These competences relate to problem solving, decision making, and practical intelligence that regard scholar and extracurricular knowledge mobilization. The research aimed to contribute for the improvement of a selection instrument, consisting of five arrays of skills (dealing with objectives and prospection), as well as the development and comprehension of those skills that are involved in IT education. This is done by means of an analysis on the selection instrument used in the first selective process that occurred at Metropole Digital an Institute at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte in Brazil. This was evaluated aiming to acknowledge IT education (with basic training and emphasis on Web programming and electronics). The methodology used was of quantitative method involving performance scores relating education delivery. An Anova analysis of variance was done along with descriptive analysis involving socioeconomic data that was not observed in the meaningful relations between parental instruction and student performance in the graduate course. These analyses were able to point out the importance and need of the policies for vacancy reservation on behalf of public school students. A Spearman correlation analysis was done considering the instrument selection performance in the training course. The instrument is presented as a predictor that is significantly moderate and presents a good performance in the course as a whole. A Cluster and Regression analysis was also realized in the process. The first analysis allowed finding performance groups (Clusters) that ranged from medium and inferior. The regression analysis was able to point out association amongst criterion variables and the (average performance in basic and advanced modules) and explanatory (five matrixes). Regression analysis indicated that matrix 1 and matrix 3 were pointed out as being the strongest ones. In all the above analysis, the correlation between the instrument and the course was considered moderate. Thus this can be related in some of the aspects present in the course such as emphasis on evaluation itself as well as in technical contents and practical skills (educational ones) and competences and selection skills. It is known that the mediation of technological artifact in cultural context can foster the development of skills and abilities relevant to IT training. This study provides subsidies to reflect on the adoption of selection instrument and IT training in the Institute. Thus the research offers means to achieve a interdisciplinary discussion and enriching of areas such as Psychology and Information Technology; all of which regarding competencies and skills relevant in IT training / Este estudo volta-se para as compet?ncias e habilidades cognitivas relevantes para a sele??o e forma??o em Tecnologias da Informa??o (TI). Essas se caracterizam pela resolu??o de problemas, tomadas de decis?es e por uma intelig?ncia pr?tica, que se configura na capacidade de mobilizar conhecimentos escolares e extraescolares. Utilizou-se o m?todo quantitativo, envolvendo os escores de desempenho de prospec??o e forma??o. Fez-se uma an?lise de vari?ncia (Anova) e an?lises descritivas envolvendo os dados socioecon?micos, nas quais n?o foram observadas rela??es significativas entre o n?vel de instru??o dos pais e o desempenho dos alunos no curso. As an?lises apontaram tamb?m a relev?ncia da pol?tica de reserva de vagas para alunos da rede p?blica de ensino. Ao considerar os desempenhos no instrumento de sele??o e no curso de forma??o, realizou-se uma an?lise de correla??o de Spearman, da qual pode-se concluir que o instrumento se apresentou como um preditor significativamente moderado de bom desempenho no curso. Tamb?m foram realizadas an?lises de Cluster e de Regress?o. A primeira an?lise permitiu encontrar dois grupos de desempenho: m?dio e inferior; a segunda evidenciou associa??o entre as vari?veis de crit?rio (m?dia do desempenho nos m?dulos b?sico e avan?ado) e explicativas (as cinco matrizes). A an?lise de regress?o indicou que a Matriz 1 e a Matriz 3 foram as mais fortes. Em todas as an?lises, a correla??o se mostrou moderada entre o instrumento e o curso como um todo, o que pode estar relacionado ? ?nfase das avalia??es em conte?dos t?cnicos e habilidades pr?ticas (forma??o) e em compet?ncias e habilidades (sele??o). Valor de uso do ERP e gestão contínua de pós-implementação: estudo de casos múltiplos no cenário brasileiro / ERP use value and continuous post-implementation management: multiple cases study in the Brazilian scenario

Este trabalho avalia qual é o papel das competências organizacionais que estão vinculadas ao universo de gestão dos sistemas ERPs no processo de sustentação do valor de uso destes aplicativos no cenário macro-econômico brasileiro, em sua perspectiva de pós implementação. Para tal, utiliza o referencial teórico associado tanto à literatura voltada para o estudo das competências organizacionais como também à literatura voltada para o a gestão dos sistemas ERPs, com foco em sua perspectiva de principal ator da suíte de aplicativos associados à Tecnologia da Informação. A partir do levantamento bibliográfico desenvolvido na primeira parte do trabalho, foram elaboradas dez proposições de estudo que serviram de base para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa de campo junto a cinco grandes empresas usuárias de aplicativos ERPs, todas pertencentes a diferentes segmentos econômicos do cenário brasileiro. A metodologia utilizada no estudo previu o desenvolvimento do método de estudo de casos múltiplos, através do qual as informações colhidas nas empresas foram analisadas em conjunto e de forma cruzada, possibilitando a identificação mais robusta das competências organizacionais e de suas respectivas aderências ao problema da pesquisa. As evidências empíricas sugerem que de fato existe um conjunto de competências organizacionais, nesta pesquisa delimitado ao número de 35, que se dividem em áreas operacionais distintas como a qualidade de uso e qualidade das informações advindas do ERP, gestão especializada da área de TI envolvendo os aplicativos ERPs, inovação tecnológica e uso da tecnologia do ERP II e flexibilidade operacional do aplicativo ERP no âmbito dos requisitos informacionais legais do macro cenário brasileiro. Evidenciou-se, desta forma, que associado ao tema valor de uso do ERP em sua perspectiva de pós implementação, existem grupos de competências que são extremamente valorizadas pelas empresas, seguidas por outras de grande relevância e por dois grupos adicionais de competências, de média e pouca relevância. Observou-se complementarmente que as áreas de TI das empresas são as grandes responsáveis pela gestão do ERP em seu período de pós implementação, assim como a existência de uma tendência das áreas operacionais usuárias destes aplicativos a não se sentirem plenamente responsáveis por este processo, justamente por não terem maior aderência a este conjunto específico de competências. / This thesis evaluates which is the role of the organizational competences that are linked to the ERP\'s systems management universe in the process of sustaining the use value of these applications in the Brazilian macro economic scenario, in their post implementation perspective. For such, it uses the theoretical referential focused on the study of organizational competences literature as well as literature directed to the ERP systems management, focusing on their perspective of the main actor of the of applications suite related to Information Technology. Starting from the bibliographical raising developed in the first part of the work, it were elaborated ten study propositions which formed the basis for the fields research development in five ERP large firms belonging to different economic segments of the Brazilian scenario. The methodology used in the study predicted the development of the method of multiple case study, through which the information picked in the companies were analyzed together and in a crossed way, making possible the most robust identification of the organizational competences and of their respective adherences to the research problem. The empiric evidences suggest that in fact exists a group of organizational competences, in this research delimited to the number of 35, which are divided into distinct operational areas such as quality of use and quality of information obtained from the ERP, specialized management of the IT area involving the ERP\'s applications, innovation and ERP II technology use and the ERP operational flexibility within the legal requirements of informational macro Brazilian scenario. It was evident, therefore, that the issue involved the use value of ERP in a post implementation perspective, are formed for a set of competences extremely valued by the firms, following for another group of great relevance competences and for two additional ending groups of competences, of average and little relevance. It was noted in addition that the IT firms areas are mainly responsible for the ERP management in their post implementation period as well as the existence of a tendency of the operational areas do not feel fully responsible for this process, just for not having greater adherence to this particular set of skills.

Reflexão crítica e competências: um estudo com gestores do sistema financeiro

Mo re specifically, the intent was to (a) identify the narratives of managers of an organization, events or situations involving disorienting dilemmas of everyday life at work that reveal mo ments of critical reflection; (b ) describe and analyze the actions tr iggered by managers from the reflection revealed; (c ) discuss to what extent these actions are reversed in competence s, able to negotiate competing priorities between individual desires and the transformation of the context in which they are inserted. The theoretical framework articulates the literature on critical reflection of Antonacopoulou (2010), Woerkom (2004), Mezirow (1990) and Brookfield (1995) with the theory of competence, to understand how critical reflection is embodied in relevant actions. To this end, 10 in - depth interviews were conducted with managers of the national financial system. The data were analyzed by categorical analysis of qualitative data proposed by Lankshear and Knobel (2008) strategy. It was concluded that critical reflection i s not having the driving range of significant changes abl e to mobilize and generate new competence s at some level contextual transformations, as the most critical area literature suggests. Such reflections, when there are more service performance for maint aining employability, not assuming, in fact, a character, transforming the context in which managers are inserted. However, the dilemmas and events identified in the report somehow reverted to situations involving, in most cases, issues of power and ethica l conduct, which indicates that they are fundamental points of attention in the debate on critical reflection and competence s in organizations. These results provide elements for discussion on the meaning and place of critical reflection in the world of bu siness organizations . / Trata - se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que se apoia numa postura epistemológica interpretativa , visa ndo compreender o significado que assume a reflexão crítica no ambiente de trabalho e sua relação com a competência dos gestores na sua conduta profissional. Mais especificamente, a intenção foi: (a) identificar a partir das narrativas dos gestores de uma organização, eventos ou situações que envolvam dilemas desorientadores do cotidiano no trabalho que revelam momento s de reflexão crítica; (b) descrever e analisar as ações desencadeadas pelos gestores a partir da reflexão revelada; (c) discutir até que ponto estas ações se reverteram em competências, capazes de negociar prioridades concorrentes entre os desejos individ uais e a transformação do contexto em que estão inseridos. O referencial teórico articula a literatura sobre reflexão crítica de Antonacopoulou (2010), Woerkom (2004), Mezirow (1990) e Brookfield (1995) com a teoria de competências, para compreender como a reflexão crítica se materializa em ações competentes. Para tanto, foram conduzidas 10 entrevistas em profundidade com gestores do sistema financeiro nacional. As informações coletadas foram analisadas pela estratégia de análise categorial de dados qualita tivos proposta por Lankshear e Knobel (2008). Conclui u - se que , a reflexão crítica não está tendo o alcance impulsionador de mudanças significativas capazes de mobilizarem novas competências e gerarem em algum nível transforma ções contextuais , tal como a li teratura mais crítica na área sugere . Tais reflexões, quando existem, estão mais a serviço do desempenho para manutenção da empregabilidade, não assumindo, de fato, um caráter, transforma do r do contexto em que os gestores estão inseridos . Todavia, os dilem as e eventos identificados no relato de alguma forma se remeteram a situações que envolviam, na maioria das vezes, questões de poder e de conduta ética, o que indica que são pontos de atenção fundamentais no debate sobre reflexão crítica e competências nas organizações . Estes resultados trazem elementos para a discussão sobre o sentido e o lugar da reflexão crítica no univers o das organizações empresariais .

Letramento digital : uma abordagem através das competências na formação docente

A presente dissertação aborda as competências do letramento digital e os fatores que influenciam na construção das mesmas. O objetivo é identificar os aspectos determinantes para que sejam construídos os conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes necessárias para o desenvolvimento de competências para o letramento digital. Dessa forma, foram mapeadas as competências que tem potencial para contribuir para o letramento digital de professores da Educação Básica e, através de suas produções, foram observados os aspectos que poderiam influenciar na sua construção. Para tanto, foi realizado um estudo referente aos nativos digitais, suas características e habilidades, além da crescente diferença de práticas cotidianas que apresentam em relação aos seus professores, os imigrantes digitais. Algumas ferramentas disponíveis na web, como redes sociais e blogs, também foram analisadas de modo que fossem evidenciadas as suas contribuições para a construção dessas competências. Além disso, foi realizado um levantamento teórico sobre os diferentes letramentos e as aprendizagens necessárias para a utilização efetiva das tecnologias. Como metodologia propõe-se uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa do tipo estudo de caso. A análise dos dados foi realizada através de categorias, partindo das produções dos alunos que participaram de um curso de extensão para observar os fatores que podem contribuir para a construção das competências. Entre as competências mapeadas, destaca-se a competência informacional, a multimídia, e computacional e a comunicacional. Essas competências, mapeadas em um primeiro curso de extensão, serviram de base para a realização de um segundo curso de extensão, que buscou analisar os fatores que tendem a contribuir e/ou dificultar a formação continuada dos professores na área das tecnologias. / This dissertation addresses the competences of digital literacy and the factors that influence its construction. The goal is to identify the determining aspects so that the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for the skill development to digital literacy are built. Therefore, the competences that had the potential to contribute to the digital literacy of teachers of Basic Education were mapped and, through their productions, the aspects that could influence its construction were observed. In order to do so, a study was conducted regarding the digital natives, their characteristics and abilities, in addition to the increasing differences in daily practices when compared to their teachers, digital immigrants. Some tools available on the Web, such as social networks and blogs, were also analyzed so that their contributions to the construction of these skills were highlighted. In addition, a theoretical survey was conducted on the different literacies and learning processes necessaries for the effective use of these technologies. As a methodology, the dissertation proposes a qualitative approach of the case study. Data analysis was performed using categories, from the productions of the students who participated in an extension course to observe the factors that can contribute to the building of the skills. Among the competences mapped, the informational, multimedia, computational and communication capabilities are highlighted. These skills, mapped on a first extension course, served as basis for the realization of a second extension course, which sought to analyze the factors that tend to contribute to and/or hinder the continuing education of teachers in the area of technology.

For that, it was adopted a qualitative approach of the information with characteristics of action-research. The three stages of this research were decisive for the collection, analysis and categorization of data, especially when the Meeting of the Course Coordinators was held in the second stage. The methodological procedures used consisted in document analysis, semi-structured interviews, questionnaire application, and partial transcription of the Meeting. The results of this study provide basis: to reveal the importance of the partnership between the Higher Education Institutions, to identify the profile of the University administrators, to identify ten challenges for the performance of the course coordinators, to offer suggestions to overcome them and the required competences to the course coordinators from the overview of the University Management actors. Thus, based on that context, the course coordinators may contribute to their Institutions in the attempt to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education (SINAES) and the current scenario of Higher Education in Brazil. This work does not end the debate; on the contrary, it encourages the course coordinators to face new commitment challenges and to build up a training program, which may support new researches / Os objetivos deste estudo são: identificar os principais desafios na atuação dos coordenadores de curso de instituições de ensino superior privadas e fornecer sugestões para a sua superação; diagnosticar as competências necessárias aos coordenadores de curso de graduação. Para tanto, adotou-se a abordagem qualitativa das informações com característica de pesquisa-ação. As três etapas desta pesquisa foram decisivas para a coleta, análise e categorização dos dados, principalmente, a segunda etapa, quando foi realizado o Encontro de Coordenadores de Curso. Os procedimentos utilizados foram a análise documental; entrevistas semiestruturadas, aplicação de questionário e transcrição parcial do Encontro. Os resultados revelam a importância da parceria entre as IES, identificam o perfil dos gestores universitários, identificam dez desafios para a atuação dos coordenadores de curso e oferecem sugestões para superá-los, além das competências necessárias aos coordenadores de curso a partir dos múltiplos olhares dos atores da gestão universitária. Assim, com base neste contexto, os coordenadores de curso poderão colaborar para que suas instituições atendam às exigências do MEC (SINAES) e do atual cenário do ensino superior brasileiro. Este trabalho não encerra o debate, ao contrário, estimula o enfrentamento dos desafios de comprometimento, por parte dos coordenadores de curso e a construção de um Programa de Formação, que partindo dos resultados encontrados, possa subsidiar novas pesquisas

From the socio-historical studies of the curriculum, it is sought to understand the elements that supported the emergence and implantation of the CM and how this proposal refines the external evaluations in the state, ENEM (National High School Exam) and SAERJ (Evaluation of Education in the State of Rio de Janeiro). This work constitutes a qualitative research, based on theoretical and methodological, based on the curricular studies dialoguing with the empirical sources constituted by the documents related to the emergence and implantation of the curriculum (information of the SEEDUC website, Resolution 4.866 of February 14, 2013, Minimum Curriculum of Biology, Earnings by Results SEEDUC) and by published articles on the subject. The initial objective is that through the interbreeding of these written sources one can construct a narrative about the minimal curriculum of the biology curricular component. From the analysis of the official documents regarding the CM, with regard to the concept of skills and competences, it is possible to note its proximity to the external evaluations, since the curriculum and other strategies created by SEEDUC aim to corroborate with the increase of the index Of State education in external evaluations such as IDEB (Indicator and Development of Basic Education). The CM of Biology presents skills and competences, which SEEDUC claims to be organized progressively in the official document - from the simplest or most concrete, towards a more complex or abstract one. However, analyzing this document, the two-month course distributed in the CM of biology, it is possible to sustain that this progression of contents does not always happen, it presents in a sparse and irregular form. In this sense, it was possible to perceive when analyzing the document of the CM of Biology that the teaching continues to be presented in a fragmented way; Hindering the student to associate what he / she learns in school with his daily life. After analyzing the CM of Biology, the idea that the meanings of the concepts of competences and abilities, although approaching the cognitive-constructivist side of Perrenoud, is also moved towards Tyler's compartamentalism, when he centralizes his questions in External evaluations, the accountability curriculum and performativity / Este trabalho tem como objetivo refletir sobre o surgimento e implanta??o do Curr?culo M?nimo (CM) na rede Estadual de Educa??o, especificamente na disciplina Biologia, em 2012, apresentado pela Secretaria de Estado de Educa??o do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (SEEDUC). A partir da an?lise dos documentos oficiais a respeito do CM, no que se refere ao conceito de habilidades e compet?ncias, nota-se sua proximidade com as avalia??es externas, visto que o curr?culo e outras estrat?gias criadas pela SEEDUC almejam corroborar com a eleva??o do ?ndice da educa??o do Estado em avalia??es externas como o IDEB (Indicador e Desenvolvimento da Educa??o B?sica). O CM de Biologia apresenta habilidades e compet?ncias, as quais a SEEDUC argumenta estar organizada de forma progressiva no documento oficial ? da mais simples ou concreta, em dire??o a uma mais complexa ou abstrata. Todavia, analisando este documento, os bimestres letivos distribu?dos no CM de biologia, ? poss?vel sustentar que esta progress?o de conte?dos nem sempre acontece, apresenta-se de forma esparsa e irregular. Neste sentido, foi poss?vel perceber ao analisar o documento do CM de Biologia que o ensino continua a ser apresentado de forma fragmentada; obstaculizando o estudante associar o que aprende na escola com seu cotidiano. Ap?s an?lise do CM de Biologia, sustenta-se a ideia de que os sentidos dos conceitos de compet?ncias e habilidades embora se aproximem da vertente cognitivoconstrutivista, de Perrenoud, tamb?m se movimenta em dire??o ao compartamentalismo de Tyler, quando centraliza suas quest?es em avalia??es externas, no curr?culo do accountability e na performatividade.

Micro-Foundations of Organizational Adaptation : A Field Study in the Evolution of Product Development Capabilities in a Design Firm

The aim of this dissertation is to improve knowledge of how organizations adapt to their dynamic environments, by developing a detailed understanding of the configuration and evolution of organizational replicators. Among open questions in the literature on organizational adaptation, I have explored the following: How can the structure of organizational replicators and the nature of their components be realistically described? How do different organizational replicators interact with each other at different levels within and across organizational boundaries? How do replicators evolve? Why do firms need dynamic capabilities? I’ve addressed these questions by means of an embedded, longitudinal field study of Alessi, an Italian firm founded in 1921, active in the development and production of hundreds of design household products. Data analysis has been carried out in two steps. First, a longitudinal analysis of available primary and archival data has provided an in-depth understanding of the composite nature of organizational replicators, their mutual relationships, their evolution, their outcome stability. Second, a more structured investigation relying on Optimal Matching Analysis allowed to reliably develop an understanding of replicators complexity and of the mechanisms behind their evolution. There are four key findings. First, replicators are not simply behavioral entities—routines in the “narrow sense”. Reliable performance of a capability requires additional elements of physical, intellectual and social capital, which are essential components of replicators (or “Replication Base—RB”, as I suggest to label these more articulated organizational traits). Second, interactions among components of Replication Bases at different levels within and outside the organization suggest a more articulated perspective on how organizational knowledge develops. Components of Replication Bases are often located at different positions within the organization. Over time, knowledge of a particular organizational process takes different forms across the organizational hierarchy. What is local search at one level of analysis, gradually becomes sophisticated foresight at different, typically higher, levels. Third, over time Replication Bases evolve by means of a complex interplay between random mutations and intentional interventions, supported by articulated learning processes. Finally, development of higher-level replicators is not the ultimate answer to the challenge of adaptation. Rather, it allows managers to focus their intentional interventions to the higher-level problems posed by the dynamism of competitive environments. Part of this liberated managerial attention and resources are focused on the crucial, non-routine task of understanding how the organization’s idiosyncratic attributes affect its prospects in the specific competitive context. Taken together, these findings outline the microfoundations of a framework for interpreting organizational adaptation.

Slöjdens mening och nytta : För eleven i grundskolans senare år

Syftet med studien var att förstå betydelsen och nyttan av slöjdämnet i grundskolanbetraktat genom elevers berättelser om ämnet.De frågeställningar som jag utgick ifrån var:· Vilken karaktär av kunskaper uttrycker eleverna att slöjdämnet leder till?· Vilken mening och nytta uppfattar eleverna att slöjdämnet har?Litteraturavsnittet tar upp slöjdämnets historia, tillkomst och förändring fram till dagenskursplan och läroplan. Vidare tas kunskapsbegreppet upp utifrån läroplanen, Aristotelesfilosofi samt Vygotskijs sociokulturella teori.Den andra delen av litteraturkapitlet behandlar slöjdämnets kompetenser såsompedagogisk process, kropp och kommunikation samt entreprenöriellt lärande.Elevers dagboksanteckningar samt deltagande observationer utgjorde data. Deslöjdkompetenser som eleverna gav uttryck för och som jag såg i mina observationervar entreprenöriell kompetens, kroppslig och kommunikativ kompetens,processkompetens samt en känsla av lust.Resultatet visade att den betydelse och nytta eleverna tillskriver slöjdämnet är desskaraktär av konkretion samt av engagemang och delaktighet.I diskussionen kopplas litteratur och resultat ihop med egna reflektioner. En av defrågor som studien bidrog till är hur och om de praktiska och estetiska ämnena kan sessom utgångspunkt för mer teoretiska ämnen? Mot bakgrund av studiens resultat kan detfinnas outnyttjade möjligheter att dra nytta av slöjdämnets fördelar inom andra ämnen. / The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning and use of the subject craft inthe Swedish compulsory school seen through about the subject.The study is based on the following question:· What sort of knowledge does craft lead to according to the pupils?· What meaning and use does craft have according to the pupils?The first part of the literature section is about the creation, history and development ofthe craft subject until the curriculum of today. The conception of knowledge is dealtwith through the curriculum, philosophy of Aristoteles and the sociocultural theory ofVygotskij.The second part of the literature section is about the competences of craft. They are thepedagogical process, body and communicative competences and entrepreneuriallearning.Diary notes from pupils and observations in the classroom are the empirical method inthe study. The craft competences the pupils wrote about and I also saw in myobservations were entrepreneurial, bodily and communicative and process competences.A sense of joy is also characteristic of the subject.The result shows that the meaning and use the pupils see in the subject are its characterof concretion, commitment and participation.In the discussion the literature and the result are connected whit reflections. A questionthis study contributed to is if and how the aesthetic subjects can be used as a startingpoint in the theoretical subjects. The result of the study shows that there are severalbenefits in the craft subject that should be used in other subjects to improve the results.

Entreprenörskap i skolan : Entreprenöriellt förhållningssätt hos elever i grundskolan

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka entreprenörskap i grundskoleundervisning då den nya skolreformen som infördes 2011 har detta som fokus. Reformen betonar att entreprenörskap ska främjas hos elever av alla åldrar med fokus på entreprenöriella kompetenser. Studien är kvalitativ och avser söka tecken på tendenser till ett entreprenöriellt förhållningssätt utifrån kvalitativa intervjuer genomförda på två grundskolor. Studien avser även söka tecken på huruvida ett aktivt arbete med entreprenörskap i undervisningen resulterar i en större grad av entreprenöriellt förhållningssätt. De intervjuer som utgör studiens empiriska grund är hämtade från en skola som aktivt arbetar med entreprenöriellt lärande samt en som ej har ett betonat arbete kring ämnet. Studiens resultat visar att eventuell skillnad mellan skolorna ej kan bekräftas då det förefaller individuellt betonat i vilken grad elever utvecklar ett entreprenöriellt förhållningssätt. Eleverna som deltagit i studien uppfattar entreprenöriella kompetenser med stor variation och visar även tecken på stor variation kring ett entreprenöriellt förhållningssätt. Studien har visat att det på båda skolor existerar lärandeaktiviteter som främjar entreprenöriella kompetenser och ett entreprenöriellt förhållningssätt, och att även den skola som inte aktivt arbetar med entreprenörskap främjar elevernas utveckling av entreprenöriella kompetenser. / The purpose of this study is to examine entrepreneurship in primary education as the new school reform introduced in 2011 has this as a focus. The reform emphasizes that promoting entrepreneurship among students of all ages with a focus on entrepreneurial competencies. The study is qualitative and relates to seek signs of tendencies towards an entrepreneurial approach based on qualitative interviews were conducted at two elementary schools. The study will also seek evidence of whether active efforts with entrepreneurship in education results in a greater degree of entrepreneurial approach. The interviews that make up the study's empirical basis is taken from a school that actively works with entrepreneurial learning and one that does not have an emphasized work on the subject. Study results show that the potential difference between the schools cannot be confirmed, then it would appear individually emphasized the extent to which students develop an entrepreneurial approach. Students who participated in the study perceive entrepreneurial competences with great variety and also show signs of considerable variation around an entrepreneurial approach. The study has shown that there in both schools exist learning activities that promote entrepreneurial competences and an entrepreneurial approach, and that even the school who are not actively working with entrepreneurship promotes students' development of entrepreneurial competences.
