansvara för att de mål som förekommer i förskolans styrdokument genomförs, följs upp och utvärderas. Utvecklingstidens genomförande är inte likt på alla förskolor och det förekommer en viss osäkerhet kring vad exakt det är tiden ska innehålla. Med utgångspunkt i denna osäkerhet är syftet med denna studie att granska vilka sorters riktlinjer som förekommer på kommunal nivå och undersöka hur de är utformade. Forskningsfrågorna som studien utgår ifrån handlar om vilka riktlinjer som förekommer på en lokal nivå, vad de säger om utvecklingstidens innehåll samt hur de dokumenten bidrar till att konstruera utvecklingstidens. Detta sker utifrån det socialkonstruktionistiska perspektivet där text behandlas som en social konstruktion. Analysen består av två steg som inspireras av två textanalytiska metoder: kommunikationsanalys och kvalitativ innehållsanalys och sker genom en genomgång av de dokument som förekommer på kommunal-, områdes- och enhetsnivå. Resultatet visar på både skillnader och likheter i dokumentens utformning och tar fasta på hur tidens benämning, yrkeskategoriernas ansvarsfördelning samt dokumentens utformning bidrar till hur utvecklingstiden konstrueras Vilka riktlinjer som förekommer på lokal nivå är olika i olika kommuner och de beskriver ett något annorlunda innehåll kring vad utvecklingstiden ska innehålla. Vad som finns med och vad som inte finns med konstruerar vilka moment som fokuseras kring och dokumenten förstås både utifrån situation och utifrån förskolans historiska och kulturella kontext samt läsarens bakgrund och erfarenheter.

Since 1949, irregular conflicts have been the primary type of conflict. Although the Swedish government has found that a restructuring of focus from international operations to national defence is fundamental for Swedish security policy, the Swedish Armed Forces are still engaged in several irregular conflict arenas around the globe.By applying a theoretical framework based on counterinsurgency theory, this study ventures to explore whether this theory has been implemented in the main Swedish armed forces policy documents. The purpose of this is to facilitate an understanding for the potential strengths and weaknesses that these documents have when implementing counter insurgency in irregular conflicts.This study finds that there exists an implementation of counter insurgency theory in these policy documents as a prerequisite for Swedish operations in irregular conflicts. Furthermore, this proves a correlation between theory and policy something that may be a positive prerequisite for this kind of operations.Furthermore, this study finds that future studies in to the relevance of COIN theory in potential conflicts to come.

Organizational learning has the power to gift an organization with a competitive advantage. In our society the most competitive form of organization is probably the armed forces of every nation. This is because of the fact that if the armed forces isn´t at top of its competitive advantage the chance of losing increases, and compared to a commercial organization, a military organization won’t just lose money if it’s not at its peak, it may lose lives and its nations independence. A report from the Swe-dish army have shown a deficiency in the army´s learning when it comes to reporting experiences. This Essay looks deeper into the learning of the Swedish armed forces who have made a claim to be a learning organization. It does so by a text analysis on the army’s fundamental manuals and doc-trine´s analyzing them with Visser´s theory of military learning capacity. The results from the text analyses show that the fundamental manuals and doctrine´s almost fully encourages the necessary factors to inhibit a positive learning cycle according to Visser´s theory. The Biggest flaw according to the text analyses was that the documents didn’t show enough evidence of a system to store and spread the experiences within the army.

Den här uppsatsen granskar dokumentärfilmen Könskriget från 2005 i syfte att undersöka hur filmstilistiska val formar dess sanningsanspråk. Eftersom uppsatsens genomförande förutsätter att filmen faktiskt har lyckats med detta inkluderas en övergripande redogörelse för filmens politiska och samhällsmässiga konsekvenser vilket ska verka för att legitimera uppsatsens utgångspunkt. Analysen utgår från en närläsningsmetod utifrån vilken en teori om sanning och dokumentärfilm appliceras på filmen. Med utgångspunkt i Louise Spences och Vinicius Navarros teoretiska resonemang erbjuder uppsatsen en grundläggande förståelse för sanningsbegreppets förhållande till dokumentärfilm för att i analysen fokusera på klippning, kameraarbete och ljud i relation till konstruerandet av ett sanningsanspråk. Mer specifikt undersöks dessa faktorer utifrån hur de förhåller sig till hur filmen strukturerar sina argument, vilka som agerar vittnen, hur vittnesmålen behandlas samt hur ljud och bild samverkar. Slutsatsen sammanfattar vad analysen visar och återkopplar till den tidigare forskningen och till den del som behandlar filmens samhällskonsekvenser.

Beyond reviewing Helena Třeštíková's most known movies and an outline of history of documentary film on a global scale and in Czech context1 , thesis deals with a style of time- collecting method in documentary films by Helena Třeštíková, with specifics of her method and requirements of her films. The aim is to comprehensively cover this topic, with the large space provided, due to the sociological potential, to theme in the social sciences still current - the questions of "truth", objective approach and reflections from various authors, theorists and filmmakers. Through the compilation of books and articles by film theorists, reviews and countless articles and interviews in the film and non-film press provides a discussion of the time-collecting document, its roots, traits and contexts, which continues in describing the specifics of Třeštíková's methods and finally, as the already mentioned, most famous works. This study examines a clearer picture of how the implementation of digitalization works among municipalities employed by consuming a theory developed by Grenny et al:s implementation strategies. This theory shows that the more implementation strategies you use parallel, the merrier. Based on this theory, a survey has been sent out to randomly selected municipalities.    The main purpose of this study is to see how to achieve making Sweden’s digitalization strategy a more living document. In the ambition of doing this, the study has defined itself by focusing on the implementation of digitalization among municipalities employed. It is important to succeed with a continuous process of implementing digitalization among municipal employees. Sweden’s digitalization strategy is otherwise going to end up as something rhetoric without actions. Municipalities fill a key function if Sweden is going to achieve the main goal of the digitalization strategy, making Sweden the best country to utilize the possibilities with digitalization.    The result of this study shows that municipalities employees have a high level of personal motivation for implementing digitalization, a motivation that is confirmed by both coworkers and managers. The problem lays more in that this motivation doesn’t get followed up by a more “structural motivation”. In other words, municipalities could improve their digitalization process significantly through an implementation strategy that strengthens the incentives for change that follows with digitalization.
