中英文處所詞倒置之比較 / Comparison of locative inversion in Mandarin and English

本篇論文主要是採用詞彙功能語法以及篇章功能語法來檢視處所詞倒置的結構在中英文裡的表現,分別從四個層次來檢視,包括了語意結構、詞組結構、句法功能結構、以及信息結構。首先,能進行處所詞倒置的動詞必須要是帶有一個客體及一個方位詞的論元結構,或是帶有一個由主事者和客體所組成的複合論元以及一個方位詞的論元結構。其次,在詞組結構中,英文的前置處所詞是屬於介系詞,而中文裡的前置處所詞是屬於名詞。再者,前置的處所詞在中文裡是位於主詞的位置,但在英文裡是句法功能結構上的主詞。最後,在句子的信息結構上,考量到信息編排的方式,後置的名詞傾向是無定的名詞而非代名詞,而且傾向是比前置的處所詞還要長的詞組。就篇章信息而言,處所詞倒置必須考慮到對前的連結及對後的連結。另外在文體修飾上為了對仗的效果也會促使處所詞倒置的產生。 透過對比分析,本篇論文有系統地比較英文和中文在處所詞結構的表現,主要目的在於為學習英文的中文講者提供教學上的啟發。而將理論語法運用在教學語法上,也顯示出這兩者語法之間的關連性以及合作性。一方面理論語法可以提供教學語法一個強而有力的理論後盾;另一方面,教學語法也提供了理論語法研究的動機。總的來說,將理論語法運用在教學方面,不僅對語言教學有助益,對語言學研究的領域上也有相當的幫助。 / This paper examines locative inversion construction by adopting Lexical Functional Grammar and discourse grammar. The examination concerns both English and Mandarin, from four structure levels, a-structure, c-structure, f-structure, and information structure. First, a locative inversion verb takes an a-structure of <theme locative> or <agent-theme locative>. Second, in c-structure, the preposed locative belongs to PP in English but to NP in Mandarin. Third, whereas the preposed locative phrase is in the subject position in Mandarin, the one in English is only a functional subject in f-structure. Finally, in information structure, given information packaging, the postposed theme is inclined to be an indefinite nominal instead of a pronoun and to be a longer constituent than the preposed locative phrase; in contextual information, a linking device, used either anaphorically or cataphorically, is necessary for locative inversion, and stylistic parallelism further facilitates the occurrence of locative inversion. With the systematic comparison of English and Mandarin, this paper aims to provide pedagogical suggestions in regard to English learning for Mandarin speakers, by virtue of the use of Contrastive Analysis. The application of theoretical grammar to the language teaching field indicates the correlation and cooperation between theoretical grammar and pedagogical grammar. On the one hand, the theoretical grammar provides a firm and reliable theoretical support for language teaching; on the other hand, the pedagogical grammar is the motivation to the research of theoretical grammar. All in all, the application of theoretical grammar to language teaching contributes not only to the language teaching filed but also to the linguistic research.

財產權之基本理論研究-以國家與人民之關係為限 / A Study on Fundamental Theory of Property -- the Relation of State and People

私有財產權之保障在我國政治與經濟發展中扮演著重要的角色,但由於傳統上我國法律文化中並無權利之因素,且繼受西方國家法制時特別強調社會本位,以致憲法第十五條雖明文保障財產權,亦未能落實個人財產權免於國家公權力侵犯之核心。大法官釋字第三三六號解釋認為都市計劃法第五十條就公共設施保留地之取得不設期限係合憲,即是未能保障財產權之例子。 本文為建立財產權基本理論,從財產權之定義、財產權合理化理論及財產權理論之運用三方面著手。在何謂財產權專章中,析述財產權定義、特權、功能及缺失。在財產權合理化理論專章中,本文介紹現代最早之財產權理論(即先占理論)、勞力理論、人格發展理論、功效主義財產權理論及羅爾斯之分配正義理論。其中,個人擁有自身乃先占理論與勞力理論之源頭;功效主義理論認為財產權係因社會需要而生;人格發展理論認為財產權將人的意志具現在外部領域;羅爾斯之分配主義理論試圖建立同世代與世代間利用物質資源之公平正義。上述理論須經過重構後,方能深植在我國法律文化中。在財產權理論運用專章中,本文嚐試運用各種財產權理論於我國憲法財產權保障制度和徵收制度上。就憲法財產權保障制度而言,本文援引洛克天賦權利理論,認為財產權係先於國家存在之權利,並引伸出防禦權及有限政府之概念,避免過於偏重社會義務或國家義務之財產權制度。就徵收制度而言,本文評析大法官釋字第二三六號、三三六號、四00號及四四0號解釋。釋字第二三六號、三三六號解釋,偏重於社會整體利益之考量,犧牲個人財產權,釋字第四00號解釋則建立政府公權力不得侵犯個人及財產權係實現個人人格發展之概念,後者雖已將洛克及黑格爾理論共治一爐,此為我國憲法上財產權保障之大事,但從其前後不一貫之立場,我國財產權制度仍有尚待努力之處。 / The protection of property plays an important role in political and economic development of Taiwan. But in tradition there was no factor of right in our legal culture, and especially considered social interests when we adopted and learned from western legal systems. It can't make people prevent from intervention of state power although Article 15 of Constitutional Law prescribes protection of property. For example, the interpretation of No.336 of Grand Justice upheld Article 50 of City Planning Law deleting deadline of public reservation. The said interpretation is a bad example. The goal of this dissertation is to establish fundamental theory of property. It is divided into three parts: what is property, why is property and how is property. Part I (what is property) analyzes definition of property. It also proceeds about characters、functions and flaws of property. Part Ⅱ(why is property) introduces the earliest modern theory of property (i.e., first occupancy theory)、labor theory、utilitarian property theory、personality development theory and Rawl's distributive justice theory. Suum is the origin of first occupancy theory and labor theory. Utilitarianism argues that property is derived from social demand. Rawl's distributive justice theory desires to establish the justice of using material about the same generation and the different generations. Only after reconstructing the said theories, property can deep input into our legal culture. Part Ⅲ (how is property) uses the said property theories to property protection of Constitutional Law and takings . For establishing the more protection system of property in Constitutional Law, it should employ natural right theory. And then it will produce the concept of negative right and limited government in Taiwan. It also can prevent from over - emphasising social obligations of individual and positive functions of state. In discussing takings, this dissertation analyzes the interpretation of No.236、No.336、No.400 and No.440 of Grand Justice. The interpretations of No.236 and No. 336 stress the importance of whole social interests, but it overlooks the individual right. The interpretation of No.400 constructs the concepts of limited state power and personality development. The latter is the turning point of property protection in our Constitutional Law. But oberserving contradiction of the said interpretations of Grand Justice, we still need to endeavor to establish the better system of property in our country.

能力本位教育應用在圖書館員網路繼續教育課程設計

隨著資訊科技的快速演進,圖書館員勢必應持續接受專業繼續教育學習新知識與新技能,提升館員本身的資訊素養,與時並進,方能提供讀者更高品質的資訊服務。本研究之目的在於瞭解圖書館員網路繼續教育課程發展的概況,並針對我國圖書館員進行「圖書資訊選擇與採訪概論」網路繼續教育課程的設計與評鑑,藉此瞭解利用網路教學方式進行圖書館員繼續教育的成效。 本研究首先針對相關文獻進行探討,其次採用問卷調查法、準實驗法、訪談法等三種研究方法進行進研究,獲得能力本位教育課程設計與評鑑的原理,以擬訂的圖書資訊選擇與採訪能力清單作為發展教學目標,設計與發展「圖書資訊選擇與採訪概論」能力本位圖書館員網路繼續教育課程。本研究進行之評鑑包含學習者能力評鑑以及課程評鑑兩部分,採用觀察法、深度訪談法、以及問卷調查法。 本研究於民國94年1月13日至94年3月8日,以能力本位教育原則發展「圖書資訊選擇與採訪概論」網路繼續教育課程共5個單元。本研究進行之評鑑分為學習者的學習評量與課程的評鑑兩部分。學習者學習評量的進行包括各單元學習評量、課程討論之參與以及學習記錄表分析等方法。學習評量分析的結果發現,未達標準者有2位,其主要影響原因為作業缺繳所導致。 本研究利用編製的「圖書資訊選擇與採訪課程意見調查表」獲得學員對本課程能力的看法以及學習者自評的學習成效。本研究之調查實施時間為民國94年3月15日發送問卷,民國94年3月28日截止回收,發出問卷8份,收回問卷8份,有效問卷為8份。 問卷結果分析顯示:(1)學習者對能力的看法多表同意;(2)學習者對於課程整體設計以及各單元內容設計多表同意;(3)比較上課前後問卷調查之結果得知學員對於能力的增進皆表示同意;(4)針對上過課程後是否有助於學習者具備設定之能力也多表同意。 本研究於實驗課程結束後,利用編製的「圖書資訊選擇與採訪概論課程意見訪談單」與兩位參與課程的學員進行課程評鑑。訪談內容包括:能力本位教育、課程及教材、以及網路教學三部分。 訪談結果分析顯示:(1)課程設計能否與工作環境、工作經驗、以及專業能力需求結合,會直接影響學習者的學習成效;(2)課程教材真實情境的畫面、圖片或影片結合,將更有助於學習內容的吸收和理解;(3)網路繼續教育課程參與與否要視課程主題內容是否與其工作業務相關,以及是否屬於實務性的主題內容而論;(4)受訪者表示相較於同步網路教學,即時語音通訊可以表達訊息中所摻雜的情感;(5)相較於傳統教室教學模式,傳統課堂上課仍具有其優勢之處,包括專心程度、熟悉程度以及即時互動性;(6)成績或是學習認證的壓力,會促進學習者想辦法與其他學習者互動熟悉彼此,以便進行合作學習。但要在短時間內培養學員彼此默契是有困難的。 本論文總結提出之結論包括:(1)能力本位教育的理論與應用;(2)網路教學的特質與理論;(3)能力本位圖書館員的網路繼續教育課程設計;以及(4)圖書館員網路繼續教育課程的評鑑。 / This study mainly discusses developing and evaluating a web-based continuing education course for librarians with competency–based education approach. It covers four main goals as follows, firstly, to investigate the characteristics and theories of web-based instruction; secondly, to explore the theories and applications of the competency-based education; thirdly, to design a web-based continuing education course for librarians with competency–based education approach; finally to develop a continuing education competency assessment model which is integrated into above web-based continuing education course. This study was conducted by literature review, quasi-experimental method, questionnaire survey, to obtain the theorem of designing a web-based continuing education course for librarians with competency–based education approach. In order to evaluate the web course and the students’ competency, this study uses the summative evaluation and student’s learning outcomes assessment with fix methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews. After the web-based continuing education course was finished, the questionnaires were distributed to students after they took the web-based course. At of the 8 surveyed questionnaires of 8 students in the web course, 8 responded and 8 validated. The overall findings were highly consistent with the students’ viewpoints to the web-based continuing education course. Besides, most of them agreed this web-based was useful and valuable for their working. More discussion and suggestions were made in the in-depth interviews. Hopefully, the study findings are expected to drive the competency-based education approach in designing and development a formal web-based continuing education course for librarians in Taiwan in the future.

從資訊-動機-行為技能模式探討N世代青年正確用藥行為 / Study of medication-taking behavior in the Net Generation using the information-motivation-behavioral skills model

N世代青年族群是開始以網路為主,資訊傳遞翻轉的新興世代,本研究藉由資訊-動機-行為技能模式(簡稱IMB模式)瞭解影響青年族群正確用藥行為的因子,探討青年族群醫藥素養、個人態度、用藥自我效能、行為障礙感知、醫藥傳播資訊暴露程度及正確用藥行為的發展現況,藉此發現喚起病人或家屬對病人安全及醫療風險認知的切入點,並增加警覺及主動積極性行為,與醫藥人員共同合作。為自己的健康狀態把關。 本研究所採用的方法是網路問卷調查,針對1977年到1997年出生的N世代青年族群蒐集資料,共獲得1,198份有效問卷。 本研究發現青年族群整體的用藥行為偏向經常做到,其中實踐程度由高至低依序為堅持正當藥品取得方式、主動告知身體狀況、看清楚用藥標示和主動諮詢專業。青年族群九成九以上有高醫藥素養,有六成以上的受訪者得到滿分。大部分青年族群偏向「同意」有正向的用藥態度;自我效能整體的認同度偏向於「同意」。受訪者對於用藥行為障礙感知程度整體偏向「不同意」有用藥行為障礙。 多數青年從媒體獲得醫藥資訊的頻率偏向「每月1~2次」為主。整體面向暴露由高至低為專業管道、傳統大眾媒體及新興網路。青年族群前三大醫藥資訊暴露管道依序為Facebook、電視、醫護人員,而BBS、大眾運輸工具看板、海報、傳單、宣傳手冊、產品包裝等是接著依序常用的管道。 醫藥素養只對堅持正當藥品取得方式有統計顯著正向預測力。個人態度和自我效能與用藥行為的四項依變項主動告知身體狀況、看清楚用藥標示、堅持正當藥品取得方式和主動諮詢專業,在相關分析及階層複迴歸分析都顯示有統計顯著正向相關。行為障礙感知與用藥行為的四項依變項主動告知身體狀況、看清楚用藥標示、堅持正當藥品取得方式和主動諮詢專業,在相關分析及階層複迴歸分析都顯示有統計顯著負向相關。 傳統大眾媒體與主動告知身體狀況、看清楚用藥標示和主動諮詢專業,在相關分析顯示有統計顯著正向相關,但階層複迴歸分析都未有統計顯著預測力;堅持正當藥品取得方式在相關分析及階層複迴歸分析都是顯著負向相關。新興網路與主動告知身體狀況和主動諮詢專業,在相關分析及階層複迴歸分析顯示都有統計顯著正向相關;新興網路與看清楚用藥標示,在相關分析顯示有統計顯著正向相關,但階層複迴歸分析未有統計顯著預測力;新興網路與堅持正當藥品取得方式在相關分析及階層複迴歸分析都是顯著負向相關。專業管道與主動告知身體狀況、看清楚用藥標示和主動諮詢專業,在相關分析及階層複迴歸分析顯示都有統計顯著正向相關;專業管道與堅持正當藥品取得方式在相關分析是顯著負向相關,但階層複迴歸分析中是無統計顯著預測力。 本研究的主要貢獻是證實藉由IMB模式的各項因子,都能有效預測部分或全部的正確用藥行為,尤其是個人態度、自我效能及行為障礙感知這三面向,並且呼應行為技能是影響行為的重要關鍵。因此往後如果有醫藥行為要推廣或宣傳時,就可以藉助IMB模式的因子為原型、大綱,相信會有更好的效果產生,也希望有人可以做後續相關研究,證實IMB模式的可行性。 / The Net Generation is the first generation to grow up in the digital world. The goal of this study is to understand the medical behavior of the Net Generation using the information-motivation-behavioral skills (IMB) model and the conditions of health literacy, personal attitudes, medical self-efficacy, the perception of behavioral barriers, the level of media exposure and medical behavior. To emphasize patient safety and medical risks, we tried to find the way to improve the awareness and active behavior to cooperate with medical professionals and to maintain self-health. The 1,198 effective samples were collected from people who were born between 1977 and 1999 through a web questionnaire. The study found that the Net Generation usually had correct medication-taking behavior. The frequency of the behavior from high to low was obtaining medicine through official channels, actively telling self-conditions, clearly reading medication labels, and actively consulting medical professionals. Over 99% of the participants had high health literacy and over 60% got full scores. Most of the participants tended to agree that they had positive personal attitudes and self-efficacy but disagreed they had the perception of behavioral barriers. Most of the participants obtained medical information through media once or twice a month. The exposure to media from high to low was professional channels, traditional mass media, and internet. The exposure to media channels in order were: Facebook, television, medical professionals, BBS, public transportation boards, and advertising brochures. Health literacy could only positively predict actively telling self-conditions. Personal attitudes and self-efficacy could positively predict four dependent variables of correct medication-taking behavior including obtaining medicine through official channels, actively telling self-conditions, clearly reading medication labels, and actively consulting medical professionals. And, the perception of behavioral barriers could negatively predict them. There were some statistically positive correlations between traditional mass media and correct medication-taking behavior including actively telling self-conditions, clearly reading medication labels, and actively consulting medical professionals. However, there was no prediction in hierarchical regression. There was a statistically negative correlation in Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical regression between traditional mass media and obtaining medicine through official channels. There were statistically positive correlations in Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical regression between internet and actively telling self-conditions or actively consulting medical professionals. However, there was a statistically negative correlation between internet and obtaining medicine through official channels. There was a statistically positive correlation between the internet and clearly reading medication labels but there was no prediction in hierarchical regression between them. There were statistically positive correlations in Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical regression between professional channels and actively telling self-conditions, clearly reading medication labels, or actively consulting medical professionals. There was a statistically negative correlation between professional channels and obtaining medicine through official channels but there was no correlation in hierarchical regression. The main contribution of this study was to support the argument that the IMB model could predict correct medication-taking behavior, especially when personal attitudes, self-efficacy and the perception of behavioral barriers are looked at. Therefore, behavioral skills were the key to correctly using medication. If someone wants to do medical behavior promotions, then the concept of the IMB model could be very effective.

本研究旨在建立國民中學總務主任核心能力指標,藉以提供相關主管單位進行總務人力培訓及學校行政人員職涯進修之參考。研究初始,先以文獻分析法歸納出國民中學總務主任核心能力指標,並邀請專家委員進行適切性問卷與模糊德菲術問卷評估,完成指標的修正與確立。接著,即運用三角模糊術整合專家委員對指標內容重要性之看法,並接續指標篩選作業,最後以歸一化方式求得各構面與指標權重,遂完成整體指標系統建立。 本研究建構之指標系統共為六大構面38項指標,各構面權重介於15.8%至17.3%之間,有關構面權重與指標內涵依序排列為: 一、「自我管理」構面(17.3%),各指標權重介於3.2%至3.8%間,依序為:廉潔自持、敬業精神、溝通表達、行政倫理、情商管理。 二、「法規知能」構面(17.2%),各指標權重介於2.0%至2.5%間,依序為:政府採購法規知能、消防法規知能、財產管理法規知能、建築法規知能、營繕法規知能、主計法規知能、勞工安全衛生法規知能、文書管理法規知能。 三、「管理實務」構面(16.8%),各指標權重介於1.7%至2.0%間,依序為:採購管理、營繕工程管理、防災與校安管理、風險與危機管理、出納與財務管理、資源管理、事務工作管理、職工管理、文書與檔案管理。 四、「行政領導」構面(16.8%),各指標權重介於1.7%至2.0%間,依序為:領導與協調、行政與績效管理、團隊建立與合作、政策執行、人力資源管理、計畫撰擬與管理、問題分析與規劃、公共關係管理、會議管理。 五、「校園營造」構面(16.1%),各指標權重介於3.9%至4.2%間,依序為:設備與設施維護、綠能與環保管理、空間規劃、綠美化管理。 六、「永續創發」構面(15.8%),各指標權重介於5.1%至5.4%間,依序為:顧客導向、前瞻與創新、反思與再造。 / The purpose of this study is to construct main competency indicators of director of general affairs in junior high school, which aim to provide governments with information about training personnel of general affairs and school administrators. To start the research, main competency indicators of director of general affairs was organized by literature review. Then invite experts to conduct appropriate assessment and Fuzzy Delphi questionnaire evaluations, completing modification of indicators. Secondly, Symmetric triangular fuzzy number was used to analyze experts’ opinions on the importance of each indicator and continue indicator selection. Finally, normalization of fuzzy number’s total score determined the weight of each dimensions and indicators, so that build the whole indicator system. The indicator system consists of six dimensions and 38 indicators, and the weight of each dimension is between 15.8% and 17.3%. The contents of dimensions and indicators are as follows: 1. Dimension of “self-management”: each weight of indicators is between 3.2% and 3.8%, which are reputation, professional dedication, communication, administrative ethics and emotional quotient management. 2. Dimension of “knowledge of rules and regulations”: each weight of indicators is between 2.0% and 2.5%, which are rules of public purchasing, rules of fire services, rules of property management, rules of building technique, rules of construction and maintenance, rules of accounting, rules of labor safety and health, and rules of document management. 3. Dimension of “practice of management”: each weight of indicators is between 1.7% and 2.0%, which are purchasing management ,building and maintenance management, management of disaster reduction and school security, risk management, finance management, resource management, general affairs management, personnel management, and document management. 4. Dimension of “ administrative leadership”: each weight of indicators is between 1.7% and 2.0%, which are leadership and negotiation, administration and performance management, team building and collaboration, policy enforcement, management of human resource, program writing and management, problem analyzing and programing, public relationship management and meeting management. 5. Dimension of “school operation and maintenance”: each weight of indicators is between 3.9% and 4.2%, which are facilities maintenance, green resource and environment management, space design and greenification management. 6. Dimension of “sustainable development”: each weight of indicators is between 5.1% and 5.4%, which are customer orientation, being proactive and creative, introspection and re-built.

作業基礎成本制度(Activity-Based Costing, ABC)為現行管理會計制度中,為較多企業所採用之制度,吳安妮教授在經過多年理論與實務之研究後,將ABC制度IT系統商品化,並與許多不同的制度整合為一體,命名為「作業價值管理系統(Activitiy Value Management System,AVMS)」,藉由作業價值管理能提供管理階層正確、即時、攸關之資訊,並協助其做出較適當之管理決策。   大數據(Big Data)被許多產業所使用,藉由歷史資料與未來預測,開創了新市場與新商業模式,而大數據也結合了許多制度,例如工業4.0、物聯網等,但卻沒有與管理會計相結合之研究,本研究藉由作業價值管理與產能管理之結合進行大數據之分析,初步的將管理會計與大數據結合,並同時協助個案公司發現有關產能管理之問題,並改善之。   本研究使用個案研究法,個案公司為一民防工程與地下空間設計之公司,藉由該個案公司所處產業之產業資料、未來趨勢、競爭者資料、作業價值管理資料等,分析找出個案公司之產能管理問題,並協助個案公司解決所發現之問題以提升管理之效率。 / Activity-Based Costing (ABC) is a well-known management accounting method and used by many companies. After professor An Wu’s 30-years research, she put Activity-Based Costing into IT system and named it Activity Value Management System (AVMS). This system provides correct and immediate information for company’s manager which can help them making a good decision.   Big data Analysis is used by many industry for creating new markets and new business models. Big Data Analysis combined with many systems such as Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things (IOT), but there aren’t any integration with management accounting. In this thesis we will Integrate Activity Value Management and Capacity Management with Big Data Analysis. By doing so, this can help the company reviving and solving the problem of Capacity Management.   The thesis is a case study with a China Basement designing company. 消費者參與品牌體驗活動之動機與效果 / The Study of Customers’ Motivation and Benefit Gained Toward Brand Experience—Take NIKE as an Example

本研究以NIKE體驗活動為研究情境,針對曾參與過NIKE舉辦之體驗活動的消費者做為研究對象,透過質化訪談的方式探討消費者參與品牌體驗活動之動機,以及參與品牌體驗活動後帶來的個人效益,以及品牌所獲得的效益,最後綜合研究結果給予品牌體驗活動設計之建議。 本研究的結果發現,消費者參與NIKE體驗活動的動機,是因為其提供了:可以設定和追求的目標、品牌社交效益和以及彰顯品牌與自我的一致性。當體驗活動結束後,消費者可以感受到與自我相關的效益,包括:自我效能和主觀幸福感的提升,以及與品牌相關的效益,包括:品牌態度和品牌形象正向的改變。而根據訪談結果又可以發現,當品牌體驗活動能滿足消費者的參與動機時,將可以增強參與後與自我及品牌相關的效益。據此研究結果,本研究提出一研究模型供未來相關研究參考。 根據以上研究結果,本研究提出品牌實務操作體驗活動的建議:一、品牌可以提供與品牌印象連結的目標,並適時地給予消費者協助。二、品牌可以透過體驗活動提供消費者社交效益。三、品牌可以透過體驗活動彰顯品牌個性。透過以上的品牌體驗設計,將能提升消費者對於品牌之正向品牌印象及品牌態度。 關鍵字:品牌體驗、目標設定和目標追求、自我效能、品牌態度 / This study use NIKE’s brand experience activities as contextual research topic. The goal of the research is to explore the motivation and benefit gained toward brand experience by using semi-structured interviews with interviewees who have attended NIKE’s brand experience activities. With abundant interview result, this study aims to give suggestion for future design of brand experience activities. The results of this study showed that customer attend brand experience because it not only provides a goal for customer to set and to strive for, but also provide a channel for customer to gain social benefit and to show self-congruity with the brand. The study also showed that customer could gain self-efficacy, sense of subjective wellbeing and have positive influence toward brand attitude and brand image. In conclusion, when brand experience satisfies customers’ motivation; customer will be positively influenced on both self and brand-related concept. On top of this, this study conclude a research model for future studies. Suggestion for future brand experience planning is provides by this study: First, a brand could offer a goal for customer to strive for and give customer sufficient help. Second, a brand could provide social benefit via brand experience. Third, a brand could show its personality through brand experience activities. By utilize these principles on brand experience activities design; customer will have positive influence toward brand image and brand attitude. 台灣天主教中等學校校長道德領導、學校組織健康與學校效能之關係研究 / A Study on the Relationship Among the Principals’ Moral Leadership,School Organization Health, and School Effectiveness in Taiwan Catholic Secondary Schools

本研究係對台灣天主教中等學校校長道德領導、學校組織健康與學校效能三個變項進行受訪教職員知覺調查與描述、比較不同背景變項的教職員差異是否顯著、探討校長道德領導、學校組織健康對學校效能相關性及預測性,依據研究所得結論,分別對台灣天主教中等學校董事會、學校當局、教育人員及後續研究者提出建議,以做為推展校長道德領導、精進學校組織健康及提高學校效能之參考。 本研究使用問卷調查法,以t檢訂、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸等統計方法,探討台灣天主教中等學校校長道德領導、學校組織健康與學校效能之關係。 經由文獻的蒐集與探討,提出本研究的研究架構模式圖。研究對象為台灣天主教中等學校435位教職員,研究工具係組合陳浩、秦夢群、蔡玲玲三位各自編寫之「校長道德領導」、「學校組織健康」與「學校效能」問卷。 透過統計分析與討論,本研究獲得以下結論: 一、台灣天主教中等學校教職員知覺校長道德領導、學校組織健康與學校效能之現況屬中高程度。 二、台灣天主教中等學校教職員在人員背景變項對校長道德領導、學校組織健康與學校效能的知覺,大部分未達顯著差異。 三、台灣天主教中等學校校長道德領導、學校組織健康與學校效能三者間具有正向關聯性。 四、台灣天主教中等學校校長道德領導與學校組織健康對學校效能均具有正向預測力。 / This study aims to examine the relationship among the principals’ moral leadership, school organization health, and school effectiveness in Taiwan Catholic secondary schools. Through the organization status description, comparison between different teacher background variables, the correlation with the principals’ moral leadership, school organizational health to forecast school effectiveness was discussed. Finally, it proposes suggestions for Taiwan's Catholic secondary school boards, school authorities, educators and subsequent researchers for further improvement of school effectiveness. This study uses questionnaires survey, t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression and other statistical methods to explore Taiwan's Catholic secondary school moral leadership, the organizational health and schools' effectiveness. Through the collection and discussion of the literature, this study proposes the study frmaework. The questionnaire interviewing 435 Taiwan Catholic secondary school faculties, is developed by the results of moral leadership, school organization and school effectiveness relationship of health from the research of Chen, Qin, and Tsai. Through statistical analysis and discussion, this study obtains the following conclusions: 1. Taiwan Catholic secondary school staff has medium-to-high perception of moral leadership, organizational status of school health and school performance. 2. Taiwan Catholic secondary school faculty staff’s background variancees show insignificant differences in surveying the principals’ moral leadership of principals, school organization and school effectiveness of health. 3. Taiwan Catholic secondary school moral leadership, school health and school performance of the organizations have a positive correlation. 4. Taiwan Catholic secondary school moral leadership and school organization health have a positive predictive power for the effectiveness of school.
