A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo explorar as intervenções urbanas na cidade de Porto Alegre e seus efeitos sobre os modos de vida na cidade. Quer-se problematizar e construir entendimentos das forças que constituem essas intervenções, que por vezes escapam do controle e padronização urbanístico, por outras integram grandes projetos de revitalização e ocupação do espaço urbano. Tais intervenções podem estar em sintonia com a arte urbana, o a(r)tivismo, o efêmero, o urbanístico, a arquitetura e os movimentos de ocupação dos espaços públicos. Através de uma metodologia baseada na errância e na cartografia, em que o pesquisador se propõe a fazer do próprio corpo superfície aos acontecimentos, constroem-se narrativas acerca das forças que compõem a cidade. Busca-se, assim, captar os efeitos das intervenções em suas possibilidades de enfrentamento aos imperativos homogeneízadores da cidade - atrelados às premissas do biopoder e da produção capitalística - ou as possibilidades de criação e defesa da potência de vida, propondo novas estilísticas e formas de enfrentamento do niilismo passivo contemporâneo. Em suas andanças, o pesquisador-errante capta efeitos de abertura de limiares, de possibilidades de encontros, de dissipação do medo, de produção de espetáculo, de emergência de microfacismos, de gentrificação, entrelaçando-se à produção do novo nas subjetividades emergentes no meio urbano. Tal produção conjura subjetividades-containers, isto é, subjetividades blindadas e descartáveis, de acordo com a lógica do consumo, do espetáculo e de uma saúde reduzida ao corpo. Entretanto, também operam heterogeneidades, produzem desvios potencializadores da vida, quando se colocam como medianeras, promovendo possibilidades de criação e de defesa da potência de vida. Problematiza-se, portanto, como as intervenções urbanas produzem narrativas acerca dos modos de vida na cidade, descrevendo suas singularidades discrepantes e paradoxais. / This research aims to explore the urban interventions in the city of Porto Alegre and its effects on ways of lives in the city. The intention is to discuss and build understandings of the forces that constitute these interventions, which often escape control and urban standardization, in other times are part of larger revitalization projects and occupation of urban space. Such interventions can be in tune with the urban art, activism art, the ephemeral, the urban, architecture and public spaces occupation movements. Through a methodology based on wanderings and cartography, in which the researcher intends to make his own body the surface of the events, narratives are constructed about the forces that make up the city. It seeks, therefore, to capture the effects of the interventions in their coping possibilities to homogenizing imperatives of the city – linked to premises of biopower and capitalistic production - or the possibility of creating and defending the potential of life, proposing new stylistic and forms of confrontation of contemporary passive nihilism. In his walks, the researcher-wandering captures effects of opening thresholds, of meeting possibilities, of dissipation of fear, spectacle production, emergency of microfacisms, gentrification, intertwining with the production of the new in the emerging subjectivities in the urban environment. For now, this production conjures subjectivities-containers, this means, armored and disposable subjectivities, according to the logic of consumption, spectacle and health reduced to the body. However, they also operate heterogeneities, produce deviations of potentiators of life when posing as sidewalls, promoting opportunities for the creation and defense of potential of life. It is problematized, therefore, how urban interventions produce narratives about the ways of life in the city, describing their disparate and paradoxical singularities.

SUTIS INVENÇÕES CURATORIAIS é uma montagem poética de acontecimentos colhidos na arte, na clínica e também onde elas se encontram e faíscam. Um maquinário estético-clínico que pretende dar a ver certos invisíveis, ilegíveis e indizíveis. Essa montagem reúne em três constelações curatoriais [CAIXA PRETA], [PONTO CEGO] e [SISMÓGRAFO] imagens, gestos e palavras, fabricações artesanais agitadas de um extremo ao outro, tremores na fronteira com a linguagem, segundo Deleuze. Invenções estéticas que constituem saberes, na forma de apreensão do mundo, na variação dos tempos e na apropriação das experiências, indagando o que essas imagens-gestos apresentam de um tempo e de uma força, na insistência em existir apesar de tudo, nas palavras de Didi-Huberman. Balizam esse trabalho os conceitos de inoperância proposto por Agamben com o intuito de nos ajudar a desmanchar a exigência de respostas na chave da eficiência/eficácia, funcionalidade ou completude e de rememoração, de Benjamin, convocado pelas narrativas menores, lacunas da história, que na opacidade podem cintilar devires. Uma montagem poético-curatorial que joga com a ideia de curadoria em arte e cuidadoria (do cuidado) em saúde, reunindo gestos, imagens e narrativas que surgem de uma sobrevivência a prescritivos modos de vida, resistindo aos ideais de cura e de protocolos existenciais normatizantes. / SUBTLE CURATORIAL INVENTIONS is a poetical assembly of events harvested from art, clinic and at points where art and clinic meet and sparkle. It is a aesthetic-clinic machinery created in order to show some invisibles, illegibles and unspeakables. This assembly reunites in three curatorial constellations [BLACK BOX], [BLIND SPOT] and [SEISMOGRAPH] images, gestures and words, artisanal manufactures wiggled from one end to the other, quivering at the edge of language, according to Deleuze. Aesthetical inventions that constitute knowledge, forms of world-apprehension, variation in time and appropriation of experiences, inquiring as to what these images gestures present from a time and a strength, insisting on existing in spite of everything, to quote Didi-Huberman. This work is constructed upon the concept of inoperability proposed by Agamben aiming at helping us to dismantle the demand for answers on the key efficiency/efficacy, functionality or completeness and the concept of remembrance, from Benjamin, evoked by smaller narratives, history gaps, that in opacity may twinkle becomings. A poetic-curatorial assembly which plays with the concepts of curatorship from art and careship from care in health, gathering gestures, images and narratives that come from surviving prescriptive ways of living, resisting ideals of cure and normalized existential protocols.

O objetivo é refletir acerca de como o aluno, jovem ou adulto, vivencia, compreende e produz significados para o espaço escolar. Para tanto, utilizo uma metodologia de cunho qualitativo e o recurso de mapas narrativos, que constituem uma abordagem etnográfica de apreensão das experiências cotidianas dos sujeitos. A questão "espaço/espacialidade”, bem como a constituição da Educação de Jovens e Adultos, são abordados na discussão do espaço escolar vivenciado pelos sujeitos. A análise apresentada é de cunho fundamentalmente interpretativo, tecida através de três temáticas co-constitutivas, em uma reflexão acerca: 1) das memórias e de como estas são produzidas, ao mesmo tempo, que são produtos das interpretações, representações e vivências espaciais. 2) do espaço escolar como espaço de produção de subjetividades e de auto-formação. 3) de como as representações espaciais contemplam as experiências e vivencialidades impressas na prática cotidiana do espaço. / This research intends understanding of the social-relationships that makes the living school space in a education course for youngs and adults. The objective is the reflection about how the young and adult pupil, lives, understand and produce meanings for the school space. For that was used the qualitative methodology and the resource of the narrative maps that if constitute in a boarding of apprehension of the daily experiences of the citizens. The question about space, as well as the constitution of the young Education of and adult is boarded in the quarrel concerning the pertaining to school space lived deeply by the citizens. Thematic the presented analysis is of matrix basically reflection and weaved through three co-constituent ones, in reflection about: 1) of the memories and of as such products of the interpretations are produced and at the same time, space representations and experiences;2)of the pertaining to school space as space of production of subjectivity and auto-formation;3) of as the space representations they contemplate the experiences and lived experiences printed in the daily experience of the space.

The intensification of an entrepreneurializement (empresariamento) process during the 1980s and 1990s is examined. The materiality of such process is the organizing constitution of the imperial architecture command conjugated with a type of capital accumulation in which the primacy of financial capital prevails over its other manifestations (productive capital, merchant capital, interest capital). This culminates in the deepening internationalization of money flows, the shortening of the useful life of goods and the primacy of immaterial labor over other types of work which is the intensive source of the imperial structure. The study also analyzes a simultaneous process to the one mentioned above. On one hand, there was a deeper capture of life by power dispositifs. On the other, the liberation of life into multiple directions and senses. The link between the neoliberal governmentality which expresses the imperial architecture command and the managerialist discourse expansion into the social body is one in which this discourse serves as a modulator of the subjectivities captured by the interventionist framework of the neoliberal State. That converts the wandering and differentiating dynamics of a life into a cage called human capital. In other words, modulations of individual lives become capitalists of the self. Therefore, this study denominates the process of capturing and converting the innumerable erratic paths of a life into strategies of personal capitalization as the entrepreneurializement of life / A pesquisa aqui relatada buscou realizar uma arqueologia do discurso gerencialista e uma cartografia dos dispositivos de poder que sustentaram a implicação do mesmo no campo social. Tratou-se de examinar um processo de empresariamento intensificado entre as décadas de 1980 e 1990, e que tem como materialidade a constituição da organização do mando a partir de uma arquitetura imperial, que se conjuga com um tipo de acumulação do capital na qual se observa o primado do capital financeiro sobre as suas demais formas de manifestação (capital produtivo, capital mercantil, capital a juros) que culminam no aprofundamento da internacionalização dos fluxos de capital dinheiro, a diminuição do tempo de vida útil das mercadorias e o primado do trabalho imaterial sobre as demais formas de trabalho, trabalho este que se constitui como a fonte intensiva a partir da qual se ergue a estrutura imperial. A pesquisa esteve atenta ao que ocorreu simultaneamente a isso, ou seja, tanto a captura bem mais profunda da vida pelos dispositivos de poder, quanto sua própria liberação numa multiplicidade de sentidos. O vínculo então encontrado entre esta governamentalidade de tipo neoliberal, que expressa o mando da arquitetura imperial, e a diluição do discurso gerencialista no corpo social foi o de este discurso servir como modulador das subjetividades capturadas pela moldura intervencionista do Estado neoliberal, convertendo assim, a dinâmica errante e diferenciante de uma vida em uma jaula denominada capital humano, que exprime modulações de vidas individuais constituindo-se como capitalistas de si mesmas. The main objective of this research is investigate the relationship between space and subjectivity production in the practical work of caring for the insane, or more specifically investigate how the space and the production of subjectivity in the creation of existencials territories. For this we use concepts mainly made by Felix Guattari. We also use some texts the author's partnership with Gilles Deleuze, especially those that discusses the concept of existential territory. The research draws on empirical contributions recorded in a field journal. We went through a trial to produce cartographic narratives that deal with the assemblages produced between space and subjectivity. The diary was not transcribed in their original content, was read and rewritten in a format we call scene. This dissertation was written in four chapters. In the first we seek evidence from the book "History of Madness in the Classical Age" of Michel Foucault, successive displacement experienced by madness in the West and in the second we discussed the notion of the production of subjectivity and existential territories, the third chapter deals with the movements Psychiatric Reform and processes of dis-institutionalization, and the fourth chapter with concluding remarks. At the end of the study, the possibility of building new practices from an ethic of hospitality. Having hospitality with one another in their uniqueness, staying in a foreign country of madmen. This hosting as a finding of the research. During the course of writing, a finding that may indicate possibilities of working in clinical settings. Destes contatos decorre esta dissertação que tem como o objetivo principal investigar a articulação entre espaço e produção de subjetividade no trabalho prático do cuidado com a loucura, ou mais especificamente, investigar como se agenciam o espaço e a produção de subjetividade na construção de territórios existências. Para tanto serão utilizadas algumas conceituações formuladas principalmente por Félix Guattari. Também nos valeremos de alguns textos da parceria do autor com Gilles Deleuze, principalmente aqueles que versam sobre a conceituação do território existencial. A pesquisa realizada se vale de aportes empíricos registrados num diário de campo. Percorremos uma experimentação cartográfica ao produzir narrativas que versam sobre os agenciamentos produzidos entre o espaço e a subjetividade. O diário não foi transcrito em seu conteúdo original, foi lido e reescrito em um formato que chamamos de cena. Esta dissertação foi escrita em quatro capítulos. No primeiro buscamos evidenciar, a partir da obra História da loucura na idade clássica de Michel Foucault, os sucessivos deslocamentos espaciais experimentados pelo louco no Ocidente; no segundo discutimos a noção de produção de subjetividade e territórios existenciais; o terceiro capítulo trata dos movimentos de Reforma Psiquiátrica e processos de desinstitucionalização; e um quarto capitulo com as considerações finais. Ao final da pesquisa, a possibilidade de construir novas práticas a partir de uma ética da hospitalidade. Ter hospitalidade com o outro em sua singularidade, hospedar-se no território estrangeiro dos loucos. Essa hospedagem como um achado da pesquisa. Uma indicação de manejo atenta para a importância das práticas impulsionadas pela RP, produzirem intervenções e ações provisórias. Os serviços devem ser inventados diariamente em um plano temporário. School practices were investigated to observe pertinent aspects for both modes of production of dominated subjectivity or standard subjectivity, as to production subjectivity to self-government, understood here as the production of independent and constructive practices. Initially, there was a work of literature review around texts that discuss the emergence of the Normal School in modernity, with its devices and practices based on discipline. Discuss the educational proposal of Emile Durkheim and his school and genealogical perspective of Michel Foucault, in which he examines devices and disciplinary technologies coupled to the school discourse and for the student production. Then, as authors Duschatzky e Corea (2002), Singer (1997), Costa (2008), Costa (2007), Aquino (1996/1999) and Carvalho (1996), dealing with contemporary changes in the school were used to discuss the perspective of school to viability formation autonomous subjects. Research in the field made by the participant observation, interviews, work with group of students and preparation of daily field. The methodological design relied on contributions from Institutional Analysis and Research-Intervention. From the first line of analysis, there was distance and misunderstandings - especially in teacher-student relationship - and focus on school practices that aim towards the discipline of containment and domination methods subjective and give little open to the collective process in school. Through an expansion of perspective in the field of analysis, there have been cases of work in school and therefore signs of weakening of educator for the educational work. Some creative and inventive practices found, however, gave possibilities for resistance and transformation ahead of the devices involved in the subjective methods of domination / Esta dissertação aborda a escola na sua função de produção de subjetividade por meio de um estudo realizado numa escola da Rede Pública Estadual do município de São Paulo. Investigaram-se práticas escolares para observar elementos pertinentes aos modos de produção tanto de subjetividade assujeitada ou normalizada, quanto de subjetividade singular, entendida aqui como produção de autonomia e de práticas inventivas. Inicialmente, realizou-se um trabalho de revisão da literatura em torno de textos que discutem a emergência da Escola Normal na modernidade, com seus dispositivos e práticas pautadas no disciplinamento. Discutimos a proposta educativa de Émile Durkheim e seu discurso escolar e a perspectiva genealógica de Michel Foucault, na qual ele analisa dispositivos e tecnologias disciplinares atrelados ao discurso escolar e à produção do aluno. Em seguida, autores como Duschatzky e Corea (2002), Singer (1997), Costa (2008), Costa (2007), Aquino (1996/1999) e Carvalho (1996), que tratam das mutações da escola na contemporaneidade, foram utilizados para discutir a perspectiva de a escola formar sujeitos autônomos. A investigação no campo se deu por meio de observação participante, entrevistas, trabalho com grupo de jovens alunos e elaboração de diários de campo. O desenho metodológico contou com contribuições da Análise Institucional e da Pesquisa-Intervenção. A partir de um primeiro eixo de análise, constatou-se distanciamento e desencontros - especialmente na relação educador-aluno - e ênfase nas práticas escolares que visam ao disciplinamento no sentido da contenção e do assujeitamento subjetivo e dão pouca abertura aos processos coletivos na escola. Por meio de uma ampliação de perspectiva no campo de análise, verificaram-se processos de trabalho na escola e, por conseguinte, sinais de despotencialização do educador para o trabalho educativo. The child is involved in a context of subjectivity production becoming the object of expectations; expectations arising from the demands of a globalized world, and based upon a discourse of specialized fields of scientific knowledge relative to childhood. The purpose of the present work is to analyse the discourse found in the Par?metros Curriculares Nacionais - PCNs (National Curriculum Guidelines) as concerns the first four years of Elementary education, trying to disclose its ideas and conceptions about the subject-child. Conceiving this discourse as an ideological phenomenon in which the word becomes the central stage where contradictory values are confronted, according to Bakhtin thinking, the analysis constitutes an effort to point out the voices which supply its basis, in what it reveals about the child. Assertions such as "preparing children for the working market", or for "exercising their citizenship", among others which can be found in the institutionalized pedagogical discourse, are stated in a universalized and normative sense, and have become the object of doubt and criticism. The investigation on the implicit and explicit conceptions about childhood as revealed in the PCNs, whose spokesperson has been the school, serves as the starting point for a series of other studies and reflections intended to pave the way for the implementation of educational processes which allow for singular manifestations of the subject-child / A institui??o escolar, comprometida com a produ??o e transmiss?o de conhecimentos, tem revelado cada vez mais uma outra face de seu compromisso: o compromisso de formar pessoas, produzir certos tipos de subjetividades. ? nesse contexto de produ??o de subjetividades que a crian?a se insere, tomando-se alvo de expectativas; expectativas essas edificadas com base nas exig?ncias do mundo globalizado e pautadas nos discursos de saberes espec?ficos em torno da inf?ncia, provenientes do campo cient?fico. [pt] Este trabalho contempla uma investigação sobre juventude e política no contexto contemporâneo brasileiro, tomando a educação popular como centro de sua ação. A expansão dos chamados cursos pré-vestibulares comunitários no Rio de Janeiro, desde a década de 90, vem representando um importante vetor de tensionamento de nosso sistema educacional (SANTOS, 2005), assim como um novo campo de investigação para as ciências humanas. Originados no interior de lutas e movimentos sociais, estes cursos vêm ampliando a possibilidade de ingresso e ação política de jovens das classes populares nas universidades. Partindo de uma compreensão da subjetividade humana como um efeito de agenciamentos coletivos de enunciação (GUATARRI E ROLNIK, 1980), mostra-se interessante pensar os modos de subjetivação construídos nestes cursos e suas consequências nas práticas cotidianas. O processo de construção da subjetividade política (CASTRO, 2008a, P. 254) nestes espaços, envolvendo experiências de engajamento dos jovens que os levam a assumir ações coletivas no campo social, afeta diretamente as maneiras como eles vivenciam o espaço acadêmico. O método da cartografia e as discussões sobre o lugar da imagem técnica no contemporâneo (JOBIM E SOUZA, 2011; GODINHO, 2011) são as principais referências para nossa construção metodológica. A cartografia nos guiou pelas diferentes experiências no campo dos pré-vestibulares comunitários, até a definição da Associação Mangueira Vestibulares como campo de pesquisa. Já as considerações sobre a importância das imagens na contemporaneidade motivaram a criação de uma narrativa audiovisual sobre a dimensão política desse movimento social, construindo um documentário coletivamente com os sujeitos da pesquisa na intenção de ampliar o debate para além dos limites da academia. / [en] This work describes an investigation into youth and politics in the contemporary context of Brazil, taking the popular education as the center of its action. The expansion of so-called pre-university community courses in Rio de Janeiro, from the 90s, has represented an important vector of tensioning of our educational system (SANTOS, 2005), as well as a new field of research for the human sciences. Originated within social struggles and movements, these courses have expanded the entry possibilities and the political action of the young working class in universities. Starting from an understanding of human subjectivity as an effect of collective assemblages of enunciation (GUATARRI & ROLNIK, 1980), proves to be interesting to consider the forms of subjectivity produced in these courses and their consequences in everyday practices. The construction process of political subjectivity (CASTRO, 2008a, P. 254) in these spaces, involve the engagement of young people that lead them to take collective actions, affecting directly the ways they experience the academic space. The method of carthografy and the discussions on the role of image in the contemporary (JOBIM E SOUZA, 2011; GODINHO, 2011) are the main references for our methodology. The carthografy guided us through the different experiences in the field of pre-university community courses, until the definition of Associação Mangueira Vestibulares as our research field. The considerations about the importance of images in contemporary life motivated the creation of an audiovisual narrative about the political dimension of this social movement, building a documentary with the people surveyed in the intention to broaden the debate beyond the boundaries of academy.

The goal is to question the new technologies’ use in a school environment and it’s worthy in the production of subjectivity among students and teachers. This investigation is intended to be contribution in theories and practice of philosophers (or thinkers) like Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari – especially in its association with subject and subjectivity. The present work has its fundaments in French school of institutional analysis of concepts and tools, as implication, restitution and analyzer, as well as Cartography. It also has its fundaments in Paula Sibilia in order to understand school as a technology of our time, living in a controlling society which produces subjects in a context of institutional conflict between disciplinary practices and connected youth. The research has made use of video making with eleven participants, as well as field observations and informal conversation with students and educators. Three restitutions happened along the process, the last one happening among school educators. Video cameras and photo shoots were used for data recording. Videos are now tools of research producing data and reality changing. As cartography base intervention research, the study is taken as a “research with”, which prioritizes the process and the singular connection among researchers, school and researched subjects. The results points out to some analyzers’ work that were incorporated to the research along the process. Those analyzers highlighted the tension between youth connectivity and institutional availability in providing access to new resources of technology and to the kind of youth consume appropriation and media products through the duality teacher-student. Smartphones came as a main tool in the data acquisition, like a personal and portable gadget with multiple uses which are able to keep the youth permanently connected. The study problematized the way school new technologies are linked to power-resistance relationships, intensifying the culture watch and control. Hyper-connectivity and virtual communication – especially through social media use – are present in the school environment, being a great agent of production of subjectivity and a tool for other socializing forms in a targeted school, where personal information are made public as a fundamental format of relationship among the youth. / O presente estudo é fruto de pesquisa-intervenção realizada em uma escola pública de Fortaleza, e tem como objetivo problematizar os usos das novas tecnologias em ambiente escolar e sua atuação na produção de subjetividade com estudantes e educadores. Assume contribuições teórico-práticas de pensadores como Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari, sobretudo no que se refere à concepção de sujeito e subjetividade; fundamenta-se em conceitos-ferramenta da Análise Institucional francesa, como implicação, restituição e analisador, e da cartografia; e ampara-se em Paula Sibilia para conceber a escola como tecnologia de época, que vive hoje na sociedade de controle produzindo sujeitos num contexto institucional de conflito entre práticas disciplinares e jovens conectados. A pesquisa abrangeu uma oficina de produção de vídeo com onze participantes, além de observação de campo e conversas informais com estudantes e educadores. Três restituições foram realizadas ao longo de todo o processo, sendo a última com os educadores da Escola. Filmadoras e câmeras fotográficas foram utilizadas para documentar as atividades. O vídeo surgiu como dispositivo de pesquisa, atuando ativamente na produção de dados e na transformação da realidade. Como pesquisa-intervenção de base cartográfica, o estudo se caracteriza por um pesquisar com, em que se prioriza o acompanhamento do processo, bem como o encontro singular entre pesquisadores, escola e sujeitos de pesquisa. A análise dos resultados apontou para a produção de alguns analisadores, que surgiram no contexto da pesquisa. Os analisadores sinalizaram tensão entre conectividade juvenil e disponibilidade institucional no acesso aos recursos das novas tecnologias; e apresentaram a forma como consumo, apropriação e produção midiática por parte dos jovens é atravessada pela relação educador-estudante. O celular do tipo smartphone apareceu como figura central na produção de dados, como equipamento pessoal portátil com funções múltiplas capaz de manter os jovens em conexão permanente. O estudo problematizou a forma como a utilização das novas tecnologias na Escola é atravessada por relações que envolvem poder e resistência, intensificando a cultura da vigilância e do controle. A hiperconectividade e a comunicação virtual, especialmente através da utilização das redes sociais, estão presentes no ambiente de ensino, participando ativamente da produção de subjetividade e sinalizando outras formas de sociabilidade na escola pesquisada, em que a publicização da intimidade aparece como vetor fundamental da relação entre os jovens.

Fundação Carlos Chagas Filho de Amparo a Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro / O presente trabalho problematiza a Câmara Municipal da cidade-corte do Rio de Janeiro como uma sociedade de discurso. Por meio de seus enunciados, visíveis a partir das Posturas Municipais, é possível entender o discurso como um mecanismo de poder, que estabelece relações e sujeições. Prática que busca formar sistematicamente os objetos de que fala, a lei é um dispositivo de poder e um espaço de exterioridade, que cria e desenvolve uma rede de lugares distintos. Este saber/poder inventa formas de percepção e hierarquizações, fabrica evidências e organiza lugares. Produz mais que dizibilidades, saberes que devem circular, ser conhecidos e obedecidos. Há toda uma produção de visibilidades, ancorada às normas, que procura formar individualidades docilizadas. Oficiais nomeados e transgressores são, portanto, efeitos de uma governamentalidade que, após a emancipação política do Brasil, se volta ao cotidiano em seus mais efêmeros detalhes. Assim, esta tese de doutorado objetiva cartografar esta matriz discursiva e os dispositivos de sujeição experimentados pela Câmara Municipal, analisando suas Posturas e Registros de Infração, como práticas de subjetivação aplicadas no governo da cidade. / This paper presents the problem of the City Council of the court-city of Rio de Janeiro as a discourse society. By means of its statements, visible as from the Municipal Postures, it is possible to understand the discourse as a power mechanism, which establishes relations and subjections. Being a practice that seeks to systematically form the objects it refers to, the law is a power device, and a space for exteriority, which creates and develops a network of distinct places. This knowledge/power invents forms of perception and hierarchies, manufactures evidences and organizes places. It produces more than sayings, knowledge that shall circulate, that shall be known and obeyed. There is a whole production of visibilities, anchored to the rules, which tries to form docile individualities. Appointed officers and transgressors are, therefore, the result of a governability that, after Brazil's political emancipation, refers to the daily life in its ephemeral details. Thus, this doctorate's dissertation seeks to trace this discursive matrix and the subjection devices used by the City Council, analyzing its Postures and Infractions Registers, as subjectivation practices applied in the city's government.
