Įvairių organizacijų bei švietimo institucijų pagrindinis tikslas - įgyti konkurencinį pranašumą, kuris yra organizacijos sėkmingo darbo garantas. Svarbus konkurencinio pranašumo šaltinis yra darbuotojai. Atsiranda pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo svarba. Šiandieninėje visuomenėje vykstant įvairiems pokyčiams, švietimo įstaigų vadovai susiduria su pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo problema. Daugeliui besimokančių organizacijų vadovų nėra lengva pasirinkti būdus, kaip padidinti darbuotojų motyvaciją, siekiant organizacijos veiklos efektyvumo. Tyrimo tikslai: išsiaiškinti pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo reikšmingumą ir būdus (ypatumus), tiriant švietimo organizacijos vadovų ir pedagogų požiūrį. Darbe atlikta literatūros šaltinių analizė, anketavimas, duomenų statistinė analizė atlikta panaudojant statistinės analizės sistemą SPSS. Tyrime dalyvavo 181 respondentas. Tyrimas patvirtino pirmą prielaidą, kad skirtingo tipo ugdymo institucijų pedagogų požiūriai į jų veiklos motyvaciją ir jos reikšmingumą beveik sutampa su pedagogų ir vadovų požiūriais. Tyrimas patvirtino antrą prielaidą, kad skirtingo tipo ugdymo institucijų pedagogų požiūriai dėl besimokančios organizacijos bruožų skiriasi labiau nei pedagogų ir vadovų požiūriai. Vadovai turėtų motyvavimo funkciją laikyti ne mažiau reikšminga negu kitos vadybos funkcijos. Jiems svarbu turėti darbuotojų veiklos motyvavimo sistemą. / The main aim of different organizations and educational institutions is to acquire competitive advantage which is success of organizations lucky work. The main source of competitive advantage is the employees. The importance of staff motivation is very actual. In today’s society when different changes take place the employees of educational institutions meet with the motivation problem of pedagogical staff. Most of the studying organization leaders find it difficult to choose the ways in raising the motivation of the employees and seeking the effectiveness of organization activities. The aims of research: to ascertain the motivation importance of pedagogical staff and peculiarities in researching the attitude of educational organization leaders and pedagogues in different educational institutions. In this paper the analysis of literature sources, questionnaire, data statistic analysis were carried out using the system of statistic analysis (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). In this research 181 respondents took part. The research proved the conclusion , that different types of educational institutions have almost the same attitudes towards motivations of their activities. Pasaulio globalizacijos procesas, Lietuvos švietimo integracija į Europos Sąjungos švietimo erdvę reikalauja ir mokyklų vadovų įvairiapusių kompetencijų, kad galėtų patenkinti bendruomenės poreikius, kurie identifikuoja ne tik mokinį, mokytoją, tėvus(globėjus), bet ir nuolat besikeičiančią fizinę ir ekonominę aplinką. Šiuolaikinei bendrojo lavinimo mokyklai yra reikalingi aukščiausios kvalifikacijos vadybos specialistai: kompetentingi, turintys reikiamų žinių ir praktinių įgūdžių, nuolat tobulinantys savo kvalifikaciją bei vadybinius gebėjimus, darantys įtaką kaitos procesams savo mokyklose. Vykstant kaitos procesams, keičiasi ir pagrindinių mokyklų vadovai, kurie turi prisitaikyti prie kintančių švietimo reformų sąlygų, bandyti keisti patiems save bei savo institucijas. Todėl įdomu, ar pagrindinių mokyklų vadovai yra pasirengę pradėti keistis nuo savęs, keisti darbo metodus, vadovautis kitomis tiesomis, gilinti vadybos žinias ir taikyti jas nelengvame darbe. Atsižvelgiant į tai, buvo iškelta tyrimo problema. In the first part of the research academic analysis of scientific literature is given. Also the first part is composed of leadership styles, preschool educational institutions directors and educators cooperation with parents, fundamental problems and recommendations for education process and relationship in family, as well, to make more effective, highlighting. The second part of the research is empirical. Quantitative data analysis enable to detect the problems in relationship and cooperation between preschool educational institutions directors, educators and parents. Nepilnamečių nusikalstamumas – viena iš aktualiausių šių dienų Lietuvoje problemų, kelianti grėsmę tiek socialinei, tiek kultūrinei, tiek ekonominei demografinei šalies ateičiai. Šio magistro tikslas – atskleisti nusikaltimus padariusių vaikų resocializacijos galimybes ugdymo institucijoje. Teorinėje dalyje kalbama apie resocializaciją kaip trečiajį prevencijos lygmenį, aptariama resocializacijos samprata teisiniu, pedagoginiu bei psichologiniu aspektais. Didziausias dėmesys skiriamas nusikaltimus padariusiems vaikams. Remiantis moksline literatūra į nusikaltimus linkę vaikai, apibūdinami teisiniu, psichologiniu ir pedagoginiais aspektais. Pagrindinis dėmesys skiriamas šeimai, mokyklai, neformalioms grupėms, visuomenės informavimo priemonėms. Kokybinėje tyrimo dalyje, remiantis moksline literatūra, nagrinėjama nusikaltimus padariusių vaikų konkrečios institucijos (Kauno NTI – PN) resocializacijos galimybės. It causes danger to the social, cultural, economical and demographical future of the country. The aim of this master’s thesis is to reveal the educational institution’s possibilities of resocialization of children who commit a crime. In the theoretical part of the thesis we find information about the term “resocialization” from the juridical, pedagogical and psychological aspects. Resocialization was also investigated like third level of prevention. The biggest attention was paid to the children who commit a crime. With the help of scientific literature, we have considered the fact of children’s criminality from the juridical, pedagogical and psychological areas. The big attention also was paid to the family, school, informal groups and means of informing of a society. Darbo tikslas: įvertinti Lietuvos sporto mokymo įstaigų (SMĮ) krepšinio trenerių veiklos efektyvumą. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti viešųjų institucijų veiklos efektyvumo vertinimo kriterijus ir metodikas. 2. Pateikti sporto sektoriaus apibrėžtį ir trenerio veiklos ypatumus. 3. Šiuo darbu buvo siekiama išryškinti žmogiškųjų išteklių ugdymo situaciją švietimo organizacijoje. Žmogiškieji ištekliai – tai organizacijos darbuotojai, pasižymintys tam tikrais fiziniais, dvasiniais bruožais, išsilavinimu, patirtimi, ir taikydami savo žinias, gebėjimus ir kompetencijas kuria materialias ir dvasines gėrybes. Taip pat tai - organizacijos turtas, kuris skatina sėkmingą organizacijos veiklą, tikslų įgyvendinimą. Žmogiškieji ištekliai apima ne tik pavienius darbuotojus, bet ir organizacijos komandą ir pačią organizaciją. Atskleista, kad žmogiškųjų išteklių ugdymas apima organizacijos darbuotojų nuolatinio mokymo(si) ir ugdymo(si) sistemų organizavimą ir valdymą. Į žmogiškųjų išteklių ugdymą įeina: individualus mokymas, komandų ugdymas, organizacijos ugdymas. The human resources mean the organization’s employees, who are characterized by certain physical, spiritual characteristics, education, experience, and who create the material and spiritual values through application of their skills, knowledge and competences. They are the organization’s assets, which induce the successful activity of the organization and implementation of the objectives. The human resources cover not only the individual employees, but also the organization’s team and the organization. It was revealed that training of the human resources covers the organization and management of the systems of continuous teaching (learning) and (self)training of the organization’s employees. The training of human resources includes the following: individual teaching, team training, and training of the organization. The training of human resources directed towards the common goals and needs of the organization would be more successful and effective. O lugar onde a casa mora : memórias sobre a Casa do Estudante Universitário Aparício Cora de Almeida- CEUACA (1963-1981)

Este é um estudo historiográfico sobre a Casa do Estudante Universitário Aparício Cora de Almeida (CEAUCA), fundada no ano de 1934 em Porto Alegre - RS. Busca- se entender a Casa como uma instituição educativa, tendo como documentos privilegiados narrativas de memória de oito antigos moradores. Trata-se, portanto, de uma noção ampliada do processo educativo nas moradias estudantis, para além da escolarização, interessada em buscar, por meio da construção de uma história desta instituição, práticas e experiências dos sujeitos habitantes, bem como analisar os modos como a Casa é significada por cada um dos entrevistados. A pesquisa posiciona-se no campo da História da Educação, utilizando os postulados da História Cultural, especialmente o conceito de representação, por meio dos quais busca analisar de forma dialógica as oito entrevistas produzidas e demais documentos mobilizados para a construção da presente narrativa historiográfica, como periódicos, imagens, estatutos e plantas do prédio sede. Para o tratamento metodológico dos documentos orais e escritos foram utilizadas a História Oral e a análise documental histórica, respectivamente. Os marcos históricos eleitos para contextualizar a instituição CEUACA foram a Ditadura Civil Militar (1964-1985) e o Maio de 68. Na intenção de valorizar as experiências daqueles que narram, a temporalidade final foi definida cronologicamente, entre a entrada do morador entrevistado mais antigo e a saída do mais recente (1963-1981). O estudo discutiu, entre outras coisas, as origens e consolidação da Casa como instituição, a formação de sua complexa estrutura organizacional e os efeitos do modelo de autonomia e autogestão. A CEUACA pôde ser percebida como um espaço de ambivalências, de transição, ocupado por estudantes oriundos de camadas empobrecidas que em pouco tempo passariam por um processo de ascensão social. Foram dados a ver trajetórias formativas irregulares e estratégias de permanência e condições de possibilidade da presença destes estudantes no Ensino Superior, bem como aspectos relacionados à inserção destes no novo círculo de sociabilidades. Foram recorrentes tanto nas narrativas quanto no discurso dos periódicos analisados, a atribuição de um sentido formativo à experiência de moradia estudantil. O estudo contemplou ainda as implicações do contexto político e suas reverberações no interior da Casa, por meio de cisões ideológicas que concorreram fortemente na forma como os sujeitos rememoraram suas vivências na instituição. Ainda que todas as valorações sobre esta experiência de moradia elaboradas pelos antigos moradores tenham sido positivas, foi possível perceber que a Casa é inscrita e elaborada de diferentes maneiras nas narrativas de si dos sujeitos entrevistados. / This is a study on the history of the College Student Residence Aparício Cora de Almeida - Casa do Estudante Universitário Aparício Cora de Almeida (CEAUCA), established in 1934 in Porto Alegre - RS. Its aim is to acknowledge CEAUCA as an educational institution, having memory narratives of eight former tenants as its privileged documents. This is, therefore, a broadened view of the educational process in the college residence halls beyond schooling, which is interested in investigating practices and experiences of tenants subjects through the construction of the history of this institution, as well as in analyzing the ways the House is signified by each one of the interviewees. The study is constructed in the History of Education field, using the postulates of Cultural History, in particular the representation concept, by which it aims to analyze in a dialogic form the eight produced interviews and other documents fulfilled for the construction of this historiographical narrative, such as periodicals, images, statutes and architectural plans of the head office. For the methodological treatment of the oral and written documents, Oral History and historic documental analysis were used respectively. The elected historical landmarks were the Civil-Military Dictatorship (1964-1985) and the May 68. In an attempt to value the experiences of the narrators, the final temporality was defined chronologically, from the admission of the oldest interviewed tenant to the withdrawal of the most recent (1963-1981) The study discussed, among other things, the origins and consolidation of the House as an institution, the formation of its complex organizational structure and the effects of the autonomy and self-management model. CEUACA could be perceived as a space of ambivalences and transition, inhabited by students derived from impoverished layers that in a short period of time would pass through a social ascension process. The following were data considered: irregular formative trajectories, retention strategies and conditions of possibility of these students’ presence in higher education, as well as aspects related to their inclusion in the new social circle. The attribution of a formative sense to the experience of living in a College Student Residence was recurrent not only in the narratives but also in the discourse of the analyzed periodicals. The study encompassed the implications of the political context and its repercussions within the student house as well, through ideological fissures that strongly concurred with the way the subjects recollected their experiences in the institution. Though all the valuations regarding this housing experience elaborated by the former tenants were positive, it was possible to notice that CEUACA is embodied and elaborated in various ways in the self-narratives of the subjects interviewed.

Inicialmente, sua atuação se deu através do ensino secundário e, gradativamente, formou, em nível médio, bacharéis e licenciandos em ciências e letras, contadores, professores, além de atingir outra parcela da população através de seus cursos não seriados em várias áreas do conhecimento. Para conhecer a escola, nesse contexto, foram utilizadas fontes documentais e iconográficas bem como entrevistas realizadas com alguns sugeitos que vivenciaram o período em análise. Discutiu-se sua relação com a cidade desde sua construção, passando por uma análise da escola, em sua estrutura física, e dos sujeitos que ocuparam seu espaço e construíram uma cultura escolar na relação desta com a cidade de Feira de Santana e vice-versa. / ABSTRACT This paper studies Santanópolis School from 1934 to 1959 and its relationship with Feira de Santana city as another important social and educational tool along the process of modernization of this city, providing sociability and building up as an educational reference in Feira de Santana and the surrounding regions during a period in which secondary education was a privilege for the elites. At the very beginning, its focus was in secondary education and, gradually formed, in a mid-level, bacharéis, graduates able to teach science and letters, accountants, teachers and other segments of the population through their no series courses in many areas of knowledge. For a better understanding of the school in that context it was used in the research documentary and iconographic sources as well as interviews with people who studied in Santanópolis in the period of this analysis. We discussed its relationship with the city since the inauguration of the school, through an analysis in its physical structure and with those ones who occupied the spaces and built a school culture in the relationship with the city of Feira de Santana and vice versa .

ABSTRACT The objective of this Diploma Thesis is to map the attitudes of the school system?s employees working in behavioral establishments providing institutional and protective care to the practice of implementing supervision as support for their professional activities. The research endeavors to map the issues and risks arising from implementing supervision in such institutions. The theoretical part of the Diploma Thesis aims to explain the basic concepts related to implementation of supervision at educational institutions, namely, such terms as educational institution, professional educators in educational institutions, supervision, supervisor, supervised, etc. A combination qualitative and quantitative survey was used for the realization of this research project. The preliminary phase of the research started with questioning and technical processing of questionnaires. The questioning phase was followed by semi-structured interviews. The survey sample consisted of directors of the individual relevant institutions in the Vysočina Region, specifically, twelve specially qualified educators working in educational institutions of the Vysočina Region. The purpose of the survey was to find out what benefits these employees see in the implementation of supervision into their organization?s operation. Another issue of interest was to see how the management of these organizations acquainted their employees with the supervision?s implementation. Finally, we tried to find out what motivated the employees mainly to take part in supervisors? meetings. Subsequent analysis of the results of the research indicated clearly that the employees consider assistance with problem-solving in the area of relationships as being the greatest benefit of supervision. Furthermore, the research showed that the organizations? managements presented supervision as support and benefit for their respective organization. Finally, it was proved that obligation was the main reason for the workers? attendance at supervisors? meetings.

Este estudo teve como objetivo a mensuração do grau de eficácia da utilização do Balanced Scorecard – BSC como instrumento de apoio à tomada de decisões estratégicas no Centro Universitário do Leste de Minas Gerais – Unileste-MG. Inicialmente, foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico sobre o assunto, com o intuito de dar suporte à implementação do instrumento na referida instituição de ensino superior. Através desse levantamento, foi possível mostrar os antecedentes do surgimento do BSC, os conceitos inerentes à utilização do mesmo, as definições encontradas na literatura e o seu funcionamento. Além disso, foram destacados os diversos usos do BSC, bem como os aspectos positivos e negativos do instrumento, e as dificuldades de implementação da ferramenta reportados pela literatura consultada. Num segundo momento, com a implantação do BSC na Instituição, foi possível a comparação entre as dificuldades reportadas pela literatura e aquelas encontradas na sua aplicação no Unileste-MG. Após a sua implantação, foram aplicadas entrevistas contendo questões visando verificar a utilização ou não do BSC pelos gestores do Unileste-MG. Os dados indicaram que, no momento apurado pela pesquisa e nessa instituição especificamente, o BSC não foi eficaz no apoio à tomada de decisões, tendo em vista a sua não utilização pelos envolvidos no processo, conforme deveria ter ocorrido. O resultado alcançado não invalida a utilidade do instrumento, pois são apresentados aos futuros pesquisadores e interessados no uso do BSC os percalços que devem ser removidos para que a ferramenta seja útil como apoio à tomada de decisões gerenciais. Deve-se ainda destacar como um sub-produto da pesquisa o estabelecimento de um modelo de implementação do BSC em Instituição Privada de Ensino Superior que, por ser bastante genérico, pode ser adaptado com facilidade a outros tipos de entidades. / The objective of this study is to measure the degree of effectiveness of the utilization of the Balanced Scorecard – BSC as a supportive tool to the strategic decisions that are made in the Centro Universitário do Leste de Minas Gerais – Unileste-MG. As a beginning, a bibliographic research was made about the subject, with the purpose of giving support to the implementation of the tool in this educational institution. By the research made, it was possible to identify the previous history of the BSC, the concepts related to the use of it, definitions found in the literature and its operation. Besides that, the varied uses of the BSC were pointed out, as well as the positive and negative aspects of this tool and the difficulties towards its implementation reported by the literature consulted. In a second stage, with the implementation, it was possible to compare the difficulties reported by the literature and those found in its application in Unileste-MG. After the implementation, interviews were made containing questions to verify the utilization or not of the BSC by the administrators of the institution. The data indicated that in the period considered by the study and in this institution specifically, the BSC didn’t obtain a degree of effectiveness as a supportive tool, due to the not utilization of it by the individuals involved in the process, as it was expected. The result obtained does not invalid the utilization of the tool, because the difficulties that must be solved so that the tool might be useful to support making decisions in management were presented to the future researches and those interested in the use of the BSC. As a sub-product of this study, it was pointed out a establishment of an implementation model of BSC in a graduate educational institution, and because this model is rather generic, may be easily adapted to other kinds of entities.
