Nesta investigação tenho por fim estudar a translatio da lexicografia conceitual que parte do verbo grego ser (einai) chegando ao verbo latino ser (esse) à luz do de Hebdomadibus de Boécio. Neste percurso me deparo com a embriologia da doutrina dos transcendentais, na qual ser, bem e um são convertíveis ou coextensivos, como também me deparo com uma metafísica do bem, herdada pela Escolástica, pela qual tento especular Boécio em seu exercício filosófico, que consiste em tentar esclarecer o modo pelo qual as substâncias são boas nisto que são, contudo não são bens substanciais. / The aim of this study is the translatio of the conceptual lexicography following the Greek verb be (einai) through the Latin verb be (esse) in light of Boethius de Hebdomadibus. Throughout this journey I find myself facing the embriology of the doctrine of transcendentals, in which being, goodness and one are convertible or co-extensive, and I also face a metaphysics of goodness, inherited by the Scholastics, through which I then try to speculate Boethius in his philosophical endeavour, consisting in trying to clarify how substances are good in that they are, though they are not substantial goods.

Este trabalho traduz e comenta o texto aristotélico Peri\\ (Ermenei/aj assim como, trata das relações desse texto com as obras Peri\\ Yuxh=j e Kategori/ai, também de Aristóteles. As unidades simples são investigadas por Aristóteles no livro do Organon, Kategori/ai, e as unidades declarativas no livro do Organon, Peri\\ (Ermenei/aj. A alma é investigada com mais detalhe no livro Peri\\ Yuxh=j. Buscar como se constituem as relações entre esses livros significa delimitar e especificar os campos de intersecção e de ordem. Este trabalho visa fundamentar a noção semântica, lógica, orgânica e funcional da língua a partir da apreciação do conceito de incerteza aristotélico e da noção de transposição da primeira essência para a segunda essência. A maneira escolhida envolveu de modo paralelo uma leitura linear dos textos gregos e ao mesmo tempo uma investigação da relação entre a alma e a unidade: voz, pensamento e coisa na sua forma simples e declarativa. Deixando o texto falar, - ao contrário da análise formal-, esse pensamento envolve uma visão ética e social que tem em primeiro plano a visão do bem comum e da preeminência do social em relação ao individual. A valorização da língua de forma integrada como voz, pensamento e coisa permite que a significação como parte preponderante seja constituída como formação humana e dessa maneira impede que a língua seja vista como um conjunto de regras que tem por fim alcançar fins utilitários e mercadológicos. A visão aristotélica da língua é estabelecida não por relações gramaticais, mas, por meio de uma visão que integra a alma ao pensamento, a voz e as coisas. A questão do conhecimento inesgotável dentro de um processo da língua que começa e termina estabelece como principal objetivo mostrar que o ser humano é dotado de apetite de saber e tem como finalidade a atualização de suas contradições que como uma teia se manifestam no local do humano: a totalidade da alma. Essa por sua vez é inexoravelmente ligada ao corpo, mas esse não está nem dentro nem fora dela, mas se traduz no espaço completo do deslocamento, da mudança qualitativa, do crescimento e do perecimento. / The purpose of this thesis was to translate and to comment on the text from Aristotles Peri\\ (Ermenei/aj, and to demonstrate the relation of this text with the following Aristotle\'s books: Peri\\ Yuxh=j and Kategori/ai. The simple units are investigated in Aristotle\'s book of the Organon: Kategori/ai . The declarative units are investigated in Aristotle\'s book of the Organon:. Peri\\ (Ermenei/aj The soul is investigated in more detail in the book: Peri\\ Yuxh=j. Searches on how the relationship amongst these books are constituted show the delimitation and specification of its intersection and order fields. The Semantic, logic, organic and function of the language are the fundament in this work for the appreciation of the Aristotelical concept of uncertainty, and also from the notion of transposition from the first essence to the second essence. The proposed way involved the linear reading of Greek texts and the investigation of the relationship between the soul and the unity: voice, thought and the thing in their simple and declarative form. The text speaking for itself replaces the formal analysis - this thought involves an ethical and social vision that takes into account in the first place the idea of the wellness of the human being and the prominence of the social in relation to the individual. To value the language in an integrated way as voice, thought and thing allows the predominant meaning to be constituted of human formation, this way preventing the language to be seen as a series of rules whose unique purpose is to achieve utilitarian and mercadological ends. The Aristotelican vision of language to establish a vision that integrates the soul to the thought, to the voice and to the things. The question of the copious knowledge inside a process of language that begins and ends establishing as its finality the updating of its contradictions and that as a web manifests itself in the essence of the human : the soul\'s totality. That is inexorably linked to the body, but not inside or outside it, it exposes itself in the complete space of transposition, the qualitative change, growth and fading.

Na presente tese de doutorado, apresentamos nossas investigações acerca do Mestrado Nacional Profissional em Ensino de Física (MNPEF) enquanto dispositivo de política pública de formação continuada de professores. O desenvolvimento de nossa pesquisa foi fundamentado na articulação dos quadros conceituais da Sociologia da Ação Pública e da Filosofia da Linguagem do Círculo de Bakhtin. Nessa perspectiva, nosso esquema geral de investigação consistiu na análise bakhtiniana de uma complexa cadeia de enunciados oriundos dos modos de regulação que delimitamos no interior do MNPEF, notadamente, a regulação de controle e a regulação autônoma. Assim, concentrados nos primeiros 21 Polos Regionais (PR) do MNPEF criados em 2013, nosso objetivo foi estudar os modos de regulação desse programa, descrevendo e analisando a existência dos modos de regulação de controle - estruturas concebidas para coordenar e orientar as ações dos atores sociais - e dos modos de regulação autônoma, relativos à forma como esses atores convivem e (re)ajustam essas orientações. O corpus de nossa pesquisa foi construído, por um lado, pautado na regulação de controle e uma cadeia de documentos referentes tanto ao contexto específico do MNPEF, quanto o contexto amplo da pós-graduação nacional, e, por outro lado, no âmbito da regulação autônoma, por trabalhos de conclusão oriundos das primeiras turmas e por entrevistas realizadas com professores que atuam em distintos PR. Nossas investigações apontam o MNPEF como um dispositivo de política pública multirregulado, balizado sobretudo pelas regulamentações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) para os cursos de Mestrado Profissional em Ensino (MPE) e pelos órgãos administrativos nomeados pela Sociedade Brasileira de Física (SBF), entidade coordenadora do programa. Ao olharmos para o MNPEF como uma ação pública, identificamos a coexistência de modos de regulação de controle e de regulação autônoma. Contudo, não identificamos nenhum elemento que potencialmente ilustre ações conjuntas no âmbito nacional do MNPEF, mas apenas alguns indicativos de ações conjuntas que influenciam exclusivamente o contexto local dos PR, caracterizando, assim, processos de microrregulação local. / In this work, we show investigations about the Mestrado Nacional Profissional em Ensino de Física (MNPEF) as a public policy for formation of Physics teachers. For the development of our research, the theoretical-methodological framework was constructed based on the sociology of public action and the Bakhtin’s Circle philosophy of language. Therefore, we created a general research scheme that consisted of the analysis of a complex chain of statements derived from the modes of regulation of MNPEF, notably, the control regulation and autonomous regulation. Thus, concentrated in the first 21 Regional Poles (PR) of the MNPEF, created in 2013, our objective was to study MNPEF's modes of regulation, describing and analyzing the control regulation - structures designed to coordinate and guide the actions of social actors - and the autonomous regulation, concerning the way in which these actors reinvent the orientations about the program. The corpus of our research was built, on the one hand, based on the control regulation and a chain of documents referring to the specific context of the MNPEF and to the broad context of the national post-graduation, on the other hand, based on the scope of autonomous regulation, by works of conclusion coming from the first classes and by interviews with teachers who work in different PR. Our research indicates that the MNPEF is a multiregulated public policy device, mainly based on the regulations of the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) for the Professional Master's in Education (MPE) courses and by the administrative bodies appointed by the Sociedade Brasileira de Física (SBF), which coordinates the program. When we look at the MNPEF as a public action, we identify the coexistence of modes of regulation of control and autonomous. However, we do not identify any element that potentially illustrates joint actions at the national level of the MNPEF, but only some indicative of joint actions that exclusively influence the local context of PR, thus characterizing processes of local micro-regulation.

The notion of recursion is a polemic matter and it has been the subject of a great debate in recent literature (HAUSER, CHOMSKY AND FITCH, 2002; PINKER AND JACKENDOFF, 2005, among others) and there is not a consensus about its definition. It is speculated that the recursive syntactic component is not only to language faculty and, mainly, its universality is questioned. Thus, this research tries to elucidate the problematic issues presented above, starting with an overview of the various deployment that the concept of recursion presents with respect to its treatment in Cognitive Linguistic, making a historical route from Mathematics to language relation, followed by an investigation of the recursive nature of syntax and culminating with the relative recent claims about the centrality of recursion in Biolinguistic context. / Este trabalho disserta sobre o fen?meno recursivo das l?nguas naturais com base em uma pesquisa bibliogr?fica feita a partir dos estudos da Teoria da Gram?tica Gerativa de Noam Chomsky (1957). A no??o de recursividade ? uma quest?o pol?mica e tem sido motivo de grande debate na literatura recente (HAUSER, CHOMSKY e FITCH, 2002; PINKER e JACKENDOFF, 2005, entre outros) e n?o h? um consenso sobre a sua defini??o. It seeks to recognize the dialectic-materialist character of the Bakhtin Circle conceptual proposals to define language. It is understood that in language, there is a mutual influence relation among otherness, dialogism and ideology, in the concrete enunciation and ultimately in the speech genre. Este trabalho apresenta uma análise wittgensteiniana de alguns problemas ligados ao ensino de filosofia. Tomando como ponto de partida a difícil relação entre a formação inicial do professor e a cultura escolar, esta dissertação trata as transformações a que a filosofia é submetida na passagem da academia à escola como mudanças nos usos da linguagem filosófica. Esta mudanças são esclarecidas à luz dos conceitos de jogos de linguagem e formas de vida, desenvolvidos na filosofia tardia de Ludwig Wittgenstein, como alternativa a teorias linguísticas referenciais e metafísicas. Examinando os limites das explicações que fundamentam os jogos de linguagem em geral, torna-se compreensível o aspecto do aprendizado dos jogos linguísticos da filosofia que, irredutível à compreensão de razões, reside na vontade do aprendiz que, como tal, só pode ser persuadida. Este é o viés pelo qual será enfrentada a questão didática da motivação dos alunos. Ademais, o problema da persuasão e a atenção aos usos da linguagem filosófica animam, se não um método, uma estratégia de uso da história da filosofia no ensino médio, na qual a história da filosofia se torna uma ocasião para o aluno afrontar os limites do sentido de sua forma de vida. / This work presents a Wittgensteinian analysis of some problems linked to the teaching of philosophy. Taking as starting point the difficult relationship between initial training teachers and school culture, this dissertation deals with the transformations that philosophy is subjected in passing the academy to school as shifts in the uses of philosophical language. The shifts are explained in the light of the concepts of language games and forms of life developed in the later philosophy of Ludwig Wittgenstein as an alternative to referential language and metaphysical theories. Examining the limits of the reasons that base the language games in general, it becomes understandable the aspect of the linguistic games of philosophy learning that, irreducible to the understanding of learning reasons, lay on the willingness of the learner, as such, can only be persuaded. This is the bias by which will be faced the didactic issue of student motivation. Moreover, the problem of persuasion and attention to the uses of philosophical language animate, if not a method, a strategy of using the history of philosophy in high school, in which the history of philosophy becomes an opportunity for the student to confront the limits of sense of their way of life.

Although it is a legal norm produced by the interpretation of the constitutional text, Jurisprudence has given little importance to this administrative figure, which makes its meaning, at least in the way that it has been mainly construed, mostly ambiguous, fluid, vague and with difficult pragmatic application. It is precisely because of the neglect often given to administrative efficiency in the doctrinal field, as well as its difficulty of application, due to the absence of an adequate conceptualization, that this work intends to construct a meaning to the administrative efficiency that is constitutionally adequate and that it has a formal coherence that is able to bring a minimum of objectivity to the interpretation / application of the principle. In order to investigate what its legal content would be, it will adopt the perspective of the philosophy of language and the gyro-linguistic movement, more precisely the Logical-Semantic Constructivism, investigating the administrative efficiency by the syntactic, semantic and pragmatic plans. At the end of the research, it is established that the general and abstract norm of administrative efficiency is a methodological and procedural one, which obliges those who execute the administrative function to, when exercising this activity, involving direct administrative costs, choose the best means (those that are least onerous to the Public Administration, both in relation to other existing means and in relation to the intended purpose) that are capable of achieving the intended legal purpose for the benefit of the administered. This normative construction allows, with the division of three maxims of administrative efficiency (effectiveness, economicity and cost-effectiveness), the interpreters / applicators to give effectiveness to this legal norm with a minimum of security and objectivity / Esta tese versa sobre o conteúdo jurídico do princípio da eficiência administrativa perante o ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Embora se trate de uma norma jurídica produzida pela interpretação do texto constitucional, a Ciência do Direito tem conferido pouca relevância a essa figura administrativa, o que torna a sua significação, pelo menos da forma como vem sendo construída majoritariamente, ambígua, fluida, vaga e de difícil aplicação pragmática. É precisamente pelo menosprezo muitas vezes conferido à eficiência administrativa no campo doutrinário, bem como sua dificuldade de aplicação, decorrente da ausência de uma conceituação adequada, que se pretende nesse trabalho construir uma significação à eficiência administrativa que seja constitucionalmente adequada e que possua uma coerência formal hábil a trazer um mínimo de objetividade para a interpretação/aplicação do princípio. Para pesquisar qual é o seu conteúdo jurídico, adota-se a perspectiva da filosofia da linguagem e do movimento giro-linguístico, mais precisamente do Construtivismo Lógico-Semântico, investigando-se a eficiência administrativa pelos planos sintático, semântico e pragmático. Ao final da pesquisa, apura-se que a norma geral e abstrata da eficiência administrativa é aquela de caráter metodológico e procedimental, que obriga àqueles que executam a função administrativa a, no exercício dessa atividade, quando envolver a apuração de custos administrativos diretos, escolher os melhores meios (os menos onerosos à Administração Pública, tanto em relação aos demais meios existentes, como em relação à própria finalidade almejada) que sejam capazes de atingir a finalidade legal pretendida em benefício dos administrados. Essa construção normativa permite, então, com as divisão de três máximas da eficiência administrativa (eficácia, economicidade e custo benefício), que os intérpretes/aplicadores deem efetividade a essa norma jurídica com um mínimo de segurança e objetividade

Highlighting some historical issues concerning the philosophy of language and logic, the theoretical background contemplates the problems and methods tackled by websemantics. This reasoning involves the concepts of object, reference, research, data base e data classification, which are found in the work of building up a web-semantically oriented navigation. It is argued that a system of the history of the navigation can be built up in order to make the navigation by the user easier, supplying new computational ontologies. It is also demonstrated, by means of an experiment based in a search in the web, the troublesome areas involved in accessing contents. In the experiment, the results of each search are analyzed according to principles posed by Montague. Based on the theoretical background and the analysis of the results of the experiment, a draft of the architecture of a system of the history of navigation is proposed. It involves a semantic ontology server, which processes, by means of intelligent agents, the semantic history in OWL, republishes them, displays the semantic contents in P2P networks or in dedicated servers and validates these contents if necessary. This study shows the relevance of the historical research on logic so that a more comprehensive view of the problems related to the web is achieved and argues in favor of the necessity and importance of developing a multidisciplinary research comprising logics, computation and digital technologies / Este estudo apresenta uma proposta de leitura dos problemas relativos à lógica-semântica aplicados ao contexto computacional do ciberespaço, seus agentes e engines de busca. Ressaltando algumas questões históricas, relativas à filosofia da linguagem e à lógica, a fundamentação teórica propicia uma reflexão sobre os problemas atuais e os métodos abordados pela web-semântica. Essa reflexão incide sobre os conceitos de objeto, referência, pesquisa, base de dados e classificação de dados, os quais são encontrados no trabalho de construção de uma navegação orientada pelos princípios da web-semântica. Argumentamos que um sistema de histórico de navegação pode ser construído para ajudar a facilitar a navegação do usuário, fornecendo novas ontologias computacionais e demonstramos, por meio de um experimento baseado em uma busca efetuada, a problemática envolvida no acesso aos conteúdos. Analisamos nesse experimento, os resultados de cada busca com base em princípios propostos por Montague. Pautados nas reflexões teóricas e na análise do experimento efetuadas, propomos um esboço de arquitetura de um sistema de histórico de navegação que compreende um servidor de ontologias semânticas, o qual processa, por meio de agentes inteligentes, os históricos semânticos em OWL, republica-os, disponibiliza os conteúdos semânticos em redes P2P ou em servidores dedicados e valida tais conteúdos se necessário. O estudo mostra a relevância da pesquisa histórica da lógica para uma mais alargada compreensão dos problemas colocados pela WEB 2.0 e 3.0 e conclui pela necessidade e importância da pesquisa das relações entre lógica, computação e tecnologias digitais
