Magistro baigiamojo darbo objektas – Vilniaus technologijų ir dizaino kolegijos dėstytojų informacinė elgsena. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti dėstytojų informacinę elgseną. Šiam tikslui įgyvendinti, iškelti tokie uždaviniai: išanalizuoti informacinės elgsenos teorijos raidą; išnagrinėti informacinės elgsenos sampratos genezę; apžvelgti informacinės elgsenos modelius ir jų ypatybes; išanalizuoti dėstytojų informacinę elgseną nagrinėjusius tyrimus; ištirti Vilniaus technologijų ir dizaino kolegijos dėstytojų informacinę elgseną, susijusią su darbine veikla. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą apie informacinės elgsenos teorijos raidą, išnagrinėjus informacinės elgsenos sampratos genezę, apžvelgus informacinės elgsenos modelius ir jų ypatybes, išanalizavus dėstytojų informacinę elgseną nagrinėjusius tyrimus ir ištyrus Vilniaus technologijų ir dizaino kolegijos dėstytojų informacinę elgseną, susijusią su darbine veikla, prieita prie tokių išvadų: tradicinio informacijos paieškos teorijos laikotarpio autoriai pasižymi mechaninių informacijos paieškos sistemų valdymo komponentų kūrimu, pateikia pirmąsias informacijos paieškos sąvokas, formuojamos pirmosios kompiuterinės informacijos apdorojimo programos. Darbo objektas: paauglių motyvacijos sportuoti ir sporto poreikių tenkinimo ryšiai. Tyrimo problema. Sportuoti skatinančių veiksnių problema yra aktuali, nes vis dažniau mokslininkai kelia tokius klausimus: kokia motyvacijos sportinei veiklai struktūra, kaip skatinti vaikų ir paauglių motyvaciją, koks jų poreikis sportuoti. Ugdymo turinys taip pat yra svarbus veiksnys, lemiantis mokinių motyvaciją. Ryšys tarp sportinio ugdymo turinio įvairovės ir vaikų motyvacijos sportuoti dažniau nagrinėjamas formaliojo švietimo požiūriu, o neformaliojo - dažniau nusakomas teoriškai, nei grindžiamas konkrečiais empiriniais tyrimais. Mokytojams ir treneriams taip pat yra labai svarbu įvertinti paauglių demografinius veiksmus, nes jie labai svarbūs, nepriklausomai nuo to, kur paauglys sportuoja. The problem of the factors enhancing exercising is relevant as more often scientists raise the following questions: what is the structure of sports activity, how to encourage the motivation of children and teenagers, what is their need to exercise. Educational content is also a very important factor, determining the students’ motivation. The relation between the variety of sport educational content and children’s motivation to exercise is often analysed in regard to formal education, and informal education is more often outlined theoretically than based on specific empirical studies. The aim of the study – to evaluate patients‘ and physicians‘ opinion about the satisfaction of patients needs in primary health care. The objectives: 1. To explore patients‘ opinion about satisfaction of their needs in primary health care and dimensions of health care service quality. 2. To explore physicians‘ opinion about the satisfaction of patients’ needs in primary health care. 3. To compare patients‘ and physicians‘ opinion about the satisfaction of patients’ needs in primary health care. Methods. The study was conducted in Centro outpatient clinic in January-March, year 2006. The participants of the study were 394 patients 16-65 years old and 23 physicians. The study material was gathered using self-administrated anonymous questionnaires. The questionnaire for the patients covered 31 questions, questionnaire for the doctors – 29 questions. The data analysis was performed applying the statistical package SPSS version 12,0. The statistical procedures were employed by Chi- square’s (χ2) parameters, degree of freedom and statistical significance. Results. 48,9% of patients evaluate negatively the environment of the outpatient clinic waiting – room, 51,8% – the work of the registry, 56,85% of patients‘ - possibility to get medical consultation in convenient time, 64,28% - waiting time at the physician‘s office. 51,27 % of patients consider, that doctor is not attentive enough for them, 61,42% – doctors don‘t spare enough time for them, 53,81% - don‘t thoroughly evaluate... Majority of the psychologists note that it is natural of a man to evolve gradually. In the beginning of the career, a teacher survives some stages of pedagogical development progress (Frances Fuler, 1969; Feiman – Nemsener, 1983; Leitwood, 1992; Arends, 1998; Šernas, 1998 etc.), but first and most of all (s)he experiences diffidence and self-concern. Only later (s)he starts to care about the teaching situation and the learners. After surveying a range of studies considering first-year teaching problems, a conclusion can be made that there are still very few programs helping beginner teachers’ work. As one of the ways which could help a young teacher solve raising problems, mentorship is being studied as method to establish and maintain partnership with young and little- or non-experienced colleagues. Good partnership should be grounded on common interests, mutual help and knowledge. The present article the deals with mentorship as way to help a beginner teacher’s adaptation and his formation as an educator, in which mentor means a person specially appointed to admonish a young teacher. This article discusses the psychological, methodological, practical and partially administrative communicative competence of teachers at one Vilkaviškis secondary school (SSCH) to educate children with special needs (SN) in integrated teaching conditions. It presents the results of teachers‘ questionnaire, recommendations for national pedagogical studies for BA, MA and qualification courses. The article draws five conclusions: 1.Teachers in Vilkaviškis SSCH do not possess the psychological competence for integrated education of children with SN. Due to the dominating psychological stereotypical bias some teachers are not interested in special education, partially take the individual qualities of children with SP into consideration, do not seek better quality of education, refuse to cooperate, leave education to the competence of a special educator or speech therapist. 2. The methodological competence of teachers in Vilkaviškis SSCH is insufficient since the majority of teachers have not heard a course of lectures on special education, 1/5 of teachers have not been certified, 65,1% of teachers regard their abilities to recognize a pupil with SN as unsatisfactory or insufficient, they do not know the main principles of work with children with SN. 3. Pasikeitus ekonominėms ir juridinėms sąlygoms, atsirado benamių – žmonių, praradusių gyvenamąjį būstą. Butai prarandami dėl įvairių priežasčių: tapus aferistų aukomis, prasiskolinus, degradavus. Dalis šių žmonių tampa visiškais benamiais ─ neturi nuolatinio darbo, gyvenamosios vietos, valkatauja, elgetauja, nusikalsta. Jie nakvoja atsitiktinėse vietose: vasarą parkuose, apleistuose pastatuose, žiemą – šiluminėse trasose, stotyse. Tikslus tokių benamių skaičius nežinomas. Laikinai jie gali prisiglausti nakvynės namuose. Poreikis apsigyventi nakvynės namuose yra žymiai didesnis nei laisvų vietų skaičius juose. Pastaraisiais metais Lietuvoje socialinių paslaugų sistema sparčiai plėtojama, savivaldybėse kuriamos įvairių tipų įstaigos, teikiamos naujų rūšių paslaugos. Pursuing the object, the following tasks were set: - to identify the factors that predetermine homelessness of clients of kip house; - to disclose the social needs of clients of kip house. On the investigation, the method of quantitative research was applied. It was expected to identify the causes of becoming of the clients of kip house homeless and the social needs of them required for self-assistance using the semi-structured interviewing. It was tried to identify the opportunities for satisfying the social needs of clients of kip house in course of joint analysis of the results of the interviewing under the questionnaire and the documents. The investigation was carried out in January-February 2008. Homeless persons provided with social care and short-time social protection services at Vilnius City kip house that applied for a short-time social care services were interviewed. Įteisinus bendrojo ugdymo sistemoje specialųjį ugdymą ir įsitvirtinus požiūriui, kad nė vienas neturi būti atskirtas, kad kiekvienas yra unikalus, visi specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turintys vaikai šiandieninėje mokykloje turėtų jaustis saugiai. Specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turinčių moksleivių ugdymas ir socializacijos sėkmė labiausiai priklauso nuo pedagogų ir bendraklasių nuostatų, elgesio. Tiek šiame darbe pristatytame tyrime, tiek kituose tyrimuose, atliktuose mūsų šalyje ir užsienyje, matoma, kad bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose ugdant vaiką su specialiaisiais ugdymosi poreikiais susiduriama su universaliomis, kompleksinėmis problemomis. Both in this presentable research and other researches accomplished in our country and abroad, it is observable that education of a child with special educational needs faces with versatile, complex problems. Darbe atlikta teorinė kompetencijos sampratos ir specialistų, dirbančių su ankstyvojo ir ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikais, turinčiais specialiųjų poreikių, bei jų šeimomis, profesinio pasirengimo ypatumų analizė. Iškelta hipotezė, kad Lietuvos specialistų, dirbančių su ankstyvojo ir ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikais, turinčiais specialiųjų poreikių, bei jų šeimomis, profesinio pasirengimo turinys iš dalies atitinka Europos ankstyvosios intervencijos specialistų profesinio rengimo programos turinį, o profesinės kompetencijos įgyjamos ir per praktiką. In the teenager year the decisive critical period starts. A person starts to integrate everything what he knows about himself, his aptitude, faculty, social values and in the active way reaches for proficiency, successful activities. In such a period upbringing problems occur which start from the alternation of mood, permanent reactions of protest and the indifferent style of behavior. The majority of such the problems could be reduced and relieve while perceiving and fulfilling spiritual demands of teenagers. One of the training courses is the individualization of educational content. It means the teacher has to consider individual features of a student. Bendruomenės erdvės pritaikymo galimybės vaikų poilsiui ir žaidimams / The Possibilities for the Accommodation of Community Areas for the Recreational and Leisure Needs of the Child

The formulation of the scientific problem Community areas are the places where children can spend their leisure time and play. However, the proper purpose of them has not been clearly defined in Lithuania yet. The reports of the municipalities of Lithuanian Republic for the Children’s Rights Protection Service 2004-2005 „On the condition of the playgrounds“ state that the majority of the reported playgrounds is situated next to the blocks of flats. The condition of them is defined as satisfactory or very poor, sometimes even threatening for the children’s health. As far as the equipment of the playgrounds goes the most popular mentioned in the reports are the following: swings, structures for climbing and sandboxes. It is important to mention that often the equipment on the playgrounds does not correspond to the requirements of hygiene, especially this can be said about the sandboxes. Other pieces of equipment are dated and only occasionally are fixed, painted or refilled with sand. In some municipalities there are no playgrounds left due to the fact that the constructions which had threatened for the children’s health were dismantled. The general tendency shows that the existing sport areas in the school yards and the remaining playgrounds do not meet the children’s need for playing which is foreseen by the United Nations Convention of the Right of the Child.
