The goal is to understand the implications of using live streaming on news production and journalistic practices from concepts such as mobility, mobile journalism, post-industrial journalism and actants. The research is theoretically and methodologically based on the Actor-Network Theory, through the method of Cartography of Controversies, to trace actions of the human and non-human actants present in said coverage and to describe their actions as mediators or intermediaries in the sociotechnical associations that generate the analyzed transmissions. As a result, we observe a reconfiguration in the journalist's role, which is to perform new functions, as well as a greater participation of the public in the construction of narratives, and also the growth of non-human actors such as algorithms, Facebook platforms, smartphones and infrastructure of internet connection networks. / Esta pesquisa apresenta um estudo exploratório e descritivo sobre a cobertura jornalística das Olimpíadas Rio 2016 realizada pelo canal SporTV através da plataforma de transmissão de vídeos ao vivo Facebook Live via smartphone. O objetivo é compreender as implicações do uso do live streaming sobre a produção da notícia e das práticas jornalísticas a partir de conceitos como mobilidade, jornalismo móvel, jornalismo pós-industrial e actantes. A pesquisa fundamenta-se teórica e metodologicamente na Teoria Ator-Rede para, através do método de Cartografia de Controvérsias, rastrear ações dos actantes humanos e não-humanos presentes na referida cobertura e descrever suas atuações como mediadores ou intermediários nas associações sociotécnicas que geram as transmissões analisadas. Como resultados observamos uma reconfiguração na atuação do jornalista, que passa a desempenhar novas funções, bem como uma maior participação do público na construção das narrativas e também o crescimento da atuação de atores não-humanos como algoritmos, plataformas do Facebook, o smartphone e a infraestrutura de redes de conexão de internet.

In order to face the advent of TV against of the partiality readers of the printed newspaper, or to represent the Gulf War, where not allowed photography, infographics reaches modern levels of production and publication. The technical devices which enabled the infographics to evolve the environment of the internet, with conditions for the manipulation of the reader, incorporating video, audio and animations, so styling of interactive infographics. These digital models of information visualization recently arrived daily in the northeast and on their respective web sites with features regionalized. This paper therefore proposes to explore and describe the processes of producing the interactive infographics, taking the example of the Di?rio do Nordeste, Fortaleza, Cear?, whose department was created one year ago. Therefore, based on aspects that guide the theory of journalism, as newsmaking, filters that focus on productive routine (gatekeeping) and the construction stages of the news. Hälso- och sjukvårdspersonalens attityder och följsamhet till hygienrutiner för att förebygga vårdrelaterade infektioner, en litteraturöversikt / Healthcare workers attitudes and compliance with hygiene routines to prevent cross infections, a literature review

Bakgrund: Vårdrelaterade infektioner är vanligt förekommande och är det största hotet mot patientsäkerheten inom hälso- och sjukvård. Detta kan förebyggas genom tillämpning av basala hygienrutiner. Syfte: Att sammanställa aktuell forskning om hälso- och sjukvårdspersonalens attityder och följsamhet av hygienrutiner för att minska risken för vårdrelaterade infektioner. Metod: En litteraturöversikt baserad på 16 stycken vetenskapliga artiklar av kvalitativ, kvantitativ och mixad forskningsmetodik utförda i 14 olika länder. Resultat : Resultatet som framkom delades in i två kategorier: attityder och följsamhet. Den attityd som hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal hade visade sig påverka vilken följsamhet de hade till de basala hygienrutinerna. Följsamheten till hygienrutiner visade sig vara högre efter patientkontakt än innan patientkontakt. Följsamheten till olika moment i hygienrutinerna visade sig skilja sig åt. Slutsats: För att minska de vårdrelaterade infektionerna och därmed öka patientsäkerheten är det viktigt att all hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal tar ansvar för det förebyggande arbetet och tillämpar de basala hygienrutinerna. / Background: Cross infections or hospital-aquired infections are common and are the main threat to patient safety in healthcare. This can be prevented by the application of hygiene routines. Purpose: To compile current research on health professionals ' attitudes and adherence to hygiene practices to reduce the risk of cross infection/ hospital-aquired infection. Method: A literature review based on 16 scientific articles of qualitative, quantitative and mixed research methodology conducted in 14 different countries. Results: The result that emerged was divided into two main categories: Attitudes and Adherence. The attitude of healthcare professionals had been shown to affect the compliance they had with the basic hygiene routines. Adherence to hygiene procedures was shown to be higher after patient contact than before patient contact. The adherence to the various parts of the hygiene routines was shown to differ. Conclusion: In order to reduce healthcare-associated infections and thus increase patient safety, it is important that all health care professionals take responsibility for prevention and apply the hygiene practices routines.

A presente pesquisa se ampara no relato da experiência do autor na condução de empreendimento familiar de prestação de serviços de execução de rotinas administrativas para o segmento de micro e pequenas empresas, para responder a seguinte questão de pesquisa: quais os fatores que limitaram o crescimento do negócio IDEALE Serviços? Foi uma hipótese que o uso de serviços compartilhados, largamente empregado em grandes organizações, possibilitaria o crescimento da empresa, o que levou ao objetivo de identificar aspectos que poderão contribuir para a implantação de um Centro de Serviços Compartilhados para micro e pequenas empresas. O estudo seguiu diretrizes do método de direcionamento para pesquisa profissional, partindo do relato e sistematização da vivência prática do autor para a busca de teorias administrativas que colaboraram com a questão de pesquisa, o que resultou na composição de um referencial teórico multidisciplinar, abrangendo: marketing de serviços; venda de serviços; características das pequenas empresas; relações de confiança; terceirização e quarteirização; operações de Centro de Serviços Compartilhados e; qualidade e nível de serviços. Análises entre prática e teoria se seguiram, suficientes para embasar as ações de pesquisa de campo. Por meio de pesquisa qualitativa aplicada ao público de clientes e ex-clientes do empreendimento, foram coletadas impressões, críticas e opiniões sobre o modelo de prestação de serviços. E também, pela realização de uma pesquisa de caráter quantitativo junto ao segmento de micro e pequenas empresas, foi possível identificar necessidades do mercado sobre o tema. Esta dissertação mostrou que é possível a iniciativa de prestação de serviços para micro e pequenas empresas através de um Centro de Serviços Compartilhados, tendo obtido, dentre as conclusões, que: é necessário mudar a cultura da micro e pequena empresa para que venha a aceitar essa modalidade; o pequeno empresário aceita a contratação desse modelo de trabalho se tiver confiança na empresa e nas pessoas que forem atuar nessa prestação de serviços; existe uma dificuldade maior para a adesão das micro e pequenas empresas a rotinas padronizadas, tendo em vista as suas particularidades; prefere-se que o pagamento dessa modalidade seja por valor fixo mensal por um pacote de serviços; por razões de confiança, as pequenas empresas têm dificuldade em aceitar que as atividades sejam executadas por um profissional diferente daquele que fez a venda e; as pequenas empresas podem usufruir de processos integrados, a partir da quarteirização e da consolidação de parcerias entre prestadores de serviços complementares. / This research is based on the author\'s experience in leading a family business which provided administrative routine services to micro and small companies, in order to answer the following question: which factors limited the business growth of IDEALE Services? It was a hypothesis that the use of shared services, widely used in large organizations should enable the growth of the company, which led to the goal of identifying aspects that could contribute for the implementation of a Shared Services Centre for micro and small businesses. The study followed targeting guidelines for professional research, based on the report and systematization of the living practice of the author in the search for administrative theories that cooperate with the research question, which resulted in the composition of a multidisciplinary theoretical framework, covering: marketing services; sale service; characteristics of small companies; trust relationships; outsourcing and fourth party services; Shared Service Center operations and; quality and level of services. Analysis between practice and theory followed, enough to support the field research activities. Through qualitative research applied to current and former customers of the enterprise, were gathered feelings, criticism and opinions were obtained about the model of provide service. Furthermore, by conducting a quantitative research study with the segment of micro and small companies, it was possible to identify market needs on the subject. This work has shown that the initiative to provide services to micro and small companies through a Shared Services Center is possible, having concluded that: it is necessary to change the culture of micro and small companies in order for them to accept this kind of service; small business owners will adhere the hiring of this work model if they have confidence in the company and the people who are involved; micro and small companies have a greater difficulty in welcoming standardized routines, in view of its special features; it is preferred that the payment of this kind of work is a fixed monthly amount for a service package; due to trust issues, small companies have trouble in accepting these activities to be performed by a different professional than that of the sale and; small companies can take advantage of integrated processes, from fourth party services and consolidation of partnerships between complementary service providers

Participação de crianças nas rotinas da educação infantil

It is a qualitative research, based on a case study, which aimed to understand what aspects of the school context interfere in the ways of social participation of children in the routines of early childhood education in a municipal school in the city of Estância/SE. Survey participants were 21, 05 years old, children of both sexes (12 girls and 09 boys) and 07 women. The materials used for the production of data was A4 paper, colored pencils, crayons and play dough, plus the following instruments: camera, notebook for field notes, audio recorder, audio recorder with computer, script observation and semi-structured interviews. Two semi-structured dating activities with children and three meetings of Focus Group with teachers were conducted. The data obtained from the field diary, transcripts of audios and drawings produced by children were analyzed, resulting in the following categories: (1) Disciplining; (2) Schooling; (3) Routinization; (4) Interaction; (5) Motivation; (6) Toys / games and (7) Environment. That done, drawings, photos and excerpts of transcripts or observations were separated to demonstrate aspects of the school environment that interfered in the ways of social participation of the children in school routines. Sought to triangulation of the data for presentation and understanding of the results. The results showed that disciplining managing early childhood education, with arbitrary rules, without meaning to children disrupted the interaction among peers and the teacher-child interaction. The schedules of institutional routine were not articulated thinking about the needs and different rhythms of learning of the children; environmental organization was not part of the routine; there is a lack of a space for the discussion and reflection of teaching practices between teachers working in the school; lack of family and community participation in the activities and planning of the educational institution; lack of training courses for teachers intended on expanding and updating their knowledge on child-rearing practices. Therefore believed to be essential to review the pedagogical practices, the environment and school routine. Also, make municipal level changes to meet the need of continuous formation of the school personnel, obtain the effective participation of the family and community in the educational institution, the appreciation and recognition of the teacher as the child's learning mediator. These aspects can be modified to be attuned to the needs and interests of children, making pedagogical practices undestanding for them. / Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, baseada em um estudo de caso, que objetivou compreender quais aspectos do contexto escolar interferem nos modos de participação social de crianças nas rotinas da educação infantil de uma escola municipal da cidade de Estância/SE. Os participantes da pesquisa foram 21 crianças de ambos os sexos (12 meninas e 09 meninos), com 05 anos de idade e 07 mulheres. Os materiais utilizados para a produção de dados foram papel A4, lápis de cor, giz de cera e massa de modelar, além dos seguintes instrumentos: máquina fotográfica, caderno para as anotações de campo, gravador de áudio, computador com gravador de áudio, roteiro de observação e de entrevista semiestruturada. Foram realizados dois encontros semiestruturados de atividades com as crianças e três encontros de grupo focal com as professoras. Os dados obtidos através do diário de campo, das transcrições dos áudios e dos desenhos produzidos pelas crianças foram analisados, resultando nas seguintes categorias: (1) Disciplinarização; (2) Escolarização; (3) Rotinização; (4) Interação; (5) Motivação; (6) Brinquedos/brincadeiras e (7) Ambiente. Feito isso, foram separados desenhos, fotos e trechos das transcrições ou observações que demonstrassem os aspectos do contexto escolar que interferiram nos modos de participação social das crianças nas rotinas da escola. Buscou-se a triangulação dos dados para a apresentação e entendimento dos resultados. Os resultados demonstraram o disciplinamento gerindo a educação infantil, com regras arbitrárias, sem significado para as crianças e que atrapalharam a interação entre os pares, bem como a interação professora-criança. Os horários da rotina institucional não estavam articulados pensando nas necessidades e diferentes ritmos de aprender das crianças; a organização do ambiente não se mostrou parte integrante da rotina; há carência de um espaço para a discussão e reflexão das práticas pedagógicas entre as docentes que atuam na escola; ausência da participação familiar e da comunidade nas atividades e planejamentos da instituição educativa; falta de cursos de aperfeiçoamento para as professoras ampliarem e atualizarem seus conhecimentos sobre as práticas de educação infantil. Por isso, acredita-se ser fundamental rever as práticas pedagógicas, o ambiente e a rotina da escola. Também, fazer mudanças a nível municipal para suprir as necessidades de formação continuada dos profissionais da escola, obter a participação efetiva dos familiares e da comunidade na instituição educativa, a valorização e reconhecimento do professor enquanto mediador da aprendizagem da criança. Tais aspectos podem ser modificados para estar sintonizados com as necessidades e interesses das crianças, tornando as práticas pedagógicas mais significativas para elas.

Barn på skyddat boende : En intervjustudie om barns rätt till skolgång

The aim of the study was to seek further understanding of what school staff, social services and staff at the shelters consider to be the difficulties in the work of children's schooling when staying at shelters for abused women. The method used was qualitative semi structured interviews and the empirics consist of six interviews, two from each profession. Despite a comprehensive searching strategy, only a few studies were found that had examined the subject and those studies described the problem briefly. This indicates that the subject has been little researched and that children's schooling in shelters for abused women is a subject we have little knowledge about. The results show that there usually are no systematic routines for dealing with the issue among professionals involved. It is difficult to get a new school place for children staying in shelters for abused women. Professions involved with these children in society need more knowledge in the subject to develop a systematic approach. In future, more research on the subject and its consequences for children in shelters for abused women is needed.

Erfarenheter från införande av personcentrerad vård på en hjärtavdelning : En studie om effekter och upplevelser av ett förbättringsarbete med syftet att öka patientdelaktighet på hjärtavdelningen vid medicinkliniken i Växjö / Experiences from Adoption to Person Centered Care in a Cardiac Ward

Inledning: En nyligen publicerad rapport visar att patientdelaktigheten i Sverige på flera sätt är låg i jämförelse med andra jämförbara länder. Personcentrering är ett förhållningssätt syftande till att öka patientdelaktighet och som i studier visat sig ha positiva hälsoeffekter. Vårdbehovet kan minskas framför allt för patienter med kroniska åkommor såsom hjärtsvikt vilket är den enskilt vanligaste orsaken till inneliggande vård i Sverige. Syfte: Syftet med förbättringsarbetet var att införa ett personcentrerat arbetssätt och därigenom öka patienternas delaktighet på en kardiologisk vårdavdelning. Syftet med studien av förbättringsarbetet var att undersöka personalens upplevelse av detta. Fynden skulle kunna underlätta vidare införande av denna arbetsmetod. Metod: Förbättringsarbetet bedrevs i projektform och genomfördes enligt Nolans förbättringsmodell. Ronden ersattes med ett fördjupat inskrivningssamtal varvid en skriftlig vårdplan upprättades. Patienterna fick skatta upplevd delaktighet i samband med hemgång. Personalens upplevelse studerades med induktiv kvalitativ ansats genom fokusgruppsintervjuer. Resultat: Enligt enkäterna var upplevelsen av delaktighet hög såväl före som efter införandet av personcentrerat arbetssätt, men variationen var stor. Samtliga yrkeskategorier tyckte arbetssättet gav mervärde, både för patienter och personal. Främst betonades ökad patientdelaktighet, bättre förståelse för sammanhanget, ökad teamkänsla och bättre framförhållning. Slutsats: Upplevelsen av införande av personcentrerad vård var allmänt positiv och skiljde sig inte mellan de olika yrkesgrupperna. Personal såg värde av ökad patientdelaktighet, bättre framförhållning samt ökad samstämmighet och samhörighetskänsla med ett personcentrerat arbetssätt. / Introduction: A recent published report shows that patient involvement in Sweden is in several ways low compared with other comparable countries. Person-centering is an attitude aimed at increasing patient involvement and which in studies has shown positive health effects. The need for care can be reduced especially for patients with chronic diseases such as heart failure, which is the single most common cause of inpatient care in Sweden. Purpose: The purpose of the improvement work aimed at introducing a person-centered approach and thereby increase the patient's involvement in a cardiac care department. The purpose of the study of the improvement work was to investigate the staff's experience of this. The findings could facilitate further implementation of this method of work. Method: Improvement work was conducted in a project form and implemented according to Nolan's improvement model. The round was replaced with an in-depth enrollment interview, and a written care plan was established. Patients were asked to rate their perceived involvement at time for discharge. The staff's experience was studied with inductive qualitative approach through focus group interviews. Result: According to the surveys, the experience of involvement was high both before and after the introduction of person-centered work methods, but the variation was high. All occupational categories thought the person-centered approach had added value, both for patients and staff. The main emphasis was on increased patient participation, better understanding of the context, increased team spirit and better advancement. Conclusion: The experience of introducing person-centered care was generally positive and did not differ between the different occupational groups. The staff saw value of increased patient involvement, better long term planning and increased coherence and sense of togetherness with a person-centered approach.

The thesis "The army on the media battlefield" examines the extent to which the Ministry of Defence and the Army of the Czech Republic are media institutions. If they take media logic and if they subject to pressure of the journalists. All this in a theoretical frame of four phases of mediatisation that is defined by Jesper Strömbäck's work in 2008. The theoretical part defines terms such as mediatisation or media logic. The thesis also focuses on the explanation of corporate communication, which is related to the Ministry of Defence and the Czech Army. In the conclusion of the theoretical part both institutions are defined and the emphasis is on their communications department. The methodological part describes the research method of semi-structured interviews, which are used to collect relevant data. It also defines the research problem and research questions. The third part of the thesis is devoted to research where data collected from nine respondents from the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Army are analyzed and categorized to relevant research questions. Respondents answered questions that addressed the communication objectives of the Army, formats and contents of the communication, new media and their work in relation to editorial routines. In the past few years, The New York Times, as a pioneer of the American newspaper industry, has tried to change news routines and produce progress that takes advantage of today’s changing media landscape. In light of the importance of digitalization, this case study takes a historical approach to analyze the digitalization of The New York Times newsroom from 1996 to 2016, as well as other endeavors, in order to provide a framework of the newspaper’s news routines during the digitalization era. The analysis framework is composed into three periods of time: 1996-1999, 2000-2007, and 2008-2016. This study concludes that as The New York Times is uniquely well-positioned to transform itself quickly, it buried the traditional news routines of print newspaper and moved forward to make digital progress as soon as possible. Upplevelser av välmående och rutiner efter deltagande i en hälsofrämjande intervention : En intervjustudie med individer 18–54 år / Experiences of well-being and routines after participating in a health promotion intervention

Syftet med studien var att undersöka individers upplevelser av välmående och rutiner i vardagslivet efter att ha deltagit i en hälsofrämjande intervention som ett hjälpmedel för att komma ut i arbetslivet eller börja studera. En kvalitativ metod användes i denna empiriska studie. Semi-strukturerade intervjuer användes för att samla in data. Urvalet i studien var fyra män och två kvinnor i åldern 18–54 år. Intervjuerna spelades in med ljudupptagning och all data transkriberades ordagrant och analyserades med en tematisk analys. Resultatet handlade om vilka erfarenheter informanterna fick av att ha deltagit i en hälsofrämjande intervention som ett hjälpmedel för återgång till arbete, praktik eller studier. Samtliga informanter upplevde ett ökat välmående efter att ha deltagit i den hälsofrämjande interventionen. Flera av dem har fått förbättrade hälsobeteenden och olika verktyg för rutiner, problemhantering samt förbättrade vanor i det vardagliga livet. Informanterna har fått en förändrad syn på framtiden, en känsla av ökade framtidsmöjligheter och mer delaktighet i sin livssituation. Resultatet visade samtidigt att det fanns brister i den hälsofrämjande interventionen utifrån informanternas perspektiv. Slutsatsen för studien var att informanternas upplevelser av den hälsofrämjande interventionen var positiv när det gäller ett förbättrat välmående och skapande av nya goda rutiner samt ny kunskapsinhämtning. Det fanns erfarenheter av brister kring interventionen och det framtida livet när interventionen var avslutad och deltagarna skulle försöka upprätthålla de nya vanorna och rutiner de skapat. Trots det så har intervention minskat informanternas ohälsa vilket är betydande för både samhället och folkhälsan. Det gör att den hälsofrämjande interventionen och liknande interventioner är värd att satsa på för att minska på den ohälsa som finns i samhället. / The purpose of this study was to examine how individual’s experiences of well-being and routines in their daily life after participating in a health promotion intervention as a resource for return to work or studies. A qualitative method was used in this empirical study. Semi-structured interviews were used to gather data. The samples in this study was four men and two women aged 18-54 years. The interviews were documented with sound-recording and all data was transcribed verbatim and analyzed by a thematic analysis. The main result was about the experiences the individuals received from having participated in a health promotion intervention as a resource of returning to work or study. All individuals experienced increased well-being after participating in the health promotion intervention. Several of them have improved health issues, used various tools for routines and how they deal with problems and improved habits in their everyday life. The individuals have had a changed vision of the future, a sense of increased future opportunities and more involvement in their life situation. The results also showed that there were shortcomings in the health promotion intervention based on the perspective of the individuals. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the health promotion intervention was perceived as positive in terms of improved well-being, creating new effective routines and better knowledge acquisition. There were experiences of shortcomings within the intervention. Once the intervention was completed and the individuals were to maintain new habits and routines, there seemed to be some setbacks. Despite this, the intervention has reduced the ill-health of the individuals, which is significant for both society and public health. This means that the health promotion interventions and similar interventions are worth investing in to reduce the ill-health that is present in society.
