O estudo tem por temática a rede para a atenção às pessoas adoecidas pelo uso problemático de álcool e outras drogas, em particular as percepções de profissionais que participam do processo de construção da rede sobre o cuidado a álcool e outras drogas no município de Volta Redonda por meio dos objetivos específicos: Descrever o processo da construção da rede de Saúde Mental em Volta Redonda; Compreender como ocorrem as decisões na prática do cuidado aos usuários de álcool e drogas; Descrever as dificuldades das equipes/gerentes de unidades de Saúde Mental, no processo de cuidado integrado aos usuários de álcool e drogas e ao final, propor outras formas de organização para a rede de saúde mental no município de Volta Redonda. Em suma pensar a rede de Saúde Mental e fazer um retrato com objetivo de apontar as fragilidades e fortalezas no atendimento às pessoas com o uso problemático de álcool e outras drogas para ofertar proposta de construção de outra realidade. Demarcamos como percurso teórico desta pesquisa, as questões voltadas à atenção em saúde mental e os serviços de saúde e, às questões relativas ao uso problemático de álcool e outras drogas. Escolhemos a metodologia qualitativa como trajetória. Utilizamos como forma de obtenção dos dados a entrevista semi estruturada. Nossos depoentes foram pessoas que participaram do processo de construção da rede de atenção em saúde mental. Os relatos dos entrevistados revelam que a política municipal de saúde mental é uma realidade, porém existem interferências tanto na área gerencial quanto das práticas em saúde, contribuindo para o distanciamento dessa mesma política. Assim foi possível concluir que a rede de serviço é complexa, porém não existe de fato como rede. Isto implica diretamente na perda da dimensão cuidadora que é o princípio básico da integralidade. / The study it has for thematic the net for the attention the sickness people for the problematic alcohol use and other drugs, in particular the perceptions of professionals who participate of the process of construction of the net on the care to these people. We search to analyze the model of attention to the health of alcohol users and other drugs in the Volta Redonda city in return by means of the specific objectives: To describe the process of the construction of the net of Mental Health in Volta Redonda; To understand as the decisions in practical of the care to the users of alcohol and the drugs occur; To describe the difficulties of the controlling teams/of units of mental health, in the process of care integrated to the users of alcohol and drugs and to the end to consider other forms of organization for the net of mental health in the Volta Redonda city in return, in short to think the net of mental health and to make a picture with objective to point the fragilities and strong in the attendance to the people with the problematic alcohol use and other drugs to offer proposal of construction of another reality. We demarcate as theoretical passage of this research, the questions directed to the attention in mental health and the services of health and, to the relative questions to the problematic alcohol use and other drugs. We choose the qualitative methodology as trajectory, we use as form of attainment of the data the structuralized half interview. Our deponents had been the people who had participated of the process of construction of the net of attention in mental health. The stories of the interviewed ones disclose that the municipal politics of mental health is a reality, however in such a way exist interferences in the managemental area how much of practical in health, contributing for the distanciamento of this the same politics. Thus it was possible to conclude that the net of services is complex, however does not exist in fact as net. This implies directly in the loss of the care dimension that is the basic principle of the completeness.

A hipótese levantada é que a Educação Ambiental do Campo qualifica a transição agroecológica na melhoria das condições de vida das famílias de agricultores que trabalham nas agroindústrias rurais do município. A pesquisa foi realizada com métodos qualitativos, os dados foram coletados em seis pequenas agroindústrias de Crissiumal, RS. Na análise dos dados, constatou-se que o processo de agroindustrialização é o novo modo de produção agrícola que surgiu no município de Crissiumal do diálogo participativo e problematizador entre os indivíduos, o qual foi concretizado pela Educação Ambiental do Campo. Esta fortaleceu o conhecimento de transição agroecológica. A transição agroecológica busca desenvolver uma produção agrícola que deve se ajustar às necessidades atuais de consumo alimentar da população mundial.Produção em que se elabora uma quantidade suficiente de alimento para abastecer o mercado consumidor local e exportar o excedente sem causar danos aos recursos naturais. É neste contexto que o saber de transição agroecológica se constitui, quando o conhecimento de cada sujeito é valorizado e está em interação com outros conhecimentos, possibilitando a intensificação da auto-suficiência alimentar e econômica da comunidade local. / This work has the objective to research the contribution of the Environmental Education in the rural area in the invigoration of the agroindustrialization process developed in the municipal district of Crissiumal - RS. The theme refers to the importance of the Environmental Education in the rural area in the implementation of agroecology transition knowledge in the rural area. The hypothesis is that the Environmental Education qualifies the agroecology transition in the improvement of the life style of the farmers' families that work in the rural agribusiness in the municipal district. The research was accomplished with qualitative methods, the data were collected in six small agribusinesses in Crissiumal – RS. In the data analysis we verified that the agroindustialization process is the new agricultural production way that emerged in the municipal district of Crissiumal from the participatory and problematic dialogue among the individuals, which was rendered by the Environmental Education in the rural area. This has strengthened the agroecology transition knowledge. The agroecology transition aims to develop an agricultural production that must to adapt to the current needs of alimentary consumption of the people in the world. In this production it is produced a sufficient amount of food to supply the local consuming market and to export the surplus without causing damage to the natural resources. It is in this context that the agroecology transition knowledge is constituted, when each individual’s knowledge is valued and it is in interaction with other knowledge, making possible the intensification of the alimentary and economical self-sufficiency of the local community.

Co-ocorrência de uso problemático de álcool e transtorno mental comum em estudantes de graduação da área da saúde / Co-occurrence between problematic use of alcohol and common mental disorders in college students of the health area.

O período da faculdade é relatado como fase de risco para uso problemático de álcool (UPA) e para transtorno mental comum (TMC). É importante avaliar a co-ocorrência entre UPA e TMC em estudantes de graduação considerando ser um tema pouco relatado na literatura. Este estudo transversal utilizou os instrumentos AUDIT e SRQ-20 para avaliação da prevalência de UPA e TMC e da co-ocorrência entre UPA e TMC em uma amostra de estudantes de graduação da área da saúde, com idade média de 22 anos e predominantemente feminina (65,6%). Também examinou a associação entre estas condições e a relação com a satisfação com aspectos da vida acadêmica. A prevalência de UPA foi de 23,5%, de TMC de 30,6% e de co-ocorrência de UPA e TMC de 7,3%. A média do escore total do AUDIT foi de 4,8 (DP=4,42) e do SRQ-20 de 4,0 (DP=4,0). Houve associação significante de TMC e de co-ocorrência entre UPA e TMC com a insatisfação com a carreira escolhida, insatisfação com o curso na faculdade e insatisfação com o desempenho como estudante. Não houve correlação entre UPA e TMC nesta amostra. A co-ocorrência entre UPA e TMC está presente em estudantes de graduação e as conseqüências são prejuízos para a saúde mental e insatisfação com as conquistas acadêmicas, o que, ocorrendo nesta fase importante da vida, poderá limitar o futuro destes adultos jovens. Os achados deste estudo referentes à ausência de associação entre UPA e TMC devem ser interpretados com cuidado quanto a sua generalização, considerando-se o caráter de estudo transversal de rastreamento em população de adultos jovens. / The study time at the university is reported as a risky phase for problematic use of alcohol (UPA) as well for common mental disorders (TMC). It is important to evaluate the topic of co-occurrence of UPA and TMC amongst university students considering that this topic has been scarcely mentioned in scientific papers. This cross-sectional study used the AUDIT and SRQ-20 screening instruments in order to assess the prevalence of UPA and TMC and the co-occurrence of UPA and TMC in a sample of university students of the health area, characterized by mean of age of 22 years and mostly female (65.6%). Also it examined the association between these conditions and their relationship with satisfaction regarding aspects of the academic life. The prevalence of UPA was of 23.5%, TMC of 30.6% and co-occurrence of UPA and TMC of 7.3%. The average total score of AUDIT was of 4.8 (SD=4.42) and the SRQ-20 of 4.0 (SD=4.0). Significant associations of TMC as well the co-occurrence between UPA and TMC have been found with: - dissatisfaction with the selected career, dissatisfaction with the academic program and dissatisfaction with the own performance as student. No correlation between UPA and TMC has been found in this sample. The co-occurrence of UPA and TMC is present amongst undergraduate students and its consequences are mental health problems and frustration with academic achievements which occurring in this important phase of life it can impair the future of these young people. The findings of this study shall be carefully interpreted concerning its generality, considering the type of the study being a cross-sectional screening study on a population of young adults.

Från monster till offer : En studie om barn och unga med ett sexuellt problembeteende

När det på 1990-talet uppmärksammades att barn kunde utsätta andra barn för sexuella övergrepp stod behandlingspersonal handfallna. Detta var något som det aldrig tidigare pratats om och ingen visste hur man egentligen skulle tackla problemet. Tack vare Rädda Barnen, Börje Svensson och Anders Nyman kunde ett behandlingsarbete utvecklas. Svensson och Nyman startade upp Rädda Barnens Pojkmottagning och tog emot både flickor och pojkar med sexuella problembeteenden. Efter att denna målgrupp uppmärksammades började så sakterliga utvecklingen av behandlingsmodeller. Utvecklingen är en process som fortgår idag.                       Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att studera forskningsanvändningen för det praktiska arbetet med barn och unga med ett sexuellt problembeteende. Utifrån detta har intervjuer skett med profesionella praktiker som möter dessa barn och ungdomar för  att höra deras reflektioner om vad som gör att ett barn eller en ung människa utvecklar den här typen av beteende samt vad som är en effektiv behandlingsmetod för målgruppen. Vi har sedan ställt detta mot den redan existerande forskningen, för att se på praktikernas kunskapsanvändning och hur den förklaras med hjälp av den nyinstitutionella organisationsteorin, som belyser olika aktörers sätt att se på ett fenomen. Den första delen utgör det existerande kunskapsläget kring behandlingar samt hur forskare har kunnat identifiera orsaksförklaringar bakom ett sexuellt problembeteende. Det finns meningsskiljaktigheter i orsaksförklairngar. Andra delen består av intervjuer med sju stycken praktiker som har arbetat eller arbetar inom dett område. Det finns skiljaktigheter kring svaren och hur man arbetar med dessa barn och ungdomar. Under analysen ställs praktikernas erfarenheter och kunskap i relation till det kunskapsläge som existerar, detta göra genom den nyinstitutionella organisationsteorin.Studien avslutas med våra egna reflektioner kring studien. / During the 1990’s it was first discovered that children could sexually abuse other children. This made the care staff stand lost towards the task to help these children. This was something that had not previously been talked about and there were not much knowledge in the area. When Börje Svensson and Anders Nyman started a project with Rädda Barnen, a treatment program started to develop. Svensson and Nyman started to treat young girls and boys who had problematic sexual behaviors. After this treatment program started to slowly develop and is a process that continues today.      The purpose of this thesis is to look at the implications of scientific studies in the practical work when it comes to children and adolescents with problematic sexual behaviors. We have chosen to talk to professionals who meet these children and young people, to hear their thoughts on what it is that makes a child or a young person develop this type of behavior and how you best treat it. We then compared the results from the interviews against the already existing researches. The first part of the thesis consists the existing state of knowledge on treatment and causal explanations in children and adolescents with problematic sexual behaviors. The second part consists the results of the interviews with seven professional’s working in this field and their opinions as well as their views on treatment and causal explanations. The last part contains a comparative analysis between the scientific researches and the working professional’s knowledge. The analysis conducts the institutional theories of organizations.

This study corresponds to realise and analysis of the a school practice investigatory, problematic-dialogistic and challenger, which studies how the free-informatic culture can give power to the changes in the educational practices of the school community. By the Educational Action-Research and the Problematic-Dialogistic Education procedures, we built some didactic materials to mediate the school practice with the free software Kalango Linux, initialized by the cd-rom. In the same perspective as the actual government politics, we implemented in the free technological platform a technological and scientific alphabet teaching process. By this way, it was possible to introduce the free-informatic culture to the university community to process them conscious of the free access to information, expression, and broadcasting of the technological scientific knowledge, affording a social and educational inclusion. / Este estudo corresponde à realização e analise de uma prática escolar investigativa, dialógico-problematizadora e desafiadora, onde se estuda como a cultura informática livre pode potencializar mudanças na prática educativa da comunidade escolar. Por meio da Investigação-Ação Educacional e da Educação Dialógico-Problematizadora, construímos material didático para mediar a prática escolar com o software livre Kalango Linux, inicializável pelo cdrom. Na mesma perspectiva das atuais políticas públicas, implementamos um processo de alfabetização científico-tecnológica na plataforma tecnológica livre. Desta forma, introduz-se a cultura informática livre no processo de conscientização da comunidade universitária sobre a liberdade de acesso à informação, expressão e disseminação do conhecimento científicotecnológico, propiciando a inclusão sócio-educativa.

This thesis deals with the problems of single mothers. Its aim is to describe the characteristics and problems of single mothers in the contemporary social context and the possibilities of socio-educational support that are available for them. The above is based on expert sources described in the theoretical part. The practical part, points out the problems which selected single mothers mostly address in their lives and describe possibilities of socially pedagogical support, especially as regards the offer and awareness of their contribution. Based on qualitative research, which was carried out through five case studies, the most frequent problems are financial hardship, psychological, occupational and educational problems and finally housing problems. Regarding the socio-educational support programs are found very little awareness of their availability and offer. Contribution of the completed course was for participants of research very significant, especially in the sharing of experiences, training situations and assertive communication and the encouragement for further action.

Vnímaná akademická účinnost u žáků s problematickým chováním v ústavní výchově / Academic self-efficacy of pupils with problematic behavior in instituional care

The thesis deals with the topic of academic self-efficacy of pupils who have been given protective or institutional education due to significant problematic behaviour by the court and who became clients of children's homes with the school. First, the concept of self-efficacy and the concept of academic self-efficacy is presented. Resources as well as social environment issues and gender differences are related to academic self-efficacy. The following chapter describes the topic of problematic behaviour and behavioural disorders. The third chapter is devoted to protection and constitutional care. The last chapter describes the topic of academic self-efficacy of students with problematic behaviour. The empirical part includes research carried out in children's homes with students showing significant problematic behaviour, using the Myself As a Learner Scale and Children's Self- Efficacy Scale questionnaires. A significant difference was found between the level of academic self-efficacy between a set of pupils from children's homes with a school and a set of pupils from ordinary upper primary schools. Only a partial correlation has been proved between the study average and the level of academic self-efficacy. There was no difference in the level of academic self-efficacy between genders. Comment la psychopathie est-elle liée aux habitudes sexuelles : effet possible d’une exposition précoce à la sexualité

La psychopathie est souvent définie comme étant un trouble de personnalité qui se reflète par une exagération de traits interpersonnels et antisociaux ou une absence de traits émotifs (Hare et Neumann, 2005). La psychopathie serait associée à des de nombreuses habitudes sexuelles qui pourraient être qualifiées de cliniquement déviante lorsqu’elles sont présentent à un niveau élevé. Depuis les fondements mêmes de la définition de ce qu’est la psychopathie, les auteurs font référence à la sexualité anormale des personnes à la personnalité psychopathique et certains la considèrent même comme une dimension probable de la psychopathie (Hare et Neumann, 2005). Cependant, peu d’études se sont intéressées à ce qui pourrait expliquer que les personnes à la personnalité psychopathique développent ces habitudes sexuelles à l’âge adulte. Pour cette raison, un des objectifs de cette étude est d’explorer la relation entre la psychopathie et le développement de différentes habitudes et intérêts sexuels. L’hypothèse émise dans ce mémoire vise les effets modérateurs que pourrait avoir une exposition précoce à la sexualité chez les personnes à la personnalité psychopathique dans le développement de certaines habitudes sexuelles à l’âge adulte. Pour mesurer la relation entre la psychopathie et la sexualité, des analyses de corrélations et de régressions linéaires multiples seront effectuées. Pour mesurer l’effet modérateur de l’exposition précoce à la sexualité, une série d’analyses de modération sera effectuée pour explorer l’effet que la précocité sexuelle, l’exposition à la pornographie et les abus sexuels dans l’enfance et l’adolescence pourraient avoir sur l’association entre la psychopathie et les habitudes sexuelles. Ces analyses ont été effectuées auprès d’un échantillon de 529 délinquants sexuels adultes qui ont tous été évalués à l’aide du Multidimensional Inventory of Sex and Agression, un inventaire autorapporté créé par le chercheur Raymond A. Knight. Les résultats confirment ce qui est avancé par la littérature par rapport au fait qu’il existe une relation importante entre la psychopathie et la prévalence de certaines habitudes sexuelles. Il y aurait aussi une relation importante entre des événements sexuels perturbateurs à l’enfance et l’adolescence, la psychopathie et leurs habitudes sexuelles. Finalement, les résultats semblent supporter l’hypothèse selon laquelle une exposition précoce à la sexualité exacerberait la présence de certaines habitudes sexuelles chez les personnes à la personnalité psychopathique. / Psychopathy is often described as a personality disorder that is characterized by exaggerated antisocial and interpersonal (Hare and Neumann, 2005). Psychopathy is also an important predictor of recidivism as well as a predictor of more violent recidivism (Serin and Amos, 1995). Psychopathy is also linked to different sexual behaviours. Since the inception of the definition of psychopathy, there has been mention of their abnormal sexual behaviour. Some authors have referenced the abnormal sexual tendencies of people with psychopathic personality and some even consider it as a probable dimension of psychopathy (Hare and Neumann, 2005). However, few studies have been interested on the reasons that could explain why people with psychopathic personality develop a problematic sexuality in adulthood. For that reason, one of the objectives o this study is to explore the relationship between psychopathy and problematic sexuality. The hypothesis in this study stipulates that there could be moderating effects of an early exposure to sexuality on the development of different sexual habits on people with psychopathy. To achieve this, a series of moderations will be made to evaluate the impact of precocious sexuality, of early exposure to pornography and sexual abuse in childhood and as teenagers on the association between psychopathy and various sexual fantasies and behaviours. To measure the relationship between psychopathy and problematic sexuality, a series of correlations and multiple linear regressions will be made. To measure the moderating effects of early exposure to sexuality, a series of moderations will be made to explore the effects that precocious sexuality, early exposure to pornography and sexual abuse could have on the development of a problematic sexual lifestyle for people with psychopathy traits. These analyses will be made on a sample of 529 sexual offenders who have all been assessed by the Multidimensional Inventory of Sex and aggression, a self-report inventory developed by researcher Raymond A. Knight. The results seem to suggest that there is a strong relationship between psychopathy and sexual habits. They also seem to support the hypothesis formulated in this study which stipulates that being exposed to certain forms of sexuality at a younger age could crystallize problematic sexual behaviours and fantasies in people with the psychopathic personality.

As well as the support that I receive from management and guardians. In my essay I will describe a working day for me in which I will discuss a boy with problematic behavior. He and we us educators fail time after time at school and the leisure center and I as an educator don’t know how to give the right support and adjustments to help him. The purpose is that I gain knowledge and to find strategies on how to help students like him to give right support and adjustments to get these students the best possible education. The primary questions: what can I as an educator do and which are the given recommendations to prevent problems, help and include students with these behaviors? What kind of support do the individual teacher need from management and guardians to work effectively with these students? What difficulties may be associated with the implementation of these recommendation in practice? As research method I will write a scientific essay where I will investigate and reflect by connecting theories and other thoughts with my own thoughts and experiences. In my theoretical reflections I coyness on the low effective method that Bo Hejlskov Elvén established but I will also describe the difficulties to apply this in practicality / Denna essä handlar om vilka metoder jag som pedagog kan arbeta med och vad som påverkar elever med problemskapande beteende i skolan samt vikten av att få stöd av ledning och vårdnadshavare. I min berättelse beskriver jag en arbetsdag för mig där jag berättar om en pojke som har problemskapande beteende. Han och vi misslyckas gång på gång under tiden i skolan och på fritidshemmet och jag som pedagog vet inte hur jag ska ge rätt stöd och anpassningar för att hjälpa honom.  Syftet är att jag ska få kunskap och finna strategier för att kunna hjälpa dessa elever samt ge dem rätt stöd och anpassningar för att få en så bra skolgång som möjligt. De primära frågorna är: Vad kan jag som pedagog göra och vilka är de tongivande rekommendationerna idag för att förebygga problem, hjälpa och inkludera elever med problemskapande beteende? Vilket slags stöd behöver den enskilde läraren från skolledning och vårdnadshavare för att kunna arbeta effektivt med dessa elever? Vilka eventuella svårigheter kan vara förknippade med implementeringen av dessa rekommendationer i praktiken? Som undersökningsmetod har jag skrivit en vetenskaplig essä där jag kommer att undersöka och reflektera genom att koppla till teorier och andras tankar samt egna tankar och erfarenheter. I min teoretiska reflektion fokuseras det mycket på den lågaffektiva metoden som Bo Hejlskov Elvèn står bakom men jag kommer också att beskriva svårigheter med den i praktiken.

Moreover, we explore how appropriate ethical deliberations should be applied when using big data concerning AI and the meaning of understanding or defining it. We describe qualitative research, the triangulation that includes related literature, in-depth interviews with researchers working on related topics from various fields, and a focus group discussion. Our findings show that AI algorithms are not universal, objective, or neutral and therefore researchers believe, it requires managers to have a solid understanding of the complexity of AI technologies and the nature of big data. Those are necessary to develop sufficient purchase capabilities and apply appropriate ethical considerations. Based on our results, we believe researchers are aware that those issues should be handled, but so far have too little attention. Therefore, we suggest further discussion and encourage research in this field.
