This master’s work is part of team research work. The aim of the work is to analyze the expression of the team – work and organization climate in municipality of the X district, using two standart tests: the German "Team Puls" test and organization climates’ crisis test created by scientific group of prof. G. Merkys. The questionnaire was made up of 66 questions refering to various aspects of team work. The questionnaire of organization climates’ test consists 149 questions. The research work was carried out at municipality of the X district. The testing was anonymous. 63 respondents including 12 teams of different departments of organization were surveyed. The data was processed using typical SPSS programme. Special psychometrical rates testify the reliability of all the data. Considerable dispersal of attribute was stated. All this indicates that in some subdivisions team work is very efficient while the others have got room for improvement and unexhausted possibilities.

The aim of the authors of this paper is to analyse the expression of team work and organisational climate in X district police headquarters using two standardised tests – Team Work test (a standardised German test) and the test/instrument of Organisational Climate created by the scientific group of prof. G. Merkys. This Master’s Paper is an independent part of a collegial research project. The theoretical peculiarities of human resource management of different Lithuanian and foreign authors in a modern public sector organisation, the peculiarities of team work and theoretical and practical aspects of organisational climate are analysed and systematized in the Master’s Paper. The scientific research hypothesis of the authors that the teamwork and organisational climate in X District police headquarters are uncongenial, critical and therefore demanding managerial intervention has been proved partly.

Slaugos kaita pasauliniame kontekste formuoja naują sampratą apie slaugą kaip apie veiklą, besiremiančią komandiniu darbu. Skirtingi specialistai komandiniame darbe papildo vieni kitus, suteikia vieni kitiems naujų žinių, reikalingų šiandienos pacientų sveikatos problemoms spręsti. Dažnai komplikuoti gydytojų ir slaugytojų tarpusavio ryšiai ir ribotos galimybės slaugytojams siūlyti naujus, kūrybinius pacientų problemų sprendimo būdus trukdo efektyvios veiklos komandinio darbo vystymui. Bendradarbiavimo metodas leidžia vieningai spręsti pacientų sveikatos problemas skirtingų specialybių darbuotojams. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė ir pusiau struktūruotas interviu metodas, kuriuo naudotasi atliekant kokybinį tyrimą.. Tyrime dalyvavo 13 respondentų (slaugytojų), dirbančių ,, N” daugiaprofilinės ligoninės chirurginiame skyriuje. Tyrimo rezultatai: slaugytojų nuomone, stacionaro slaugytojai dirba komandiniu principu. Komandos branduolys - tai gydytojas, slaugytojas, pacientas, jo artimieji, kiti specialistai. Komandinis darbas, anot šių slaugytojų - tai darbas kartu, noras dirbti ir siekti tikslų, gauti teigiamus rezultatus. Komandinio darbo reikšmė yra ta, kad suderinti, harmoningi veiksmai komandoje leidžia bendromis pastangomis siekti pacientų sveikatos gerovės bei padeda visiems komandos nariams plėsti savo žinias ir įgūdžius kitose srityse. The different specialists in team-work supplement each other; give a new knowledge to each other, which are necessary to solve the nowadays patient’s health problems. Frequently, the complicated relations between doctors and nurses and the limited possibilities of offering the new, creative means of solving the patients’ problems, disturb the development of efficient activity of team-work. The method of collaboration lets the workers of different specialties to solve equally the patient’s health problems.The used research’s methods: the analysis of scientific literature and the method of semi-structured interview, which was used, while the qualitative research was fulfilled. Šio darbo tikslas – nustatyti, kokie aplinkos veiksniai veikia organizacijų veiklą bei kokia jų įtaka organizacijos veiklos gerinimui, panaudojant anketas. Magistro darbe yra išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinės literatūros šaltiniai apie organizacijas, jų vidinę ir išorinę aplinką bei jos svarbą organizacijų veiklai. Apklausti vadovaujamą darbą dirbantys asmenys bei vartotojai. Gauti duomenys apdoroti SPSS programa. Iš dalies patvirtinta hipotezė, jog vadovaujantį darbą dirbantys darbuotojai nepakankamai domisi organizaciją supančia aplinka bei jos įtaka organizacijos veiklai. / The purpose of this work is to identify what environmental factors influence organization’s performance and how they influence the organization’s performance improvement by using the questionnaire forms. Master work analyses and systemizes different Lithuanian and foreign authors’ sources of scholarly literature about the organizations, their internal and external environment and its significance to the organizations’ performance. The author of this work questioned consumers and the managing people. The received data were processed by SPSS program. It partly confirmed the hypothesis that employees performing the managing work don’t show enough interest to the organization‘s performance improvement.

Tyrimo uždaviniai – išsiaiškinti paauglių, turinčių deviantinio elgesio sutrikimų (DES), asmenybės ypatumus; nustatyti priežastis, lemiančias paauglių DES; DES individualaus darbo metodika; pateikti rekomendacijas individualiam darbui su deviantiško elgesio paaugliais. / The thesis is a result of the research of the individual work aimed at the correction of the deviant behaviour among teenagers. The goals of this research are to identify the personal qualities of the teenagers with deviant behaviour disorders (hereinafter – the DBD), to determine the causes of the DBD among teenagers; to outline the methodology and recommendations for the individual work with the teenagers exhibiting the DBD. To tackle the aforementioned goals, the deviant behaviour concept, the factors conditioning the deviant behaviour among teenagers and the family role in the development of the deviant behaviour among teenagers were analyzed on the basis of the respective science literature, laws and other legislation.

Šio darbo tikslas – atskleisti socialinio darbuotojo veiklą, dirbant su vaikais, kurių tėvai yra išvykę į užsienį. Analizuojama tema aktuali, nes pastaruoju metu ypač padaugėjo vaikų, kurių tėvai išvyksta uždarbiauti į svečias šalis, o jie yra paliekami giminių, o neretai ir visai svetimų žmonių globai, taip susidurdami su įvairiomis problemomis, todėl socialinis darbuotojas ir jo veikla yra pirmasis pagalbininkas padedant vaikui. Magistro baigiamajame darbe analizuojami LR socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministro įsakymai, reglamentuojantys socialinio darbuotojo rengimo standartus, veiklą.Taip pat aptariama socialinio darbuotojo kompetencijos svarba darbui su klientu. Temos aktualumui pagrįsti atliktas kiekybinis tyrimas, siekiant išanalizuoti socialinio darbuotojo požiūrį į vaikus, kurių tėvai yra išvykę į užsienį, pagalbos galimybes, problemos aktualumą, bei socialinio darbuotojo veiklą dirbant su vaikais. Apklausoje dalyvavo socialiniai darbuotojai, dirbantys vaikų dienos centruose, seniūnijose, savivaldybėse, vaikų teisių apsaugos tarnybose. Nustatyta, jog didesnė dalis socialinių darbuotojų yra girdėją apie problemas su kuriomis susiduria vaikai, kurių tėvai yra išvykę į užsienį. Taip pat paaiškėjo, kad didelė dalis socialinių darbuotojų mano, jog vaikams kurių tėvai yra išvykę į užsienį reikalinga socialinio darbuotojo pagalba. Being without their parents children face many various problems, that‘s why social worker can be the right person to help the child and solve the problems. In this final diploma paper the Republic of Lithuania social care and work minister‘s orders regulating the training standarts and work of the social worker ar analysed. Moreover, the importance of the expertise of the social worker is discussed. To justify the topicality of this problem and to find out the solution of the problems that faces children whose parents are gone abroad, the quantitative survey was done. Social workers - working in government, daily centers, department of children rights etc. took part in the survey. After the survey, was found that bigger part of the social workers heard about the problems that children whose parents are gone abroad face many problems. Also was proved, that social workers who took part in the survey agreed with the statement that children whose parents are gone abroad need social worker‘s help. Problema: prieštaravimas tarp moters-mokytojos prigimties motiniškumo ir jo raiškos galimybių šiandieniniame pedagoginiame darbe. Objektas: motiniškumo raiška mokytojos šiandieniniame pedagoginiame darbe. Klausimas: kaip motiniškumas pasireiškia mokytojos šiandieniniame pedagoginiame darbe? Tikslas: įvertinti motiniškumo raiškos mokytojos šiandieniniame pedagoginiame darbe teorines galimybes ir atskleisti Kauno miesto X vidurinių mokyklų mokytojų motiniškumo raiškos tendencijas. Uždaviniai: 1) Atskleisti motiniškumo prigimtį ir raiškos pobūdį. 2) Apibūdinti mokytojos atliekamus pedagoginius vaidmenis. 3) Nustatyti motiniškumo raiškos mokytojos šiandieniniame pedagoginiame darbe ribas ir galimybes. 4) Apibūdinti Kauno miesto X vidurinių mokyklų mokytojų motiniškumo raišką per konkrečius bruožus. The aim of the research: to evaluate theorethical possibilities of motherliness’ expression in teacher’s modern-day pedagogical work and to reveal the tendencies of teacher’s motherliness expression in X comprehensive schools of Kaunas. The following MA written work is about the cooperation between the parents and the specialists (the working staff of the educational institution), educating the students of the age from 12 till 21 years old with complex disability. The students with the complex disability are known as the students with many intellectual, hearing, visual, body and position, speech and communication disorders. During the educational process of the students with complex disability, of the age from 12 to 21 years old, many difficulties are coming up. They are: the difficulty to estimate the level of their perception, the difficulty to adapt the programs, the difficulty to fix the impact of the program on the child’s development. The fist step educating these students is to realize their physical and intellectual abilities, their state of health and the needs of their family. The working staff of the educational institution and the parents of the students with complex disability creating and putting into practice in their everyday life an education plan, come to realize that working together in a team is an effective way to achieve the goals set in the education plan. Youth delinquency is a relevant theme for discussions not only in Lithuania but also in a whole world for a long time already. On a sociological view, the forms of the behaviour which is declinatory from the norms (deviation), appear more often in a society which is in the economical – social transformation period. Children and youth is the part of the society, the most sensitive to changes. Their „I“ conception isn’t formed yet, and the social immaturity is clearly visible. The atmosphere in a family, and the upbringing methods has a high influence on the developing personality attitude and value system/ orientation. On the social pedagogical aspect, the family socium is the underlying area in the Lithuanian social policy. The social policy is oriented towards the sane consolidation of the family socium relationships and the development of the family potential. In this context, the particular role in the social policy of the country is given to the social pedagogue’s work with the family. Recently, both - the interinstitutional cooperation and the cooperation of the social pedagogue with the falimy is emphasized very often, while dealing with its and the child’s social problems. Magistro darbe nagrinėjama komandinio darbo raiška ir efektyvinimo prielaidos švietimo organizacijoje. Darbe išanalizuoti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių komandinio darbo teoriniai aspektai, atsižvelgiant į švietimo organizacijos ypatumus. Remiantis teorine analize atliktas empirinis komandinio darbo švietimo organizacijose tyrimas, nustatant komandiniam darbui būdingus bruožus, bei komandinio darbo efektyvinimo prielaidas švietimo organizacijose. Išanalizavus gautus rezultatus, galima daryti išvadą, kad švietimo organizacijos turi potencialą komandinio darbo plėtrai ir jo efektyvinimui. Tačiau komandinis darbas švietimo organizacijose yra specifinė sritis, kuriai vadybos darbuose aprašomi komandinio darbo teoriniai aspektai gali būti taikomi tik atsižvelgus į savitus švietimo organizacijos bruožus. Apibendrinus gautus tyrimo rezultatus galima patvirtinti išsikeltą hipotezę, kad komandinis darbas ir jo efektyvumas didina švietimo organizacijos funkcionalumą ir darbo kokybę. / The supposed effectiveness of the team work and its expression is dealt in this work. Considering the special things in the educational organizations, theoretical aspects of the team work by Lithuanian and foreign authors have been analysed. On the basis of the theoretical analysis, an empiric experiment of the team work has been made and specific features stated. The analysis of the results give the opportunity to make a conclusion that educational organizations have a potential to make the team work more effective. Nevertheless, the team work in the educational organizations is a specific area and it should be applied only having in consideration specific features of educational organization. Summing up the results of the experiment, it can be proved, that the team work and its effectiveness make the quality of the educational organizations better.
