Most major companies today have a visual identity. It answers questions like: which font do I use? and when can I use the logo or not? Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel in Västerås have a visual identity but no guidelines for the employees to follow. Further-more, rollups and rollup handouts produced by Westinghouse are not mentioned in the visual identity. ᰀerefore the external information from Westinghouse is someti-mes, both by employees and customers, perceived as not uniform.  In this thesis I focus on how Westinghouse produces rollups and rollup han-douts. Wo the reader’s attention and interest. The result also indicates that the ma-terial often fails to achieve this purpose cause of how it is produced. It also showed that the employees had diᴀerent experiences in how the material was produced and therefore wished for guidelines to help in the process.  With knowledge gained from theoretic studies, literature studies and the re-sults of my situation analysis, interviews and material analysis, I produced a proposal on how the guidelines and templates could look like. I did a testing of the guidelines and templates where a test subject had to produce a print ready rollup with the help of them and achieved a positive result.  The conclusions of my thesis is that templates and guidelins should be expla-natory and designed with the user in mind and that the company and indivdual has much to gain from using templates and guidelines.

Syftet med studien är att öka förståelsen för utvecklingssamtalets olika delar i förskolan så som syfte, känslor under och efter genomförandet samt eventuella problem som kan uppstå. Genom att intervjua förskollärare har vi författare fått ta del av deras erfarenheter kring utvecklingssamtal. Därför har vi författare ställt oss frågan vad utvecklingssamtal innebär utifrån förskollärares uppfattningar och erfarenheter. Hur tänker förskollärare kring utvecklingssamtal i förskolan? Vi författare har studerat tidigare forskning och låtit det ligga till grund för vår studie. Utifrån forskningen har sedan sex kvalitativa intervjuer genomförts på en förskola i en tätort i en medelstor kommun i södra Sverige. Resultatet har visat att beroende på erfarenheter och personlighet är svaren lika många som förskollärare. Vår studie visar att den normalisering och disciplinering som utvecklingssamtal innebär enligt den aktuella forskningen finns på den förskola där vår studie genomförs.

This thesis is in collaboration with the building permit department at Eskilstuna municipality. The background to this thesis is that the building permit department experiences a lot of questions that they believe could be avoided with better communication and information to the public.  The information design problem that could be identified was the lack of information in the complementary letter that was sent out. It could also be concluded that the existing information in the letters were difficult to understand for the public.  The purpose of this thesis was to get to know how templates regarding decisions that include technical terms should be designed so the public can receive clear municipality decisions.  Several problems were indicated in the template for complementary letters. Among them were the hierarchy of the text and the lack of explanation of the technical terms used in the letter. It could also be identified that the letters that were sent out could look very different. The reason behind this was that the officials used the template in different ways.  The methods used in this project were interviews, self-report, text analysis, observation and literature study. These methods were combined with theories regarding hierarchy, technical terms, communication within organizations and plain language.  A first draft was created with and the help of these methods and theories which were tested on the officials at the building permit department. That draft was later tested on workers at the building permit department. The final template was created after feedback from the building department. A checklist of how the new template should be used were created along with the final template.

<p>Traditionellt har det antagits att användning och förståelse av spatiala prepositioner i första hand sker utifrån geometriska kriterier. Senare studier har visat att prepositioner också påverkas dels av huruvida de spatialt relaterade objekten också är funktionellt relaterade eller inte och dels av den visuella miljö som objekten utgör en del av. Dessa faktorer påverkar valet av perspektiv utifrån vilket prepositioner tillskrivs spatiala relationer, samt användning och förståelse av dem i situationer då de enbart kan tillskrivas utifrån ett perspektiv. Detta arbete undersöker experimentellt hur dessa två faktorer påverkar användning och perspektivtagande vid användning av de projektiva prepositionerna ovanför, nedanför, framför, bakom och bredvid. Resultaten visar att en funktionell relation mellan de spatialt relaterade föremålen och tillgången till en visuell miljö ökar benägenheten att använda prepositionerna utifrån ett perspektiv som utgår från föremålens egna orienteringar. Resultaten talar för att användningen av dessa prepositioner är mer situations-beroende än vad som traditionellt har antagits.</p>

The customer inquiry also shows that most of the customers primarydesire for start using such a solution is that it will save time and also simplify the process formanufacturing of printing matters.

SharePoint är ett stort content- och managament-system som många företag använder sig av. I detta kan mallar specificeras för olika dokumenttyper (kallade content types), som underlättar skapandet av nya dokument för slutanvändaren. Systemet för mallarna blir dock snabbt omständligt och ohanterligt när antalet mallar företaget använder sig av växer. I detta examensarbete undersöks en lösning till problemet med mallarna, som finns tillgänglig på Microsofts Codeplex-site, där projekt under open-source licens kan laddas upp för allmänheten. Under arbetet undersöktes denna lösning djupare och vidareutvecklades för att i slutet av arbetet kunna levereras i form av en prototyp som HOW Solutions kunde använda sig av i framtida projekt. Slutresultatet blev en prototyp som bygger vidare på den tidigare lösningen och som tillåter användaren att specificera en mall-hubb, i form av en site-samling med bibliotek som kan förse andra bibliotek med mallar. Under projektet blev också en annan vidareutveckling av programmet funnen, som visar stor potential och som bör tittas närmare på. / SharePoint is a large content and management system that is used by a vast number of businesses. Templates can be specified for different types of documents (called content types), which simplifies the creating of new documents for the end user. However, the system by which this is done today quickly becomes cumbersome and unmanageable when the number of templates that a business uses increases. In this thesis a solution to the problem is examined which is available on the Microsoft Codeplex site, a site for hosting open source projects. During the project the solution was examined in greater detail, and further developed into a prototype that HOW Solutions could use in future projects. The final result was a prototype that builds on the earlier solution which allows the user to specify a template hub, which is a site collection with libraries that supplies other libraries with templates. During the project another solution, which builds on the same solution, was found. It shows great promise and requires further investigation.

Bakgrund: Att skriva anteckningar tar tid, tid som hade kunnat undsättas till patienterna. I vården är journalföring en viktig aspekt eftersom det bidrar till en säkrare vård. Habiliteringscentrumets arbete vid journalföring skulle kunna förbättras för mer effektivitet och tidsbesparing i verksamheten. Vår undersökning är ett steg för att förbättra detta. Syfte: Syftet med examensarbetet är att undersöka hur sökordsmallarna i Cosmic kan förbättras för arbetsterapeuterna och sjukgymnasterna/fysioterapeuterna på Barn- och ungdoms- samt Vuxenhabiliteringen i Region Jönköpings län och ge förslag på en ny mall. Metod: Som metod valde vi att ha aktionsforskning eftersom vår undersökning är en del i ett förbättringsprojekt. Begreppet handlar om att verksamheten ställs mot ett problem och vi använde oss av ett PGSA-hjul för att utforma webbenkäten. Webbenkäten skickades ut till arbetsterapeuterna och sjukgymnasterna/fysioterapeuter för insamling av empiri. Slutsats: I vår insamlade empiri framkom det att de befintliga mallarna fungerade bra i verksamheten, men att en del sökord som sällan används eller inte används skulle kunna tas bort. Genom att ta reda på vilka sökord som används mest och justera mallen utefter det, skulle sökordsmallarna kunna förbättras. / Background: To write notes takes time, time that could have been set aside for patients. Medical records in health care are an important aspect seeing that it will contribute to safer care. A work improvement to the medical records could be done at Habilitation center for efficiency and time saving. Our survey is a step towards improving this. Purpose: The aim of the study is to investigate how the search term templates in Cosmic can be improved for occupational therapist and physiotherapist at the Child and Youth and Adult habilitation center in Jönköping County and suggest a new template. Method: We chose action research as a method because our investigation is a part of an improvement project. The term is about the workplace facing a problem and we used PDSA (PGSA) to create a survey. The survey was sent to the occupational therapist and physiotherapist to collect data. Conclusion: Our collected data showed that the existing templates worked well at the workplace. But some of the search terms were rarely used or not used at all and could be removed. Syftet med denna uppsats är att få mer kunskap om hur elever som uppger att de har ADHD beskriver sin gymnasieundervisning i musik. Studien använder sig av motivationsteori som teoretisk utgångspunkt. Jag har genomfört tre kvalitativa intervjuer med personer som har gått det estetiska programmet med musikinriktning på gymnasiet som uppger att de har en ADHD-diagnos. Syftet med dessa intervjuer var att låta informanterna tala så fritt som möjligt. Resultat visade att informanternas verkligheter stämde överens med varandra, och utifrån analys av transkriptioner kunde fyra huvudteman identifieras. Dessa teman var motivation, möjlighet att påverka val av musik, mallar och hyperfokus. I diskussionskapitlet tar jag upp hos vem eller var möjliga problem kan ligga och för en diskussion kring de fyra huvudteman som uppkom i resultatkapitlet. I metodkapitlet för jag en diskussion kring för- och nackdelar med intervju som metod och vad jag hade kunnat göra annorlunda för att öka validiteten i min studie. Min studie visar att det behövs vidare forskning på lärares kunskap av att arbeta med elever med NPF. Studien visar också att det behövs vidare forskning om liknande fenomen fast med kvinnligt kodade personer.
