Данная магистерская диссертация посвящена теме коллаборативного перевода. Рассматриваются исторический опыт коллаборативного перевода, специфика перевода текстов разных функциональных стилей, технологии коллаборативного перевода и лексическая сочетаемость слов. В рамках исследования осуществляется коллаборативный перевод статьи из интернет-энциклопедии «Википедии», описана технология применения данного вида перевода. В результате исследования полученный перевод текста был опубликован в русскоязычном разделе сайта «Википедии». / This master’s thesis studies collaborative translation. The theoretical part considers the history of collaborative translation, specific translation features of texts of different functional styles, collaborative translation technologies, and lexical collocation are considered. In the practical section, there is carried out a collaborative translation of an article from Wikipedia, the usage of this technology being described. At the final stage of the research, the resulting Russian version of the text was published in Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

The relevance of the work is determined by the need to study the problems of translating a folklore artistic text in the fairy tale genre and to intensify practical work in this area. The purpose of the work is to formulate the criteria for translation equivalence of translations of Chinese fairy tales into Russian, to give recommendations on the translation of Chinese folk tales into Russian. Objectives of the study: (1) describe the specifics of high-quality translation of folklore texts；(2) consider the most frequent approaches to equivalence of translation, describe the parameters of high-quality translation of folklore texts; (3) analyze translations of Chinese fairy tales, included in the book “Chinese folk tales” (translated by Artem Demin), in order to determine strategies and methods for translating Chinese fairy tales; (4) make a list of measures to improve the most frequent methods of translation of folklore texts， using the example of the translation of Chinese folk fairy tales. The object of the study is Chinese fairy tales. The subject of the research is the peculiarities of the translation of Chinese folk fairy tales into Russian. In the process of research methods were used: comparative analysis, content analysis. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the generalization of the translation equivalence criteria for translations of Chinese fairy tales into Russian. The practical significance of the study is that its results can be used in the translation of Chinese fairy tales and in the development of cultural exchanges between China and Russia. The main provisions for the defense of the thesis: 1. The study substantiated the need to revise the system for translating Chinese fairy tales into Russian. 2. The problems arising from the translation of Chinese fairy tales and due to the peculiarities of the Chinese language and the significant differences between Chinese and Russian, require greater attention to the preparation of Chinese and Russian linguists and philologists in the field of translation and cooperation between these countries. 3. A qualitative translation of a folklore text is one in which harmonious adaptation of the text is observed, since translation is not only the replacement of signs of one language with signs of another, but a way of transmitting cultural information from representatives of one culture to representatives of another culture. Findings: (1) the translation of Chinese fairy tales requires the translator not to summarize linguistic, folklore knowledge and translation skills, but to synthesize them; based on the purpose of the translation, the translator must choose the methods and techniques of translation that are adequate to different situations; (2) translators often make mistakes when translating folklore texts both because of the complexity of the national language of the source text, and because of the specificity of the folklore text, its special metaphorical nature. / Актуальность работы определяется необходимостью изучения проблем перевода фольклорного художественного текста в жанре сказки и активизации практической работы в этой сфере. Цель работы — сформировать критерии переводческой эквивалентности переводов китайских сказок на русский язык, дать рекомендации по переводу китайских народных сказок на русский язык. Задачи исследования: описать специфику качественного перевода фольклорных текстов; рассмотреть наиболее частотные подходы к эквивалентности, описать параметры качественного перевода фольклорных текстов; проанализировать переводы китайских сказок, вошедшие в сборник «Китайские народные сказки» (перевод Артема Демина), с целью определения стратегий и методов перевода китайских волшебных сказок; составить перечень мер по совершенствованию наиболее частотных методов перевода фольклорных текстов，на примере перевода китайских народных волшебных сказок. Объект исследования — китайские волшебные сказки. Предмет исследования — особенности перевода китайских народных волшебных сказок на русский язык. В процессе исследования использовались методы: сопоставительный анализ, контент анализ. Теоретическая значимость работы заключается в обобщении критериев переводческой эквивалентности переводов китайских сказок на русский язык. Практическая значимость исследования состоит в том, что его результаты могут быть использованы в деятельности по переводу китайских сказок и по развитию культурного обмена между Китаем и Россией. Основные положения, выносимые на защиту диссертации: 1. В ходе исследования обоснована необходимость пересмотра системы перевода китайских волшебных сказок на русский язык. 2. Проблемы, возникающие при переводе китайских сказок и обусловленные особенностями китайского языка и существенными различиями между китайским и русским языками, требуют усиления внимания к подготовке китайских и российских лингвистов и филологов в сфере перевода и сотрудничества между этими странами. 3. Качественным переводом фольклорного текста является тот, в котором наблюдается гармоничная адаптация текста, поскольку перевод — это не только замена знаков одного языка знаками другого, а способ передачи культурной информации от представителей одной культуры представителям другой культуры. Выводы: 1) деятельность по переводу китайских волшебных сказок требует от переводчика не суммирования языкового, фольклорного знания и переводческого умения, а их синтеза; исходя из цели перевода, переводчик должен выбирать способы и приемы перевода, адекватные разным ситуациям; 2) переводчики часто совершают ошибки при переводе фольклорных текстов как из-за сложности национального языка исходного текста, так и из-за специфики фольклорного текста, его особой метафоричности.

Данное диссертационное исследование посвящено специфике перевода цветообозначений в романе М. Зусака «Книжный вор» на примере монологов Смерти. Работа выполнена в русле актуальных филологических и междисциплинарных исследований в области переводоведения. В ходе исследования рассмотрены особенности использования цветообозначений в художественном тексте и способы их перевода. На примере романа рассмотрен перевод цветообозначений, задействованных в 513 контекстах. Посредством сопоставительного метода произведен анализ перевода цветообозначений с английского на русский и испанский языки. Структура работы состоит из двух глав: теоретической и практической. В теоретической части рассматриваются теоретические предпосылки изучения цветообозначения; способы классификации цветообозначений; цветообозначения в художественном тексте и специфика их перевода; различные подходы к классификации переводческих трансформаций. В практической части выведена классификация цветообозначений, задействованных в романе; произведен сопоставительный анализ трансформаций, использованных при переводе романа с английского на испанский; выявлена закономерность использования определенных трансформаций при переводе цветообозначений, относящихся к конкретной группе; рассмотрены основные ошибки при переводе цветообозначений; произведен анализ символизации основных цветообозначений в романе. / This thesis is devoted to the specifics of translation of color terms in the novel by M. Zusak “The Book Thief” in the case of the monologues of Death. The work was carried out in line with current philological and interdisciplinary research in the field of translation studies. In the course of the study, the peculiarities of the use of color meanings in a literary text and the ways of their translation are considered. The translation of colour terms involved in 513 contexts had been examined by our research. By means of a comparative method, an analysis of the translation of color terms from English into Russian and Spanish was made. The structure of the work consists of two chapters: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical background of the study of color terms; methods of classification of color terms; color terms in the literary text and the specifics of their translation; different approaches to the classification of lexico-grammatical transformations. In the practical part, the classification of color terms involved in the novel is derived; a comparative analysis of the transformations used in the translation of the novel from English to Spanish is made; the regularity of the use of certain transformations in the translation of color terms belonging to a particular group is revealed; the main issues in the translation of color terms are classified; the analysis of the symbolization of the main color terms in the novel is made. In conclusion, the research findings are presented.

Работа посвящена выявлению особенностей перевода терминологии моды в диахроническом аспекте. Объектом исследования является терминология индустрии моды XIX–XXI вв. Предметом исследования являются особенности перевода английских терминов в индустрии моды XIX–XXI вв. на русский язык. Цель исследования заключается в лингвистическом исследовании методов перевода терминов с английского языка на русский в границах диахронического аспекта. Материалом данного исследования послужил глянцевый журнал «Vogue». В ходе анализа было выявлено 118 терминов индустрии моды, обуви и аксессуаров. Анализ показал, что большой пласт лексики переводится путем калькирования (53 %), транскрипции (17 %), описательным переводом (14 %), смешанным переводом (транскрипция+ калькирование 10 %) и транслитерации (6 %). Далее, язык заимствований пополняется посредством лексики, в результате чего стоит говорить о положительном воздействии в соответствии с лексиконом языка. В результате наличия иностранных слов, коммуникация характеризуется тем, что разные представители целевых аудиторий недопонимают друг друга. / The work is devoted to identifying the features of the translation of fashion terminology in the diachronic aspect. The object of the study is the terminology of the fashion industry of the XIX-XXI centuries. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of translating English terms in the fashion industry of the XIX-XXI centuries into Russian. The purpose of the study is to linguistically study the methods of translating terms from English into Russian within the boundaries of the diachronic aspect. The glossy magazine "Vogue" served as the material of this study. During the analysis, 118 terms of the fashion, footwear and accessories industry were identified. The analysis showed that a large layer of vocabulary is translated by calcification (53%), transcription (17%), descriptive translation (14%), mixed translation (transcription + calcification 10%) and transliteration (6%). Further, the language of borrowings is replenished through vocabulary, as a result of which it is worth talking about a positive impact in accordance with the lexicon of the language. As a result of the presence of foreign words, communication is characterized by the fact that different representatives of target audiences misunderstand each other.

Работа посвящена определению значимых характеристик видеоигровой локализации, выявлению переводческих трудностей при осуществлении данной деятельности и выработке практических знаний по локализации видеоигр. Материал исследования составили 9 названий видеоигр, 120 текстовых фрагментов интерфейса, 83 названия внутриигровых достижений, 79 имен собственных, 65 реплик и 17 диалогов персонажей. В первой части работы анализируется и систематизируется теоретический материал по вопросам видеоигр, локализации, видов видеоигровой локализации, теории переводческих решений, классификаций переводческих трансформаций. В работе также рассматриваются основные стратегии локализации видеоигр: доместикация (культурная адаптация оригинального текста) и форенизация (культурное и языковое своеобразие текста максимально сохраняются). Во второй части представлен сопоставительный анализ текстов оригинальной и локализованной версий 9 видеоигр. Особое внимание уделялось анализу названий видеоигр, интерфейса, внутриигровых достижений, имен собственных, юмора и обсценной лексики. При анализе выделялись переводческие трансформации, применяемые при локализации игр на русский язык. По результатам сопоставления английских и русских вариантов реплик и диалогов игр были выявлены некоторые трудности, с которыми может встретиться переводчик при локализации игр: отсутствие контекста или перевод юмора. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в практике локализации видеоигр в качестве методического инструментария. / The work is devoted to determining the significant characteristics of video game localization, identifying translation difficulties in the implementation of this activity and developing practical knowledge on the localization of video games. The research material consisted of 9 video game titles, 120 text fragments of the interface, 83 names of in-game achievements, 79 proper names, 65 replicas and 17 character dialogues. In the first part of the work, theoretical material on video games, localization, types of video game localization, theory of translation solutions, classifications of translation transformations are analyzed and systematized. The paper also discusses the main strategies of localization of video games: domestication (cultural adaptation of the original text) and forenization (cultural and linguistic originality of the text are preserved as much as possible). The second part presents a comparative analysis of the texts of the original and localized versions of 9 video games. Special attention was paid to the analysis of video game titles, interface, in-game achievements, proper names, humor and obscene vocabulary. The analysis highlighted the translation transformations used in the localization of games into Russian. According to the results of comparing the English and Russian versions of the replicas and dialogues of the games, some difficulties that a translator may encounter when localizing games were identified: the lack of context or the translation of humor. The results of the study can be used in the practice of localization of video games as methodological tools.

Данная работа состоит из 2 глав. В первой главе дана теоретическая база исследования: рассмотрены понятия межкультурной коммуникации, понятия «перевод» с позиций российских, иностранных, в том числе китайских, исследователей, представлены требования к качественному переводу, рассмотрены этапы переводческого процесса. Рассмотрены виды письменных переводов и особенности при переводе письменных экономических текстов. Вторая глава посвящена практическим аспектам перевода: произведен анализ основных методов по формированию навыков письменного перевода, разработаны методические материалы по переводу неличных форм глагола (инфинитив, причастие, герундий) с пояснениями и примерами на русском, английском и китайском языках, рекомендации и глоссарий экономических терминов с толкованием терминов на английском, русском и китайском языках. / This work consists of 2 chapters. The first chapter provides a theoretical basis for the study: the concepts of intercultural communication, the concept of "translation" are considered from the standpoint of Russian, foreign, including Chinese, researchers, the requirements for high-quality translation are presented, and the stages of the translation process are considered. The types of written translations and features in the translation of written economic texts are considered. The second chapter is devoted to the practical aspects of translation: an analysis of basic methods for the formation of written translation skills was made, methodological materials were developed for translating non-finite forms of the verb (infinitive, participle, gerund) with explanations and examples in Russian, English and Chinese, recommendations and a glossary of economic technologies with interpretation of terms in English, Russian and Chinese.

Выпускная квалификационная работа имеет своей целью выявить ключевые характеристики индивидуального стиля поэтического творчества Эмили Дикинсон и особенности их передачи на русском языке. Первая глава посвящена теоретическим основам изучения отражения индивидуального стиля автора в художественном переводе. В главе рассматриваются основные научные подходы к изучению понятия «индивидуальный стиль», выделяются его компоненты, изучается проблема передачи индивидуального стиля в поэтическом переводе, а также перечисляются и описываются методы и методики сравнительного анализа переводов поэтических произведений. Во второй главе рассматривается идиостиль Эмили Дикинсон в русских переводах. В начале представляется методика отбора исследовательского материала, а далее анализируются 3 стихотворения (“The Soul selects her own Society”, “I died for Beauty – but was scarce”, “The Sky is low – the Сlouds are mean”) в оригинале и их переводы на русский язык. В последнем разделе главы также разбираются виды трансформаций оригиналов в переводах, что позволяет обобщить наблюдения о ключевых характеристиках индивидуального стиля Дикинсон и особенностей их передачи на русском языке. / Master's thesis aims to identify the key characteristics of the individual style of Emily Dickinson's poetic work and the features of their transmission in Russian. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical foundations of studying the reflection of the author's individual style in literary translation. The chapter discusses the main scientific approaches to the study of the concept of "individual style", identifies its components, studies the problem of transferring individual style in poetic translation, and lists and describes methods and techniques for comparative analysis of translations of poetic works. The second chapter deals with the idiostyle of Emily Dickinson in Russian translations. At the beginning, the methodology for selecting research material is presented, and then 3 poems are analyzed (“The Soul selects her own Society”, “I died for Beauty – but was scarce”, “The Sky is low – the Clouds are mean”) in the original and their translations into Russian. The last section of the chapter also analyzes the types of transformations of the originals in translations, which allows to summarize the observations about the key characteristics of Dickinson's individual style and the features of their transmission in Russian.

Данная магистерская диссертация посвящена проблеме передачи средств речевой выразительности в художественном тексте при помощи машинного перевода. Рассматриваются современные технологии машинного перевода, специфика перевода художественных текстов и классификация тропов и фигур. В рамках исследования осуществляется сопоставление «способностей» трех автоматизированных систем (Яндекс.Переводчик, Google Translate и PROMT.One) передавать средства выразительности речи на материале романа Дж. К. Роулинг «Гарри Поттер и философский камень». / This master’s thesis studies the problem of rendering the means of speech expressiveness in a literary text using machine translation. There are considered modern machine translation technologies, the specific features of literary texts translation and the classification of tropes and figures. Based on the novel “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” by J. K. Rowling, the study compares the “abilities” of three automated systems (Yandex.Translate, Google Translate and PROMT.One) to identify stylistic devices in the source language and reproduce them in the target language.
