台灣選民媒介使用與政治知識之關聯性-1995-2004年的長期趨勢分析

本研究意圖了解台灣選民媒介使用與政治知識間長期的關聯與其變遷,以及嘗試將政治知識區分為政治結構知識與非政治結構知識兩類個別檢視,以期能深入瞭解媒介使用與政治知識類別的關係。本研究採用二手資料分析,將國立政治大學選舉研究中心在1995年與1998年所作之立委選舉面訪案,及台灣選舉與民主化調查研究(TEDS)在2001年與2004年所作之立委選舉大型面訪案,總共四次的資料加以整合,以時間的縱貫角度切入,觀察民眾長期政治知識與媒介使用情況的趨勢變化,針對影響政治知識的各項因素作檢驗,並提出可能的解釋。   關於變化趨勢的部分,研究發現在1995-2004年期間,總體政治知識及非政治結構知識程度有逐年減少的趨勢,但在政治結構知識程度上則變動不大,沒有逐年提升的趨勢;報紙注意程度上沒有顯著變化,而電視注意程度則有逐漸減少的情形。   研究結果顯示,無論時序如何變遷、政治知識如何分類,性別、教育程度及報紙注意程度,對政治知識均具顯著且穩定的影響力。男性、教育程度愈高者及報紙注意程度愈高者,其政治知識程度愈高。   年齡對於各類政治知識程度也是一個相當顯著的解釋變項,唯獨在政治結構知識上,老年人口的解釋力則不顯著。本研究也發現政黨認同能夠顯著解釋總體政治知識與非政治結構知識;但在政治結構知識上的影響與解釋力較弱。在總體政治知識與非政治結構知識的影響上,電視注意程度均呈現正向顯著的關聯,電視注意程度愈高,其政治知識程度愈高;但在政治結構知識上,電視注意程度的解釋力則不如預期。值得注意的是,電視媒介注意程度在2004年的資料中,對於各類政治知識均呈現無顯著差異,且影響方向改變。   綜觀研究結果發現,不同類型之政治知識,在本質上、變遷趨勢上、獨立變項的解釋力上的確有所差異。最能解釋總體政治知識的變項為媒介注意程度;最能解釋政治結構知識的變項為教育程度;對非政治結構知識最能解釋的變項為媒介注意程度。然而,報紙注意程度比起電視注意程度來說,對於政治知識程度的解釋力要來得正向且穩定。 / The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships of news media use and political knowledge and their changes over time among voters in Taiwan. Political knowledge, by definition, is categorized into structural and non-structural ones. Data were from four national surveys in 1995 and 1998’s National Chengchi University Election Study Center’s surveys, and the 2001 and 2004’s Taiwan’s Election and Democratization Study during legislative elections, respectively. Data analysis shows that since 1995 till 2004, political knowledge and non-structural political knowledge are both slightly decreasing, but the variation of structural political knowledge is relatively stable. Attention to newspaper news is steady but attention to television news is decreasing. Gender, level of education, and attention to newspaper news all positively predict structural and non-structural political knowledge in the four data sets. Male, highly educated people, and those with higher attention to newspaper news have more political knowledge. Party identification significantly predicts non-structural political knowledge but not structural political knowledge. Attention to television news positively predicts non-structural political knowledge. What is noteworthy is that in 2004, attention to news media first time shows no significant relationship with political knowledge. Take a closer look at relationships between various predictor variables and different types of political knowledge. Our results show that attention to news media strongly predicts political knowledge; level of education highly predicts structural political knowledge; attention to news media effectively predicts non-structural political knowledge. However, attention to newspaper is a better predictor variable in predicting political knowledge.

台灣當代散文的空間意識及其書寫型態

相對於空間,時間的研究在古今中外各個領域都受到極度的重視。事實上,根據研究指出,時間的概念比空間概念生得要晚,所以從各民族的語言來看,時間概念往往要借用空間概念來表達。人類早期對時間概念的理解相當模糊,很大程度上必須依賴空間的概念。儘管空間概念的形成早於時間,但是人們對於歷史、生命、歲月的關懷似乎遠遠超越於對空間的認識。   回顧台灣的現代散文創作,即便是近三十年來各式各樣散文題材的勃興,懷舊主題仍是歷久不衰。懷鄉、懷人、懷事、懷物一直是現代散文的創作主流。如果我們的時間概念往往依循著空間,那當這些懷舊文章無論是揭示了歲月與個人生命歷程的糾纏或是大歷史大時代的洪流沖積,散文家創作當時有意無意依循的「空間意識」為何?如果作者無意書寫空間的情況之下,他無意識透露出的空間感如何?如果是有意識書寫空間,那麼又如何進行藝術性的經營,顯示了什麼效果?除了懷舊文學之外,空間議題的漸次關注或多或少影響了創作者的視野,旅行文學與都市、鄉土文學,都是與空間書寫密切相關的文類,也勢必影響讀者的視野。諸如此類的問題,是作為散文研究時,必須思索的。   「空間」作為一獨立討論的範疇,關涉到散文情感和思緒的研究。   我們以此作為討論的出發點,將逐步顯現空間的政治性與實踐意義在散文中的構成。換言之,我們研究散文的文本空間時,無可避免地討論著不同空間型態所具備隨之相異的關懷,但是在充分掌握之後,本文企圖回歸散文藝術構成的原則──思索「空間」如何在散文中更有效地進行文學性的經營。確定了這樣的論述策略,我們就更容易分辨出既有的研究成果,能夠分別在什麼層次上給予本文協助與啟發。也就是說,從「藝術性」和「議題性」兩大方向進入散文研究,我們會發現,徒有「議題」的研究,恐怕會使文學作品成為附和「議題」的文獻/文宣;但若在缺乏議題作為討論的對象,單單從「藝術性」的角度分析散文,又有落於修辭格分析的困境。其實,題材與技巧常常在不同的程度上相互影響,我們確立了本文的策略與方法,即是將散文中的「空間意識」以及「書寫型態」提在平衡等重的位階,避免偏廢。

部落格的品牌社群經營與購買意願之關係研究 / A study of blog about relationship between brand community management and purchase intention

藉由部落格來經營線上社群的情形已久,但這幾年在部落格上出現一種新的敘事呈現方式,亦即藉由圖文形式,透過詼諧手法來分享生活瑣事或人生觀念,同時以版主(即部落格經營者與圖文創作者)所發起之創意、話題接龍來不斷擴展並豐富部落格上的內容。而藉由圖文角色的創造與自由免費下載,這些圖文流通在部分即時通訊軟體當中,提高了這些圖文角色的曝光度,同時也為版主帶來商機。版主透過哪些方式來經營線上社群,並將之導入商業運作,為本研究之動機。 因此本研究透過文獻整理,建立了線上品牌社群經營之探討層面,此層面包含了「部落格行銷特性」、「社群活動參與程度」、「活動實際認知與期待落差」等三個構面,同時納入「個人涉入度」與「購買意願」等構面,來探討這些構面之間的關係。然後針對回應於個案部落格上的各個成員進行問卷調查,再以因素分析進行構面修整等前測,之後正式發放問卷,回收有效問卷為364份,以SPSS套裝統計軟體進行典型相關分析,來探討構面之間的影響關係。 研究結果發現「部落格行銷特性」構面當中的「讀者針對性」為首要關鍵因素,而經由質化訪談資料分析指出,在此種類型部落格經營取向裡,「讀者針對性」為「資訊豐富性」、「互動性」的基礎。而「社群活動參與程度」亦為關鍵因素之一,尤其是活動的發起與舉辦手法,應透過詼諧趣味與簡單易懂的遊戲規則來進行,同時非實質商業性目的的活動佔大部分,此類活動的功能在於提高社群的參與感、認同與信任感;而商業性質的活動則應在部落格內容中佔較小篇幅,以避免社群成員的厭惡,畢竟此種圖文創作類型的部落格,是以非商業性質的圖文免費自由下載使用為基礎來經營的。而藉由上述的「部落格行銷特性」與「社群活動參與程度」來提升社群成員對於部落格的「個人涉入度」,進而提升社群成員對此品牌的產品之購買意願。 最後,社群成員的「活動實際認知與期待落差」沒有對於「個人涉入度」及「購買意願」造成影響。經由觀察個案部落格當中得知,因為目前所舉辦的活動相對來說較單純,並沒有營造出複雜且嚴謹的階級關係或制度,同時版主會以詼諧自嘲手法來降低社群成員對活動的期待,從而減少成員對於活動實際認知與期待之落差。 / There has been a new type of narration based on blog. That is, sharing trivial or thoughts of lives via interesting pictures with words, enriching content on the certain blog through sharing activities on gossips or ideas. The created characters expose through being used in certain instant message tool, which brought creator business. Based on literature review, the study built up an aspect to discuss managing on-line brand community, including blog marketing features, how much the community join activities. And we included personal involvement and purchase intention to discuss the relationships among these aspects. After processing questionnaires by factor analysis for pilot testing, then we retrieved 364 questionnaires for canonical correlation analysis to discuss the relationships among the aspects. In the outcome, it’s found that the relevancy on the blog for members is the most important one of the key success factors. Quantities’ data analysis indicated that the relevancy on the blog for members is the basis of information richness and interactivity. How much members join the activity is the key factor also, the way to announce the activity should be via interesting and easy rules; meanwhile, non-commercial determination activity takes major part. This kind of activity supposedly focuses on enhancing sense of joining, identification, and trust among members. By contrast, commercial determination activity should take minor part in content on the blog for fear of being excluded by given members since this kind of blog has been managed on the basis of non-commercially free downloading created characters. blogger could enhance the involvement by means of blog marketing features and how much members join the activity, then lift purchase intention of members toward the brand products. No effect has been made by gap of the awareness toward activity on personal involvement and purchase intention. Through observing the blog, it indicates that the activities held so far are relatively pure and easy, which means no complex and solid hierarchy has been set up in the activities; furthermore, blogger scales down members’ expectation of activities by using interesting and self-sarcastic approaches.

台灣地區生育意願之研究:以超低生育率為例 / The Study of Fertility Intention in Taiwan:An Example of Declining Birthrate

由於台灣近年來生育率有逐年下滑的趨勢,形成少子化的現象,少子化代表著未來人口可能逐漸變少,對於社會結構、經濟發展等各方面都產生重大的影響,因此此一課題值得深究。 本研究以文獻分析及深度訪談法來進行,首先利用文獻資料來分析影響生育意願的相關原因,包括人口結構變遷對總體經濟的影響、生育行為的相關理論、現實經濟的因素、婦女勞動參與等,並歸納整理後作為深度訪談的基礎。深度訪問以大台北地區12位已婚婦女為對象,藉由深入訪談來了解箇中原因,歸結出台灣目前超低生育率的原因所在。 本研究結果發現,目前婦女生育意願低落的原因,主要是第一:傳統養兒防老的觀念式微,女性生育自主意識的崛起;第二:受教育延長、晚婚是催化高齡少子的趨勢之一;第三:現實經濟的考量下,加上養兒不易,導致多數家庭因此將生小孩的數量轉往養育的品質;第四:家庭分工的不平均也是降低婦女生育的意願的重要原因之一;最後現階段的托育政策與制度的不完善,加上生育補助有限,誘因不足之下,因而無法提高婦女的生育意願。 依據研究發現本研究建議(一)強化家庭功能,以增加婦女的社會支援;(二)提高育兒補助並視嬰幼兒為未來國家的資產,以減緩少子化的趨勢;(三)政府應以人口優質及避免人口短缺的方向努力;(四)政府應積極擬訂鼓勵男性參與育兒及家務政策,並將養育責任,由兩性來共同承擔,以達到美滿家庭的目標;(五)加強改善婦女的經濟地位,鼓勵並積極輔導婦女就業及強化專業職能的訓練,不致因婚育而影響其勞動參與,以提高其生育意願;(六)政府應正視目前超低生育率的現象,設立專責機構並參考國外(如日本或法國)生育政策及托育制度,以提高國內生育率。 關鍵字:少子化、超低生育率、生育行為、生育意願 / In Taiwan, the rate of fertility has been continually in decline in recently year, which is called ‘the phenomenon of declining birth rate.’ It signifies a less future population and impacts on every aspects of our social structure and economic development. This, it is worthy of probing. This research is conducted with the method of literature review and in-depth interviews.It first analyzes via literature review those factors influencing the will of bearing children, such as the impact of the structural change of population on the macro economy, the theory of fertility behavior, considerations of livelihood, and the women participation in labor, etc. All those factors are inducted and sorted as the basis of in-depth interview. Then, the in-depth interview is conducted on 12 married women, penetrating on the cause of extremely low fertility rate in Taiwan. This research finds the reasons to cause the low rate of fertility are as below: First, the traditional idea is decline currently to have children caring the agedness. Meanwhile, the females are learning the independent consciousness to decide how many children they want in life. The second: high grade education & late marriage is one of the trends of declining birth rate with elder females. The third: taking consideration into the family’s economy as well as hard teaching on child, most families turn to focus on life quality instead of having kid's amount. The fourth: the heavy loading of housework on females is also the reason to reduce the will of bearing children. Finally, not only the current child care policy/system but also the limited subsidization by the government is not perfect to meet the family’s requirements; which are unable to promote the will of bearing children. Based on such research findings, I come up with six policy recommendations as follows to encourage our country’s bearing rate:(一) to enhance family function according to the research, with increment women of social support;(二) look after the kids as the country’s property to promote the subsidization of bearing children to reduce the declining birth rate;(三) government should forward to superior quality population, and to avoid the population runs short;(四) the government should actively draw up some bearing plans to encourage male’s participation (sharing evenly) on child care, housework & teaching responsibility in family; which is aimed to build a sweet home for couples;(五) to improve the female’s economic position. And, to encourage/guide women to work with complete working training for proper job arrangement, which will encourage their will of bearing children when woman gets independent incomes;(六) the government should notice the serious declining birth rate currently – i.e. not only to establish some responsible organizations, but also to refer successful growing policy and child care system from other countries (such as Japan, France) in order to raise the fertility rate in Taiwan..

台北縣私立高職進修學校學生學習動機與學習滿意度之研究

本研究旨在探討我國高職進修學校學生學習動機及學習滿意度的相關影響因素,並以研究結果提供作為高職進修學校與各教育主管機關提升教育品質之參考。 本研究以臺北縣高職進修學校學生為研究對象,並以「高職進修學校學習情況調查問卷」為施測工具進行問卷調查。有效樣本984 人。所得資料以平均數、標準差、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法加以處理及分析。綜合本研究之結果如下: 壹、台北縣私立高職進修學校學生,就讀台北縣九大行政區中所設立之私立高職進修學校學生,以女性學生佔多數(佔58.9%),男性學生較少(佔41.1%)。 貳、私立高職進修學校學生之學習動機層面中,較佳為「自我學習信念」、「自我認同」及「自我要求」等因素,但仍應加強自我專業與技能實踐能力。 參、私立高職進修學校學生之學習滿意度層面中,較佳為「課程教材」、「學習教材」、「人際互動」、「生涯規劃」等因素,但仍應加強學習環境之改善。 肆、不同背景變項學生學習動機上有所不同。 伍、私立高職進修學校學生在學習動機與學習滿意度呈現正相關。 陸、私立高職進修學校學生在學生學習動機各因素與學習滿意度各層面之相關呈現正相關。 最後,研究者依據研究所得結果提出幾點建議,作為學校教育、 家長及未來研究之參考。 關鍵字:高職進修學校、學習動機、學習滿意度 / The research aims to explore the relationship and relevant factors between learning motivation and satisfaction of continuation vocational high school students. It would provide references for the authority of educational units and administration of continuation vocation high school to enhance teaching and learning quality. The research takes continuation vocational high school students in Taipei County for studying objects. The questionnaire “Continuation vocational high school student learning situation” was used as a tool and the valid data was collected from 984 students. The data was analyzed and processed through statistical methods such as Average, Standard Deviation, T tests, Single factor variance analysis, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis. Finally, according to the results and investigations, findings and conclusions were come up along with recommendations as follows: 1. The female students who study in private continuation vocational high school in nine main districts of Taipei County is more (58.9%) than that of male ones (41.1%). 2. In the coverage of learning motivation, the continuation vocational high school students pay more concern on the factors such as “Self- monitoring learning belief”, “Self- Identity”, and “Self- development”. However, the schools should teach students how to enhance their professional and practical skills. 3. In the coverage of learning satisfaction, the continuation vocational high school students are pleased with the factors such as “Curriculum materials”, “Learning materials”, “Relationship”, and “Career Planning”. However, the school should improve the quality of learning environment. 4. The students from different backgrounds and family conditions have different learning motivation. 5. There is positive correlation between learning motivation and learning satisfaction of private continuation vocational high school students. 6. There is positive correlation between different factors of learning motivation and learning satisfaction of private continuation vocational high school students. In sum, based on the conclusion of the study, the author suggests some recommendations for school education, parents, and future researchers. 連鎖加盟業之合作關係研究-以市售連鎖飲料店為例

在台灣,連鎖加盟已經行之有年,並且經營的技術也趨於成熟,可是不管在各行各業中,仍然是會看到某些加盟品牌會扶搖直上,而有些卻逐漸衰退,在資訊不對稱的情況下,往往加盟者是很難透過網站上的資訊或是簽約前與加盟總部的認知中獲得詳細和確實的資訊,因此也可能導致事後合作的不愉快,甚至是最後解約的情況產生,而這樣不良的關係同時也會嚴重影響加盟主的品牌聲望和優勢。 本研究的對象乃是一般的市售連鎖飲料店,欲從加盟總部的領導行為、競爭優勢、彼此之間的信任以及總部的取代能力等外生變數,去探討如何影響加盟者與加盟總部的衝突與忠誠度關係。 本研究以路徑分析得到以下的實證結果,主要發現如下: (一)支援性領導、總部競爭優勢、信任與總部取代能力都可以顯著地影響整體滿意度,而滿意度也顯著地影響衝突下降和忠誠度提昇。 (二)參與性領導與指導性領導在本研究不顯著,可能與本研究探討加盟體制所導致。 (三)績效的因素在本研究中並不顯著,同樣的專屬資產亦是,可能跟問卷的選項有關。

夫妻分隔兩地員警的家人關係、婚姻滿意度及工作投入與工作滿足之研究 / A study of police marital status especially in a long distance regarding their family relationship, marriage satisfaction, work dedication and satisfaction from Taipei City police perspective.

臺北市政治、經濟、文化、社會的多元發展與變遷,使得治安、交通狀況日趨複雜,加諸於警察人員之工作與責任有增無減,相較他單位之警察人員實在是保母難為,又因從警人員多為中南部子弟,需兩地奔波,無法兼顧家庭,致臺北市政府警察局員警大量外流返鄉。為瞭解組織氛圍與工作環境及兩地婚姻之特性,對於警察人員之影響為何?本研究採深入訪談法,以現任12位臺北市政府警察局員警做深度訪談的質性研究,期能瞭解夫妻分隔兩地員警的家人關係、婚姻滿意度、工作投入及工作滿足之問題,並尋求對策,提供相關單位參考。 本研究發現: 一、夫妻分隔兩地成因如下:單位裁撤、強制移撥、畢業分發、生涯規劃、宗教因素。 二、婚姻滿意度與家人關係:兩地分離致隔地相思、藉分擔家務拉近距離、因分隔兩地使親密關係略減致感情變淡、員警身處異鄉孤單寂寞易受酒色誘惑、婆媳磨合相處不睦使員警左右為難、員警配偶慈母兼嚴父獨挑教養大樑等。 三、工作投入與工作滿足:服從上司領導、同事情誼血濃於水、遇有干涉取締每多掣肘、心事重重苦悶難訴、升遷無望歸心似箭、寄情工作忘卻煩憂等。 依本研究發現;提出以下建議: 一、婚姻及家人關係部分:鼓勵員警多元學習利用獨處時間充實自我、推展朝氣蓬勃健康活力的休閒活動、正常休假使員警與家人能定期團聚、舉辦家庭日活動請親人北上參觀員警工作與生活情形、警察宿舍之配發把兩地婚姻者列為首要考量之一、增設都市加給提升生活品質。 二、工作滿足與投入部分:建立公平合理的升遷管道以提昇士氣、落實專業分工簡化派出所業務、建立長治久安的各項政策、設立社工專責諮商輔導機制、健全人事制度。

公務人員終身學習動機與障礙之研究 / A Study on the Lifelong Learning Motivation and Barriers of Public Servants

本研究旨在探討公務人員參與終身學習動機因素、障礙因素及參與意願,並且探討不同背景之公務人員參與動機、障礙及意願之間的關係。為有效達成上述目的,本研究採取便利抽樣問卷調查,以公務人員為研究對象,共發出問卷1200 份,回收1116份,其中有效回收問卷為1071 份,所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析及多元迴歸進行統計分析,歸納結論如下: 一、參與終身學習動機取向,以「求知興趣」取向最強。 二、參與終身學習障礙取向,以「機構障礙」取向最強。 三、參與終身學習動機會因不同背景變項而有所不同。 四、參與終身學習障礙會因不同背景變項而有所不同。 五、參與終身學習動機與障礙呈現顯著的正相關。 六、參與終身學習動機與障礙對參與終身學習意願有顯著影響。 最後根據研究發現,分別就「個人」、「組織」、「學習環境與資源提供者」及「政策」等四各層面提出建議,提供公務人員、學習機構及政府等參考。 【關鍵字】:終身學習、參與學習動機、參與學習障礙、參與學習意願 / The purposes of this study were to investigate the motivations, barriers and willingness of participation in lifelong learning education of public servants, examine the relationship among motivations, barriers and willingness degree in different background variables. The research samples were public servants. Convenience samples were employed through the questionnaire. A total of 1200 questionnaires were handed out, 1116 were collected. There were 203 valid questionnaires. Statistical techniques conducted including descriptive statistic, T-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. Cognitive interest was the strongest motivation of public servants participating lifelong learning education. 2. The unit barrier was the strongest barrier of public servants participating lifelong learning education. 3. Different backgrounds would influence the motivation orientations of public servants participating lifelong learning education. 4. Different backgrounds would influence the barrier orientations of public servants participating lifelong learning education. 5. Motivations had significantly positive correlation with barriers. 6. Motivations and barriers had significant effect on willingness. 我們從自然語言領域中借用Thesaurus模型作為字彙關聯的基礎,陸續加入Folksonomy概念、Social Network Service指標的蒐集以及domain-specific ontology來建構Tag-Thesaurus模型,用來解決使用一般tagging system資源彙整能力不足的問題。首先我們對將要實驗的領域選取初始字彙,並利用這些字彙建構Tag-Thesaurus模型。接著將預先準備的這些字彙釋放到社會網路服務平台的tagging system中,透過社會網路服務平台中的tagging system來蒐集使用者對於資源的平面分類資訊,利用這些資訊來對Tag-Thesaurus模型持續地擴充。透過這樣的Tag-Thesaurus模型,我們將可以獲得較佳的資源彙整。domain-specific ontology的加入將可以強化由上而下的資源彙整。而Social Network Service當中的其他資訊,如FOAF[16]或是個人的偏好等,將可以提昇個人化資源彙整的能力。這樣的結合方式不僅是ontology應用的示範,我們更希望透過這樣的混合式模型,使得Web 2.0這樣子廣泛蒐集眾人智慧的概念能夠成為跨入語意網的橋樑。 / We aggregate various resources through the Tag-Thesaurus Model. There are three parts in Tag-Thesaurus model, the Folksonomy formal model, indices collection on Social Network Service, and lightweight domain-specific ontology. The Folksnomy model reconstruct relationships between tags, and we can aggregate resources by tags. The indices collection on Social Network Service help us to decide which resource are more important. Finally, the lightweight domain-specific ontology provide the standard interface to describe the relationships between tags.

數位時代中多媒材的互動與搭配:以故宮主題式網站為例

數位時代的到來,浮現出一項重要的議題:多重形式的出現以及彼此如何搭配的問題。本研究問題為:網站中的不同媒材如何互動與搭配? 本研究以關鍵性抽樣策略對故宮主題式網站做深入的文本分析,並嘗試歸納其中多媒材互動與搭配的邏輯。研究結果發現:(1) 本個案透過「空間化的書寫」展現圖文的高度互動;(2) 圖像較常被用來表達文本功能上之變化,文字較被用來表現認知功能中敘事性以及概念性的意義潛能,透過圖文意義潛能交織,共享一完整之意義;(3) 當圖文共同表達認知功能時,圖像被用來呈現概念性的靜態細節描述,文字被用來呈現敘事性的事件過程。此個案中,圖像雖也可以表達敘事性,卻侷限於對話框的形式,仍需依賴文字內容的填補;(4) 當圖文共同表達人際功能時,圖像可透過各種細微的空間媒材變化而暗示人際功能的線索,然而,文字的呈現卻只能侷限於觀點與語氣的變化,仍需圖像功能的暗示補充,另外,當共同表達人際功能時,圖文卻產生了不一致的意義潛能,圖像暗示權力平等親切的人際意義,文字卻暗示了由上而下之權力關係;(5) 人際功能的不一致的狀況還發生在選項中,但也藉由和諧與搭配組合的對比,暗示了接下來可能之閱讀軌跡;(6) 故事中主要行動者與當下行動者的轉換主要是以空間媒材的變化而呈現,本個案中,故事中主要行動者的呈現被配置在版面左下方,而當下行動者則是以版面顯著性呈現,相對而言,文字較無法呈現故事中主要行動者與當下行動者的轉換。 另外,閱讀軌跡的分析中,可發現由時空媒材所組成之物件其搭配組合,空間媒材較被使用來呈現人際與文本功能之變化,時間媒材較被使用來呈現認知功能之變化,透過兩者相互變化的交織,共同構成了邀請使用者之意義。最後,也發現不同頁面間的不同媒材產生形式與內容之互文性,後頁的圖像可實現前頁文字的文本功能,以及對比句法配置的呼應。
