本文研究台灣金融服務產業在現今利差不斷縮小的競爭環境下,所面臨的產業環境如何?在如此的環境下,是否還是可以在此產業中找到一個成功的企業,探討其成功之道?另外本研究也透過個案研究與分析的方法,針對產業獲利最佳的企業 – 中國信託商業銀行進行探討,看是否可以找出有利的企業競爭策略與競爭力。 現有金融服務業者在其內部的產品設計、生產、行銷、運輸、支援作業等多項獨立活動在產業發展中如果能產生一定的價值,深化客戶資訊、建立銷售文化、積極主動的管理績效來加強核心競爭力,就會使此金融服務業擁有差異化資源,也就會獲得一定的產業競爭地位。

台灣與英國於創意產業發展之於専業人才之消長 / This paper is a study of the effects of in what areas that U.K. has succeed and in what areas that Taiwan can learn to better foster and promote its cultural and creative industry. The term “Creative Economy” is a key indicator to evaluate how developed a country has become in the context of creative and innovative presentations. The creative industries have enormous tangible and intangible ability to generate revenue domestically and internationally. According to the Creative Economy Report 2008, it is empirically evident that creative industries are among the most dynamic emerging sectors in global trade. Research shows that over the period 2000-2005, trade in creative goods and services increased at an unprecedented average annual rate of 8.7 percent. This is just one example of the importance of creative industries. As U.K. has been recognized as the pioneer in forming creative industry and Taiwan adopted the same framework; therefore, I would like to study and compare between these two countries, to see how the industries have been evolving in their human capital by focusing on ways in which both public and private sector should seek to develop this industry and how much benefit such development would bring, both in the short term and even more in the long term, to a competitive worldwide market. That said, this study will focus not just on the government plans, but will also reflect on wider areas of the achievement that U.K. has been making substantially as well as how effectiveness or ineffectiveness in the development of the creative industries affects changes in human capital in particular.

This company shall to focus on consulting in three fields : Public- and Media Relations, Language & Intercultural issues and giving presentations. These fields tend to be connected to each other. Since one of the founders, Ms. Ilka Wild, is an experienced linguist the language division shall be first of all the core of ecc. Hence ecc want to offer language courses and tutorials for young professionals and companies which are dealing with European countries or with business partners from the European environment respectively. Moreover the management wants to relate the language part with intercultural trainings. They believe that it is very useful for any kind of communication if you have an understanding of the cultural roots of your counterpart, especially if you have to negotiate or closing a deal. The second division shall be presentation training in this ecc wants to develop a partnership with another company, Affinity Asia Consulting Ltd. and their owner, Mr. Richard deVries. He is an experienced trainer for presentation seminars. Together both companies want to offer first of all tailor made seminars for presentation trainings which focuses on the expectations of the potential European target audience. The third field ecc wants to establish is Public and Media Relation consulting. The founders think that there are many small and medium sized companies in Taiwan, which already have business or customer in Germany but they are facing a lack of profile or awareness in their target region Europe. Since the other founder, Mr. Markus Wild is an experienced PR professional who worked 5 years as a spokesman for a 5bn-Euro energy company the founders believe that ecc can offer PR-advisory in the near future.

繼文化知識證書、職業技能證書之後「創業教育」於1989年11月被聯合國教科文組織列為「第三本教育護照」。而1998年10月,聯合國教科文組織在巴黎首次召開的世界高等教育會議,大會宣言—《21世紀的高等教育:展望與行動宣言》中更指出:「為方便畢業生就業,高等教育應關心培養創業技能和主動精神;畢業生不再是求職者,首先將成為職業崗位的創造者。」而台灣身為世界經濟體系的一員,想要擁有更強大的經濟競爭力,更不能忽視培育具高行動力、創新能力之創業者的重要性。 本研究旨在探討如何建構一個適合台灣的創業教育推動機制,並以世界各國推動創業教育做法為借鏡,從有限的教育資源中找出優先投入的方案,以更有效的協助青年提升創業能力。 本論文採層級分析法(AHP)進行研究,從文獻資料中發現創業能力基本要素,以產官學界專家為研究對象,找出影響創業能力關鍵因素優先順序,提出政府制訂創業教育政策時可參考之建議。 經資料分析,獲致重要結論如下: 一、影響青年創業能力提升的關鍵因素共3大構面11項因素。 1、學校教育:課程內容、專業師資、跨國或跨校學習、創業競賽、企業實習。 2、政府組織:專責創業教育單位、創業育成輔導、政策性創業貸款。 3、社會資源:NGO、育成中心、中介組織。 二、經以AHP運算評比排序後發現社會資源構面列三大教育系統的第一優先,顯示專家學者認為就創業面而言社會資源的支援體系優先於政府單位及學校教育。 三、就學校教育構面而言,企業實習因素列為第一優先;政府組織構面則以政策性創業貸款優先;社會資源中育成中心的相對權重值最大。 依據結論,提出以下建議: 一、社會資源面向:營造有利於青年創業的社會氛圍,鼓勵青年提升創業興趣,進而勇於創業,並達到創業型社會的目標。優先考量從社會資源面的鼓勵措施或法規鬆綁,以充裕市場資金及增加專家對創業者的經驗傳承機會。 二、學校教育面向:將“企業實習”列為進修學分,培育與選拔專業師資。並將創業教育往下紮根,普及創業意識。 三、政府組織面向:事權統一的政府執行單位,減少資源重置的活動舉辦,制訂原則性、方向性的創業教育政策。 / The policy options have three alternatives composed of schooling, administration resources and social resources, which are critical factors affecting entrepreneurial ability. Therefore, an entrepreneurial education simulation and evaluation model is presented, which is designed for the assessment of policy options aiming to achieve feasibility in entrepreneurial education. According to the higher education of the 21th century: prospective and action manifesto, to cultivate entrepreneurship skill and active attitude is the main mission for higher education organization. In this research we find the 11 factors, belonging to 3 constructs, influence entrepreneurial education quality. They are program content, disciplined teacher, foreign study or exchange student, entrepreneurial competition, practical training, related authority of entrepreneurship education, guidance of entrepreneurship incubation, NGO, incubation center and intermediate organization. The AHP is applied to determine the elements of entrepreneurship ability. The decision group members have 7 experts, 5 scholars and 5 directors whom to promote the entrepreneurial education has professional opinion. An application of questionnaire acquires viewpoints of the decision group on the promotion of entrepreneurship. In our research, the first priority alternative to promote the entrepreneurship education is social resource, and the second is to popularize incubation center.

2011年,Eric Ries於美國提出了「精實創業」理論,以科學、系統性的方法論,希望能夠提高新創事業的創業成功率。另外,由於各種類型平台的成功,近年來越來越多新創事業希望能夠建立連接多方的平台商業模式。本研究以精實創業理論為架構,探討精實創業對於新創事業平台化歷程的影響。目前國內仍少有文獻資料以此理論為架構做研究,筆者希望本研究有拋磚引玉之效果,對未來台灣學術界、創業界有正向幫助。 本研究利用次級資料以及深度訪談做資料的蒐集以及個案的分析與瞭解,並以精實創業理論「假設測試與評估軸轉或堅持」架構分析個案公司iCHEF的創業歷程,最後以商業模式圖呈現個案公司創業初期至未來商業模式的改變,整理得出最後的研究結論與發現。 本研究發現,個案公司精實創業的做法有助於達成其平台化的目標,並造成了正向的改變;但是在使用的本質上,與精實創業的精神有所差異。精實創業旨在透過不斷的測試去摸索並改變自身的商業模式,然而,iCHEF則是在心中已有未來策略方向,透過精實創業的做法去執行並達成最終的策略目標。筆者建議,未來後續研究者可以去探討發生此現象背後的原因,或是以其他平台個案與此個案的平台化歷程做比較式研究。

本論文主要是在探討國家機關能動的特質,以瞭解如何透過「國家主導」式的發展策 略,柔透過國營事業這個政策工具的運用,來加速社會經濟成長。 本論文採用歷史結構矼究途徑和意志論研究途徑,探討國家機關在社轉型過程中的角 色功能,及在民間社會和國際政經環境中彼此之間的互動關係。 在國家機關主導「自由化」、「國際化」、「民主化」等開放政策實 施下,基於歷 史因素而存在的大部份台灣國營事業,雖然是國家經濟建設與發展的重要環節。但在 民間社會成長後,其功能與效率,受到了各方面的評議。本文認為國營事業的角色功 能,應該發揮其積極的一面。 本文第一章敘述研究動機,研究方法,並透過文獻檢討,建立論文構,並延伸其他學 者的研究方向。第二章從多元理論和新馬克思論的國家概念,探究其中的內容要點, 理論差異,並加以檢討,從而導出國家角色的概念與分析途徑。第三章就新興國家的 發展過程,來探討國營事業所含有的國家資本,國家管理和國家干預的特性。第四章 處理在發展過程中,國家機關面對國際環境和國內環境變遷而引起的轉換,及國營事 業目前的困境和未來的展望。第五章為結論,提出對我國發展過程中,國家角色功能 的總評,並強調國營事業應該發揮活潑國民經濟及為民服務的積極功能。

我國新聞從業人員專業化程度之研究

本研究旨在探討:一、不同專業化程度的新聞從業員對工作環境的要求,具有哪些差 異?二、不同專業化程度的新聞從業員是否享有不同的自主權?三、影響專業化程度 的因素為何? 本研究以國內十三家公民營報紙為抽樣對象,在七十六年底到七十七三月以郵寄問卷 進行測試,總計發出386份問卷,回收263份,其中有效樣本為261份,回收 率達67.6%。大體而言,本研究之主要發現如下: 一、本研究發現專業化程度愈高的人,對工作環境的滿意程度愈低;特別是在專業工 作層面上,專業化程度愈高者,愈不滿意。此外,由於對目前大環境的不滿意,因而 研究中亦發現,我國新聞從業員多傾向將新聞事業發展成一專業型態。 二、在自主權的高低方面,研究中顯示,專業化程度之高低無論在新聞室內或室外都 與擁有自主權的多寡無關。 三、在影響專業化程度的因素方面,研究發現,教育程度高,曾受過新聞傳播教育, 在新聞界服務年限較短的人,專業化程度較高 至於在年齡方面,則以31∼40歲的人專業程度較高。此外,在總社服務的人專業 化程度亦高於分社的新聞從業員;民營報社的新聞從業員專業化程度又較公營報社為 高。而性別、薪資所得則與專業化程度無關。
