產品創新是企業在這千變萬化的時代裡,唯一的生存之道。知識管理則是現今管理學界上重要的新興課題,主要就是希望能夠幫助企業解決創新的困擾。本論文主要就是在研究影響知識管理與產品創新的變數,並且試途探討知識管理良好時,是否確實能夠讓公司的產品創新。
工業電腦產業一直為國人所不熟悉,直到最近研華公司上市題材,才漸漸為世人注意。由於此產業如同電腦產業一樣,仍在發展階段,產品推陳出新速度高,而且變化多且應用廣泛,所需專業技術知識高,實為一研究知識管理與產品創新的好題材。本論文將文獻討探中架構出來的命題與工業電腦實務界相互映證,並且得出下列之結論。
產品:工業電腦界中,產品代表著一切。所以產品策略的不同,將會影響公司知識管理、未來發展等等。更甚著,主力產品的差異將會影響知識轉換成創新的干擾因素。像是以差異化高品質為產品策略的廠商,其干擾變數便為行銷因素;所以對其而言,如何去瞭解顧客的需求便是此類型廠商的當務之急。
組織:通路形態、主管態度與內部資訊流通機制在在都會影響知識管理與產品創新。如果資訊能夠以較快速的方式在組織內奔馳,則可以讓知識的吸收、累積與產品創新更加的有效率。所以組織應該將整體結構改成資訊獲取比較容易的形態,像是以子公司為主要通路商,運用企業內網路加強資訊交流,均不失為一種良好的辦法。
工業電腦產業為一項知識密集度高的產業,並且在可見的未來具有極大的發展潛力。冀望本研究能對各個廠商有所貢獻!

本研究將應用知識管理概念,以休閒房地產業為基礎,建立休閒房地產業之專案管理知識架構,提供整合且即時的分析能力,以期為休閒房地產產業提供參考依據。
第一章 序論,闡明研究背景、動機、目的與程序: 研究背景源自於知識管理為基礎的專案管理在建築業休閒房地產開發中的重要作用日益凸顯,成為建築業競爭力的重點。休閒房地產開發機制也日益需要快速回應顧客個人化需求並且幫助休閒房地產研發創新,才能提升企業的競爭力。但傳統房地產開發模式已不能圓滿解決當今休閒房地產開發中遇到的許多複雜問題。因此,針對快速變化的市場發展趨勢,如何提高休閒房地產專案管理的知識含量、採用有效措施組成快速休閒房地產專案管理系統以滿足市場需求、縮短休閒房地產開發週期,從而提升休閒房地產業的競爭力是現代休閒房地產開發乃至整個建築業面臨的重大課題。
本研究目的就是探討休閒房地產專案管理知識的表達、獲取、供應、發佈等關鍵問題,首先提出了休閒房地產專案管理知識形式化和模型化的建模方法;透過對休閒房地產專案資源進行辨識、抽取、整理,實現對組成元件關聯知識、任務分解知識、配置決策規則、實例、設計原理等知識的捕獲,以形成支援休閒房地產開發的系統化的知識資源,提高休閒房地產開發速度。
第二章為文獻探討,本研究之研究程序首先根據研究動機及目的,並針對該主題之國內外文獻資料作整理,建立初步研究架構。接著進行個案公司深入訪談,並蒐集個案公司的次級資料。經過本研究的資料分析與整理,最後提出相關的結論與建議。整理國內外相關文獻則是從三個部分著手,第一個部分是休閒房地產,第二部分是知識管理,第三部分是專案管理。
第三章研究方法經由第二章的文獻探討,瞭解知識管理的特性與複雜性。休閒房地產業勢必需要從事知識管理服務,才能將組織內外與建設專案有關的的知識相互連結,要整合企業中不同專案的員工經驗,勢必先瞭解公司中休閒房地產之專案建設流程、在建設流程中的決策點所涉及地與決策有關的物件以及不同決策點物件間的關係著手,再透過知識需求分析,才能定義出何謂知識管理「關鍵資料」及「關鍵流程」。本研究採用的研究方法是個案研究法,本研究對個案進行的研究方法以實地訪談為主,個案訪談的進行方式是在事先研讀有關知識管理趨勢、知識管理、專案管理、房地產開發等主題之相關文獻,研讀並做適當的整理與歸納。 在進行個案訪談前,事先已對個案公司背景及資料、組織特性予以蒐集並獲得充分瞭解,以便能在充份的背景資料支持下針對問題切入主題核心,然後依據研究主題設計訪談綱要。
第四章個案分析選擇之個案以休閒房地產專案開發之專案管理過程做為知識管理應用之範圍。個案為一建設公司(以下簡稱個案公司)在房地產開發專案管理上已有多年之經驗,對歷年來所發生之問題均不斷修正專案管理的做法,專案發展過程中對於處理過程亦強調以文件或備忘錄等留下紀錄,因此,本研究以個案公司做為建設公司應用知識管理專案之研究個案。
第五章之研究結論,以知識管理為基礎,結合專案管理,針對休閒房地產專案管理知識的建模、知識獲取技術、知識供應和發佈機制,建立針對休閒房地產專案管理知識管理系統,形成一套支援休閒房地產專案管理的知識利用架構,從不同角度探討休閒房地產專案管理知識管理在企業的實際應用。本研究以個案公司進行案例分析,探討在休閒房地產產業環境變動之下,個案公司應採取何種知識管理策略以因應市場環境下之激烈競爭,以及如何針對該種知識管理策略之實施,個案公司目前專案管理狀況與如何在專案開發過程中結合知識管理,最後基於該知識策略施行下所有相關資訊使用情形、效益及契合度等資訊,設計一知識管理架構,期望所得研究結果可以作為相關業者的具體實施參考與依據。因此歸結研究所得之結果,再依此對休閒房地產業者及後續研究者提出建議。

桃園縣國民中學教師知識管理與教學效能之研究周錫欽 Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學教師知識管理與教學效能之現況,並分析兩者間的關係,其主要目的有六:
壹、瞭解桃園縣國民中學教師知識管理之現況。
貳、瞭解桃園縣國民中學教師教學效能之現況。
參、瞭解不同背景之國中教師在知識管理的差異情形。
肆、瞭解不同背景之國中教師在教學效能的差異情形。
伍、瞭解國中教師知識管理及教學效能的相關程度與預測力。
陸、根據研究結果提出結論、作成建議,供有關教育單位及人員參考。
本研究採用文獻分析法、問卷調查法,進行研究。在問卷調查部分,以桃園縣公立國民中學教師為研究對象,每校依據班級數之多寡,選取12至18位教師進行問卷調查。總計發出問卷796份,回收問卷674份回收率84.7﹪,其中有效問卷共625份,佔發出問卷的79.0﹪。調查工具為「國民中學教師知識管理與教學效能調查問卷」,所得資料經輸入電腦後,以「SPSS」電腦套裝軟體,進行統計分析。採用平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法加以處理。
依據本研究問卷調查結果,獲致如下之結論:
壹、國民中學教師知識管理之現況大致良好。
貳、國民中學教師教學效能之現況大致良好。
參、教師知識管理之現況受年齡、學歷、職務、學校規模影響而有所差異。
肆、教師教學效能之現況受性別、年齡、學歷、年資、職務、科別、學校規模影響而有所差異。
伍、教師知識管理愈佳則教師教學效能愈佳。
依據本研究之發現與結論,提出下列建議:
壹、對學校及教師的建議
一、宣導知識管理理念,強化教師知識管理能力。
二、以「教學知識庫」提供顯性知識,「師徒制」傳遞隱性知識。
三、提供楷模共同學習,營造創新與知識分享的學校組織文化。
四、鼓勵教師進行行動研究,建立終身學習及團隊學習觀念。
五、提昇教師專業能力,強化教師自我效能。
六、強化領域教學研究會功能,分享教學經驗提升教學品質。
七、建立教學輔導機制,促進教師專業成長。
貳、對教育行政機關的建議
一、提供專業訓練與進修課程,強化資訊設備與擴充人員編制。
二、訂定激勵教師進修配套措施,實施知識管理績效評鑑。
三、推展教師終身學習的理念,建立教師教學效能績效考核機制。
四、增闢國中教師在職進修管道,提升教師自我效能。
關鍵字:知識管理、教學效能。 / The purpose of this study is to explore the current status of knowledge management and teaching effectiveness conducted by the teachers in the junior high schools of Taoyuan County and further to analyze the relation between both, the main purpose in which includes the following six items:
1.To understand the current status of knowledge management conducted by the teachers in the junior high schools of Taoyuan County.
2.To understand the current status of the teaching effectiveness conducted by the teachers in the junior high schools of Taoyuan County.
3.To understand the difference of knowledge management conducted by the teachers with different background in junior high schools.
4.To understand the difference of teaching effectiveness conducted by the teachers with different background in junior high schools.
5.To understand the relative extent and prediction ability of knowledge management and teaching effectiveness conducted by the teachers in junior high schools.
6.According to the result of study to submit conclusion and suggestion in order to provide to the related education institute and person for reference.
This study adopts literature analysis method and questionnaire method to proceed study. On the part of questionnaire investigation, the study aimed at the teachers in the public junior high schools of Taoyuan County as the study object and selected 12 to 18 teachers from each school as per the number of class to proceed questionnaire investigation. The study totally issued 796 copies of questionnaire and returned 674 copies of questionnaire, the recovery efficiency is 84.7%, where the valid questionnaire has total 625 copies, which occupies 79.0% of questionnaire being issued. The investigation tool was the “investigation questionnaire to the knowledge management and teaching effectiveness conducted by the teachers in junior high schools”. After input the data obtained into computer, then used 「SPSS」computer package software to proceed statistical analysis. The study adopts mean value, standard difference, t examination, single factor variation analysis, relative analysis of integrated difference and plural step by step return analysis for treatment.
According to the investigation result of questionnaire, this study has obtained the following conclusion:
1.The current status of knowledge management conducted by the teachers in junior high schools, which is good approximately.
2.The current status of teaching effectiveness conducted by the teachers in junior high schools, which is good approximately.
3.The current status of knowledge management conducted by teachers has difference., subject to age, education background, position, and the scale of school.
4.The current status of teaching effectiveness conducted by teachers has difference., subject to sex, age, education background, seniority, position, department, and the scale of school.
5.More better in knowledge management conducted by the teachers, more better in teaching effectiveness conducted by the teachers.
According to the finding and conclusion of this study, we do hereby submit the following suggestions:
1.Suggestion to schools and teachers
1)Propaganda for the rational concept of knowledge management so as to strengthen the ability of knowledge management of teachers.
2)To provide express knowledge from “Teaching Knowledge Database” and to transmit hidden knowledge from “The Master and Apprentice System”.
3)To provide model co-learning to construct innovation and knowledge to be shared by the school organization culture.
4)To encourage teachers to proceed active research so as to establish a life learning and the group learning concept.
5)To enhance the professional ability for teachers and to strengthen the self-effectiveness of teachers.
6)To strengthen the function of research association of field teaching and to share the teaching experience and further to enhance the teaching quality.
7)To establish the teaching auxiliary system to promote the professional growth for teachers.
2.Suggestion to education administrative institute
1)To provide professional training and advanced course of study and to strengthen the information equipment and the expansion of system.
2)To establish encouraging teachers to accept advanced learning measures and to implement the performance evaluation on knowledge management.
3)To promote life learning concept of teachers and to establish the teaching performance evaluation system for teachers.
4)Otherwise increase on the job training channel for the teachers in junior high schools and to enhance the self-effectiveness for teachers.

知識是組織中最重要的資源,需要管理方能發揮更大的效益,以提昇組織的競爭優勢。所謂知識管理,就是使既有的知識產生作用,亦即有系統、有組織地應用知識,進而創新知識。在網際網路時代,電子圖書館的發展日漸蓬勃,提供知識流通與利用的良好環境。知識社會中的圖書館除了是知識寶庫之外,也應該積極地使知識發揮更多的作用。本研究即希望應用知識管理的觀念,建立一個具有三項特色的開放式電子圖書館學習與管理的環境:1.提供讀者一個互動式的學習環境;2.讀者可以協助參與管理的工作;3.讀者亦可分享與回饋知識給電子圖書館。
首先,探討電子圖書館知識管理基本架構的主要組成元件,包括:知識工作者、知識倉儲與知識活動,並將知識活動予以流程化,提出知識管理程序。其次,電子圖書館知識管理系統的建置,乃是藉由物件導向軟體工程的系統開發方法,將針對知識工作者的角色分類與知識代理人的模組定義,並探討知識管理程序的使用個案模式與知識倉儲關鍵物件之定義。最後,建立電子圖書館知識管理系統的分析模式,作為電子圖書館知識管理系統雛型建置的基礎。 / constructing a knowledge management environment in digital libraries

我國外商藥廠的知識管理活動與知識管理影響因素之研究 / A study of knowledge management activities and influential factors of international pharmaceutical enterprises in Taiwan薛稚蓁 Unknown Date (has links)
根據2009年IMS生物技術開發中心統計,國內藥廠前十大銷售排名均為外商企業,且在健保藥品給付進口外國藥廠的購買金額也高達70%。由此可見外商製藥公司在台灣藥品市場所佔有的舉足輕重地位。而以往有關製藥產業的論文研究中,較多著重於其行銷業務、策略以及研發模式等方面的分析,很少針對製藥公司的知識管理來加以探討。就知識密集的製藥業來說,此為明顯的研究缺口,因此,本研究以製藥產業為主軸,選定在台灣藥品市占率高的外商藥廠為研究對象,探討其知識管理作為,以及知識管理影響因素如何影響知識管理活動。
本研究同時從知識管理影響因素與知識管理活動兩構面來探討我國外商藥廠的知識管理。研究方法上採用多重個案研究法,研究者首先結合研究問題與文獻回顧,結果導出實證研究的觀念性架構,再以此理論觀念模式為主軸進行個案的訪談與資料的收集,實地深入訪談四家我國外商藥廠,瞭解其知識管理影響因素以及知識管理活動主要作為。
本研究所得到的結論如下:
1. 外商藥廠的知識管理目標若越明確、且與人員的工作流程結合度越高,則其知識蓄積活動越容易進行,且知識保護活動也越能確實執行。
2. 外商藥廠會透過企業內部環境的建構,來促進其知識的擴散。
3. 外商藥廠的科技設備若越完備,則其知識蓄積越容易進行,也因而強化了其知識的創造與擴散。
4. 外商藥廠的績效評估制度之設計與衡量指標之搭配,有助於其知識創造及知識擴散的進行。
5. 外商藥廠知識的結構化程度會影響知識蓄積以及擴散方式。知識的結構化程度越高,則越容易透過文件式的蓄積方式、並經由資訊系統來擴散知識;而知識的結構化程度越低,則越容易透過人員式的蓄積方式、並仰賴面對面接觸來擴散知識。
6. 外商藥廠會藉由成功經驗的分享,來創造組織與各部門的知識,也因而促進了知識的擴散。
7. 外商藥廠會藉由師徒制度來擴散經驗型的知識。
8. 外商藥廠會積極主動並重視知識保護的活動,且使之成為日常作業流程的一部分。
本論文最後說明本研究結果在學術上的貢獻,同時對實務研究上與後續研究上提出一些建議。 / According to IMS Health Global Pharma Forecast in 2009, the top ten sales volumes of pharmaceutical enterprises in Taiwan are all international enterprises. Under the National Health Insurance reimbursement, the international enterprises occupy only 30% of all the pharmaceuticals volumes, but occupy up to 70% of all the pharmaceuticals sales, which shows that the international pharmaceutical enterprises play a decisive role in Taiwan pharmaceutical market.
Most of the past studies of pharmaceutical industry focus on the aspects of marketing, strategy, and research and development. Few specifically inrestigate the issues of knowledge management and knowledge management influential factors. Consequently, a research gap can be found as pharmaceutical industry in a knowledge-intensive one. This research focuses on the pharmaceutical industry, explores the knowledge management activities of international pharmaceutical enterprise in Taiwan from both the view of knowledge management influential factors and knowledge management activities, and aims to discover the key factors that influence knowledge management.
This research adopts four international pharmaceutical enterprises in Taiwan as case studies and conducts interviews with managers to understand knowledge management influential factors and knowledge management activities. By knowing inside information of knowledge management of the four companies, this research can deliver a more practical and well-organized point of view, giving examples and facts to the future implementation of knowledge management for Taiwan pharmaceutical enterprise. The conclusions of this research are as bellow.
1. The clearer of the goal in knowledge management and the stronger of connection to the daily process in the company allow knowledge researving and protection activities implemented.
2. Higher level of organization cooperation and sharing culture leads to higher level of reliance of knowledge among each department, facilitating knowledge to spread more effectively in the company.
3. The completeness of technolocial facilities helps knowledge researving activities more convenient, knowledge creation activities more smoothing , and knowledge difussion activities more efficient.
4. The design of performance appraisal influences the knowledge creation and knowledge difussion activities.
5. The degree of knowledge structure influences the knowledge researving and difussion activities.
6. Sharing the best practice ficilitates knowledge creation and knowledge difussion activities . This method had gradually become a well-known practice in international pharmaceutical enterprise.
7. 「Mentor program」 is an important way to extend experienced knowledge. Each company has different approach to conduct 「Mentor program」.
8. The knowledge protection activity includes intellectual property rights、information system、contracts、data reserved management and data destroyed process, and the degree of compulsory execution is in accordance with the principles of the companies.

知識管理(Knowledge Management:KM)在近幾年來已經成為一個與企業管理及企業競爭力關係密切的議題。不少企業已經認知知識管理的重要。在知識的投資形成知識力量的呈現,所帶來的實質效益,長期來看必然超過投資有形資產的報酬。
證券業是個存在已久且產品變化速度最快的金融服務業,以協助一般大眾及法人企業進行財務投資為主要業務,接觸對象包含各種層面的客戶。證券公司的營業員則是協助客戶投資交易的主要窗口,其金融專業的素養影響證券公司對客戶的服務品質及公司的經營績效。
本研究針對證券業,來探討在營業員日常作業中,如何運用知識管理,來提昇競爭力及營業效益。特別是在進行交叉行銷的時候,資訊系統在需求、功能及架構上,如何應用知識管理中的知識產生、審核、蓄積、擴散、應用、回饋及創新,最後創造出實質的知識價值。
研究歸納出一個應用知識管理的交叉行銷系統,可以為證券業帶來穩定營業員及增加實質收益的效果。並以『統一塑模語言』(Unified Modeling Language , UML)的使用案例(Use Case Diagram & Use Case Document)、順序圖(Sequence Diagram)及類別圖(Class Diagram)來分析交叉行銷系統中三個最重要的使用案例(Use Case),分別是:
一、 成功銷售案例提案-知識的產生、蓄積及擴散。
二、 回報及交叉行銷-知識的運用及價值的創造。
三、 行銷追蹤-知識的回饋及創新。
本研究展現知識的運用,增強證券公司的競爭力,也創造實質的知識價值,相信也同樣能為其他產業帶來類似的效益。

本研究目的是希望透過知識管理系統的建置,讓室內設計產業的內隱知識外顯化,透過設計知識模組化的運用,幫助公司設計創意的積累和活用,達成提高員工工作效率、節省組織相關成本、增加組織營運績效,進而促使室內設計公司得以產生最佳的營運模式,並獲致可觀的營業利益。
本研究採取個案分析法作為資料分析方法,並利用次級資料蒐集法與深度訪談法進行資料蒐集。本研究結論如下:
1.室內設計公司建置知識管理系統的架構,包括 (1) 設計專業知識庫、(2) 設計案例資料庫、(3) 工程專業知識庫、(4) 工程案例資料庫、(5) 企業管理知識庫等五個主要資料庫。
2.室內設計公司建置知識管理系統的目的,包括 (1) 累積設計創意和傳遞設計知識、(2) 善用設計知識達成創意加值、(3) 提高員工工作效率和累積員工專業職能、(4) 增加設計提案成功率、(5) 節省組織與相關人力成本、(6) 建置並強化人才培訓基礎、(7) 增加組織營運績效與組織營業利益、(8) 擴展公司組織規模並提昇公司競爭力。
3.室內設計公司建置知識管理系統的關鍵因素,包括 (1) 具備領導力的知識工作者、(2) 組織與個人對於「知識管理」的意願和動機、(3) 重視「知識管理」的組織制度、(4) 重視「知識管理」的組織環境、(5) 有利發展「知識管理」的組織結構、(6) 具有清楚及正確的組織知識策略、(7) 重視知識內容的品質管理、(8) 詳盡細緻的管理「知識管理」相關流程、(9) 足夠力量支援「知識管理」的資訊科技、(10) 維運「知識管理系統」所花費資源。 / This study hopes to take tacit knowledge from the interior design industry and organize it into explicit information through the implementation of knowledge management systems. The modularization of design knowledge will facilitate a company’s accumulation and utilization of design creativity, thereby effectively increasing employee efficiency, reducing operational costs, and increasing overall company efficiency. Further, this will help interior design companies to establish an optimal business model, thereby achieving significant business profits.
This study analyzes data obtained through individual case studies, and gathered information through secondary data collection and in-depth interviews. This study draws the following conclusions:
1. The knowledge management systems implemented by interior design companies include five major databases for the following types of knowledge: (1) Design expertise; (2) Previous design cases; (3) Engineering expertise; (4) Previous engineering cases; (5) Enterprise management.
2. The reasons for which interior design companies implement knowledge management systems include: (1) Accumulation of design creativity and to pass on design knowledge; (2) Utilization of design knowledge to create added value to creativity; (3) Increase employee efficiency and enhance employee professionalism and expertise; (4) Increase success rate of design proposals; (5) Reduce costs related to the company and workforce; (6) Establish and bolster the basic skills for further staff training; (7) Boost operational efficiency and business profits; (8) Expand company operations and bolster competitiveness.
3. There are a number of key factors to the successful implementation of knowledge management systems in interior design companies. These include: (1) Knowledge workers with leadership capability; (2) An organization and individual employees that are willing and motivated to engage in “knowledge management”; (3) An organization structure that emphasizes “knowledge management”; (4) A working environment that emphasizes “knowledge management”; (5) An organization structure conducive to developing “knowledge management”; (6) A clear and consistent set of knowledge strategies for the company; (7) A quality control system that emphasizes knowledge content; (8) Detailed attention to the monitoring of “knowledge management” protocols; (9) Adequate support for the information technology necessary for “knowledge management”; (10) Sufficient resources to maintain the operation of “knowledge management systems”.

目前對於知識管理的相關研究多是從企業的角度出發,探討如何成功地在企業中導入知識管理,而研究中也多指出「人」是知識管理中最難解決的問題。然而,卻很少研究從知識工作者的觀點出發,了解知識工作者對於知識管理工具的需求,有鑑於多數知識管理議題皆是由企業的角度出發,因此企業屬性對於知識管理仍具相當的影響力。因此,本研究以知識工作者的角度出發,探討不同工作內涵的知識工作者對於知識管理工具的需求程度,並輔以企業的組織價值命題為權變因子,試圖找出知識工作者所需要的知識管理工具。
本研究之研究對象為企業的知識工作者。採用網路問卷及電子郵件問卷調查的量化研究方式,經實證結果發現知識工作者的工作內涵及組織價值命題確實影響知識工作者對於不同知識管理工具的需求強度。追求顧客親密性及作業卓越性的企業對支援「定義及分享」、「文件管理」及「資料搜尋」的知識管理工具需求強度較追求產品領導性的企業高;對於支援「定義及分享」的知識管理工具,工作內涵為可攜型的知識工作者需求強度最高,專業型次之,支援型及創造型的知識工作者較低;對於支援「儲存及整合」的知識管理工具,工作內涵為專業型及可攜型的知識工作者對於此功能的需求強度相對高於支援型及創造型的知識工作者。

摘要
人事行政業務攸關公務員的權利義務與整體福利,在法令規章繁複及知識爆發的時代,要以有限的人力服務大多數人,又需兼顧服務品質的要求下,亟需尋找「創新」與「執簡御繁」的管理方式,以減少蒐集相關專業知識的時間、用對處理方式及縮短處理流程。
新一波的管理趨勢—知識管理,就是把組織中的各類生活知識做有系統的整理、排比、儲存、運用與擴散,適時地將正確的知識給予有需要的成員,以幫助其採取正確的行動
增進組織績效的持續性過程。這樣的過程包含了知識的創造
、確認、收集、分類儲存、分享取用、使用改進與淘汰等步驟。易言之,知識管理就是以組織中知識的產生、轉換、創造、分享與管理流程為主的管理方式。這種管理方式的內涵與處理人事業務所欲追尋的管理內涵相符合。
是以,本研究首先析論知識管理理論、知識管理與訓練發展的關係及知識管理在訓練發展上的應用;並透過深度訪談探討人事機構的實際運作是否充分發揮知識管理的精神;繼而提出如何以融入知識管理精神的人力資源訓練發展來改善之建議,供主管機關、學校人事機構及後續研究之參考。 / Abstract
Personnel Administration focuses on the rights,Obligations and overall welfare of the public officers. In an era when the laws and decrees regulations becoming complicated, and the range of knoeledge widens to an accelerating pace, personnel administration seeks to serve a great number of people with limited human resources, while giving due consideration to both service and quality. The management skills of “creativeness” and “to manage many with just a few” are sought after in order
to reduce the time needed to collect related special knowledge,
to solve the problems with the right method, and to cut short procedures of handling various affairs.
The new trend of management, “knowledge management”,
is to systematically sort out, arrange and compare,store,use and
expand all kinds of knowledge in daily life, and transmits the right knowledge to people who need them at the right time.It is
an ongoing process to help people take the right actions to
increase the achievement of the whole organization. This process includes the various steps of creation, confirmation,
collection, classification, storage, sharing, application, improvement and elimination of knowledge. In other words,
knowledge management is a management method that concentrates on the production, transference, creation and
sharing of knowledge within the organization as well as the
procedures of management. The content of this kind of management method is in accordance the kind of management method that personnel management is looging for.
Therefore, this research discuss knowledge management theory, the relatios between ”knowledge management” and “
training and development”, knowledge management how could
be applied to “training and development” firstly. In addition,
this research will probe into the working of personnel offices
through un-depth interviews of Hsinchu County’s junior high
schools’ personnel officers. This research will sum up with the
suggestions of the applications of knowledge management in
“training and development” to offer as reference for the personnel offices of related institutions and schools and for
follow-up researches.

臺北縣市國民中學知識管理、校長領導風格與教師專業成長關係之研究
摘 要
本研究主要在探討臺北縣市公立國民中學知識管理、校長領導風格與教師專業成長的關係。為達成研究目的,首先進行領導風格(Leadership Styles)、知識管理(Knowledge Management)及教師專業成長(Teachers' Professional Growth)的相關文件分析,選用符合本研究的調查問卷,進行施測。隨後依學校類別屬於大型、中型或小型,採分層叢集隨機取樣之方式,抽取臺北縣市公立國民中學教師626人進行問卷調查,問卷回收率為83.23%,剔除無效樣本81人,有效樣本人數為440人。研究資料使用SPSS for Windows 10.0版進行統計分析。依研究目的,除了做描述性統計之外,並依調查樣本背景之不同,進行t考驗及單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA),考驗不同背景變項之差異情形,並以Scheffé進行事後比較;另以典型相關(canonical correlation)、皮爾遜積差相關(Pearson product-moment correlation)及逐步多元回歸分析(stepwise multiple regression analysis)等統計方法,瞭解校長領導風格、學校知識管理與教師專業成長各層面間的相關及預測情形。綜合文獻分析、問卷調查之統計考驗分析,本研究獲得以下結論:
一、目前臺北縣市公立國民中學知識管理,較為注重「文化」及「隱性知識」層面;校長領導風格中,轉型領導最常使用「智能激發」,互易領導最常使用「介入管理」;教師專業成長則關注於「專門知能」及「專業知能」層面。
二、臺北縣市公立國民中學知識管理、校長領導風格及教師專業成長的知覺平均數,部分層面隨背景因素不同而有顯著差異。
三、臺北縣市公立國民中學校長領導風格與學校知識管理有顯著相關。
四、臺北縣市公立國民中學「校長領導風格」與「學校知識管理」各層面與「教師專業成長」有高度相關。
五、「學校知識管理」各層面變項,對「教師專業成長」的解釋變異量約為82.6%,以「知識中心」最具有預測力。
六、「校長領導風格」各層面變項,對「教師專業成長」的解釋變異量約為80.9%,以「介入管理」最具有預測力。
依據研究所得結論,本研究最後並分別對教育行政機關、國中校長、學校及後續研究提出建議,提供校長領導風格、學校知識管理與提昇教師專業成長之參考。

Abstract
This study aimed to the correlations among three factors,i.e. teachers' professional growth,knowledge management and leadership styles of junior high school principals in Taipei city and county.In order to achieve the objective of this study,the methods of literature review about the correlated themes were first adopted,and then this study proceeded to make the questionnarie survey.
Afterward,all the schools were divided into large,middle,and small classes to do the cluster sampling.The survey subjects included teachers from junior high school in Taipei city and county,namely 626 teachers were sampled in a random way.The rate of the retrieval was 83.23% and the valid samples were 440 copies,exclusive of the ineffective samples.The research data acquired was anaiyzed by SPSS for Windows 10.0 version based on the research purpose.The statistic procedures included the means,standard deviation and one-way ANOVA,examining variances in different variables.Scheffé method was used for post-comparison to examine the interrelations among the subject groups.Besides,canonical correlation,Pearson product-moment correlation & stepwise multiple regression analysis were applied in the research to comprehend interrelations as well as predictions among the three aspects of leadership styles of principals,knowledge management in schooling and teachers' professional growth.According to the integrated analysis,which was from the adoption of research methodologies of literature review .And the conclusions were as follows:
1.The factor of “culture”and“tacit knowledge” were considered in the issue of knowledge management of junior high school in Taipei city and county;and for the topic of“transformational leadership of principals of junior high schools”,the factor of “inspired intelligence”was commonly employed;for the topic of“transactional leadership of principals junior high schools”,the “management by exception ”was generally used;With regard to the teachers' professional growth,the “professional knowledge”and“export knowledge” were paid much close attention to.
2.The consciousness of the survey subjects differed greatly in some part of backgrounds from one another.
3.There were remarkable interrelations between “leadership styles of principals”and “knowledge management in schooling”.
4.The strong interrelation among the ”knowledge management in schooling”,“leadership styles of principals”and“teachers' professional growth”occurred obviously.
5.The cumulative variance of knowledge management to “teachers' professional growth”was about 82.6%,and the “ knowledge center“held strongest predictable effects.
6.The cumulative variance of leadership styles of principals to “teachers' professional growth”was about 80.9%,and the “management by exception “held strongest predictable effects.
According to the conclusions of this study,the further suggestions were provided to the department of educational administration,principals of junior high school and schools for reference and different views about the ”knowledge management”,“leadership styles of principals”and“teachers' professional growth” .
