influência das ações do projeto social no desenvolvimento integral das crianças. A
educação formal e não-formal no desenvolvimento de uma educação integral;
e projeto social.
conforme a amostra pré-estabelecida.
This paper analyzes the influence of the actions of the Projeto Cidade Criança (City
Child Project) on the holistic development of children in social vulnerability. The
referred project is carried out by the Assembly of God Evangelical Church City of
Workers, in the city of Fortaleza, in the state of Ceará. In this study, the quest was to
answer the following question: how has the non-formal education carried out by the
City Child Social Project contributed to the holistic formation of the children?
Therefore, it is a case study, developed through explanatory research and, though
this is a specific technique of qualitative research, it uses quantitative evidence. Its
goal was to understand the reality researched. For the survey of the data which
provide the foundations for this research, we used as our base indicators which
would lead to the identification of risk and protection factors to which (the children)
were exposed, as well as the influence of the actions of the social project in the
holistic development of the children. The analysis of this last issue represented the
general goal of this study. The specific goals were delineated as: conceptualizing
holistic education and its historical context in Brazil; identifying the possibility of
complementarity between formal and non-formal education in the development of a
holistic education; defining the social educational context in which the children
attended by the City Children Project are inserted; evaluate the interface of the
pedagogical action of the school and of the social project. Understanding that
education permeates all the spaces of communal interaction of a person, we initially
sought to reflect on the concept of holistic education, for which we carried out a
dialog between the concepts of formal education and non-formal education and its
complementarity as a strategy for the development of a proposal for holistic
education. The aspect of human development was supported by the bio-ecological
approach, which comprehends all the life contexts of the person in development as
interconnected structures, therefore the need for dialog between them, where these
must establish stable structures for a healthy development to take place. Toward this
end the analysis of the context in which the children participating in the project were
inserted was carried out according to a pre-established sampling. In this way we
intend to contribute to an evaluation as to the possibility of complementarity between
formal education represented by the school system and non formal education
represented by the actions of the organized civil society for a holistic formation.

e a teoria sociointeracionista.
definem a inclusão.
This study analyzes the sociointeractionist theory and its contributions to inclusive
education, aiming at finding ways to, in the future, construct the design of a
methodological work proposal which is inclusive and which has as its presupposition
the interaction between people, according to what the sociointeractionist theory
prescribes. To carry out this study, we opted to use bibliographic and documental
research in books and online, which refer to inclusion and the sociointeractionist
theory. For didactical ends, the work was divided into chapters according to the
theme that was debated. Initially, (the first chapter) it was necessary to deal with the
deficiencies, their different modalities, the global developmental disorders and the
high abilities, which represent the characterizations of the students with special
needs, and which, because of this are the target public of specialized educational
services, for which inclusion is also fomented. In this approach, conceptualizations,
causes and forms of adequate pedagogical services were presented. In sequence
(second chapter), the standardization of school inclusion is presented having as a
base the international documents which created paths for inclusion, as well as those
which present current guidelines for adequate inclusive action. Reference is made to
the official documents which nationally regiment the orientations coming from the
international documents, as well as referring to the different legislations which define
inclusion. In the third chapter the sociointeractionist theory and inclusion are
presented; in the first place the conceptualization of inclusion and following an
approximation between learning and social interaction is carried out, to finally
discourse about inclusion based on the sociointeractionist theory. The work ends with
some considerations which are supported by experiences from professional practice
and the proposal of inclusion.

The goal of this work is to reflect on the relevance of the function of the pedagogue
as the pedagogic coordinator in Early Childhood Education. For this, the research of
qualitative character intends, through bibliographic study and survey of documental
data, to investigate the trajectory of the training and work of this professional in
Brazilian education so as to perceive its importance in current times for the
organization of the school work. One also used as a reference, the educational work
carried out in a Municipal Center of Early Childhood Education situated in the East
Zone of the city of Manaus-AM, with the intent of perceiving how the work of the
pedagogue takes place in the structuring and implementation of the political
pedagogical project of the institution. With the study it is observed in the talk of
various authors, that upon building her professional identity the pedagogue is
indispensable for the organization, systematization and coordination of the
educational processes of the school. Through the data obtained one can perceive
that the pedagogue confronted and confronts many adversities in her professional
trajectory. However, upon organizing her work in favor of continuing education for
teachers, of the collective organization of the school work and of the construction of a
social environment of mutual respect, she consolidates herself as a pedagogic

Educação integral: componentes curriculares no ensino fundamentalSylvya Suzane Ribeiro Barbosa 21 October 2015 (has links)
favorecendo a melhoria do ensino e aprendizagem.
Programa Mais Educação (Portaria Normativa Interministerial n 17/07).
O estudo
The goal of the paper is to analyze the curricular components of elementary education in
leading to Integrated Education. Considering the offer of diversified activities and identifying
to what measure this curriculum includes the multiple dimensions which involve human
formation. The goal is to identify how the school develops Integrated Education involving
various spaces, times and educational actors, favoring the improvement of teaching and
learning. For this a trajectory through the history of Integrated Education in Brazil is carried
out, recovering proposals for public education based on concepts of the educator Anísio
Teixeira, passing also through some experiences of full time schools that were implemented
in the country as of the decade of the 1950s. Currently Brazil is going through a context of
educational reforms which began with the World Conference on Education for All, carried out
in Thailand, in 1990 which resulted in the World Declaration of Education for All. Shortly
afterward, the Law of Guidelines and Bases for National Education (LDB), (Law n.
9.394/96), emerges regarding Elementary Education, which prescribes the implementation of
full time education, highlighting the extending of the time period, that is, full time schools.
Also in the perspective of increasing school time, the National Education Plan (PNE), (Law n.
10.172/01), detailed the offer of Integrated Education through the establishment of goals and
above all based on the Development of Education Plan (PDE) (Decree n. 6.094/07), which, in
its turn, instituted the More Education Program (Interministerial Normative Bylaw n. 17/07).
Therefore, this is about a strategy of the Federal Government to promote the increase of
school time and the curricular organization of Integrated Education. To carry out this study,
the methodology used is made up of two instruments: bibliographic survey and documental
research and observation of school routine. Through these instruments legal and normative
aspects of the educational legislation, official documents of the State Department of
Education of Piauí (SEDUC-PI) and of the Ministry of Education (MEC) were analyzed. The
bibliographic study and the analysis of the official documents permitted the conclusion that
the history of Integrated Education in Brazil was always marked by a characteristic of
discontinuity, due to lack of effective public policies and also that the official discourse
emphasizes the inclusion of different educational actors as well as the intention of extending
the school spaces and time. This constitutes possibilities for new learning and for the exercise
of citizenship in a society marked by inequality.

The system of guarantee of rights' way of operating in cases of sexual abuse against children: a processual analysisSilvia Ignez Silva Ramos 24 June 2010 (has links)
The way sexual abuse against children and teenagers is dealt with nowadays, mainly by the System of Guarantee of Rights (SGR), reveals a repressive and punitive way of operating inherent to the Brazilian penal system. This bias with an emphasis on punishment produces a certain lore on the topic, delineating a similar modus operandi within each part of SGR, which is subdivided in 3 branches: promotion, defense, and control. Based on this logic, a Masters degree research was carried out together with the Post-Graduate Program in Social Psychology at Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). The goal of the research was to understand, by means of a documental analysis of three concluded lawsuits involving children who supposedly were victims of sexual abuse, the actions of SGR from the initial reporting of the case until the verdict was pronounced by the judge. The main focus was the actors understanding of their role in these cases of sexual abuse against children, their decisions and concepts they resorted to in the proceedings, and, finally, what arguments led to the final decision and verdict. Going through the specific legislation for Childhood and Youth one can comprehend how rights-related issues were incorporated to issues related to childhood, particularly in the last twenty years. In reality, the research reveals that the principles of penal law took the center stage, running contrary to the needed attention that should have been given to the victim and his/her family, repeatedly placing the blame on the mother for negligence. And the actual abuse, considered upheld at the beginning of the proceedings, ends up watered down in court.

This dissertation deals with the perception that the young people from urban peripheries have about the limitations and possibilities of Projovem Urbano - a national program that aims at the social inclusion of youngsters through an increase in their educational level, professional skills, and civic participation. The program proves to be of wide institutional scope and of great social significance in face of the precarious socio-economic condition under which lives a considerable part of the Brazilian youth, generating with it, from both the managing offices and youngsters enrolled in the program, great expectations at the outcome of the project. On the other hand, it is observed that the majority of the participants leave the program before completion. Intending to contribute to a better understanding of this phenomenon, the present study analyses the expectations that these youngsters have about the program and their perceptions on the limitations and possibilities of fulfilment of these same expectations. The results of this analysis, supported by a hermeneutic framework and by quali-quantitative data, demonstrate that the participants have expectations of integration and social mobility. And that such expectation is built upon a projection of improving their schooling and thus getting better opportunities at the job market, perceived as a “possibility” brought by the program. Notwithstanding, they present misgivings over the full and sure realization of these expectations, due to the problems and challenges faced in the context of the urban periphery, known and mediated in their daily lives. The practical knowledge that they have about the difficulties for the accomplishment of their pursued objectives proves to be a factor in their abandoning of the Urban Projovem program.

Brazilian society is characterized by a high degree of inequality, such that a large portion of the population lives in precarious conditions bordering on indigence. Reversing social inequality has been identified as the objective of various governmental and nongovernmental agencies. With initiatives of questionable efficiency and efficacy, the agencies’ implementation tends to oscillate between true and pseudo-confrontation with the issues involved. A challenge at present, one requiring disciplinarily and methodologically diverse approaches, is that of revealing and understanding the processes of exclusion that their initiatives are meant to address. This thesis focuses on child welfare services to show how the geographic approach to studying thematically-specific social networks permits the integration of disciplines and methods, enabling qualitative and quantitative variables to be correlated through the analysis of the subjective and physical elements of the social groups researched. By establishing the objective of understanding how childhood and adolescent protection services function through social and professional networks in the city of Presidente Prudente, São Paulo, the thesis shows how these services are influenced by intentionalities present in geographic space. In this way, the thesis intends to turn selfevident the argument that public policies that fail to take into consideration these specificities are services bound to either maintain social inequality or have yet to reach their full level of elaboration, implementation and execution... Formação-Ação: um estudo do desenvolvimento do protagonismo juvenil no projeto missão jovemRenata Zanella 25 December 2009 (has links)
As referências teóricas
A reflexão
aponta para três momentos marcantes da MJ. O primeiro é o momento de formação. O curso
A formação
coletiva. A
This work presents the contributions of Projeto Missão Jovem (MJ) in the formation of
adolescents from Pastoral da Juventude. It proposes the discussion of how the juvenile
leadership is stimulated during the course Escola da Juventude in order to motivate them to
complete the missionary action. The research was developed in a qualitative way, using as
method the case study of the project of the Vicariate of Gravataí in 2008. A camp diary was
produced after the conclusion of each stage of the project. Taking into consideration the data,
it has been elaborated an analysis that established the following categories: youth, juvenile
leadership, formation, transforming mission. Theology and Pedagogy have contributed to the
theoretical support of this study. The reflection points to three important stages of MJ. The
first is the moment of formation. The course that is organized by young people aims to work
the distinct dimensions of them in order to promote an integral formation, using The Book of
Christ as the theological basis. The second stage is the moment of action. This stage is
characterized by the juvenile leadership. Students challenge themselves to put into practice
their projects, assuming a new concept of transforming mission. The intervention in the social
