An education is not only transmitted within the school environment, but beyond it. That is formed and transformed through the proper training of educators. To this end, this research sought to investigate the environmental inserted in the Faculty of Education UFPB Campus I. For this, we used a qualitative methodology approach document/literature for analysis of the Political Pedagogical Course, as well as the menus and programs of the same disciplines. Was also developed semi-structured questionnaires with teachers and students of the course, so in order to identify how the environmental dimension has been inserted in the educational training of educators. As a result we obtained evidence that the environmental dimension is inserted into the vanishingly PPP, menus and programs of the disciplines, and that even being already known and recognized by the faculty interdisciplinary and cross to the students, this design still is not present, revealing the need for further discussion and reflection on the scale.

Nuisance to the criticism received by the course, raised the hypothesis that there were ambiguities and contradictions, historical and legally built over the course of Pedagogy, which produced the different training requirements specified in the National Curriculum Guidelines for Education Course, bringing difficulty for the delimitation of their identity. The research study quantitative and qualitative featured a combination of procedures and techniques, in addition to historical rescue, literature and relevant legislation, a survey was carried out with students of the Faculty of Education of a private institution of higher education of São Paulo, in order to identify the views of students on their course, their training needs and issues considered important and controversial in the formation of a pedagogue. Held still, semi-structured in-depth interviews with the actors considered privileged discussions of course, choices and criticisms to the Faculty of Education in our country. Three interviews were conducted, the first with one of the rapporteurs of DCNP and two researchers from antagonistic positions on the issues surrounding the formation and the Faculty of Education. For guidance and organization of data four variables were constructed from the list of skills and competencies expected of graduates of the course, described in DCNP. The first variable considered was the time course load versus the formation of the pedagogue, represented by different training needs present in educational performance for children and other segments; the second variable brings the teacher's fields of activity in the teaching career versus the management career. The third variable brings the fields of activity in school spaces versus non-school spaces, be they educational spaces, non-formal education, informal or other distinct spaces. And the fourth variable, the theory versus practice. The theoretical frame of analysis used was Freirian with the choice of the categories autonomy, political content, educational practice and knowledge of teaching. The approximation of the results obtained in the opinion poll conducted with students and reports of respondents, the first variable on the workload of the course, students consider it satisfactory, as the rapporteur, but there is no agreement of the researchers who consider it insufficient. In the second variable, the students present agreement with one of the researchers, that there should be two courses of Pedagogy, one that would form the teacher and the other that would form the manager. This thought is different from the rapporteur and researcher 1 (so-called), that justify the possibility of co-existence of training for the teaching explanation to be understood in extended and not restricted sense. The third variable on performance in school and non-school spaces, students approached the rapporteur's thoughts and one of the researchers who understand that training is for performance in any educational space, as the researcher 2 indicates that this action should exist, but it is not possible to do it the way DCNP proposed and organize current courses. In the last variable there is no agreement between the rapporteur, researchers and students. E a quarta variável, a teoria versus a prática.

Dramapedagogens roll i en medskapande process med barn : En reflekterande studie om pedagogens roll i barns delaktighet i ett skapande teaterprojekt / The role of the drama pedagogue in a co-creative process with childre : –A reflective study of the pedagogue’s role in children’s participation in a creative theatre projec

Lundin, Lova January 2021 (has links)
This study is based on a theatre project which was carried through in spring 2020. The purpose of the study is to examine the role of the pedagogue in making the children co-creators in the production of the performance. The study is made in a drama pedagogical context, based on the art pedagogical perspective. The background answers to the inquiry about what a drama teacher is and does. Previous research describes various role functions that pedagogues, teachers and adults can take on in an artistic process together with children. The theoretical framework is based on Hart's theory of participation. The researcher in this study was also the pedagogue in the project being investigated and therefore conducts the study as a reflective practitioner. The analysis is performed according to the method of grounded theory. The result presents three parallel creative processes; Create for the group + Creative with the help of techniques/tools and Receptive listening + Creative through experience and Create with consideration + Indirect creating. It appears that the pedagogue works to create conditions for the children to become co-creators. She reflects on being transparent and on her own role. The children become particularly co-creative through the play that they themselves initiate in gaps that arise when the pedagogue backs away. Through play, they were able to develop their characters and stories. It was also through play that the children made a selection of the material that then became the basis for the show. In the last part of the project, the pedagogue stages the play with two professional actors without the children that in the end receives the performance as an actualization of their own work. The pedagogue and the actors create with consideration and the children become involved through an indirect creation. The study discusses pedagogy as an offer as well as new ways of working further with and highlighting the drama teacher's competence in creative processes.

Alina, Manolea, Olimpia, Panagiotidou January 2023 (has links)

Ledin, Monica January 2016 (has links)

Dahl, Marianne January 2014 (has links)
This thesis aims to make a contribution to our current understanding regarding leisure-time pedagogues’ work with children’s relationships. Here focus is placed on the collective action repertoire as expressed by two different groups of leisure-time pedagogues. The research questions addressed are:   How do leisure-time pedagogues work with children’s relationships and how do they view such relationships? What communities do they identify? What qualities in children’s relationships do they regard as desirable?  The theoretical framework of this study is based on Wenger’s (1998) social theory regarding learning in communities of practice, as well as Gergen’s theory of relationships as an inevitable part of human existence. Consequently, within this thesis relationships are viewed as mainly negotiated and are therefore dynamic in character. The methodological approach is ethnographic, focusing on leisure-time pedagogues’ work with and talk about children’s relationships. The study is based on data derived from eight leisure-time pedagogues divided into two different work teams of four pedagogues, covering two different leisure-time centres and involving 60 children of 6-11 years of age.   Final analysis is based on concepts derived from both Wenger’s and Gergen’s theories, for example; action repertoire, relational qualities, communities of practice and shared interests. Results suggest that the communities of practice and the alliances that pedagogues identify are often gender-related and built on common interests. The pedagogues’ action repertoire illustrates a desire to facilitate encounters between children and promote harmonious relationships. Leisure-time pedagogues support relationships characterized by consensus, respect, confidence and adaptation to rules, whereas those marked by conflict, disharmony, breaking rules or aggressions are counteracted. Various notions emerge in pedagogues’ action repertoire based on normative thinking, where different relational competences are ascribed to children. Some children are described as relationally competent while other children, who do not adapt themselves in a desirable manner, are described as having difficulties adjusting their relational competence. The results also reveal a lack of guidelines for handling the variety of differences in children’s relationships and display the lack of a common professional language for verbalizing children’s relational work.

Röda skynken : om hur sättet vi pratar om elever påverkar sättet vi pratar med elever / Red rags : how the manner in which we talk about pupils effects the manner in which we talk with pupils

Hedgrund, Jesper, Westberg, Lotta January 2017 (has links)
Our intention with this essay is to reflect on our role as leisure-time pedagogues. Our research has its starting points in two separate but similar stories from our workplaces. The purpose of this research is to investigate how the manner in which we talk about pupils effects the manner in which we talk with pupils. We believe a negative culture of talking about pupils creates a negative picture of pupils. This creates negatively minded pupils which leads to a negative work environment. The theme of this essay contains concepts such as speech, responsibility and reflection as a tool. We show how speech manufactures images, views and meanings of things which effects how we perceive them. We write about the use and abuse of metaphor, the negative side but also the neglected positive side of prejudice as well as the negative aspects of a positive conversation-culture and the positive aspects of a negative conversation-culture. We see the constant responsibility we as leisure-time pedagogues have as a crucial part in the world we are a part of and at the same time create. We can not blame anyone else for our actions. We are all accountable. What we do effects, always. The essay has an undertone of the urge and need for reflection. We feel reflection gives a wider view and greater understanding of how we can progress in our development as leisure-time pedagogues.
