Актуальность темы выпускной квалификационной работы обусловлена существующей необходимостью выбора эффективной концепции управления на предприятии некоммерческого сектора. Результатом работы является получение процессно-ориентированных моделей ключевых бизнес-процессов предприятия, а также расчеты экономической эффективности ИТ-проекта по внедрению процессно-ролевого подхода на предприятии. Практическая ценность данной работы заключается в готовности предложенных процессно-ориентированных моделей бизнес-процессов и ИТ-проекта по внедрению процессно-ролевого подхода к использованию на предприятиях некоммерческого сектора. / Sooner or later, before the management of both a commercial and non-commercial organization arises as to how to increase efficient activities. The process-oriented management system has proven itself as the most efficient. The relevance of the topic of final qualifying work is due to the existing necessity of choosing an effective management concept at the enterprise of the non-profit sector. The result of the work is to obtain process-oriented models of key business processes of the enterprise, as well as calculations of the economic efficiency of the IT project to introduce the process-role approach in the enterprise. The practical value of this work is the willingness of the proposed process-oriented models of business processes and the IT project to introduce a process-role approach to use at the non-commercial sector enterprises.

Предложенная карта позволит поддержать стратегию компании по повышению прозрачности внутренней среды и акцентировать внимание на процессах вовлечения персонала и использования его интеллектуального потенциала для достижения операционной эффективности. / The purpose of the study is to develop methodological foundations for change management in the planning and implementation of resource and financial modules of the ERP system at an industrial enterprise for production management. A roadmap for change management during the implementation of an ERP system is proposed, a feature of which is the sequence of stages of planning changes, analyzing the internal environment and organizing the work of the transformation team based on the identification of champions and process owners, evaluating the effectiveness of implementing solutions, managing digital culture and the availability of digital competencies that support transformation. The proposed map will support the company's strategy to increase the transparency of the internal environment and focus on the processes of involving personnel and using their intellectual potential to achieve operational efficiency.

The author of the work assessed the compliance of the human capital of the banking group "PJSC "SKB-Bank" with the criteria of the bank's performance in accordance with modern trends in the development of the banking sector. The evaluation methodology has been developed and recommendations have been made to improve the human capital management system to improve the effectiveness of business processes in a banking organization.

aus der Einleitung: ...Ziel ist es, ein wissenschaftlich fundiertes AMM (Agile Maturity Models) zu entwickeln, das jedoch auch in der Praxis anwendbar ist. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen und die Forschungsfrage zu beantworten, wird mit Hilfe des Design-Science-Research (DSR) ein AMM entwickelt. Für das konkrete Vorgehensmodell wird die DSR-Methode nach Peffers, Tuunanen, Rothenberger und Chatterjee (2007) angewandt. Zunächst werden in der Studie kurz die theoretischen Grundlagen zur Agilität und Reifegradmessung vorgestellt. Der folgende Abschnitt beschäftigt sich mit der DSR-Methode und der iterativen AMM-Entwicklung. Es folgen ein Pre-Test sowie eine Evaluierung des AMM. Abschließend rundet ein Fazit den Beitrag dieser Studie mit Vorschlägen für zukünftige Forschung ab.

Описаны признаки, по которым организации можно отнести к цифровым предприятиям. Разработана цифровая модель бизнес-процессов предприятия деревообрабатывающей отрасли в среде AnyLogic на основе реальных данных, позволяющая анализировать и оптимизировать бизнес-процессы, выявлять проблемные места, разрабатывать решения для повышения эффективности работы предприятия.

Organisations and job content will continually change irrespective of the employee
or job context. The ability to understand, initiate and manage change is therefore,
an essential skill for any change agent.
The general aim of this research was to investigate the impact of change
management on role conflict, role ambiguity and job satisfaction. "Change
management", "role conflict", "role ambiguity" and "job satisfaction" were
conceptualised. This change process was described and the effect of change
management on role conflict, role ambiguity and job satisfaction was determined.
Instruments for measuring these concepts were administered among 116 employees
who have been subjected to extensive organisational change within a large
transport organisation. It was found that change management has a significant
impact on role conflict, role ambiguity and job satisfaction.
The change management process used in this research potentially enables Human
Resources managers and change agents to reduce role conflict, role ambiguity and

Thesis (MComm)--Stellenbosch University, 2011. / ENGLISH ABSTRACT: An application software package implementation is a complex endeavour, and as such it
requires the proper understanding, evaluation and redefining of the current business
processes to ensure that the project delivers on the objectives set at the start of the
project.
Numerous factors exist that may contribute to the unsuccessful implementation of
application software package projects. However, the most significant contributor to the
failure of an application software package project lies in the misalignment of the
organisation’s business processes with the functionality of the application software
package. Misalignment is attributed to a gap that exists between the business processes
of an organisation and what functionality the application software package has to offer to
translate the business processes of an organisation into digital form when implementing
and configuring an application software package. This gap is commonly referred to as
the information technology (IT) gap.
The purpose of this assignment is to examine and discuss to what degree a supporting
framework such as the Projects IN Controlled Environment (PRINCE2) methodology
assists in the alignment of the organisation’s business processes with the functionality of
the end product; as so many projects still fail even though the supporting framework is
available to assist organisations with the implementation of the application software
package.
This assignment proposes to define and discuss the IT gap. Furthermore this
assignment will identify shortcomings and weaknesses in the PRINCE2 methodology
which may contribute to misalignment between the business processes of the
organisation and the functionality of the application software package.
Shortcomings and weaknesses in the PRINCE2 methodology were identified by:
• Preparing a matrix table summarising the reasons for application software
package failures by conducting a literature study; Mapping the reasons from the literature study to those listed as reasons for project
failure by the Office of Government Commerce (the publishers of the PRINCE2
methodology); • Mapping all above reasons to the PRINCE2 methodology to determine whether
the reasons identified are adequately addressed in the PRINCE2 methodology.
This assignment concludes by proposing recommendations for aligning the business
processes with the functionality of the application software package (addressing the IT
gap) as well as recommendations for addressing weaknesses identified in the PRINCE2
methodology. By adopting these recommendations in conjunction with the PRINCE2
methodology the proper alignment between business processes and the functionality of
the application software package may be achieved. The end result will be more
successful application software package project implementations. / AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: Toepassingsprogrammatuurpakket implementering is komplekse strewe en vereis
daarom genoegsame kennis, evaluasie en herdefiniëring van die huidige
besigheidsprosesse om te verseker dat die projek resultate lewer volgens die doelwitte
wat aan die begin van die projek neergelê is.
Daar bestaan talryke faktore wat kan bydrae tot die onsuksesvolle implementering van
toepassingsprogrammatuurpakket projekte. Die grootste bydrae tot die mislukking van
toepassingsprogrammatuurpakket lê egter by die wanbelyning van die organisasie se
besigheidsprosesse met die funksionaliteit van die toepassingsprogrammatuurpakket.
Wanbelyning spruit uit gaping tussen die besigheidsprosesse van `n organisasie en
die funksionaliteit wat die toepassingsprogrammatuur kan aanbied om die
besigheidsprosesse van 'n organisasie om te skakel in digitale formaat wanneer `n
toepassingsprogrammatuurpakket geimplementeer en gekonfigureer word. Daar word
gewoonlik na hierdie gaping verwys as die informasie tegnologie (IT) gaping.
Die doel van hierdie opdrag is om te evalueer en bespreek in watter mate
ondersteunende raamwerk soos die PRojects IN Controlled Environment (PRINCE2)
metodologie kan help om die organisasie se besigheidsprosesse in lyn te bring met die
funksionaliteit van die eindproduk; aangesien so baie projekte steeds misluk ten spyte
van die ondersteunende raamwerke wat beskikbaar is om organisasies by te staan met
die implementering.
Die opdrag beoog om die IT gaping te definieer en te bepreek. Verder sal hierdie opdrag
die swakhede in die PRINCE2 metodologie, wat moontlik die volbringing van behoorlike

funksionaliteit van die toepassingsprogrammatuurpakket en aanbevelings vir swakhede
wat in die PRINCE2 metodologie geïdentifiseer is aan te spreek. Behoorlike belyning
tussen besigheidsprosesse en die funksionaliteit van toepassingsprogrammatuurpakket
kan behaal word indien hierdie aanbevelings aangeneem word en tesame met die
PRINCE2 metodologie gebruik word. Die eindresultaat is meer suksesvolle
implementering van toepassingsprogrammatuurpakket projekte.

Um Sistema de Gestão Integrado (SGI) pode ser entendido como uma abordagem que visa o aprimoramento no desempenho de uma organização por meio do ciclo PDCA, e cujos requisitos podem ser baseados em normas mundialmente conhecidas. Apesar do grande volume de pesquisas que abordam formas de se implantar o SGI, uma minoria o relaciona com a abordagem de processos de negócio, que é também um requisito normativo. Neste contexto, esta pesquisa defende que a abordagem de Gerenciamento por Processos de Negócio (Business Process Management - BPM) pode contribuir significativamente para a implantação efetiva e manutenção de um SGI, já que é uma abordagem que apoia a análise e melhoria dos processos de negócio, aspectos essenciais para a estruturação e gerenciamento de um Sistema de Gestão. Diante deste contexto, este trabalho visa propor um guia com etapas, recomendações e instrumentos de apoio para a implantação e manutenção de um SGI por Processos de Negócio, por meio de revisão da literatura (exploratória e sistemática) e avaliação de especialistas. Para esta pesquisa, considerou-se SGI como a integração das normas ISO 9.001:2015 (Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade) e ISO 14.001:2015 (Sistema de Gestão Ambiental), dada a relevância de ambas no cenário atual dos negócios. Os resultados da Revisão Bibliográfica Sistemática (RBS) mostraram que as pesquisas que abordam a integração entre SGI e BPM ainda são preliminares e que há oportunidades de aprofundamento no tema. Este trabalho visa contribuir para a compreensão, implantação e manutenção dos requisitos do SGI pelas organizações com base na abordagem de Gerenciamento por Processos de Negócio, sob o ponto de vista prático. / An Integrated Management System (IMS) can be understood as an approach that aims to improve organization\'s performance through the PDCA cycle, and whose requirements may be based on globally recognized standards. Despite the large volume of research that addresses ways of implementing an IMS, a minority relates it to the business process approach, which is also a normative requirement. In this context, this research argues that the Business Process Management (BPM) approach can contribute significantly to the effective implementation and maintenance of an IMS, since it supports the analysis and improvement of business processes, essential aspects for the structuring of a Management System. In this context, this work aims to propose a guide with steps, recommendations and support instruments for the structuring and maintenance of a Process-based IMS, through literature review (exploratory and systematic) and expert assessment. For this research, IMS was considered as the integration of ISO 9.001: 2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14.001: 2015 (Environmental Management System) standards, given the relevance of both in the current business scenario. The results of the systematic literature review (SLR) have shown that research that addresses the integration between IMS and BPM is still preliminary and that there are opportunities for further study. This paper aims to contribute to the understanding, implementation and maintenance of IMS requirements by organizations based on the business process management approach, in a practical view.
