Questiona o entendimento de que o programa de microfinanças seja uma ferramenta de superação à pobreza, considerando o contexto da reprodução social no capitalismo. Embora admita a sua utilização como ferramenta de enfrentá-la, enfoca o momento histórico em que o neoliberalismo adquire hegemonia e suas implicações na redução do Estado para o atendimento da questão social. Traz como suporte teórico, formulações gramscianas, forma de aproximação da realidade, particularmente, categorias como Estado, sociedade civil e aparelho privado de hegemonia. É um estudo, com base em dados quantitativos e qualitativos, obtidos entre os empreendedores do Programa de Microcrédito da ANDE e que propõem a trabalhar com a perspectiva de totalidade e historicidade, ampliando assim, a possibilidade de ultrapassar os limites de alguns instrumentais metodológicos

No. of bitstreams: 1 Lucafo_BeatrizHelenaSbrissa_M.pdf: 1728606 bytes, checksum: 8b12f247325bcde8abee6bbb3e1d2ada (MD5) Previous issue date: 2013 / Resumo: O objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar se a entrada das empresas no Sistema de Ciência e Tecnologia, a partir da reforma da Política no âmbito do Ministério de Ciência e Tecnologia (atual Ministério de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação - MCTI), resultou em mudanças na lógica de aplicação dos recursos do Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (FNDCT). A análise se pauta nos recursos não reembolsáveis aplicados pelas Agências de Financiamento vinculadas ao MCTI - a Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos (Finep) e o Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq). Foram verificados os projetos contratados que tiveram a participação de empresas: projetos cooperativos, isto é, projetos realizados por instituições de ciência e tecnologia (ICTs) em parceria com empresas e projetos de subvenção direta. Os resultados encontrados e analisados baseiam-se nas informações divulgadas pelo MCTI, para o período 1999 - 2012, e que foram estruturadas em uma nova base de dados. Os projetos cooperativos foram selecionados segundo a presença de "intervenientes", como são conhecidos os parceiros das ICTs na linguagem dos contratos. No caso da subvenção, também foram selecionados e analisados os projetos contratados. Para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, foram revisados diversos estudos presentes na literatura especializada, documentos oficiais das Agências públicas de financiamento e do próprio MCTI e demais trabalhos coletados em mídias eletrônicas. Foram levantados dados e informações estatísticas em documentos disponibilizados pela Finep e na pesquisa de inovação tecnológica (Pintec/IBGE), em suas várias edições. Os avanços na Política de CT&I foram significativos desde a reforma do final dos anos 90, mas conclui-se que a participação das empresas no acesso aos recursos não reembolsáveis foi bastante modesta, no período analisado. Apesar do volume expressivo de projetos contratados nos últimos 13 anos, foram poucos os projetos cooperativos e de subvenção financiados com recursos dos fundos setoriais - pouco mais de 2.000. Na maioria dos casos, os fundos setoriais foram pouco explorados para apoiar projetos de maior envergadura e promover a parceria ICT-empresa. Nesse sentido, não houve mudança expressiva na lógica de aplicação dos recursos do FNDCT / Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze whether the entry of firms in the Science and Technology System, starting from policy reform under the Ministry of Science and Technology (now Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation - MCTI), has resulted in changes in the logic application of resources of the National Fund for Scientific and Technological Development (FNDCT). The analysis is related to non-refundable resources applied by funding agencies linked to the MCTI - the Financier of Studies and Projects (FINEP) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). Only contracted projects which involved the participation of firms were analyzed: cooperative projects, i.e., projects conducted by institutions of science and technology (ICT) in partnership with firms and projects that had received direct subvention. The findings are based on information released by MCTI for the period 1999-2012, which were analyzed and structured into a new database. Cooperative projects were selected according to the presence of "intervening" as the partners of ICT are known in the language of contracts. The projects of subvention were also selected and analyzed according to the contracts. In order to develop this work several studies were reviewed from the literature, official documents of public funding agencies and MCTI, as well other collected papers in electronic media. The data and statistical information were collected in documents available by FINEP and other sources, such as technological innovation survey (Pintec/IBGE), in their several editions. The advances in Science, Technology and Innovation Policy (PCTI) were meaningful since the reform occurred in the late 90s, nevertheless the involvement of firms in accessing non-refundable resources was quite limited in the analyzed period. Despite the significant amount of contracted projects in the last 13 years, the amount of cooperative and subvention projects financed with resources from the sectorial funds were unimpressive - just over 2.000. In most cases, sectorial funds have been poorly explored to support larger projects and promote ICT-firms partnership. As a result, there was no significant change in the logic application of resources of FNDCT / Mestrado / Politica Cientifica e Tecnologica / Mestra em Política Científica e Tecnológica

En el presente trabajo, voy a demostrar que, en el poemario Ande de Alejandro Peralta, la imagen de la mujer se debe a dos tradiciones en conflicto: la hispánica y la indigenista. De esta manera, la representación femenina es heterogénea y constituye el síntoma de un conflicto cultural permanente que la vanguardia artística pretendió resolver. Para trabajar este aspecto, debo tener presente el contexto en el que se enmarca la producción del indigenismo vanguardista en los años 20, en el cual se estaba redefiniendo la estructura de los estratos sociales: la clase oligárquica perdía poco a poco la hegemonía cultural y la mesocracia se apropiaba de un capital simbólico educativo que le permitiría tener inferencia a nivel político, cultural y económico. Esto originó el surgimiento de grupos vanguardistas como Orkopata (al cual perteneció Peralta), los cuales produjeron una literatura desde las márgenes del foco capitalino y que, además, incluían diversas demandas reivindicatorias a través de sus proyectos estéticos. Por otra parte, hay que prestar atención al proyecto del indigenismo vanguardista1 No obstante, este trabajo intenta demostrar que, a pesar de este deseo, en Ande se observa la pervivencia de tópicos femeninos que responden a los discursos literarios hispánicos e indigenistas, con lo cual no se logra una real imbricación ni reelaboración del sujeto femenino. Solo en la pastora florida se percibe una creación sui generis de la imagen de la mujer a partir de su liberación de género. Con esto me interesa evidenciar el carácter heterogéneo del poemario, trasvasado por diferentes fuentes discursivas que evidencian el conflicto cultural de dos tradiciones para enfocarnos solo en la representación femenina. En otras palabras, podemos concluir que, a excepción de la Pastora florida, el personaje femenino en Ande, en buena parte, sigue los patrones de representación propios del hispanismo y el indigenismo. , en el cual se trataba de vincular a estas dos tradiciones en conflicto y evidenciaba el deseo de redefinir el imaginario nacional. En este sentido, puedo mencionar el logro en generar armonía entre la modernidad citadina y la tradición rural gracias al uso de las técnicas vanguardistas (la metáfora, la disposición tipográfica) que permiten generar vínculos que en la realidad son percibidas como inverosímiles.

Objectives: The aim in this thesis has been to generate information relevant for strategic positioning and future evaluations within the scientific field of sport and exercise psychology. This has been done by request, and in collaboration with The Group of Sport and Exercise Psychology at the Institution of Psychology at the University of Umeå. Research questions:  (1) How does the cognitive structure within the field of sport and exercise psychology take shape with respect to research topics in current sport-psychological research, i.e. the research front? (2) How does the social structure within the field of sport and exercise psychology take shape with respect to formal scientific collaboration? Data: 879 articles published between 2008-2011 were used in this study. The population of articles were collected from a set of 5 core journals: International Journal of Sport Psychology, Journal of Applied Sport Psychology, Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology, The Sport Psychologist, Psychology of Sport and Exercise. The original set was expanded by collecting relevant sport psychology articles from Scandinavian Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports and Journal of Sports Sciences. Methods: (1) The bibliometric indicator normalized bibliographic coupling combined with hierarchical agglomerative cluster analysis was used for mapping the research front. With this approach articles are basically clustered with respect to shared refererences, which in this context is understood as a measure of topical similarity. (2)  For the mapping of social structures a collaboration analysis was performed by extracting and visualizing social networks based on the bibliometric indicator coauthorship.     Results: (1) Identification and classification of 80 clusters based on topical similarity in collaboration with a subject expert. (2) Providing a map of formal scientific collaborations between countries based on coauthorship. (3) Providing a map of social networks based on coauthorships between individual researchers. (4) Identification and contextualization of central researchers based on production within the visualized coauthor network. The publications of each researcher were traced to corresponding clusters in the research front to gain information about in which subject areas and topics these central researchers publish. (5) Identification of research groups with high coauthor values, i.e. high intensity in their formal collaboration. Furthermore the publications from these groups were connected to corresponding clusters, i.e. giving information about in which subject areas and topics these groups publish.

This essay analyzes the doctrines of the revival preacher E.W. Kenyon (1867-1948), such as perfect health, faith and positive thinking. Two of his late works from 1941 and 1942 is analyzed and contextualized referring to the contemporary New Thought movement, Christian revival movements and religious pragmatism in America during the late 19th century continued into the 20th century. Kenyon’s anthropology, his soteriology and epistemology is showed to be pneumocentric in a way that can be compared with the New Thought movement, but also has connections to Christian revival theology and Christian mysticism. Nevertheless, Kenyon’s theological system is eccentric compared with Christian faith, but it is also divergent from New Thoughts rejection of the atonement of Christ. Kenyon’s doctrine of perfect health and the possibility for a Christian to experience completely divine healing through faith is explained by his eccentric theological system. Therefore it is suggested that Kenyon is a predecessor of positive thinking dressed in a mix of Christian doctrines, New Thought ideas and a pragmatic adaptation of psychological and religious pragmatism.

Uppsatsen undersöker, ur några olika perspektiv, distinktionen mellan Andens och köttets sinnelag i Rom 8. Ordet för sinnelag (φρόνημα), dess betydelse och Paulus användning av det studeras. För att belysa distinktionen mellan de olika sinnelagen så studeras Paulus text utifrån ett vid tiden vanligt filosofiskt sammanhang – det stoiska. Därtill tittar en receptionshistorisk undersökning på några utvalda tolkare av texten, för att se hur den har förståtts i kristen tradition. Uppsatsens kommer fram till, att distinktionen visar på utpräglat olika förhållningssätt till så väl Guds verk i världen som till medmänniskor. Något som får påverka hur man agerar.

How can we live and work with craft as people in an age of global climate crisis? What must we change in order to work empathically and in harmony with our surrounding world? While not in need to actively ensure our survival, it is easy for us to forget to stay humble to our own needs, thus taking our lives and our surroundings for granted. We forget our bodies and we forget the bodies of others, animals and objects alike. We forget that we need each other in order to become. This text is a complementary exploration in how awareness of the soul, body and Spirit may help bring back a balance that we've lost in town based cultures of the west. I am looking for balance as I twist fibre into thread and into rope and as I suspend rock- and human bodies into temporary sculptures. I look for inspiration in phenomenologist thought, alchemy, shamanism and daoism, as well as in the active making of craft and art. My work centers around telling stories, crafting and material exploration as well as bodily awareness and performance. In the work, body and material are synonymous concepts drifting in and out of each other, enabling and shaping each other, becoming together. I am looking to meet my surroundings not always on my own terms, but by changing, adapting and compromising myself. This helps bring an awareness that unites me with the bodies around me, placing me not above but amidst constant becomings.

Captured atmospheres - Rooms and interiors that tell a story in the absence of people är en undersökning av min konstnärliga praktik, återkommande teman, idéer och intressen samt bestående influenser. Genom en längre process där jag gick igenom många års samlande av texter, citat, bilder och idéer som har inspirerat och influerat mitt arbete, försökte jag skapa mig en överblick eller förståelse av denna samling och hur den reflekterar min konstnärliga praktik. I denna process valde jag ut de texter, citat och bilder som jag känner står mig närmast de ideér och verk som jag arbetat med under de senaste åren. Den utvalda samlingen kom att handla om atmosfär, stämningar, rumslighet, psykiska upplevelser, frånvaro och existens. Arbetet består av en Artist book-del där jag jobbat med att i en Artist book-format uttrycka de stämningar, atmosfärer och rumsupplevelser - som inspirerar mig och driver min konstnärliga praktik - med bilder, citat och texter från min samling. Den andra delen av arbetet består av en text där jag försöker uttrycka samma idéer och intressen i essäformat. / [I examensarbetet ingår utställningen "We have a visitor":] The exhibition - We have a visitor - is an installation based on the story of a murder case that was solved by PSI phenomena. A woman was murdered and the police had nothing to go on until another woman reported that she had been possessed by the murdered woman and gave details of the murder and the murderer that led to the case being solved. The installation shows two empty rooms; one through a large flat screen TV dropped on the floor displaying still images from a peculiar angle of a room environment, as if the camera (or somebody) is laying on the floor. A voice speaks to us, through the subtitles in the video, describing her own murder. The TV screen is placed on a piece of carpet cut in a shape emphasising the strange angle of the filmed room and points to a screen print on the wall displaying another angle of the same room. The viewer is standing in the portrayed room. The second room, projected onto a large temporary freestanding wall, display shots from a filmed bedroom, focusing on the top of the bed as if someone is laying there. Then, the camera pans to a window, as if expecting someone's arrival. Suddenly, the view drifts upwards, above the bed towards the ceiling. Next, a yellow entity takes over the image and the view descends back to the bed. The entity holds the space for a moment before vanishing as unexpectedly as it arrived. The installation deals with questions surroundng spatial atmospheres and if rooms and interiors somehow could hold or capture atmospheres or feelings after its subjects have left. Material/Teknik/Mått: Videoverk på monitor på specialskuren filtmatta, screentryck, videoprojection på fristående vägg och digitalt tryck. I anslutning till installationen visade jag ckså en Artist book med samma titel som installationen. Verk i utställningen: 1. They found my body (video installation 2013) 2. The room responded with a resounding silence (screentryck, 2013). 3. Room study (Possession) (Video projection, 2013). 4.
