Therefore, we verified the need of a terminological systematization in this field. Based on this fact, our objective is to elaborate a monolingual vocabulary (glossary) of rubber goods in the automotive sector, with English equivalences. This paper is supported by the Communicative Terminology Theory proposed by Maria Tereza Cabré. Under a communicative perspective, the methodology of this research contemplated the compilation of a corpus as well as the utilization of a computer tool, the Unitex, in order to manage the texts that make part of this corpus. We extracted words (semi automatically) which we considered a term candidate, inserted them in the ontology, elaborated and filled out the terminology forms which were used as a term dossier; elaborated a text definition basis which was constantly fed with new information and sequentially we wrote the definitions. The definition texts of the rubber vocabulary (glossary) are based on the researches at Terminology Group Studies department GETerm. The microstructure - headword - contemplates systematic (obligatory) and asystematic (non obligatory) information that facilitates the peoples use. Concerning the vocabulary/ glossary microstructure we followed the TERMICAT s (1990) proposal, which aims the specialized communication. / A indústria de artefatos de borracha é um setor que contribui significativamente com a economia do país, pois faz parte de uma enorme gama de produtos e bens de consumo. No entanto, constatamos a necessidade de sistematizar a terminologia dessa área com obras terminográficas que atendam às necessidades comunicativas de seus usuários. Nesse sentido, nosso objetivo foi elaborar um vocabulário monolíngue acerca da terminologia dos artefatos de borracha particularmente do setor automotivo, com equivalências em inglês. A presente pesquisa está amparada na Teoria Comunicativa da Terminologia (TCT), proposta por Maria Tereza Cabré. Sob uma perspectiva comunicativa, a metodologia da pesquisa contemplou a compilação de um corpus e a utilização de uma ferramenta computacional, o Unitex, para manipulação dos textos que compõem o corpus. Procedemos à extração semiautomática de candidatos a termos, inserimos os temos no mapa conceitual; elaboramos e preenchemos fichas terminológicas que nos serviu como um dossiê dos termos; elaboramos e alimentamos uma base definicional que contribuiu para a redação das definições terminológicas (DT) e na sequência, elaboramos as definições. Os textos definitórios que compõem o vocabulário se pautaram nos procedimentos utilizados pelos pesquisadores do Grupo de Estudos Terminológicos GETerm. A microestrutura do conjunto vocabulário contempla informações sistemáticas (obrigatórias em todos os verbetes) e assistemáticas (informações não obrigatórias) de forma a facilitar a consulta do usuário. Quanto à macroestrutura, seguimos a sugestão do TERMCAT (1990), o qual visa à melhoria da comunicação especializada.

In it we produce a possible explanation of how geometry has been created besides of a brief study on the number followed of the production GeoGebra software, the too we have utilized to build up the figures and the work implementations. We will utilize the areas equivalence based on Euclides elements to solve an initial problem: that of constructing a quadrilateral equivalent to a given pentagon and, for such, it will be necessary the demonstration of some propositions. We will utilize the square to relate its areas with those of the polygonal figures through the âquadratureâ method. With such we will execute the rectangle, triangle, pentagon quadrature, and that of the convex n sides polygon. We will utilize Pitagoras theorem to sum up the squares areas by bringing up brief comments about its use. Afterward this method will also the utilized in the attempt of squaring the curvelin figures such as the circle which has later on originated the problem of the circle quadrature. For explain such a problem we will utilize the geometric construction along with the demonstration of two methods for obtaining the circle quadrature and its respective results and comparisons. In the sequence, we will know what the are constructive numbers, algebraic and transcendent, which will enable us to reach to a classification of the number and its relation to the circle quadrature problem, reaching out the answer to our problem. While defining the geometrical average we will demonstrate how to obtain some quadrature utilized in such an average in the proposed activities. In other words, we can say that this work aims to produce the circle quadrature problem, the investigation of the methods developed by mathematicians for the solution of this problem in the course of history and, finally, an ascertainment on the answer these methods point us. / Este trabalho tem o intuito de traçar o percurso das tentativas de solução da quadratura do círculo, bem como citar suas influências, contribuições para o desenvolvimento da matemática até os dias de hoje e incentivar o uso da geometria dinâmica. Nele apresentamos uma possível explicação de como surgiu a geometria, além de um breve estudo sobre o número , seguido de uma apresentação do software GeoGebra, ferramenta que utilizamos para construção das figuras e das implementações do trabalho. Utilizaremos a equivalência de áreas baseada na obra dos elementos de Euclides para resolvermos um problema inicial: o de construir um quadrilátero equivalente a um pentágono dado e, para isso, será necessária a demonstração de algumas proposições. Utilizaremos o quadrado para relacionarmos a sua área com as das demais figuras poligonais pelo método da "quadratura". Com isso, executaremos as quadraturas do retângulo, triângulo, pentágono e do polígono convexo de n lados. Utilizaremos o Teorema de Pitágoras para somarmos áreas de quadrados, tecendo breves comentários acerca de seu uso. Posteriormente esse método também foi utilizado na tentativa de quadrar-se áreas de figuras curvilíneas, como o círculo, no que mais tarde originou o problema da quadratura do círculo. Para a exposição deste problema mostraremos a construção geométrica e a demonstração de dois métodos para obtermos a quadratura do círculo e seus respectivos resultados e comparações. Em seguida, definiremos o que são números construtíveis, algébricos e transcendentes, o que nos possibilitará chegar a uma classificação do número e sua relação com o problema da quadratura do círculo, chegando à resposta do nosso problema. Ao definirmos a média geométrica, mostraremos como obter algumas quadraturas utilizando essa média nas atividades propostas. Em outras palavras, podemos dizer que este trabalho objetiva apresentar o problema da quadratura do círculo, a investigação de métodos desenvolvidos por matemáticos para resolução deste problema ao longo da história e finalmente uma constatação acerca da resposta que estes métodos nos apontam.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / The present work has as main objective to approach the fundaments of logic and the notions of sets in a narrow and elementary way, culminating in the construction of natural numbers. We present and advance, as far as possible, natural and intuitively, the concepts of propositions and open propositions, and the use of these in the speci cation sets, according with the axiom of the speci cation. We also present the logic connectives of open propositions and logic equivalences, relating them to the sets. We showed the concept of Theorem, as well as some forms of writing and demonstrations in the scope of the sets, and we used properties and relations of sets in the demonstration techniques. Our study ended with the construction of natural numbers and some of its properties, for example, the Relation Order. / O presente trabalho tem como principal objetivo abordar os fundamentos de lógica e as noções de conjuntos de maneira estreita e elementar, culminando na constru- ção dos números naturais. Apresentamos, e progredimos na medida do possível, de forma natural e/ou intuitiva, os conceitos de proposições e proposições abertas, e o uso destes nas especi cações de conjuntos, de acordo com o axioma da especi cação. Apresentamos também os conectivos lógicos de proposições abertas e as equivalências lógicas, relacionando-os aos conjuntos. Mostramos o conceito de Teorema, bem como algumas formas de escritas e demonstrações no âmbito dos conjuntos, e utilizamos propriedades e relações de conjuntos nas técnicas de demonstração. Encerramos nosso estudo com a construção dos números naturais e algumas das suas principais propriedades, como por exemplo, a Relação de Ordem.

Os prefixos germânicos de alguns verbos suecos serão comparados numa análise contrastiva com as relativas equivalências em português e em italiano num corpus paralelo escrito composto por um romance de língua sueca, um de língua portuguesa e um de língua italiana e pelas suas respectivas traduções. As funções desenvolvidas pelos prefixos germânicos dos verbos suecos analisados serão examinadas e depois confrontadas com as relativas equivalências, com o resultado que também nas duas línguas românicas relevam-se, de maneira bastante constante, procedimentos gramaticais parecidos aos desenvolvidos pelos prefixos germânicos. / Germanic prefixes of which some Swedish verbs are composed are going to be compared in acontrastive analysis with their relative equivalences in Portuguese and Italian in a parallel written corpus characterized by a Swedish-language romance, a Portuguese-language romance and an Italian language romance, and by their relative translations. The functions executed by the German prefixes of the analysed Swedish verbs are going to be examined and then compared with their relative equivalences, with the result that even in the Romance languages it is possible to find in a quite constant way grammatical processes which are similar to those executed by the Germanic prefixes. / I prefissi germanici di alcuni verbi svedesi saranno comparati in un'analisi contrastiva con le relative equivalenze in portoghese e in italiano in un corpus parallelo scritto composto da un romanzo di lingua svedese, uno di lingua portoghese e uno di lingua italiana e dalle rispettive traduzioni. Le funzioni svolte dai prefissi germanici dei verbi svedesi analizzati saranno esaminate e poi confrontate con le relative equivalenze, con il risultato che anche nelle due lingue romanze si riscontrano in maniera abbastanza costante processi grammaticali simili a quelli svolti dai prefissi germanici. / De germanska prefix som återfinns i vissa svenska verb kommer att jämföras med sina motsvarigheter på portugisiska och italienska.
