This work is guided in cited/related discourse studies in Bakhtin (2004), Authier-Revuz (1990, 1998, 2004), Maingueneau (1996, 2002), Charaudeau and Maingueneau (2004); in genre approaches developed by Bakhtin (2000); Maingueneau (1996, 2002); socio-discursive interaction (BRONCKART, 1999, 2003; SCHNEUWLY, 2004; DOLZ e SCHNEUWLY, 2004) and Bazerman (2005); and also in presuppositions of Textual Linguistics presented by Charrolles (1988), Van Dijk (1997), Beaugrande and Dressier (1981), Koch and Travaglia (1993, 1995), Koch (2002, 2004) and Val (2000, 2004). We have established as aims to analyze and interpret meaning relations problems in how to articulate direct cited discourse with citing discourse and at the same time explain semantic implications that comes from that articulation that compromise text meaning, at background section in that monographic genre. The analysis, by qualitative and quantitative basis in eleven monographic works that form our corpus, gave us the opportunity to achieve and see that meaning relationships in the articulation of direct cited discourse with citing discourse show problems that may be categorized into three different groups: problems related to meaning relationships with citing discourse that comes before it, problems of meaning relationships with citing discourse that comes after it, and problems with of meaning relationships with citing discourse that come before it and at the same time with citing discourse that comes after it (i.e. in relation to both). These analysis also allow us assert that, these problems, just because they occur frequently, they affect the micro level text coherence, and they also compromise the text global meaning. The results show that students at Letras Course, even in the ending process of their course do not show the real domain in relation to some ways of direct cited discourse organization and working, and also how the ideas articulation work in the construction of relations between direct cited discourse and the citing discourse that can turn those students able to produce a text that enhance acceptable patterns / Neste estudo, investigamos a refer?ncia ao discurso do outro, feita atrav?s do recurso do discurso citado direto, na trama textual da se??o de fundamenta??o te?rica de monografias produzidas por estudantes universit?rios, em fase de conclus?o de curso de Licenciatura em Letras. Foram estabelecidos como objetivos analisar e interpretar problemas de rela??es de sentido na articula??o do discurso citado direto com o discurso citante e explicitar implica??es decorrentes desses problemas para a constru??o do sentido da trama textual da se??o de fundamenta??o te?rica do g?nero monogr?fico. A an?lise, de base qualitativa e quantitativa, das 11 monografias que constituem o corpus, permitiu-nos constatar que os problemas de rela??es de sentido na articula??o do discurso citado direto com o discurso citante podem ser caracterizados a partir de tr?s agrupamentos: problemas de rela??es de sentido com o discurso citante que lhe antecede, problemas de rela??es de sentido com o discurso citante que lhe sucede e problemas de rela??es de sentido com o discurso citante que lhe antecede e, simultaneamente, com o discurso citante que lhe sucede. Permitiu-nos constatar, ainda, que esses problemas, dada a recorr?ncia com que ocorrem, afetam a coer?ncia no n?vel da micro estrutura textual e prejudicam a constru??o do sentido global do texto. Previous issue date: 2012-03-08 / This research is inserted in Textual Analysis of Discourses (from now on, TAD),
elaborated by linguist J-M Adam and developed nowadays by scholars from Brazilian
textual linguistic. ATD consists of a theoretical and descriptive perspective from
Textual Linguistics that is concerned about a theoretical and methodological position
which sets Textual Linguistics in the most extensive Discourse Analysis panorama. In
this work, on the enunciative level of text we investigate: the enunciative responsibility
(ADAM, 2008) in 14 examples of the academic genre paper published in the journal
Ao P? da Letra and written by university students from degree in Language. The
research is oriented by the studies about enunciative responsibility by Adam (2008,
2010), Rabatel (2010), Guentch?va (1994), the perspective of discursive heterogeneity
by Authier-Revuz (2004). We established as general objective: (1) Analyzing the
occurrence of the (not) assumption of enunciative responsibility in the academic genre
paper . The analysis followed the qualitative paradigm on an interpretative basis. The
conclusions show, therefore, the excerpts of the discursive genre used to present the
analysis reveal a particular nature of using the recourse to the discourse of several
knowledge sources that many times can (not) be assumed by the enunciator. / Esta pesquisa insere-se nos estudos da An?lise Textual dos Discursos (doravante ATD),
elaborada pelo linguista J-M Adam e desenvolvida, atualmente, por estudiosos
brasileiros no contexto da Lingu?stica do Texto. A ATD constitui uma perspectiva
te?rica e descritiva do campo da Lingu?stica Textual que se preocupa com um
posicionamento te?rico e metodol?gico situado no quadro mais amplo da An?lise do
Discurso. Neste estudo, investigamos no n?vel enunciativo do texto, a responsabilidade
enunciativa em 14 exemplares do g?nero acad?mico artigo cient?fico, publicados na
Revista Ao P? da Letra e escritos por estudantes universit?rios da Gradua??o de Letras.
A pesquisa ? orientada a partir dos estudos sobre responsabilidade enunciativa de Adam
(2008, 2010), de Rabatel (2009), de Rodrigues (2010), de Guentch?va (1994), da
perspectiva da heterogeneidade discursiva de Authier-Revuz (2004). Foi estabelecido,
como objetivo geral, analisar a ocorr?ncia da (n?o) assun??o da responsabilidade
enunciativa no g?nero acad?mico artigo cient?fico. Na metodologia caracterizamos o
referido g?nero e as abordagens de g?neros desenvolvidas por Bakhtin (1992), por
Bazerman (2005) e por Marcuschi (2005). A an?lise seguiu o paradigma qualitativo de
base interpretativista. As conclus?es revelam, portanto, que os excertos do g?nero
discursivo usado para apresentar a an?lise t?m uma natureza pr?pria de utiliza??o do

Previous issue date: 2012-12-10 / Advertising text has been a subject of many investigations, because of its multimodal
universe. Embodied by a linguistic and discursive materiality laying on scene
persuasion, argumentation and power imagery of multissemiotics elements, the
advertising text acts as an instrument of power, creating and destroying, promising and
denying (CARVALHO, 2007). Advertising not only invites us to act for it, but directs
us to look at it. It was under this moving look - of charm and interrogations - that
discussions raised in this research were born. Investigations are directed to the school
environment, in special, for the discursive advertising domain in Portuguese Language
Textbook. It is from this environment that was born our research whose main objective
is to analyze how does the didactic transposition of textual genres, described by
Marcuschi (2008) as belonging to the "advertising" discourse domain (focusing on
advertising genre) in didactic books teaching Portuguese Language before and after the
advent of the PCN. Textbooks taken as reference for the study are historically situated
in the 90s of the twentieth century and 10 century. Such books refer to elected 7th and
8th grades, currently corresponding to the 8th and 9th grades of elementary school. The
choice is justified by the fact that in these Textbook teaching series the presence of
advertising domain is recurrent and "didactized". In addition, we are also concerned in
analyzing books that circulated around us and our regional reality. Hence, we elected
books that were used by two public high schools: Municipal School Clementina Ana da
Concei??o in Ja?an? city in the Rio Grande do Norte state, State School for Elementary
and High school Carlota Barreira in Areia city, Para?ba state. In our research the
following categories of analysis were highlighted: (1) presence of advertising in DB, (2)
fluctuation terminology: concepts and classifications; (3) The complexity of concepts
facilitation, (4) what they propagate, and from which nature are the explored
advertisements. From our analysis, we observe how the treatment of textual
"advertising" genres have been inserted into Textbooks, and how occurs, in general,
their didactic transposition. Focusing on the issue of fluctuating terminology, we noted
the difficulty in drawing boundaries between the genres of advertising domain in the
Textbooks. However, this also would result in the complexity - in the field of scientific
knowledge - of delimiting genres of the same domain. To accomplish our studies, it was
required a thorough and systematic dialogue with theories regarding the concept of
"Didactic Transposition", due to the theoretical Chevallard Yves (1991), research on the
textual genres - Bezerra (2005), Marcuschi (2008), Bazerman (2005), Swales (2004),
among others - and studies involving the field of "Advertising" - Sandmann (2002),
Carvalho (2007) and others / O texto publicit?rio tem sido objeto de muitas investiga??es, dado o seu universo
multimodal que lhe constitui. Consubstanciado por meio de uma materialidade
lingu?stica e discursiva que coloca em cena a persuas?o, a argumenta??o e a pot?ncia
imag?tica de elementos multissemi?ticos, o texto publicit?rio atua como instrumento de
poder, criando e destruindo, prometendo e negando (CARVALHO, 2007). A
publicidade n?o s? nos convida a agir por ela, mas nos direciona a olhar para ela. Foi
sob esse movimento de olhar de encanto e de interroga??es que nasceram as
discuss?es levantadas nesta pesquisa. As investiga??es s?o direcionadas para o espa?o
escolar, em especial, para os g?neros do dom?nio discursivo publicit?rio no Livro
Did?tico de L?ngua Portuguesa (LDP). ? a partir desse ambiente que nasceu nossa
pesquisa, cujo objetivo central ? analisar como se realiza a transposi??o did?tica dos
g?neros textuais, descritos por Marcuschi (2008) como pertencentes ao dom?nio
discursivo publicit?rio (centrando-se no g?nero propaganda), em livros did?ticos de
ensino de L?ngua Portuguesa antes e depois do advento dos PCN. Os livros did?ticos
(LD) tomados como refer?ncia para o estudo situam-se, historicamente, nos anos 90 do
s?culo XX e 10 do s?culo XXI. Tais livros eleitos referem-se ?s 7? e 8? s?ries,
atualmente correspondentes aos 8? e 9? anos do ensino fundamental. A escolha se
justifica pelo fato de ser nos LDP dessas s?ries de ensino que a presen?a do dom?nio
publicit?rio ? recorrente e didatizado . Al?m desse recorte, ocupamo-nos em analisar
livros que circularam pr?ximo de n?s e de nossa realidade regional. Da?, elegermos
livros que foram utilizados por duas escolas de ensino p?blico: Escola Municipal Ana
Clementina da Concei??o (EMACC) do Munic?pio da cidade de Ja?an?, no Estado do
Rio Grande do Norte; Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental e M?dio Carlota Barreira
(EEFMCB) da cidade de Areia, Estado da Para?ba. Foram destaques, em nossa
investiga??o, as seguintes categorias de an?lise: (1) Presen?a da propaganda nos LD; (2)
Flutua??o terminol?gica: conceitos e nomenclaturas; (3) A complexidade da facilita??o
de conceitos; (4) A natureza das propagandas: o que propagam. A partir de nossa
an?lise, observamos como o tratamento dos g?neros textuais publicit?rios vem sendo
inserido no LD e como ocorre, de modo geral, sua transposi??o did?tica. Centrando-se
na quest?o da flutua??o terminol?gica, observamos a dificuldade dos autores dos LD em
tra?ar limites entre os g?neros do dom?nio publicit?rio no LD. Todavia, isto poderia ter
como consequ?ncia, tamb?m, a complexidade que h? no campo do saber cient?fico -em delimitar g?neros de um mesmo dom?nio. Para efetivar nossos estudos, foi
necess?rio um di?logo profundo e sistem?tico com teorias relativas ao conceito de

The interviewed subjects had been adult women who had resumed their school trajectory, after certain period without frequenting educational establishments. Aware of that those identities can be per-ceived through the observations of the discursive practices, we question: which discursive practices and power relations involve and constitute those women? Which identity positionings they take through the discursive practices and power relations that include them and that are identified in their stories? Which linguistic marks characterize, in the speech of those women, forms of resistance in the con-stitution of identities? We intend to investigate the constitution of woman identities in the contemporanity; pointing discursive practices and power relations which in-volve women that converge to their identity constitution; exploring in the linguistic materiality effects of senses that emanate of the discursive practices and power relations which involve the collaborators in the identity constitution in private and public spaces. Research corpus is composed by stories of life granted by three women, collected through semidirected interview between 2004 and 2005. To ana-lyze the data, we base in authors as P?cheux (1993; 2002), Foucault (1979; 1988; etc.), Butler (2003), Scott (1992; 1995), Hall (2000; 2004; 2005), Bauman (1999; 2005), among others that problematize questions as discourse, identity, social gender, power and its interfaces. The life stories had allowed to analyze: the gen-der identity constitution from discursive practices and relations of forces lived in the familiar scenery; assumed identity positionings from discursive practices in globalized urban contexts; power positions in the domestic and extradomestic sphere and new identity positionings / Este trabalho disserta sobre a constitui??o discursiva de identidades; em especial, busca problematizar a constitui??o de identidade de mulheres, a partir de pr?ticas discursivas e rela??es de poder quotidianas que as afetam. Os sujei-tos colaboradores foram mulheres adultas que retomaram a sua trajet?ria escolar, ap?s certo per?odo sem freq?entar estabelecimentos de ensino. Previous issue date: 2014-03-07 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior / This Masters thesis investigates and analyzes the homoerotic expressions in Fernando Pessoa s poetry and in his heteronyms : ?lvaro de Campos, Alberto Caeiro and Ricardo Reis. Through the elaboration of deceptive strategies as a way to escape from the insults and the constraints, the poet by means of creative runaway lines builds up a homoerotic poetry that differ from the established patterns and representational models of the literature. We can find, bearing in mind a problematic sexuality which overflows in the various I s, of the sinuous identities and the movable boundaries, and intense mask games. They become real in poems, especially by means of sensations, yielding the possibility of a queer discourse and generating a homoerotic poetry. Pessoa s homoerotism is, thus, presented amid friendly relationships, smooth spaces, of heterotrophy of the city, or others space and the closet s aesthetics. Based on this, it is noted the articulations of a performance gender as body scripture and inscription, thus establishing a physical-writing which reveals a transgressive sexuality, with multiple entrances and exits, affirmations and denials that originate paradoxes. In this matter, we develop links between Foucault conceptions (2010a, 2010b, 2011) towards the history of sexuality, friendship and the power-knowledge relations with traces of significance and subjectivity, in processes of faciality and BwO (Body-without-Organs) in Deleuze and Guattari (1996). We still consider the ontological questionings towards the Gay dimension in Eribon (2008) and we raise aspects concerning the construction of the idea of masculinity in Bourdieu (2010). Finally, we base ourselves on Sedgwick s 1993 closet epistemological approach, as well as on Butler s 2012 gender and performance theory, also going through a few Bataille 1987 passages about erotism, that redimension the homoaffective images of the Portuguese poet / Esta disserta??o investiga e analisa as express?es do homoerotismo na poesia Fernando Pessoa e de seus principais heter?nimos: ?lvaro de Campos, Alberto Caeiro e Ricardo Reis. Elaborando estrat?gias de fingimento como uma forma de escapar ?s inj?rias e interdi??es, o poeta atrav?s de linhas de fuga criadoras constitui uma po?tica homoer?tica, diferente dos padr?es estabelecidos e dos modelos representacionais da literatura. N?s podemos encontrar, tendo em vista uma sexualidade problematizada, que transborda na multiplicidade dos eus, das identidades fluidas e de fronteiras m?veis, intensos jogos de m?scaras. Estas se corporificam nos poemas, sobretudo, por meio das sensa??es, dando lugar ? possibilidade do discurso queer e homoer?tico emergir. O homoerotismo pessoano ?, assim, descortinado em meio ?s rela??es est?ticas da amizade, dos espa?os lisos, das heterotopias da cidade, ou espa?os do outro, e da est?tica do arm?rio. Partindo disso, percebemos as articula??es de um g?nero de performance como escritura e inscri??o do corpo, estabelecendo uma escrita-f?sica, que pontua uma sexualidade transgressora, com m?ltiplas entradas e sa?das, afirma??es e nega??es, instauradoras de paradoxos. Caic? city. To do so, we will discuss the reason why places are named, the practice of naming
places, so as the process of choosing the names of neighborhoods, streets and city public
squares. Thereby, we will investigate the space changes in Caic? city since its formation, as a
village, until the decade of 1970. This period of time was chosen in order to discuss the
toponymic process of the city, besides having noticed that public places and locations in
Caico with the feminine nominations only appear from the second half of the 60s decade and
in the beginning of the 70s. This way, we preferred to investigate who were the first Caic?
women to have their names in the urban space; why women only begin to have homage from
the decade of the 60s on; what is the importance and the location of the places with feminine
names; and what gender image is there on this homage / Este trabalho busca realizar uma investiga??o a respeito das rela??es entre identidades de
g?nero e a topon?mia da cidade de Caic?. Para isso, discutiremos o porqu? dos lugares serem
nomeados, a pr?tica de nomear os lugares, como tamb?m discutiremos o processo de escolha
dos nomes dos bairros, ruas e pra?as da cidade. Desse modo, investigaremos as mudan?as
espaciais na cidade de Caic? desde sua forma??o, como vila, at? a d?cada de 1970. Esse
recorte temporal foi escolhido com o objetivo de discutirmos o processo topon?mico da
cidade, al?m de termos verificado que os locais e logradouros p?blicos de Caic? com
denomina??es femininas s? surgiram a partir da segunda metade da d?cada de 1960 e in?cio
dos anos 1970. Nesse sentido, optamos por investigar quem foram as primeiras mulheres

Previous issue date: 2017-07-25 / O objetivo deste estudo ? investigar a constru??o de identidades das mulheres a partir de embates dial?gicos em panfletos de divulga??o da Marcha das Vadias, movimento feminista que surgiu no ano de 2011, em Toronto, no Canad?, e que ganhou destaque mundial no combate a atos de viol?ncia praticados contra as mulheres. Na tentativa de combater o machismo, esse movimento busca desconstruir discursos que responsabilizam as mulheres pela viol?ncia a que s?o submetidas e, simultaneamente, constr?i novos sentidos acerca das identidades femininas. No intuito de alcan?ar o objetivo desta pesquisa, investigamos os posicionamentos valorativos presentes em 10 panfletos de divulga??o da Marcha das Vadias, para a partir dos recursos lingu?stico-discursivos e semi?ticos utilizados, interpretar que identidades das mulheres s?o constru?das. Para tanto, a pesquisa ora apresentada insere-se no campo dos estudos em Lingu?stica Aplicada, estando ancorada em uma concep??o s?cio-hist?rica da linguagem, entendendo-a como uma pr?tica discursiva constitutiva e constituinte da vida social (BAKHTIN, 2013, 2015; BAKHTIN/VOLOSHINOV, 2010). Ademais, estabelecemos interconex?es com estudos sobre identidades de g?nero (BUTLER, 2013; LOURO, 2010, 2015; MOITA LOPES, 2002, 2003) e com os Estudos Culturais (HALL, 2014; WOODWARD, 2014), por estes entenderem as identidades como constru??es hist?ricas, h?bridas e descentradas, que s?o forjadas pelos sujeitos nas pr?ticas sociais. Orientada por esses quadros te?rico-metodol?gicos, a an?lise dos discursos revelou posicionamentos valorativos que constroem identidades de uma mulher livre, cr?tica, participativa, que problematiza a viol?ncia e questiona estere?tipos de g?nero ao se apoderar do pr?prio corpo. Constatou-se, ainda, que essas identidades buscam desconstruir discursos que responsabilizam as mulheres pelas viol?ncias de que s?o v?timas. / The objective this study is to investigate the identities of women constructed from the dialogical struggles in pamphlets of divulgation the SlutWalk, feminist movement that emerged in 2011 in Toronto in Canada and has gained worldwide prominence in combating acts of violence committed against women. In an attempt to combat male chauvinism, this movement seeks to deconstruct discourses that hold women accountable for the violence they are subjected to, and at the same time constructs new meanings about the female identities. In order to reach the objective of this research, we investigate the valoratives positioning present in 10 pamphlets of divulgation the SlutWalk, and from the linguistic-discursive and semiotic resources used, to identify which women's identities are constructed. For this, the research presented here inserts in the field of studies in Applied Linguistics, being anchored in a socio-historical conception of language, understanding it as a constitutive and constituent discursive practice of social life (BAKHTIN, 2013, 2015, BAKHTIN/VOLOSHINOV, 2010). In addition, we established interconnections with studies about gender identities (BUTLER, 2013, LOURO, 2010, 2015, MOITA LOPES, 2002, 2003) and with Cultural Studies (HALL, 2014 and WOODWARD, 2014), for these understand the identities as historical, hybrid and decentered constructions, which are forged by the subjects in social practices. Substantiated by these theoretical and methodological frameworks, the analysis of discourses revealed valoratives positioning that build identities of a free, critical, participatory woman, which discusses violence and questions the gender stereotypes when she empowers the own body. It found, also, that these identities seek to deconstruct discourses that blame women for the violence they are victims.

Previous issue date: 2017-08-31 / As mudan?as demogr?ficas vivenciadas pela popula??o brasileira nas ?ltimas d?cadas, em especial o envelhecimento populacional e o aumento da expectativa de vida, representam um desafio para o equil?brio financeiro do sistema previdenci?rio brasileiro. Diante dessa conjuntura, o governo analisa propostas para altera??o nas regras previdenci?rias, a fim de tentar diminuir o suposto d?ficit e aumentar a arrecada??o. A igualdade nas regras de concess?o dos benef?cios para homens e mulheres ? uma das propostas do governo, que vem sendo discutida sob a justificativa de que a expectativa de vida da mulher ? maior que a dos homens. Entretanto, no contexto brasileiro, o b?nus de 5 anos no tempo de contribui??o e na idade de aposentadoria foi sugerido pela Carta das Mulheres de 1987 e consolidado na Constitui??o de 1988, como uma forma de reconhecer o papel social da mulher, que n?o ? considerado: o trabalho dedicado aos afazeres dom?sticos e o cuidado com a fam?lia; um trabalho n?o remunerado e invis?vel perante a sociedade e o Estado, al?m das diferen?as de sal?rios entre os sexos no mercado de trabalho. Portanto, o presente trabalho pretende discutir se a igualdade das regras previdenci?rias para os homens e mulheres ?, de fato, uma reforma adequada para a realidade brasileira diante das desigualdades de g?nero encontradas no mercado de trabalho e na divis?o do trabalho reprodutivo (afazeres dom?sticos). O estudo tem como objetivo estimar a diferen?a do tempo de trabalho entre homens e mulheres, considerando o tempo gasto no trabalho produtivo (no mercado de trabalho) e o tempo dedicado aos afazeres dom?sticos e cuidados com a fam?lia. Utilizando dados da PNAD de 2014, os resultados evidenciam que, embora mulheres tenham carga hor?ria remunerada quase 15% menor que a dos homens, elas dedicam 128% a mais do seu tempo em afazeres dom?sticos. Assim, as mulheres trabalham em m?dia 358 horas a mais que os homens por ano e, se esta diferen?a fosse considerada, em 30 anos as mulheres teriam tempo de contribui??o equivalente a 34,3 anos de contribui??o dos homens. Al?m disso, ao analisar as diferen?as entre os sexos por outras caracter?sticas como: escolaridade, renda, trabalho formal e informal, arranjos familiares, ra?a e faixa et?ria, verificou-se diferen?as ainda maiores no tempo de trabalho que a m?dia nacional. / The demographic changes by the Brazilian population in the last decades, especially the aging of the population and the increase in life expectancy experienced, represent a challenge for the financial equilibrium of their social security system. Given this situation, the government analyzes proposals for changes in social security rules to try decreasing the deficit, and in a way, increasing the collection. Equality in the rules for granting benefits to men and women is one of the proposals of the government, which has been discussed under the justification that the woman's life expectancy is greater than that of men. In the Brazilian context, the 5-year bonus on contribution time and retirement age was suggested by the 1987 Women's Charter and consolidated in the 1988 Constitution As a way of recognizing the social role of women, which is not recognized: work dedicated to housework, unpaid and invisible work vis-?-vis society and the State, as well as gender differences in the labor market. Therefore, the present study intends to discuss whether the equality of social security rules for men and women is in fact an adequate reform for the Brazilian reality, given the gender inequalities found in the labor market and in the division of reproductive work (housework). The study aims to estimate the difference in working time between men and women, considering the time spent in productive labor (the labor market) and the time devoted to housework and family care. Using data from the PNAD of 2014, the results show that, despite having worked with an average load, 15% less than men, they are dedicated 128% more of their time in domestic tasks. Women work an average of 358 hours more than men per year, if this difference were considered, in 30 years women would have contribution time equivalent to 34.3 years of men's contribution. And when analyzing the differences between the sexes by other characteristics such as schooling, income, formal and informal work, family arrangements, race, age group; Differences were even greater than the national average.

Previous issue date: 2017-12-11 / Nesta pesquisa, analisamos a produ??o LGBT de efeito humor?stico em canais de humor gay do YouTube, enquanto discursiviza??o das for?as centr?fugas e centr?petas homonormativas. O humor gay dos canais pesquisados usa a carnavaliza??o (for?a centr?fuga) como t?cnica de humor para gerar rupturas (resist?ncia e transgress?o) no discurso homonormativo, que se apresenta uma reprodu??o do discurso heteronormativo. Enquanto a teledramaturgia tem midiatizado o discurso homonormativo (casais de gays felizes, bem casados e bem sucedidos, constituindo fam?lia atrav?s da ado??o etc.) para gerar o efeito de aceita??o social por semelhan?a com o discurso heteronormativo (que por sua vez tem semelhan?as com o discurso patriarcalista, pr?-fam?lia tradicional, anti-relacionamento aberto, contra a sexualidade livre e n?o normatizada), os canais de humor gay t?m recorrido ao grotesco e ? carnavaliza??o para resistir e transgredir ao discurso homonormativo e tamb?m para deslocar das margens para o centro os sujeitos LGBTT que n?o se guiam homonormativamente. Nossa pesquisa tem evidenciado que esse tipo de produ??o humor?stica se vale, ?s vezes, de uma linguagem codificada (Pajub?, Bajub? ou Bich?s), evocando pr?ticas sociais e constru??es simb?licas do cotidiano, do subjetivo e do identit?rio gay, n?o raro tornando-se essa produ??o lingu?stico-imag?tico-humor?stica opaca e inacess?vel em seus efeitos de sentido humor?stico para outros grupos sociais, n?o gerando o riso pela aus?ncia neles de certos saberes e mem?rias (POSSENTI, 2010). O discurso do grotesco aqui tamb?m identificado constitui uma parte significativa do corpus analisado: 6 v?deos respectivamente extra?dos dos canais de humor gay Ch? dos 5, P?e na Roda, Las Bibas From Viscaya, Bicha Melhore, Canal das Bee e Laranjas Bahia. Para tratar deste discurso em particular, utilizamos as proposi??es sobre o grotesco de Mikhail Bakhtin (1999) e as categorias do grotesco criadas por Muniz Sodr? e Raquel Paiva (2002). O grotesco e a carnavaliza??o (for?a centr?fuga) funcionam como procedimentos e t?cnicas de humor, colocando-se nos v?deos contra as representa??es do discurso homonormativo. A an?lise das condi??es de possibilidade (FOUCAULT, 1996; 1971; 2000; 1990) desse humor nos foram de grande import?ncia e acuidade, bem como a discuss?o da performatividade de g?nero da fil?sofa norte-americana Judith Butler (1993; 1997; 1999) e seu respectivo vi?s no que concerne ?s rela??es de g?nero e de poder, levando-se em considera??o a fabrica??o das subjetividades e identidades, como tamb?m o exerc?cio da resist?ncia e da transgress?o. Para a realiza??o dessa investiga??o, apoiamo-nos sobre a base te?rico-conceitual e metodol?gica da An?lise do Discurso de filia??o francesa. / In this research, we analyzed the LGBT production of humorous effect in gay humor channels of YouTube, while discourse about the centrifugal and centripetal homonormative forces. The gay humor of the channels studied uses carnivalization (centrifugal force) as a humor technique to generate ruptures (resistance and transgression) in homonormative discourse, which presents a reproduction of heteronormative discourse. While c has mediated the homonormative discourse (couples of happy, well-married and successful gays, constituting family through adoption, etc.) to generate the effect of social acceptance by resemblance to heteronormative discourse (which in turn bears similarities to patriarchal discourse, traditional pro-family, open anti-relationship, against free and non-standardized sexuality), gay humor channels have resorted to grotesque and carnivalization to resist and transgress to homonormative discourse and also to shift from the margins to the center LGBT subjects who do not guide themselves homonormatively. Our research has evidenced that this type of humorous production is sometimes based on a coded language (Pajuba, Bajub? or Bich?s), evoking social practices and symbolic constructions of the daily, the subjective and the gay identity, often becoming this language-imagery-humorous production, opaque and inaccessible in its effects of humorous sense to other social groups, not generating laughter because of the absence of certain knowledge and memories in them (POSSENTI, 2010). The grotesque discourse here also identified constitutes a significant part of the corpus analyzed: 6 videos respectively extracted from the gay humor channels Tea of 5, P? na Roda, Bibas From Viscaya, Bicha Melhore, Bee Channel and Oranges Bahia. To deal with this particular discourse, we use the propositions on the grotesque of Mikhail Bakhtin (1999) and the grotesque categories created by Muniz Sodr? and Raquel Paiva (2002). Grotesque and carnivalization (centrifugal force) function as procedures and techniques of humor, putting themselves in the videos against the representations of homonormative discourse. The analysis of the conditions of possibility (FOUCAULT, 1996; 1971; 2000; 1990) was of great importance and acuity, as well as the discussion of the gender performativity of the American philosopher Judith Butler (1993; their respective bias in relation to gender and power relations, taking into account the fabrication of subjectivities and identities, as well as the exercise of resistance and transgression. For the accomplishment of this investigation, we support ourselves on the theoretical-conceptual and methodological basis of the Discourse Analysis of French affiliation.

Investigamos um corpus de quatro senten?as judiciais de natureza criminal, coletadas do s?tio do Tribunal de Justi?a do Rio Grande do Norte - Poder Judici?rio, em consulta de Julgados de 1?. Grau. Em nossas an?lises evidenciamos que a senten?a judicial possui v?rias potencialidades gen?ricas que a atravessam em seus n?veis textuais e transtextuais, estabelecendo um di?logo intergen?rico (ADAM; HEIDMANN, 2011b), sendo uma pr?tica normatizada, cognitivamente e socialmente institu?da, podendo conter varia??es, mas tendo elementos cristalizados e com uma tradicionalidade funcional que n?o foi eliminada com o tempo. Diante da relev?ncia social do texto forense e, em especial, da senten?a judicial na vida dos cidad?os, esperamos contribuir para as pesquisas que abordem o estudo do texto jur?dico, principalmente, nos elementos de genericidade das senten?as judiciais. / This dissertation aims to study genericity in judicial decisions phenomenon, text/discourse
genre confined to juridical field from its compositional structure and its text plan. The notion
of gender in ATD addressing is located at transition between speech and text and we use as
one of the levels/dimensions of analysis that permeates text plan notion, based on their
compositional structure. Our theoretical anchorage is located in Linguistics Textual general
framework, and, more specifically, in addressing Textual Analysis of Discourses (ATD)
approach developed by Adam (2011a), the notions of genre/discourse of Marcuschi (2002,
2008), Bazerman (2005) and the proposals to establish genericidde of Adam and Heidmann
(2006), Rodrigues, Passeggi e Silva Neto (2010, 2012, 2014), among others. Textual Analysis
of Discourses (ATD) is part of the general theoretical framework of text linguistics and aims
to study sense co(n)text production, based on analysis of concrete texts through the drafting of
certain plans or levels of linguistic analysis. It is a nature documentary research under an
inductive-deductive perspective, qualitative and descriptive. We investigated a corpus of four
court rulings criminal, collected from the site of Rio Grande do Norte Court of Justice -
Judiciary, in First Degree Judged. We noted in our analysis that court ruling has several
generic capabilities that cross in their textual and transtextual levels, establishing a dialogue
intergeneric (ADAM; HEIDMANN, 2011b), being a standardized practice and cognitively
socially instituted and may contain variations, but with crystallized elements and a functional
traditionalism that has not been eliminated through time. Facing social relevance of forensic
text and, especially, court judgment on people's life, we hope to contribute to research that
addresses the study of legal text, especially in genericity elements of judicial sentence.
